Naive bayes used for the classification certification graduation where participants know what information pass and did not finish. Naive bayes is a classification with the probability and statistics to predict opportunities in the future based on the Provided before. In this study, system development CRISP-DM to use of the become more ordered and testing done with the BlackBox to test each function is on the application built. From the study, produce values probability of 0.001042 the accuracy of 99 %. These results, proving that naïve bayes method can be used to assist in a prediction graduation rates participants (word and excel), because it produces quite high accuracy. So participants were able to determine the certification program proper chosen before test certification.

Abstract:
The difficulty of students in operating Microsoft Excel programs as one of the data processing programs as a major factor in the low ability of students to process data. The training activities aim to make participants comprehensively understand the material presented, so that it can be implemented applicatively in the world of work and have the professional ability to operate Microsoft Excel and deliver participants to the International Microsoft Office Specialist Excel Certification. The method used in the implementation of this activity is teaching in a computer laboratory, tutorials (mentoring) using Microsoft Excel 2010 modules, discussions and questions and answers. The activity was carried out at the STKIP PGRI West Sumatra Laboratory. The population is the 2017 STKIP PGRI West Sumatra Mathematics Education Study Program students who will graduate. Based on the activities carried out, it was obtained that out of 44 participants who were registered to take part in the training and international certification exam, only 29 participants took part in the training. Of the 29 participants who could take the international certification exam only 22 participants. There were 45% of participants who passed the certification exam so that they received the MOS Certified certificate from Microsoft. While 32% of participants received a Certificate of Completion certificate and as many as 23% of participants received a Certificate of Attendance certificate. So it can be concluded that the training provided is able to improve the ability of students to operate Microsoft Excel.

Abstract:
The vocational colleges in Taiwan regard professional certifications as a badge of skills achievement. To enhance student learning in this specific context, the authors conducted a quasi-experiment to explore effects of web-mediated self-regulated learning (SRL) with feedback, blended learning (BL) and their combinations on enhancing students’ skills of using Microsoft Word. Four classes in successive years, with a total of 190 freshmen, were divided into 2 (SRL with Feedback vs. SRL without Feedback) × 2 (Blended vs. Traditional) experimental groups. Results were generally positive. The results showed that students in the group of BL and SRL with feedback had better skills and higher pass rate on certification exams than those in the control group. It is hoped that the lesson learned is also useful for those teachers engaged in e-learning, specifically, in vocational colleges.

Abstract:
Test engine try out is an information system used by prospective alumni students to practice the questions in taking the certification exams at Bina Darma University. Exercises that can be done on this test engine are vendor certifications such as Microsoft Technology Associate, SAP, NIIT, PASAS, CISCO, and various other certifications. To ascertain whether the test engine is in line with the expectations and needs of the participants try out then an evaluation is carried out. The evaluation technique used is usability with the system usability scale approach. System usability scale is an information system evaluation technique that looks at three aspects, namely adjective rating, grade scale, acceptability by involving end users in the evaluation process. In the process of evaluating the usability scale system, ten instruments were used as a measure of evaluation. From the evaluation, the final result is 87.33. According to these conditions, it can be concluded that the test engine try out from the side of the adjective rating includes the excellence group, from the grade scale side including B group, and from the acceptability side including the acceptable group.

The problems faced by teachers in the conditions of forced transition to distance learning due to the pandemic COVID-19 have been analysed, when interaction with students was carried out only with the use of information technologies. The advantages and disadvantages of organizing training sessions using various educational platforms have been highlighted: Zoom, Microsoft Office 365, Skype. Psychological and pedagogical barriers that affect the perception of educational material by students, the performance of the teacher and student, including the effectiveness of educational interaction between them, have been considered. The problems of organizing and conducting intermediate certification in remote access have been emphasized: difficulties in identifying students ‘ identities, and the use of proctoring technologies.

Abstract:
Latar belakang: Virus Polio Liar dapat menyebabkan kelumpuhan dan dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi. Untuk memonitor transmisi virus polio liar dilakukan surveilans Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP) dan investigasi laboratorium yang telah dimulai sejak tahun 1995 di Indonesia. Virus polio liar Indigenous terakhir ditemukan di Indonesia tahun 1995. Indonesia masih memiliki ancaman importasi virus polio liar dari negara endemis dan mutasi virus polio dari vaksin yang menyebakan kelumpuhan yang sama seperti virus polio liar. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai surveilans AFP berbasis laboratorium di Indonesia pada tahun 2003-2013 sehingga mengantarkan Indonesia sebagai negara bebas polio pada tahun 2014.
 Metode: Data yang dianalisis adalah data kasus AFP seluruh Indonesia periode tahun 2003-2013. Data didapat dari laboratorium jejaring laboratorium Polio di Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya dan Sub Direktorat Surveilans, Direktorat Surveilans dan Karantina Kesehatan, Direktorat Jenderal Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit. Data di analisis menggunakan program Microsoft Excel.
 Hasil: Sebanyak 305 kasus AFP yang disebabkan oleh infeksi virus polio liar tipe 1 impor ditemukan pada tahun 2005 dan 2006. Terdapat 39 kasus AFP yang disebabkan cVDPV tipe 1 ditemukan di Pulau Madura pada tahun 2005. Virus polio liar tipe 1 hanya ditemukan di pulau Sumatera dan Jawa. Penyebaran Virus polio berhasil dihentikan pada tahun 2006 dan sudah tidak ditemukan lagi hingga tahun 2013.
 Kesimpulan: Surveilans AFP berbasis laboratorium yang baik berhasil memantau dan mendeteksi sirkulasi virus polio. Peningkatan kinerja surveillance AFP diperlukan untuk membuktikan terhentinya transmisi virus polio sehingga eradikasi polio secara global dapat diraih.

 Abstract
 Background: Wild Poliovirus can cause flaccid paralysis and can be prevented by immunization. To monitor wild polio virus transmission, Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP) surveillance and laboratory investigations was initiated in 1995 in Indonesia. The last indigenous wild poliovirus found at 1995 in Indonesia. Indonesia still has the threat of imported wild polio viruses from endemic countries and poliovirus mutation from vaccine that can cause paralytic as well as wild poliovirus. The aim of this article is to describe the laboratory-based AFP surveillance in Indonesia from 2003-2013 so that it had led the Indonesia certified for polio free in 2014.
 Methods: Data analysis performed on AFP cases data from all provinces in Indonesia period of 2013-2014. Data were collected from polio laboratories network in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya and the Sub Directorate of Surveillance, Directorate of Surveillance and Health Quarantine, Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Control. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel program.
 Results: 305 paralysis cases were caused by imported type 1 wild poliovirus infection were found in 2005 and 2006. 39 paralysis cases caused by type 1 cVDPV infection were also found on Madura Island in 2005. Type 1 wild polioviruses only found on the Sumatra and Java island. The wild poliovirus transmission was stopped in 2006 and was no longer found until 2013.
 Conclusion: Good laboratory-based AFP surveillance has been successfully monitoring and detecting the circulation of the poliovirus. Improved AFP surveillance performance is needed to prove cessation of poliovirus transmission so that eradication of poliovirus can be achieved globally.

Abstract:
It is essential to maintain a ratio between privacy protection and knowledge discovery. Internet users depend daily on SSL/HTPS for secure communication on internet. Over the years, many attacks on the certificate trust model it uses have been evolved. Mutual SSL authentication shared verification alludes to two parties validating each other through checking the digital certificate so that both sides are guaranteed of the other’s identity. In technical terms, it alludes to a client (web program or client application) authenticate themselves to the server (server application) and that server likewise confirming itself to the client through checking the general public key certificate issued by trusted Certificate Authorities (CA). Since confirmation depends on computerized Certificate, certification authorities, for example, Verisign or Microsoft Declaration Server are a critical part of mutual authentication process. From an abnormal state perspective, the way toward authenticating and setting up an encrypted channel using certificate-based mutual SSL authentication.

The study has been mainly conducted by scholars, industry representatives and information technology specialists from 12 places. Petri-Net Technology, architecture theory as well as the case study method serve as a research base. An analysis of information science courses in this country and the contents of 「Microsoft Office Expert Certification」 were performed. After visiting experts, expert meetings and a three-stage analysis of material by the Delphi technique, semi-interquartile range analyses show concentrations of suggestions, and average calculations yield the required level. The final object of the present research is to establish a fixed correspondence between 「Microsoft Office Expert Certification」 for MOS information science course contents and elective courses of 「Application and Administration of Office Information」, demonstrating how a given school results in 「Microsoft Office Expert Certification」 for MOS information science courses. Utilizing Petri Net Technology in constructing course layout to distinct and clarify the relations among different units. The present research has led to the following conclusions: 1. Locking and certifying of techniques is a requirement for companies as well as for individuals. Locking and certifying of techniques has a mutual helpful effect and lies in the trend for international competitiveness. 2. Word, Excel and PowerPoint may be listed as basic technology. Access and Outlook may be listed as basic technologies of specialized faculties. 3. A fixed correspondence between 「Microsoft Office Expert Certification」 for MOS information science course contents and elective courses of 「Application and administration of office information」has been established. 4. The results of elective courses of 「Application and administration of office information」, obtained in 213 units, are as follows: (i)「Application and administration of office information using Word」 was performed in 47 units, of which 96% resulted in 「highly necessary」, with total or high correlation. (ii)「Application and administration of office information using Excel」was performed in 58 units, of which 96% resulted in 「highly necessary」, with total or high correlation. (iii)「Application and administration of office information using PowerPoint」 was performed in 50 units, of which 96% resulted in 「highly necessary」, with total or high correlation. (iv)「Application and administration of office information using Access」 was performed in 59 units, of which 95% resulted in 「highly necessary」, with total or high correlation.

When a signaling system reaches its end of life, an overall replacement is necessary. The replacement may be in-kind but for many mass transit agencies, it is common that capacity needs will have grown significantly, and the transit agency is required to increase capacity while tackling obsolescence. Capacity and obsolescence are the primary reasons for deploying Communications Based Train Control (CBTC) technology to replace conventional trip stop and track circuit-based systems operated by New York City Transit (NYCT) or cab signaling systems operated by Baltimore Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) and the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART). Resignaling projects are often refereed as brownfield train control projects. Due to the technical and commercial complexity, the quantity of stakeholders, the number of interfaces, the regulatory involvement via safety certification, the temporal and geographic scale of the project and the continual evolution of the existing system, a robust Systems Engineering (SE) process is necessary to achieve success in large signaling replacement projects. This paper describes the software tools and processes that were deployed to meet the technical, legal and commercial needs of a large signaling replacement project during the specification development phase. The processes put in place were tailored to the size and location of the team members. The paper describes the software tools, such as IBM Rational DOORS, Microsoft SharePoint Online and Office 365 which were integrated and configured to allow for collaboration while accounting for the security, commercial and legal requirements of the agency. The selection, deployment and management of these processes and tools enabled the large, complex project to succeed.
