Abstract:
Bendungan adalah konstruksi yang dibangun untuk menahan laju air menjadi waduk, danau, atau tempat rekreasi. Seringkali bendungan juga digunakan untuk mengalirkan air ke sebuah Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air. Kebanyakan bendungan juga memiliki bagian yang disebut pintu gerbang air untuk membuang air yang tidak diinginkan secara bertahap atau berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, penulis melakukan analisa dan merancang sistem baru yang mengantisipasi kelemahan-kelemahan pada sistem yang berjalan tanpa menimbulkan permasalahan-permasalahan baru. Sistem pengendali otomatis debit air pada simulasi bendungan menggunakan mikrokontroler atmega 32 dan komunikasi serial yang penulis usulkan telah menjawab permasalahan yang timbul. Sistem pengendali otomatis debit air pada simulasi bendungan menggunakan mikrokontroler atmega 32 dan komunikasi serial dapat memberikan hasil yang baik dalam memberikan data level ketinggian air pada wadah akuarium yang diujikan. Software yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam penelitian ini adalah Borland Delphi7 dan Arduino serta metodologi yang digunakan untuk perkembangan aplikasi ini adalah metode Spiral. Hasil pengembangan dari sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan pemerintah dalam membenahi saluran air.

AbstrakKoperasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Tanah Laut adalah salah satu badan usaha yang bergerak dibidang simpan pinjam yang melayani anggota khususnya dalam bidang pelayanan simpan pinjam, saat ini pengelolaan data simpan pinjam masih dilakukan secara semi manual yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi microsoft word dan kemudian dibukukan secara manual, hal tersebut kurang efektif dan kurang effisien karena membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama pada saat proses pencarian data simpan pinjam, selain itu pada saat melakukan transaksi simpan pinjam kepada anggota juga harus membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan sering terjadi kekeliruan dalam pengolahan datanya sehingga memperlambat dalam proses pelayanan terhadap anggota koperasi sehingga diperlukan suatu aplikasi yang lebih efekif dan efisien dalam mengelola data simpan pinjam di koperasi Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Guna meningkatkan pelayanan dan pengelolaan data koperasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Tanah Laut maka perlu dibuat suatu Implementasi Sistem Informasi simpan pinjam Berbasis SMS Gateway. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini, menggunakan bahasa pemograman Borland Delphi 7.0. Pada aplikasi ini juga terdapat menu sms gateway yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan petugas dalam mengirimkan informasi melalui sms secara langsung kepada banyak anggotanya sehingga diharapkan aplikasi koperasi simpan pinjam ini dapat digunakan lebih tepat, cepat dan hasil yang lebih akurat. The purpose of this research is to create a laboratory management information system using the Delphi 7.0 program, it is hoped that laboratory management that is integrated with computers can make laboratory activities more effective and efficient. By using the research and development (R&D) method, the following research results were obtained: a) a database system that can accommodate the recording of all laboratory management activities; b) software as an interface between laboratory users and the database system. From the series of research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that with an information system that has made service activities in the survey and mapping laboratory more effectively and efficiently.

At this time watering orchids is still done manually. It certainly took a lot of time, by making a watering system based on this moisture will save time. To determine the value of temperature and humidity used SHT-11 module is capable of detecting the temperature from -40C to 123,8˚C and relative humidity from 0% RH to 100% RH. Watering plants Phalaenopsis amabilis orchids species do when the SHT-11 detects the humidity inside the orchids house below 60% RH. Watering is carried out by spraying water from above directly into the plant’s roots. The method of watering is intended that the water can be poured directly absorbed by the plant. This control system controlled by arduino uno microcontroller. As for the computer control system, used Borland Delphi 7 to make aplication for control. ABSTRAKPenggunaan lapis tambah pada perkerasan jalan adalah upaya untuk memperbaiki kondisi fungsional dan struktural, karena perkerasan jalan memiliki masa pakai yang terbatas. Seiring bertambahnya usia, kondisi jalan akan semakin buruk hingga memerlukan rehabilitasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat lunak tebal lapis tambah bernama "OVRL" dengan mengikuti pedoman Pd T-05-2005-B menggunakan metode lendutan yang melibatkan alat Benkelman Beam (BB) dan alat Falling Weigth Deflectometer (FWD) yang dibuat dengan Borland Delphi. Perangkat lunak OVRL dapat digunakan sebagai pendamping Pd T-05-2005-B untuk mempercepat proses perhitungan karena seluruh tahap perhitungan telah tersedia dalam perangkat lunak tersebut. Analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak dapat mengurangi waktu dan kesalahan manusia dalam proses perhitungan yang kompleks. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan perangkat lunak OVRL memiliki tingkat kemungkinan kesalahan yang sangat kecil dengan rentang keyakinan 95%. Ini akan membantu mengurangi kemungkinan kesalahan manusia dalam proses perhitungan.Kata kunci: lapis tambah, perkerasan jalan, rehabilitasi, Borland Delphi, metode lendutan, perangkat lunak OVRL ABSTRACTThe use of additional layers on road pavement is an effort to improve the functional and structural conditions, as road pavements have a limited lifespan. As the age increases, the condition of the road will deteriorate to the point where rehabilitation is needed. This study aims to develop the "OVRL" software for calculating the thickness of the additional pavement layers, following the guidelines of Pd T-05-2005-B using the deflection method involving Benkelman Beam (BB) and Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) equipment created using Borland Delphi. OVRL software can be used as a companion to Pd T-05-2005-B to speed up the calculation process because all calculation steps are available in the software. The analysis using the software can reduce time and human errors in complex calculation processes. The results of the OVRL software calculations have a very small probability of error with a 95% confidence interval estimate. Abstract:
Penelitian mengenai sel galvani air laut banyak dikembangkan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Namun, dalam proses penelitian sel galvani air laut masih memiliki kendala dalam pengukuran parameter yang dihasilkan. Pada penelitian ini telah direlisasikan sistem instrumentasi data logger parameter sel galvani secara otomatis berbasis Arduino dan Borland Delphi 7. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi parameter sel galvani seperti tegangan, arus, dan iluminasi menggunakan sensor INA219, dan BH1750. Mekanisme pengambilan data penelitian ini yaitu sistem diaplikasikan dengan sel galvani air laut menggunakan elektroda Cu(Ag)-Zn. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem dapat mendeteksi parameter, menyimpan parameter pada kartu memori, menampilkan data sampling pada LCD, dan user interface Borland Delphi 7 secara real-time. Sensor pada sistem ini mampu mendeteksi tegangan, arus, dan iluminasi dengan akurasi masing-masing sebesar 99,73%, 95,85%, dan 98,31%.

У першому розділі наведений аналіз предметної області(перелік задач, вхідні та вихідні дані, обсяги інформації), аналізував інструменти та засоби розробки і приймав рішення про їх вибір. У другому розділі описується проектування бази даних «Фітнес-клуб». The purpose of this thesis is to create an automatic workplace administrator of the fitness club. To solve the tasks I studied and then used as a software development Borland Delphi 7. This thesis consists of 3 chapters. The first section provides an analysis of the subject area (list of tasks, input and output data, information), analyzed the tools and tools of development and decided on their choice. The second section describes the design of the database "Fitness Club". And in the third section of the thesis the application is implemented in the environment of Borland Delphi 7.

This thesis dissertates the identification of existing experimental unit of biomass combustion. It analyses particular methods of identification, the selection of a model and methods of the estimation of parameters, especially by using last square method and analysis of time-response characteristic. It describes common identification procedure and particular algorithms which were used in practice for obtaining model’s parameters. The thesis also mentions popular software tools used for the modeling and the identification of systems. It comprises the implementation of obtained mathematic models using programming environment Borland Delphi as well.

This project deals with a survey of inventory system and accounting property. The purpose of the project is to study the SAP system, IS Apollo,  the database platform Oracle 10g, the RFID technology and to make a marketing research of a device for the chip EPCglobal UHF Gen2. On base marketing research propose and implement RFID inventory. At implementation target will be collective reading RFID tags. Further I will implement application simulating evidence systems and I will design data transmission to those application that will be also used at transmission data to the IS Apolla. I decided to implement the inventorying in the development environment Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Standard Edition C#. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of free-form deformations. The main goal of this work were elaboration of theoretical knowledge about this issue and the programming of selected methods od free-form deformations. The first part describes the required spline theory, matrix calculus and free-form deformations. The resulting version shows three programs. The first program compares the selected free-form deformation methods to the example of the 4x4 control point grid. The second program serves as a generalization for the general case of grid of control points. The last program is based on direct manipulation of arbitrary surface point and following recomputation of the control points to obtain demanded shape.

Artificial ground freezing method (AGF) is used more and more popularly in underground engineering of soft soil area. However, because of the flaws of freezing theories and the lack of AGF real-time monitoring data, high risk exists in this method. Therefore, it is urgent to set up AGF information systems for freezing construction monitoring and analyzing. According to the special features of AGF and combined with temperature measurement technology, communications transmission technology and computer technology, a network information system for AGF method named GeoFreezer is studied and developed. This system could fulfill the request function of AGF management, including remote, real-time monitoring, visualization, analyzing, and so on. The main hardware of GeoFreezer is composed of advanced digital temperature sensor, &amp;ldquo;1-wire bus&amp;rdquo; network, fiber technique, database server, personal computers and so on. Software environment includes Borland Delphi 7.0 as developing platform and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database. Client/Server network structure is used for data exchanging and back-up. For the requirement of AGF safety, remote and real-time monitoring is realized and the monitoring rate could be higher than 10 times per minutes. After acquiring data, it could be visualized in kinds of forms such as 2D chart and 3D model, based on which, temperature field, distributing character of frozen soil wall, and the formulas of frozen soil wall characteristics under non-zero freezing temperature are analyzed. The application of GeoFreezer in cross passage construction of Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel project is specified in the end. The good monitoring performance, safety controlling, and decision-making service proves the practicability and advantage of this system.

O artigo apresenta um sistema de apoio à decisão aplicado ao planejamento operacional da coleta seletiva de resíduos sólidos (SCOLDSS), o qual tem por funcionalidade principal à geração de alternativas ao processo decisório no que se refere á: (a) alocação de veiculos para a roleta seletiva, bem como o roteiro a ser percorrido pelos mesmos e, (b} a determinação da quantidade diária de resíduos sólidos a ser enviado a cada unidade de triagem. Para o desenvolvimento do mesmo foi utilizada a combinação de técnicas advindas da Pesquisa Operacional, que são a simulação computacional de eventos discretos e algoritmos para o problema da alocação e roteamento de veículos. O sistema foi desenvolvido utilizando o ambiente Borland Delphi e, para a simulação foi utilizado o simulador Arena 3.5. Para a validação do SCOLDSS estão sendo utilizados dados da coleta seletiva de um município do Rio Grande do Sul.

Abstract A method and a computer program are developed for 3-D finite element analysis of long fiber reinforced composite spur gears, in which long fibers are arranged along tooth profiles. For such a structure, the gear is composed of two regions; namely the long fiber reinforced and the chopped fiber reinforced regions. Pre and post-processing modules of the program for the finite element analysis are written in Borland Delphi Pascal 3.0®. ABAQUS® is used for finite element analysis. Main inputs for the pre-processing module of the program are, information on basic gear geometry, gear drive data, material properties and long fiber reinforcement geometry. Finite element meshes are automatically generated and mesh information with other required data are written to a file in the input-file-format of ABAQUS®. Stresses are read from the output file of ABAQUS® by the post-processing module, and color-coded drawings for various stresses and failure index are displayed. For the long fiber reinforced region, failure indexes are calculated by using the tensor polynomial failure criterion. Effects of reinforcing thickness and location of long fibers on gear strength are investigated. Stresses and failure index are calculated for different materials and fiber volume ratios.

The human being in the environments of modern technology has to endure stresses of many and varied kinds of vibrations [1]. Measuring vibration is an important tool in rehabilitation and biomechanical fields of research. We have proposed image processing as a new method to record and determine the frequency response of human body. The subjects were exposed to whole body periodical vibration while standing on a shaking table. Two digital camcorders were used to capture the motion of colored pencil-dot markers on the skin of human body (forehead) and on the edge of the shaking table. After color spotting each frame, the binary image results were processed using new circle factor criteria proposed in this work, for fast finding circles based on second order statistics. The extracted points were calibrated using our own extended version of the direct linear transformation (DLT) method. We subsequently used Borland Delphi 5.0 language to develop useful software for measuring and analyzing human body vibration. As a result, it was clear that the proposed method was lower noise-sensitive in comparison to accelerometer. In order to investigate the validity of the software, the obtained mechanical impedance of the body were compared with other investigations in literature and showed to be compatible. The main advantage of this method is working with a simple user-familiar hardware with no external device attached to the subject and also a user-friendly-software.

A large number of people are exposed to whole body vibration in their occupational life. Measuring vibration is an important tool in rehabilitation and biomechanical fields of research. We have proposed image processing as a new method to record and determine the frequency response of human body. The arranged set up for forced vibration consisted of an AC motor, a variable speed drive unit and a shaking table for producing one directional sinusoidal vibration. Volunteers were asked to stand on the shaking table at a relaxed posture. Two digital camcorders were used to capture the motion of colored pencil-dot markers on the skin of human body (forehead) and on the edge of the shaking table. After color spotting each frame, the binary image results were processed using new circle factor criteria proposed in this work, for fast finding circles based on second order statistics. The extracted points were calibrated using our own extended version of the direct linear transformation (DLT) method. Subsequently Vibration measuring software has been completely developed in Borland Delphi 5.0. Finally obtained displacement function of the body and the shaking table has been used in conjunction with Matlab 6.5 to prepare a proper algorithm for analyzing human body vibration. We discussed mechanical characteristics of the body by obtaining mechanical impedance and transmissibility from the shaking table to the head as example applications of the conducted software. The important point is the fact that all devices used in our developed measurement system are usually available in a biomechanics laboratory where a Gait system is functioning. This gives the opportunity for such laboratory to add vibration measurement to its capabilities without much excessive costs. The system has the advantage of lower noise sensitivity in comparison to accelerometer. The main advantage of this method is working with a simple user-familiar hardware with no external device attached to the subject and also a user-friendly-software.
