Враховуючи необхідність виконання основних вимог, які наведено в Регламенті будівельних виробів (CPR), актуальним є питання про розроблення процедури оцінювання відповідності вогнезахисних штукатурок, призначених для нанесення покриттів, що використовуються для вогнезахисту будівельних конструкцій на сталевій основі. В статті наведено основні показники якості зазначених штукатурок, якими є реакція на вогонь, вогнестійкість і надійність, що підлягають оцінюванню на відповідність основній вимозі CPR «Безпечність у разі пожежі». Показано, що особливістю випробування на надійність є наявність процедури порівняння результатів, одержаних з використанням зразків, одні з яких піддано штучній експозиції за заданих умов впливу (навколишнього середовища), які відповідають категорії використання, а другі є контрольними зразками. Показниками, за якими проводять оцінювання надійності, є адгезія (міцність зчеплення зі сталевою поверхнею), теплоізолювальна здатність і результати візуальних спостережень. Під час цих випробувань використовують сталеві пластини з номінальними розмірами 500 мм × 500 мм і товщиною не менше ніж 5 мм. Встановлено, що залежно від категорії використання штукатурки можуть підлягати оцінюванню на відповідність іншим основним вимогам CPR за такими показниками як вміст, виділення і (або) вивільнення небезпечних речовин; паропроникність; механічна міцність і стійкість; стійкість до удару та зсуву; захист від повітряного шуму; поглинання звуку; захист від ударного шуму; теплопровідність. Під час виробничого контролю підлягають перевірянню густина сухого будівельного розчину, свіжоприготовленого будівельного розчину і будівельного розчину, який затверднув; тривалість схоплювання і життєздатність свіжоприготовленого будівельного розчину; адгезія і теплоізолювальна здатність будівельного розчину, який затверднув. На місці проведення робіт з вогнезахисту потрібно здійснювати перевіряння адгезії штукатурки. Визначено методи випробування і перевіряння показників якості штукатурок, призначених для вогнезахисту будівельних конструкцій на сталевій основі.

The article examines the effectiveness of management of banking business development of banking business has been completed, as it has shown that cardinal changes are taking place in the banking sector of Ukraine. Such changes are due to the decrease in the pay-per-person capacity of the clients, the interconnected gentry to discourage the arrival of banks, to the advances of the economies, as inheritors, to those who have moved to the banks. The assessment of the efficiency of bank busi-ness development management made it possible to increase the growth of bank income and the results became the basis for the adoption of the strategy of the development of the future. Analysis of the effectiveness of managing the development of banking business, the percentage of banks‘ assets, the percentage of banks’ assets from the bank’s owner (banks with a state-owned part; banks, which are located before the third-party banking groups; banks with private capitalists) margin, operational income, net income. The study showed that as of June 1, 2021, the banking business as a whole is operating effectively, as evidenced not only by the growth of absolute profits, but also, above all, the indicators of return on assets and return on capital. According to the consolidated data, the average Ukrainian bank, which just emerged from the crisis in 2018 as of June 1, 2021, is generally efficient. However, private and “other” state-owned banks still have too high a share of their income expenditures. The return on capital of these banks is also the lowest. The best positions in 2020 are observed in bank “Privatbank”. Leading the domes-tic market are banks belonging to foreign banking groups, they have consistently high and balanced management efficiency. The second position in terms of the efficiency of managing the development of the banking business in Ukraine is occupied by banks with a state share. The third position is occupied by banks with private capital. It is determined that among the main prob-lems of the banking business, which affect the rate of profitability, is the outpacing growth of costs relative to the bank’s income.Keywords: banking business, development of banking business, efficiency of management of development of banking busi-ness, return on capital, return on assets. У статті досліджено питання ефективності управління розвитком банківського бізнесу. Основні показники ефективності управління розвитком банківського бізнесу дали змогу визначити слабкі місця та віднайти джерела зростання доходів банків, а її результати стали базою для прийняття рішень щодо стратегії майбутнього розвитку. Аналізування ефективності управління розвитком банківського бізнесу здійснено за групами банків залежно від їхнього власника (банки з державною часткою; банки, які належить до іноземних банківських груп; банки з приватним капіталом) за основними показниками прибутковості, такими як ROA, ROE, CIR, чиста процентна маржа, операційні доходи, чистий прибуток. Дослідження показало, що станом на 1 червня 2021 р. загалом по системі банківський бізнес працює ефективно, про що свідчить зростання не лише абсолютного прибутку, але й передусім показників рентабельності активів та рентабельності капіталу.Ключові слова: банківський бізнес, розвиток банківського бізнесу, ефективність управління розвитком банківського бізнесу, рентабельність капіталу, рентабельність активів.

The purpose of the study is to research and analyze the peculiarities of some indices of hemostasis system changes and define their possible role in the formation of a vascular lesion in the patients with chronic cor pulmolale of broncho-pulmonary genesis during decompensating stage and in conditions of its comorbidity with hypertensive disease. Materials and methods. The retrospective study and analysis of indices of hemostasis system (platelet count, thrombin time, prothrombin time, antithrombin - III, plasma tolerance to heparin, plasmin lysis, fibrinogen, soluble fibrin) in 96 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and decompensated chronic cor pulmolale with signs of circulatory insufficiency of the 2nd stage (female – 34, male – 62, mean age – 57.5±1.2) were carried out. 32 patients with the isolated pathology formed the comparative group whereas 64 patients with the comorbid hypertensive disease of the 2nd stage, of the 2nd degree of arterial hypertension, built the main group. The obtained research results of the patients of the main and comparative groups were compared both in groups and with the indices of practically healthy individuals (n = 15) of the same gender and age. Results and discussion. The obtained results indicated to a certain extent the presence of a significant increase of coagulation potential, an increase of fibrinolysis system activity and the disorder of “external way” of blood coagulation. It doesn’t exclude the change of procoagulant factors content/activity and can be considered as a result of their intensive using. The foregoing changes were the most significant (it concerns all indices) in the patients with chronic cor pulmolale and comorbid hypertensive disease. Our results confirm to a certain extent the following idea of scientists. Hypercoagulation and activation of the platelets together with the chronic systemic inflammation and oxidative stress are general pathogenic mechanisms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and cardiovascular diseases, particularly of the arterial hypertension. It is reflected clearly as a very important constituent part of “mutual burden” syndrome in case of a comorbid course. Conclusion. The peculiarity of the hemostasis system changes in patients with decompensated chronic cor pulmolale of broncho-pulmonary genesis is an increase of its coagulation potential; the most significant its manifestations with activation and simultaneous suppression of fibrinolytic activity are typical of the patients with the comorbid hypertensive disease (it can be considered as manifestations of the chronic disseminated intervascular coagulation syndrome). The increased coagulation potential of a hemostasis system in the patients with decompensated chronic cor pulmolale of broncho-pumonary genesis should be considered as a marker of the risk of the thrombogenic vascular complications development; it is necessary to carry out the periodical monitoring of its indices with the purpose of prevention of the development of cardiovascular events both in the isolated course of chronic cor pulmolale and in the conditions of comorbidity with hypertensive disease
