Abstract:
This master's thesis is an introduction to the study of the relationship between theology and anthropology in the liturgical work of the French theologian Louis Bouyer (1913-2004). We restrain ourselves to the period prior to the Second Vatican Council. This work is in three parts: (I)-Louis Bouyer and Liturgical Movement, (II)-Louis Bouyer and the intelligence of liturgy (III)-Louis Bouyer and anthropology of religion. In the first part, we analyze the view of L. Bouyer on the Liturgical Movement. In the second part, we specify what he means by intelligence of liturgy, from its center : the Paschal Mystery, and the concept of Mystery inherited from O. Casel. In the third part, we present the anthropological perspective of L. Bouyer based on one of its reference books: Rite and man.

This workpiece develops a cartography of forgiveness dimensions, encompassing the branches of law, ethic, politics, Christian theology and therapy. It takes profit of Paul Ricoeur s and Jacques Derrida s readings. Forgiveness place is a border place that communicates with a variety of domains. Its discussion involves that of guiltiness and reconciliation with past. The thesis intends to analyze the ethical inscription of forgiveness in philosophy, appointing that this issue requires an incursion in the nonphilosophic field. It adopts as a model the work of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in South Africa, an experience of reconciliation through a conditional amnesty and a new model of restorative Justice. Some applications of forgiveness spirit in law highlight obligation and responsibility relations, supported by the concept of debt and equivalence applied by Justice. They bring the context of the initial debate about crimes against humanity, after the Second World War, and its relations to the Statement of Rights. According to Ricoeur s view, forgiveness inscription lies in the abundance of non-realized evil. Ricoeur s difficult forgiveness equation reveals the dynamics emerging from the disproportion between the height of learned hymn and guiltiness depth, its imputability and the problematic of incapability. Derrida s reflection about the forgiveness and the unforgivable, in the geopolitical scene, explores the ideas of conditional forgiveness, pure forgiveness and circulation between hyperbolical ethic and politics. The public debate upon the interpretation and reach of Amnesty Law in 1979, promulgated under military dictatorship in Brazil, is an opportunity to appreciate the abuse of forgetter and the need of not erasing the facts, even though debt has been broken up
A pesquisa do dar e retribuir envolve a revisitação do modelo arcaico e aspectos cerimoniais do dom e do reconhecimento.

Abstract:
The research tries to deals with some crucial questions presented by a sequence of important figures of the French contemporary phenomenological context (Lévinas, Ricoeur, Derrida, Henry and Marion). The analysis is developed in dialogue with the composite background of the French reception of the two phenomenological paradigms, Husserl's and Heidegger's one and in a critic discussion of Janicaud hermeneutic thesis exposed in his famous pamphlet "Le tournant théologique de la phénoménologie française". Throughout a path that goes by the "apories" of subjectivity, the paradoxes of temporality and the new configuration of phenomenality, the research presents a possible phenomenological way to one of the most traditional metaphysical instances, i. E. , the legitimacy of a philosophical "access" to God. Revoking the classical presupposes of rational theology and of onto-theology, the work shows how a new definition of the different dimensions of experience (subjectivity between corporeity and language, time between perception and memory, phenomenality between apparent and unapparent), analysed by the French authors of phenomenology, could be the field in which the philosophical approaches offered by phenomenology and metaphysics, face one another and dialogue each other. Finally, the research trail tries to give a different meaning - pursuing a sort of typical French phenomenological spirit to the famous Heidegger's words according to which "the provenience says always future"

The present work is devoted to the historical study on the memoirs around Expedite Talent Lopes and priest Hosana of Siqueira and Silva. Expedite talent was bishop of Garanhuns-Pernambuco. In 1957, it was murdered by priest Hosana with three revolver shots. The crime generated narratives. He/she/you founded multiple memoirs. Those narrative plots give dinamicidade to the past. The concern is not simply to explain the a lot of memoirs on the crime, but to think as those memoirs was counted and recounted by the letters and for the speech of the depoentes that, as those memories, they built and they build senses that evidence specific papers of villainous (I murder) and hero (example). to Notice as the crime is narrated and your multiple variations are here the objective looked for.

Abstract:
The present thesis explores the aesthetic sensibility developed in French song as of the early thirties through its contact with different forms of jazz. The change that occurred in France after the Great War, mainly due to new musical genres coming from America, shook the European artistic scene, and more generally Western views on aesthetics. Jazz questions form in its relation to the signified, requires sound to create meaning and thus becomes an essential part in the reflection on the arts in the first decades of the twentieth century, whether high-brow or popular culture, in sound or sight. Examples abound such as Pierre Mac Orlan, Darius Milhaud, Wassily Kandinsky or Piet Mondrian. How does French song, as a lyrical and constrained genre, reconcile its own idiosyncratic poetics with the formal openness of jazz? This study is set within the framework of cantology, the multidisciplinary and specific study of song, and explores the work of three singer-songwriters with significant differences in their approaches to jazz. It examines what from a musicological viewpoint falls into the category of jazz, in order to evaluate the impact it has had on French song, especially on poetic texts, as well as the fluctuating boundaries between text and music, the rhythmic design, and the modernity of the vocal and scenic rendition

Gosselin, Sophie. Thesis, Strasbourg, 2015. http://www.theses.fr/2015STRAC012.

Full text
Abstract:
At a time of the increasing dominance of anthropotechnic, with the advent of the technoscientific paradigm and the generalised introduction of digital technology, the challenge consists in questioning and disrupting the metaphysical bond between anthropos and techné by reconsidering the issue of technique beyond the division between Nature and Culture. From this perspective, the problem is no longer to see Technique in opposition to a pre-given Nature, opposition which allows the establishment of the instrumental reign of mankind cut off from the cosmic process. The question is to view different technical modes as ways to articulate weaves of space and time, that is as sensitive experiences. These modes of articulation do not depend on the power or the will of Man, but emerge from the sensitive and moving difference of 'naturing', a difference which escapes from any attempt to capture it
