Abstract:
Настоящее исследование завершает цикл работ, связанных с генотипированием российских субпопуляций крупного рогатого скота по локусам CSN2 и CSN3. Проведено генотипирование коров и телок айрширской породы из трех хозяйств Краснодарского края (n=1107). Установлена частота встречаемости носителей CSN2- и CSN3-генотипов, оценена степень их влияния на молочную продуктивность. В различных группах животных частота встречаемости «предпочтительных» в хозяйственном отношении CSN2-генотипа А2А2 составляет от 0,23 до 0,37 и CSN3-генотипа ВВ — от 0,03 до 0,06. Генотипы А2А2 и ВВ не оказывают негативного влияния на молочную продуктивность их носителей. Целесообразно для отечественных племенных предприятий, реализующих спермопродукцию айрширских быков, увеличить долю производителей с генотипами А2А2 (локус CSN2), АВ и ВВ (локус CSN3 This study completes a series of studies related to the genotyping of Russian bovine subpopulations at the CSN2 and CSN3 loci. Genotyping of cows and heifers Ayrshire breed from three farms in the Krasnodar region (n=1107) and the incidence of carriers CSN2 and CSN3 genotypes, assess their degree of influence on milk production in animals Ayrshire breed .It was found that in different groups of animals, the frequency of occurrence of the "preferred" in economic terms CSN2 genotype A2A2 ranges from 0.23 to 0.37 and CSN3 genotype BB - from 0.03 to 0.06.Genotypes A2A2 and BB (loci CSN2 and CSN3) do not have a negative impact on the milk productivity of their carriers. We consider it expedient for domestic breeding enterprises that sell sperm products of Ayrshire bulls to increase the share of producers with genotypes A2A2 (CSN2 locus), AB and BB (CSN3 locus).

Abstract:
The effect of the χ-casein (C-CSN) and β –casein (B-CSN) loci on the milk production traits (milk yield, fat, protein and lactose content) was estimated for 807 and 488 Czech Fleckvieh and 402 and 244 Holstein cows, respectively. Genotypes of C-CNS and B-CNS were determined by the use of PCR–RFLP method. The genotypes were detected by use of electrophoresis on agarose gel. The associations of studied polymorphisms with milk production traits were estimated using the mixed linear model procedure REML in SAS for Windows 9.1.3. Results indicated that protein content is significantly affected (P ≤ 0.01) by C-CSN genotype (genotype BB > AB > AA). Fat and lactose content were not affected by C-CSN locus. The B-CNS locus had no significant effect on any milk production traits.

Abstract:
The constitutive photomorphogenesis 9 (COP9) signalosome (CSN) is an evolutionarily conserved multi-protein complex, consisting of eight subunits termed CSN1-CSN8. The main biochemical function of the CSN is the control of protein degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome-system through regulation of cullin-RING E3-ligase (CRL) activity by deNEDDylation of cullins, but the CSN also serves as a docking platform for signaling proteins. The catalytic deNEDDylase (isopeptidase) activity of the complex is executed by CSN5, but only efficiently occurs in the three-dimensional architectural context of the complex. Due to its positioning in a central cellular pathway connected to cell responses such as cell-cycle, proliferation, and signaling, the CSN has been implicated in several human diseases, with most evidence available for a role in cancer. However, emerging evidence also suggests that the CSN is involved in inflammation and cardiovascular diseases. This is both due to its role in controlling CRLs, regulating components of key inflammatory pathways such as nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB), and complex-independent interactions of subunits such as CSN5 with inflammatory proteins. In this case, we summarize and discuss studies suggesting that the CSN may have a key role in cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis and heart failure. We discuss the implicated molecular mechanisms ranging from inflammatory NF-κB signaling to proteotoxicity and necrosis, covering disease-relevant cell types such as myeloid and endothelial cells or cardiomyocytes. While the CSN is considered to be disease-exacerbating in most cancer entities, the cardiovascular studies suggest potent protective activities in the vasculature and heart. The underlying mechanisms and potential therapeutic avenues will be critically discussed.

Abstract:
In Caenorhabditis elegans two M-line proteins, UNC-98 and UNC-96, are involved in myofibril assembly and/or maintenance, especially myosin thick filaments. We found that CSN-5, a component of the COP9 signalosome complex, binds to UNC-98 and -96 using the yeast two-hybrid method. These interactions were confirmed by biochemical methods. The CSN-5 protein contains a Mov34 domain. Although one other COP9 signalosome component, CSN-6, also has a Mov34 domain, CSN-6 did not interact with UNC-98 or -96. Anti-CSN-5 antibody colocalized with paramyosin at A-bands in wild type and colocalized with abnormal accumulations of paramyosin found in unc-98, -96, and -15 (encodes paramyosin) mutants. Double knockdown of csn-5 and -6 could slightly suppress the unc-96 mutant phenotype. In the double knockdown of csn-5 and -6, the levels of UNC-98 protein were increased and the levels of UNC-96 protein levels were slightly reduced, suggesting that CSN-5 promotes the degradation of UNC-98 and that CSN-5 stabilizes UNC-96. In unc-15 and unc-96 mutants, CSN-5 protein was reduced, implying the existence of feed back regulation from myofibril proteins to CSN-5 protein levels. Taken together, we found that CSN-5 functions in muscle cells to regulate UNC-98 and -96, two M-line proteins.

Sammanfattning Jag vill med min studie ta reda på om indraget studiebidrag ger avsedd effekt i form av minskat skolk. Jag vill också veta elevernas syn på hur indraget studiebidrag påverkar deras skolkande, och, bortsett från studiebidragets inflytande på skolk och närvaro, om det finns andra orsaker i skolan till att elever i vissa situationer väljer att inte skolka. Utifrån detta syfte har jag formulerat följande frågeställningar: Har skärpningen av tolkningen av CSN,s frånvaroregler (CSN 2012), som trädde i kraft årsskiftet 2011/12, haft avsedd effekt på ogiltig frånvaro? Vilken effekt anser eleverna att indraget studiebidrag har på skolk? Vilka faktorer inom skolan gör att skolkande elever väljer att inte skolka, och vad motiverar dessa elever till att närvara? Studien bygger på en kvalitativ forskningsansats, med sex intervjuer som grund och ett utdrag ur skolans närvarorapporteringssystem. I resultatet framkom att eleverna skolkar av flera olika orsaker, där trötthet och brist på motivation framträder tydligt. Eleverna menar även att ointressanta lektioner bidrar till deras skolkande. Den ogiltiga frånvaron har minskat efter regelförändringen som CSN genomförde årsskiftet 2011/12 men den anmälda frånvaron har ökat i motsvarande grad. Totalt sett så har närvarotiden alltså inte ökat på den undersökta gymnasieskolan Resultatanalysen visar att indraget studiemedel har liten betydelse och att andra orsaker som har med studiemiljön och lärande har större inverkan på ogiltig frånvaro. Abstract:
In this report, a number of different Javascript-frameworks have been compared. The study is conducted at CSN (Centrala studiestödsnämnden). The study consists of two main parts, an evalua- tion through the literature study and an evaluation of the implementa- tion. The first part of the survey has Javascript-frameworks Angular2, Aurelia, Ember, Meteor and React comparisons. Together with CSN, a few criteria have been developed which will then be awarded points between one and five depending on how well a Javascript-framework meets a specific criterion. Five points are given when the Javascript- framework meets the entire criterion, one point is given when it partial- ly meets the criterion. After the first part of the investigation, Angular2 and Aurelia found that they would move on to the implementation phase. The implementation consists of a couple of windows from the existing service "Mina tjänster". In the evaluate implementation measures time for implementation, web browsing time, and number of code rows. From this it was found that Aurelia has less number of code rows than Angular 2. The reading time for Angular 2 is three times longer than Aurelia. In the evaluation of how difficult it is to implement the two frameworks, Angular 2 is considered to be "Average" and Aurelia to "Hard". The Javascript-framework recommended for CSN is Angular 2. This is because much more documentation about Angular 2 is available, and the difficulty is lower for Angular 2. The startup of a project is also much easier in Angular 2, which means that it requires less time to get into the framework.
Sammanfattning: I denna rapport har ett par olika Javascript-ramverk jämförts. Studien är utförd på CSN (Centrala studiestödsnämnden). Undersökningen består av två huvuddelar, en utvärdering genom litteraturstudie samt en utvärdering av implementation. I första delen av undersökningen har Javascript-ramverken Angular2, Aurelia, Ember, Meteor och React jämförts. Tillsammans med CSN har ett par kriterier tagits fram som det sedan kommer att delas ut poäng mellan ett till fem beroende på hur väl ett Javascript-ramverk uppfyller ett specifikt kriterium. Fem poäng ges ut då Javascript-ramverket uppfyller hela kriteriet, ett poäng ges ut då det delvis uppfyller kriteriet. Efter första delen av undersökningen kom det fram till att Angular2 och Aurelia skulle gå vidare till implemente- ringsfasen. Implementeringen består utav ett par fönster från den befintliga tjänsten ”Mina tjänster”. I utvärderingen av implementation mäts tid för implementering, inläsningstid för webbapplikationen samt antalet kodrader. Ur detta konstaterades det att Aurelia har mindre antalet kodrader än Angular 2. Inläsning tiden för Angular 2 är tre gånger längre än Aurelia. Men i bedömningen om hur svårt det är att implementera de bägge ramverken bedöms Angular 2 till nivån ”Me- del” och Aurelia till ”Svår”. Det Javascript-ramverk som rekommende- ras till CSN är Angular 2. Detta grundas på att det finns betydligt mycket mer dokumentation om Angular 2, samt att svårighetsgraden är lägre för Angular 2. Uppstarten av ett projekt är även mycket enklare i Angular 2, vilket betyder att det kräver mindre tid för att sätta sig in ramverket.

Många studenter som arbetar på sidan om sina studier känner sig otrygga då de har svårt att veta vad de tjänar och planera sitt arbete. Dagens studiestödssystem är inte anpassat för dessa kunder och informationen som finns är inte lätt att förstå. Marknadsanalysen visar att det finns flera andra alternativa vägar att gå. Med hjälp av undersökningar, intervjuer och tester tas nya alternativ fram. Alternativen utvärderas och hur de skulle hjälpa att lösa problemen ses över. De aktuella lösningarna visualiseras sedan i form av ett förslag på CSN:s nya applikation för telefoner. Appen testas även av arbetande studenter och input från CSN:s UX designers och grafiska designer ges. Arbetet kommer att användas som beslutsgrund för vidareutveckling inom CSN.

Esse trabalho pretende lidar com aspectos da relação entre a obra do escritor Franz Kafka (1883-1924) e a história. Parto da hipótese de que essa relação complexa é melhor observada a partir da exposição de deficiências históricas na elaboração de sentido do que a partir da exposição objetiva de processos sociais. Essa exposição da deficiência de sentido constitui uma literatura peculiar na qual convivem impossibilidade e narração, sem prejuízo, no entanto, da configuração de uma modalidade específica de realismo, atestada pela coexistência singularmente harmoniosa de situações transfiguradas e cotidiano. As articulações desenvolvidas concentram-se mais detalhadamente nas narrativas presentes no volume Um Médico Rural (Ein Landarzt).
This article aims to review some aspects of the relationship between the work of the writer Franz Kafka (1883-1924) and history. It draws on the idea that this complex relationship can be better understood by examining the construction of sense and its historical deficiencies, rather than through an objective description of social processes. The unique form of literature that results from the expression of these deficiencies combines impossibility and narrative, but that does not hinder the configuration of a specific modality of realism, characterized by the peculiarly harmonious coexistence of transfigured situations and everyday life. The arguments presented here focus mainly on the narrative of A Country Doctor (Ein Landarzt).

Abstract:
No presente trabalho estudou-se a recristalização do aço de alta resistência baixa liga (ARBL) microligado ao nióbio (160 ppm em peso) da Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional 2336 utilizado na fabricação de reforços estruturais para a indústria automobilística. A grande utilização deste tipo de aço pelas indústrias tem motivado o desenvolvimento de novas ligas capazes de atender a requisitos críticos de estampagem combinado com alta resistência mecânica. Amostras deste aço no estado laminado a quente foram deformadas posteriormente a frio em escala piloto com reduções de 50 e 70%, reduções típicas na indústria, e recozidas em banho de sal em temperaturas variando entre 600 e 700ºC em diferentes tempos. A evolução microestrutural das amostras no estado encruado e na condição recozida foi acompanhada utilizando-se as técnicas de microscopia ótica e eletrônica de varredura. As texturas de deformação e de recristalização foram determinadas via difração de raios X. A fração volumétrica recristalizada (Xv) e o tamanho de grão foram determinados com o auxílio de metalografia quantitativa nas amostras recozidas. Medidas de microdureza Vickers foram utilizadas para construir as curvas de encruamento e da cinética de amolecimento em função da temperatura de recozimento e comparadas com curvas construídas pelo primeiro método. Os resultados mostram que a recristalização ocorre em temperaturas acima de 650°C. Com auxílio de um gráfico de Xv contra A (fração amolecida), podemos observar a ocorrência de um desvio da idealidade a 650°C e 700°C. A explicação mais provável é a ocorrência de precipitação, especialmente para o aço menos deformado. Os valores do expoente de Avrami obtidos a partir das duas abordagens (medidas de microdureza e metalografia quantitativa) são apresentados e discutidos.
The recrystallization of a high strength low alloy steel (HSLA) containing niobium (160 wt-ppm) was investigated. The HSLA steel, named CSN 2336, is used in the manufacture of structural parts for automotive industry. The increasing use of this application type of steels in automotive industries has motivated the development of new alloys able to gather the critical requirements for deep drawing combined with high strengths. Samples of this steel in hot-rolled condition were cold-rolled with reductions of 50% and 70%, commonly used in most of applications, and isothermally annealed in salt bath at temperatures between 600 and 700ºC. The microstructure of the samples in both coldworked and annealed states was imaged using light optical (LOM) and scanning electronic microscopies (SEM). Deformation and recrystallization textures were determined by X-ray diffraction. The recrystallized volume fraction (Xv) and the mean grain size were determined by quantitative metallography in the annealed samples. Vickers microhardness testing was used to determine the work hardening and the softening kinetics behaviors. The results show that recrystallization occurs at temperatures above 650°C for the most deformed steel. By plotting Xv against A (softening fraction), we observe the occurrence of a deviation from ideality at 650°C and 700°C, likely caused by solid-state precipitation, especially for the less deformed steel. The values of n (Avrami exponent) obtained from both approaches (softening curves and quantitative metallography) are presented and discussed.

Abstract:
Syftet med denna uppsats är att identifiera hur erfarenhetsbaserad kunskap överförs inom CentralaStudiestödsnämnden, CSN, och hur samarbetsklimatet påverkar kunskapsöverföringen. Det är enkvalitativ fallstudie som är inriktad på de ärenden som kräver bedömning. Dessa benämnskomplexa ärenden. Genom att överföra den erfarenhetsbaserade kunskap som fås av att hanterakomplexa ärenden kan CSN uppnå ett gemensamt synsätt för att säkerställa att liknande ärendenbehandlas på likartat sätt. Totalt fem semistrukturerade intervjuer har genomförts med personer påolika positioner inom CSN. Intervjuerna har analyserats med hjälp av en analysmodell. Utifrånanalysmodellen formulerades en hypotes: om samarbetsklimatet är bra är kunskapsöverföringenhög och därigenom kan CSN uppnå ett gemensamt synsätt i hanteringen av komplexa ärenden.Resultatet visar att trots att samarbetsklimatet är bra är kunskapsöverföringen låg. Den lågakunskapsöverföringen kan i sin tur förklara de brister som finns i det gemensamma synsättet ibehandlingen av komplexa ärenden.
The purpose of this thesis is to identify how experience-based knowledge is transferred withinCSN (the National Board of Student Aid) and how the collaborative climate affects theknowledge transfer. It is a qualitative case study that is focused on the handling of such studentaid applications that need to be individually judged. These are called complex applications. Bytransferring the experience-based knowledge that is acquired by handling complex applications,CSN can reach a common viewpoint to secure that similar applications is being judged in asimilar way. A total of five semi-structured interviews have been conducted with individuals ofdifferent positions within CSN. The interviews have been analyzed with the help of an analyzemodel. With the model as a base a hypothesis was formulated: if the collaborative climate is good,the level of knowledge transfer is high and as a follow, CSN can reach a common viewpoint in thehandling of complex student aid applications. The results show that even though the collaborativeclimate is good, the knowledge transfer is low. This could explain the shortcomings of thecommon viewpoint that exists when it comes to handling complex student aid applications.

Abstract:
Ce projet de thèse CSN (cahier de scène numérique) a pour finalité de créer un outil numérique qui puisse concrétiser un certain nombre de recherches déjà existantes. Il croise deux disciplines : les arts du spectacle et l’informatique. Il s'appuie sur les travaux des théâtrologues (les sémiologues du texte théâtral et de la scène, les généticiens du spectacle), et des informaticiens spécialistes de modélisation déclarative. Aucun support n'a rassemblé les différents aspects de la création théâtrale dont la mémoire est éparpillée, transmise sous différentes formes : livres de régie, cahiers de scène, annotations dans la marge des textes de théâtre, vidéos, photos du spectacle, croquis de costumes et de scénographie, supports numériques variés, etc. Le CSN propose des avancées techniques et technologiques s'organisant autour de trois grands modules, comprenant chacun un champ de recherche et de développement spécifique : le Module Texte (outil de travail sur les textes d'auteur et du metteur en scène), le Module 3D (outil de génération de scènes 3D issue des textes), le Module VAP (Vidéo, Audio, Photo) (outil permettant d'ajouter des informations non textuelles aux projets). L'enjeu du CSN, est de passer d'un artisanat, souvent revendiqué par les metteurs en scène « à l'ancienne » (croquis sur feuille, cahier de scène papier), à une modernisation du métier via les nouvelles technologies. De façon similaire à la création du métier de metteur en scène à la fin du XIXème siècle, qui avait pour fonction de coordonner les différents aspects d'un spectacle devenu de plus en plus complexe, il faut maintenant créer les nouveaux outils pour ce métier
This thesis on the project CSN and the creation of a “digital stage book,” aims to create a digital tool which makes possible the application of a number of previous studies. It crosses two fields: performing arts and computing. It is based on the works of theatrologists (both drama and theatre semiologists and geneticists of performance and staging) and computer specialists in declarative modeling. So far, it does not exist any medium compiling all the aspects of the theatrical creation, whose memory is not recorded a single whole but breaks into scattered pieces passed on under various forms: books of state control, stage books, notes in the margin of the dramatic texts, videos, photos of the performance, sketches of costumes and scenography, varied digital supports, etc. The CSN proposes technical and technological advances falling into three modules, each of them including a specific field of research and development: the Script Module (a working tool applied on the scripts by the author and the director), the 3D Module (a tool of 3D generation of scenes extracting from scripts), the VAP Module (Video, Audio, Photo) (tool enabling to add non-textual information to the projects). The issue at stake in the CSN is to transit from a form of handiwork, often claimed by directors belonging to the old school, (sketches on sheet, stage books in paper format), to a modernized conception of the job thanks to the new technologies. As it occurred at the end of the XIXth century with the renewal of the status of the stage-directior, whose function as coordinator of the various aspects of the show became more and more complex and was then conceived as a job in its own right, it is now necessary to create new tools to assist stage-directors and accompany the evolution of their jobs

Cette thèse est dédiée à l’analyse systématique de l’espace chimique, et des relations structure-activité (SAR) en particulier. L’ouvrage présente des nouveaux protocoles d’analyse combinant des méthodes classiques et originales, dans le but d’analyser les SAR à l’échelle globale ainsi que locale. L’analyse globale des espaces chimiques repose sur la recherche des motifs structuraux privilégiés par cartographie topographique générative (GTM), ainsi que par analyse classique des « châssis » moléculaires. La cartographie a été ensuite couplée avec l’analyse de réseaux chimiques (CSN), permettant une transition de la vue globale vers l’analyse locale de SAR. L’optimisation mutiobjectif des propriétés de potentiels médicaments a été adressé par la méthode « star coordinates ». L’analyse locale des SAR inclut des nouvelles stratégies pour prédire les discontinuités dans le paysage structure-activité biologique, et une étude de l’impact de la structure sur l’ionisation des molécules. Des matrices SAR ont servi pour monitorer le progrès dans l’optimisation de nouveaux principes actifs
This thesis presents studies devoted to aid in systematic analysis of chemical spaces, focusing on mining and visualization of structure-activity relationships (SARs). It reports some new analysis protocols, combining both existing and on-purpose developed novel methodology to address both large-scale and local SAR analysis. Large-scale analysis featured both generative topographic mapping (GTM)-based extraction of privileged structural motifs and scaffold analysis. GTM was combined with chemical space network (CSN) to develop a visualization tool providing global-local views of SAR in large data sets. We also introduce star coordinates (STC) to visualize multi-property space and prioritize drug-like subspaces. Local SAR monitoring includes new strategies to predict activity cliffs using support vector machine models and a study of structural modifications on ionization state of compounds. The SAR matrix methodology was applied to objectively evaluate SAR progression during lead optimization
