Abstract:
Education is the main factor for every country or nation to excel in global competition, it is also an investment in the future that will be profitable. Various improvements to the education system have been implemented and are close to achieving their goals. The quality education system is actually the spirit of the teachers as the executor of education. Teachers are the key to quality education and the most important factor in the teaching and learning process. This study provides an overview of various problems, advantages and disadvantages of education, differences and similarities between Indonesia's education system and foreign countries. Literature review is the method used in this research. The results of the study show that the advantages of education in Indonesia are (1) a diverse education system; (2) Transparent education system; (3) The curriculum is prepared directly by the experts. Weaknesses; (1) Educators who are not evenly distributed; (2) Educational facilities that are not evenly distributed; (3) The curriculum is still theoretical. Education in Indonesia places more emphasis on learning to read, write, and count for early childhood, learning time is very busy, always giving assignments at home. While abroad, early childhood education places more emphasis on playing and interacting to explore their environment, students only study in class about 30-40% and the rest is spent playing and interacting with their friends, not giving assignments or homework. The similarity is to focus on sharpening students' character intelligence, increasing students' practical abilities which will be needed in the future.

Abstract:
Bilingual Education is teaching an academic subject in two languages, i.e. a mother language (first language L1) and a second language (L2), with various amounts in an instructed program models. The early viewpoint about the brain tends to assert that learning an L2 negatively affects the L1 by dismissing it outside the brain, and it emphasizes that the idea of bilingualism creates a problem in the teaching process. The late researches on bilingualism disapprove the conclusions of the early researches come with and make it clear that persons who speak two languages (bilinguals) have cognitive merits much more than those who speak just one language (monolinguals). As for bilingual education in recent times, there are still contradictory opinions. Some believe that learning the first language (L1) will not hurt the second one (English) and that new knowledge learned in L1 will gradually transfer to the second language, English. On the other side, some maintain that developing the L1 will essentially affect the learners’ progress in English learning if they don’t get full English immersion. Moreover, bilingualism cannot obtain easily and that is all. To keep high-level bilingualism, learner of two languages (the bilingual person) needs to use both languages constantly and with great effort. Learning a foreign language leads to learning a different culture that widens understanding and develops humanity. And the ability to use the second language and the second culture is considered a means to achieve creative capabilities.

Abstract:
This paper illustrates the positive impact of inclusive education in protecting the basic rights of children with disabilities,
alleviating marginalization and mental health, and critically discusses the challenges children with disabilities face in inclusive education regarding violence, self-perception, and educational resources. Access to education as a fundamental right for people with
disabilities can effectively be the only way to break down further “ableist” bias and alleviate the marginalization of people with
disabilities in today’s social environment. However, the medical model and the “ableist” stereotype in people’s minds are challenging to eliminate; the lack of educational resources has become one of the biggest obstacles to universal inclusive education.
To solve the above problems, firstly, the diversity of the social environment for people with disabilities should be respected and
accommodated from a conceptual point of view. Secondly, schools and the government should continue implementing inclusive
education policies and increasing investment in education to alleviate the current situation of insufficient educational resources
and teacher training. Meanwhile, mainstream media should be more objective in depicting facts rather than their traumas to break
traditional prejudices and promote a more equal and diverse social environment.

Abstract:
Innovation in healing education is critical for healthcare professionals to meet the increasing demands of the healthcare landscape. Advancements in technology, education, and curriculum design have revamped established medical instruction, offering a range of benefits. First, creative methods such as imitation-based preparation and virtual reality embellish experiential learning, allowing undergraduates to practice clinical abilities in safe surroundings. This not only promotes skill command but also advances distracting thinking and decision-making. Additionally, electronics help in asynchronous education, enabling graduates to approach educational materials at their own pace. Online platforms, mutual modules, and the combined use of several media resources enhance a pliable and personalized education experience. Collaborative finishes further facilitate ideas and information sharing with students and skills, advancing a sense of community and supporting collaborative healthcare surroundings. However, changes in medical instructions suggest restraints. The integration of electronics demands significant economic contributions and ongoing perpetuation, posing challenges for organizations with limited possessions. Moreover, the digital separation concedes the possibility of exacerbating instructional prejudices, as students with varying approaches to electronics may have knowledge differences in learning moments. Furthermore, the rapid pace of progress in detail necessitates constant faculty to guarantee that educators are proficient in efficiently appropriating creative tools.

Abstract:
Immersive learning is a teaching and learning approach that integrates technology with traditional methods of education, providing a more realistic and stimulating environment for growth. It focuses more on the experience of learning rather than if a student’s answers are right or wrong. Immersive learning is hugely effective way for many learners to develop their knowledge and skills. It provides artificial, digitally created content and environments that accurately replicates real life scenarios so that new skills and techniques can be learned and perfected. In the future, immersion students will typically develop greater cognitive flexibility, demonstrating increased attention control, better memory, and superior problem-solving skills as well as an enhanced understanding of their primary language. This study also indicates that work immersion enables students to acquire and develop the skills of teamwork, communication, attendance and punctuality, productivity and resilience, initiate and proactivity, judgment and decision making, dependability and reliability, attitude, and professionalism.

Abstract:
The article will analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the traditional education system in order to better understand and reveal the research topic. Undoubtedly, the transition to a new system of education is yielding positive results. However, the disadvantages of traditional teaching cannot be overemphasized.Citing the contribution of scholars to pedagogy in their time, we would like to prove that the quality of traditional education has been implemented at its highest level. The traditional education system is characterized by the pedagogy of reputation. The authority of traditional education has a complex and sophisticated structure, in which the content of teaching and education is determined by the reputation of the nation and the teacher. The point of its content is in the presence of a model and standards. Surely, none of "developmental systems", "interactive whiteboards", "technologies", "upgrades" can replace the unique role of the teachers. However the advantages and mobility of the updated program are endless. A traditional teacher guides students, directs them into the right path, prevents various mistakes, ensures that students achieve their goals in a timely manner and work tirelessly for it.

Abstract:
The latest Pandemic has changed not only our lifestyle behavior, but at the same the manner how we work, study, and evolve. We witnessed work from home, or remote working, as well as learning from home changes. The shift from the physical classroom to the online classroom came with advantages, but also with some, disadvantages. In this article, we conducted a research to discover undergraduate and graduate students’ perceptions towards online education. Students and professors are detached for the time being from their universities into online education platforms and video conference rooms, but not without other difficulties and challenges for the academic community. Some universities already had some practice and knew how to manage and use online platforms for different cycle types like: part-time or distance learning programs. Other universities appealed to platforms offered by international organizations like Microsoft or Google. The novelty was that not only the courses and seminars are held online and exams as well, proving to be a provocative issue, both for students and professors. We discovered different factors that influence online education and learning satisfaction. One of the main discoveries was that the future seems to be towards a blended learning system combining physical and online teaching.
