Abstract:
Přehledová studie upozorňuje, že se od dob W. Windelbanda proměnil pohled na nomotetický a idiografický přístup ve výzkumu i diagnostice. Připomíná, že lze rozlišit užší pojem psychologické testování, jež staví na standardizovaných nástrojích, a širší pojem psychologické hodnocení, psychologická diagnostika opírající se o klinický přístup. S oporou o práci Haynese et al. (2009) pak definuje idiografickou diagnostiku a ukazuje, že jde o proud, který se promyšleně snaží o individualizovat psychologickou diagnostiku. Těžiště přehledové studie spočívá v ukázkách, jak se tyto snahy prosazují při diagnostice individuální kvality života lidí. Míru individualizace diagnostický nástrojů lze odstupňovat – podle O’Boyla et al. (2007) existuje šest stupňů. Studie na příkladu diagnostického nástroje SQLP – Subjective Quality of Life Profile (Dazord et al. 1995, 1998) ilustruje konkrétní podobu individualizace. V závěru jsou shrnuty výhody a nevýhody individualizovaných diagnostických nástrojů.

Jejím prostřednictvím lze získat diagnosticky cenná data pro diferenciální diagnostiku při stanovování různorodých vývojových poruch, pro sledování vývoje dětí, určení profilu jejich kognitivních funkcí i některých osobnostních charakteristik, vymezení silných a slabých stránek a navržení vhodného dalšího postupu výchovné a vzdělávací práce s dětmi.

Napriek tomu, že nepravdivé či klamlivé informácie sú späté s človekom od počiatku jeho existencie, výraz fake news sa objavil len nedávno a okamžite výrazne zarezonoval v spoločnosti. Prvá vedecká práca venovaná pôsobeniu falošných správ na populáciu bola publikovaná začiatkom roka 2018 v USA. Fenoménu zavádzajúcich informácií sa venujem aj vo svojej dizertačnej práci. V príspevku bližšie predstavím návrh výskumu na tému: „Využitie ambivalencie fakt – fikcia v mediálnom marketingu.“ Výskumný problém som redukovala na nekorektné šírenie správy, vytvorenej účelovo s konkrétnym obchodným zámerom. Z metodologického hľadiska som zvolila trianguláciu metód. Rada by som tiež poukázala na
 riziká manipulácie a vyzdvihla pojem fake news ako novej premennej pre výskum sociálnych vied.

Abstract:
Celý proces vývoje testu pokládám za ukázkovou diagnostickou a psychometrickou práci. Autoři metodu koncipovali velmi systematicky, veškerá data velmi komplexně zpracovávali, všechny výsledky v manuálu detailně prezentují a současně interpretují, k čemu a proč dospěli. S daty pracují velmi zodpovědně, přesně specifikují, za jakých okolností je vhodné diagnostický nástroj užít a kdy je naopak jeho administrace nevhodná. Rozhodně se domnívám, že je vhodné test dále šířit mezi odborníky v praxi. Oceňuji, že autoři uvažují i o variantě, že metodu budou administrovat proškolení učitelé, nejen psychologové či speciální pedagogové. Toto bezpochyby zajistí mnohem širší využití testu. Na druhou stranu v této souvislosti pokládám za důležité připravit skutečně velmi podrobné školení, na němž si potenciální uživatelé ze školní praxe osvojí postupy zpracování a interpretace výsledků. Metoda je po psychometrické stránce velmi důkladně zpracovaná, což se promítá i do výstupů získaných její administrací. Pro „nepsychology“ může být náročné se orientovat ve způsobu práce s takovým typem informací, což by mohlo vést k dezinterpretaci, či dokonce poškození probandů. Toto pokládám za nutné pečlivě ošetřit způsobem školení uživatelů testu.Jedná se diagnostický nástroj s unikátním zaměřením. Doposud v České republice obdobná metoda nebyla k dispozici. Je proto nanejvýš žádoucí, aby byl šířen a v maximální možné míře využíván v poradenské, školní i výzkumné praxi.

Abstract:
Dotazník FIRO-B môže byť použitý v oblasti pracovnej psychológie, napríklad pri práci so skupinou, ďalej v oblasti individuálneho, párového alebo skupinového poradenstva. Konkrétne môže poslúžiť ako pomocný nástroj pri poznávaní svojich interpersonálnych potrieb a ich kompatibility vo vzťahu k druhým ľuďom. FIRO-B môže slúžiť ako facilitačná metóda, ktorá umožňuje či už dvojici alebo členom skupiny zistiť, čo od seba navzájom vyžadujú a ako si myslia, že sa sami prejavujú. Predpokladáme, že vzhľadom k vysokej zjavnej validite a len mierne líšiacim sa položkám proband vie, čo svojimi odpoveďami vyjadruje. FIRO-B môže poslúžiť ako pomocná metóda, ktorá môže poskytnúť podnet k rozhovoru, alebo ako doplnková metóda k iným nástrojom. Pričom je dôležité upozorniť participanta na vyššie uvedené nedostatky metódy a najmä na zastaranosť noriem, aby na svoje výsledky nahliadal s potrebnou rezervou a odstupom. Taktiež je dôležité, aby si bol týchto nedostatkov vedomý aj samotný užívateľ metódy, najmä kvôli nejasnostiam v spôsobe interpretovania skóre (prisudzovanie váhy interpretačným absolútnym meradlám a normám). Metódu však neodporúčame používať ako samostatný diagnostický nástroj a jeho výsledky interpretovať za účelom individuálnej diagnostiky.

Výskyt porúch v stavebníctve, či už staršich alebo novších budov, môže mať viacero príčin, môže to byť spôsobené zlým návrhom, nesprávnou realizáciou, kvalitou použitého materiálu a tiež zanedbanou údržbou. Zvláštne problémy sú spojené s výskytom kolóniami baktérii, húb, plesní a iných mikroorganizmov, žijúcich na povrchu niektorých konštrukčných prvkov a častí objektov. Práca je zameraná na diagnostiku degradačných procesov, ktoré sa pozorovali na vybranom rodinnom dome. Biologické znehodnotenie stavebných materiálov a častí stavby je v dnešnej dobe veľmi aktuálny problém, pretože degradácia pr.rodných a syntetických stavebných materiálov je úplne prirodzený a nezvratný proces, v ktorom sa významne podieľajú nielen abiotické korozívne látky, ale aj vyššie uvedené faktory. Abstract:
The objective of this paper is to analyze the relationship between volatility rates and return rates for a share price of Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (BIMB) from the year 2010 until 2016. The maximum volatility rate is 3.96 in July 2011, while the minimum volatility rate is 0.46 in April 2014. Next, the nonparametric analysis calculated the monotonic relationship between volatility rates and return rate for a share price of BIMB. From the analysis, the significant value is 0.000. Hence, the result rejects the null hypothesis for a Spearman correlation analysis. The numerical result shows there is a monotonic association between volatility rate and return rate for a share price of BIMB. The Spearman correlation coefficient, rs in this analysis is 0.403 indicated that there is a moderate positive correlation between volatility rate and return rate for BIMB share price.

Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis was to design and implement a prototype of binary topology sensor network (as proposed in patent CZ 306855 B6). Important part was evaluation of this type of network. A survey of commonly used sensors and technologies used in intelligent buildings and sensor networks was created. The gathered information was used for the evaluation. A network for analog signal transmission was designed and implemented (including all the elements) based on the patent proposal. A number of configurations was proposed to test the network features. Measurements were performed using all the proposed configurations. Two devices were used for the measurement: STM32 Nucleo F303K8, MyRIO (by National Instruments). Looking at the measured data, we can tell that the consistency is good enough to declare this network functional as a concept. However, we cannot recommend this type of network for high precision applications at the time, due to some accuracy and consistency issues. We have also detected relatively significant noise in the data. That could be caused by many external influences, partly by faulty design of the components.

Part of this work is creating a technical experiment where there were measured both vibrations and noise of two combustion engines. From the data it was done a frequency analysis. Conclusion of the analysis is an evaluation of frequencies which occurred on given engines.

Metoda: Vliv osmitýdenní terapie je hodnocen na základě klinického vyšetření, vyšetření nohou na podoskopu a Plantografu V05. Sledovanými veličinami jsou škály subjektivních obtíží, valgozita palce a distribuce plantámích tlaků. Zjištěné výsledky jsou porovnány s výsledky kontrolní skupiny. Výsledky: Práce shrnuje současné literární poznatky problematiky hallux valgus, možnosti diagnostiky i terapie. Představuje a hodnotí novou metodickou řadu cvičení vycházející z aktivace tříbodové opory nohy. Výsledky prokazují pokles valgozity palce vlivem použitého cvičení. 6 ABSTRACT Background The existence of risks of new work-related disorders and occupational diseases in the society is constantly increasing in relation to the fast and continuous development of working conditions, techniques used, materials and overall acceleration of the working pace. Aim of the study The aim of the study is to analyse new risks in the working environment and to evaluate early diagnostic possibilities of new occupational diseases including their prevention. The study also compares the current situation in this field in the Czech Republic and other European countries. Materials and methods The doctoral dissertation is a multiple manuscript thesis focusing on one common topic - new occupational diseases. The first publication studied the acknowledgement of low-back pain disease caused by overload as an occupational disease. Specialists from European countries were inquired via questionnaire focusing on diagnostic and evaluation criteria of this disease in their countries. Representatives from countries acknowledging low-back pain diseases caused by overload provided further evaluation criteria and number of cases. Next-Generation-Sequencing (NGS) techniques are currently on the rise. This is seen as a revolution by (most) geneticists. The wealth of data stemming from Next-Generation-Sequencing will without a doubt lead to significant advances in the field of molecular diagnostics. On the clinical side, this will be higher detection rates of the genetic causes of particular diseases in patients. On the scientific side, NGS techniques will lead to the discovering of genes related to certain diseases (see, for example, Mardis, et al., 2009; Haack, et al., 2010; Lupski, et al., 2010). However, these advances come at a price: geneticists will be confronted with different and new ICT issues related to NGS. Because of the so far unknown amount of data stemming from NGS, these ICT issues need to be taken seriously. The purpose of this chapter is to give an overview on the different ICT aspects that come with the introduction of Next-Generation-Sequencing in molecular diagnostics.

Due to the intense price-based global competition, rising operating cost, rapidly changing economic conditions and stringent environmental regulations, modern process and energy industries are confronting unprecedented challenges to maintain profitability. Therefore, improving the product quality and process efficiency while reducing the production cost and plant downtime are matters of utmost importance. These objectives are somewhat counteracting, and to satisfy them, optimal operation and control of the plant components are essential. Use of optimization not only improves the control and monitoring of assets, but also offers better coordination among different assets. Thus, it can lead to extensive savings in the energy and resource consumption, and consequently offer reduction in operational costs, by offering better control, diagnostics and decision support. This is one of the main driving forces behind developing new methods, tools and frameworks. In this chapter, a generic learning system architecture is presented that can be retrofitted to existing automation platforms of different industrial plants. The architecture offers flexibility and modularity, so that relevant functionalities can be selected for a specific plant on an as-needed basis. Abstract:
The transmitted power of motors can be defined by test bench examinations, in which the motor needs to be dismounted. By applying diagnostic methods only minimal disassembly, or indeed none at all, is necessary. In this paper diagnostic methods are systematized by different studies. Moreover, a new diagnostic procedure (established by the authors) is also introduced, which can be carried out by a relatively cheap measuring system design. Power measurement on a roller test bench is a well-tried technique for vehicle examination. Basically, the wheel parameters (tractive force, torque, power) are measured, but there are also procedures for motor power measurement. By applying the new procedure, the diagnostic method, (simple construction and test bench construction at a favourable price) torque and power characteristics of the mounted motor can be defined. The theoretical considerations of the new measuring technique and the implementation of the measuring system are introduced in this paper. Test bench for drive motor power and torque curve determination. In this study the diagnostical measuring systems and, for the first time, the measuring principle and technology of the new theory-based roller power test bench are presented. For its construction measurements have been carried out which make an important contribution to the research. The results of the research contribute to the development of diagnostics methods and to making them more wide-spread.

Despite the multi-channel resources, the financial sources of state health programs do not cover the needs of their implementation in the Kyrgyz Republic. The residual principle of health financing keeps unchanged and the amount of financing does not match the real health needs. The variety of problems in financing, the ambiguity of their positive practical solutions and controversy of theoretical aspects makes the research topic particularly relevant. No funds are allocated for prevention, and this type of medical service remains formally, just on paper. The main drawback of compulsory health insurance is the lack of forms for the insured patient to participate in the economic system of insurance relations. In this connection, it is relevant to develop a mechanism for attracting additional sources of financing. To increase the interest of commercial structure to this structure, it is proposed to introduce personalized accounting of compulsory medical insurance. 
 Informal payments in medicine shouldn’t be considered as a “bribe”, since this type of payment for medical services acts as an addition to the market price in the absence of an adequate regulatory mechanism by the state, and it is impossible to cancel such a mechanism. The only way to formalize them is legalization. Revenues from paid services should be the source of the own fund of health organizations and used primarily to increase the salaries of medical workers.

Abstract In PTTEP's offshore fields, more than 100 units of hybrid Solar-TEG power with individual VRLA battery banks are installed on wellhead platforms for powering the process. With large number of various equipment in remote locations, traditional maintenance approach highly consuming resources is, thus, not cost effective especially in oil price crisis. In 2019, "Hybrid Power Solar-TEG Predictive Maintenance" project is established to develop a predictive model and transform maintenance process to total predictive maintenance. The project was begun with three platforms as a pilot project. The operating model was built by machine learning using various historical data recorded in PI system, records of maintenance data and other relevant information such as manufacturer manual, international standard and related white papers. The modelled algorithm was embedded in an application which was developed by Python to predict the ageing and performance of battery banks on pilot wellhead platforms. In 2020, the project continues to build the model of Thermo-Electric Generator (TEG) and extend the coverage location for additional thirty-seven (37) platforms. Lower Depth of Discharge (DoD), higher ambient temperature and lower charging performance are signs of battery’s deterioration while lower supplied current from power source is sign of their underperformance. All parameters were ingested to conduct pattern recognition to make algorithm be able to predict the remaining life of the key equipment. The Eyeball method is conducted to train algorithm the various charging patterns by the developers with aim to evaluate the DoD of battery bank. Apart from battery life prediction, DoD is employed to determine the energy left in battery from night operation to indicate the remaining run time duration. By leveraging machine learning, all failure patterns are recognized. The application is operating real?time and provide early alarm to all person-in-charge when failure potential is realized. The results are visualized on PowerBI to provide the latest status of power units of each platforms. From above, the maintenance approach is thus completely converted from Run-to-Failure to Predictive Maintenance. The long lead spare parts e.g. battery cells could be procured in advance. Spare inventory can be optimized per actual demand. In addition, the offshore supervisor could accurately identify the defective battery banks and proactively recover them in time to minimize unplanned shutdown. The modelled algorithm was in-house developed based on technical information and maintenance records. Although the system goes live, the preventive maintenance according to IEEE1188 is still retained for further collecting more field data to improve accuracy of the model. In addition, the model’s analyzed information, such as battery run time and DoD, has revealed the hidden actual design margin of power system. The platform CAPEX can be thus deducted by removing such excess margin.

Abstract The QQ Field in the Gulf of Suez is a mature, geologically complex with multiple stacked, faulted reservoirs, with commingled production between different reservoirs. This paper illustrates the power of an automated tool to perform systematic, rapid, and detailed assessment of the reservoir performance, identify the key recovery obstacles and prepare remedial plans to enable the reservoir to produce to its full potential. The well and reservoir data were processed to compute a series of metrics and key performance indicators at various levels (well, layer, reservoir, well groups, etc.). The tool has several automated modules to facilitate rapid, metric-driven reservoir assurance and management. These modules include: (i) well production/injection allocation, (ii) wells decline curve analysis including event-detection, (iii) pressure and voidage analysis, and (iv) Contact analysis. Using performance analytics, the study quickly identified ways to improve the health of the reservoir and maximize its value. The QQ Field predominantly produces from two formations: Nubia and Nezzazat. Furthermore, there are multiple sub-layers in each formation. Reliable flow unit allocation is critical to gauge contribution of each layer, identify the undrained areas of the reservoir, and locate future development opportunities. The flow unit allocation module incorporates all available data such as PLT/ILT data, completion history, permeability of each flow unit at well level, relative pressures, and water influx model. Based on the allocated production, the current recovery factors in Nubia and Nezzazat are approximately 60% and 20% respectively. Analysis of RFT data reveals good vertical communication across Nubia. However, in some areas there is clear pressure discontinuity across layers. The reservoir pressure has dropped below the bubble point in both formations. As a result, water injection was initiated. The pressure in all parts of Nubia was restored above bubble point. Aquifer influx is sufficient to support the current withdrawal rates and further water injection is unnecessary. However, Nezzazat has a significantly higher reservoir complexity and therefore, shows a large variation in pressure behavior. It needs water injection to maintain the reservoir pressure above the bubble point in all parts of the reservoir. Based on the flow-unit allocation, the voidage replacement ratio (VRR) was calculated for each area and each layer. Even though the overall VRR in the waterflooded areas is above one, the distribution of the injected water is uneven. Redistributing injected water and ensuring that all the areas and all the layers are adequately supported will help to maximize recovery. The prolonged dip in oil price demands extreme efficiency. Sound reservoir management must not require unreasonable time or manpower. The rapid, automated analysis enables quick identification of the key areas for improvement in reservoir management practices and maximize the value of the asset.

The Marine Olympus and Tyne are long serving marine gas turbine engines, which entered service in the early 70’s and whose design heritage goes as far back as the 1950’s. The engines, still in active service with twenty three navies, continue to provide propulsion power for aircraft carriers, frigates and destroyers in every ocean around the globe. Rolls-Royce has developed a “Total Care” (TC) contract with one of its major naval customers to replace the traditional “as incurred” support arrangement. Under Total Care, Rolls-Royce for a fixed price will provide engines, their spares and technical support for a 12 year period. A fundamental element of the “Total Care” strategy was to install Data Acquisition and Intelligent Engine Health Monitor/Hazard alert systems. This paper will describe the technical requirement and business justification for the introduction of an Engine Health Monitor at a seemingly late stage in the engine product life cycle. The paper will also show how the customer and other stakeholders were satisfied that such an investment was both cost effective and achievable. Topics covered include the unique approach required for legacy products, system supplier and cost issues, sensor selection, prototyping, campaigning the equipment into the fleet and how to effectively manage large quantities of data. The paper will show how the use of intelligent hazard detection processes and diagnostic systems extract maximum value through asset longevity and protection for the benefit of both the service provider and customer.

Abstract The current pace of renewable energy development around the world is unprecedented, with offshore wind in particular proving to be an extremely valuable and reliable energy source. The global installed capacity of offshore wind turbines by the end of 2022 is expected to reach the 46.4 GW, among which 33.9 GW in Europe. Costs are critical for the future success of the offshore wind sector. The industry is pushing hard to make cost reductions to show that offshore wind is economically comparable to conventional fossil fuels. Efficiencies in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) offer potential to achieve significant cost savings as it accounts for around 20%–30% of overall offshore wind farm costs. One of the most critical and rather complex assembly of onshore, offshore and floating wind turbines is the gearbox. Gearboxes are designed to last till the end of the lifetime of the asset, according to the IEC 61400-4 standards. On the other hand, a recent study over approximately 350 offshore wind turbines indicate that gearboxes might have to be replaced as early as 6.5 years. Therefore sensing and condition monitoring systems for onshore, offshore and floating wind turbines are needed in order to obtain reliable information on the state and condition of different critical parts, focusing towards the detection and/or prediction of damage before it reaches a critical stage. The development and use of such technologies will allow companies to schedule actions at the right time, and thus will help reducing the costs of operation and maintenance, resulting in an increase of wind energy at a competitive price and thus strengthening productivity of the wind energy sector. At the academic level a plethora of methodologies have been proposed during the last decades for the analysis of vibration signatures focusing towards early and accurate fault detection with limited false alarms and missed detections. Among others, Envelope Analysis is one of the most important methodologies, where an envelope of the vibration signal is estimated, usually after filtering around a selected frequency band excited by impacts due to the faults. Different tools, such as Kurtogram, have been proposed in order to accurately select the optimum filter parameters (center frequency and bandwidth). Cyclostationary Analysis and corresponding methodologies, i.e. the Cyclic Spectral Correlation and the Cyclic Spectral Coherence, have been proved as powerful tools for condition monitoring. On the other hand the application, test and evaluation of such tools on general industrial cases is still rather limited. Therefore the main aim of this paper is the application and evaluation of advanced diagnostic techniques and diagnostic indicators, including the Enhanced Envelope Spectrum and the Spectral Flatness on real world vibration data collected from vibration sensors on gearboxes in multiple wind turbines over an extended period of time of nearly four years. The diagnostic indicators are compared with classical statistic time and frequency indicators, i.e. Kurtosis, Crest Factor etc. and their effectiveness is evaluated based on the successful detection of two failure events.
