Background: Chimeric antigen T-cell receptor therapy (CAR-T) has revolutionized treatment of relapsed/refractory (R/R) large B-cell lymphomas (LBCL). Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a notable toxicity of CAR-T that may be associated with inferior outcomes.
