Full textWhat skills do professionals use to face verbal communication tasks with others? And what connections are there between knowledge referring to a professionnal fiel and skills to communicate on things and events belongin to this professionnal fiel? The research presented here fits in with professionnal didactic that can be defined as a process of psychological analysis of the work in order to work out plans or situations of training. The research relies on the theory of knowledge sudied by vergnaud and widely resorts to the logical theory of speech acts and the works on verbal interactions. The analysis of the reception clerk's work in garages relies on an empirical material composed of the transcriptions of 353 registered dialogues corresponding to the activities of 19 subjects. The results show that the reception clerk is at the interface between on one hand the customer and on the other hand the workshop. This entitles a double skills, a technical one and a commercial one learnt on the site. There are relations between the skills those technicians of origine have put together to diagnose, repair and the pragmatic skills they have developped to listent, to question, to understand, to explain and to give arguments. Skills are structured round the use of two conceptuel fields, the one of the workshop, formed by human and technical habilities and restraints the reception clerk has and the other of the customer
Filhol, Emmanuel. "La Communication psychotique et la question du père : récit et folie : pour une approche de la singularité psychotique à partir de la production orale et écrite d'enfants et d'adolescents d'un hopital de jour." Bordeaux 3, 1987. http://www.theses.fr/1987BOR30015.
Full textThis is an attempt to demonstrate through the oral and written utterances of children and adolescents in a mental day-hospital and focusing the father question how the singular experience of invanity in its disturbing aspect spreads out across the field of discursive reasoning. The theoretical approach which is of an interdisciplinary nature (it involves communication theories, utterance linguistics, pragmatics, the psychoanalytical viewpoint, freud and lacan, forays into literature with modernity texts and into the world of myths with greek tragedy) allows to keep up-to-date records of the stages of division and tension characterizing the functioning of the producer of psychotical utterances. The psychotic narrator is not entirely alienated from the other's desire (the father's despotic power) but he keeps struggling (at the level of signifiers in his language and of the process of transference) into or out of a subject's or a subjected one's position. The major problem he comes up against lies in his inability to create a long-term singularity bearing the impregnable stamp of his own identity. The actual narrator cannot be identified due to the muddling up of both voices. The linguistic drift of the psychotic being (as a flight from persecution) might result in his fading out as a narrator. The difficulty in bringing himself out as a subject alive and desiring, the failure to resort to a symbolic system, the lack of (sexual) difference point out the devastating effects of the father's debarment on the child's personality

Full textIt is a major challenge to understand how linguistic activity is organized in broad and multicultural working collectives. This form of professional life mobilizes every day several million people in various existing international institutions. It is necessary to construct tools that facilitate interaction and work in this type of social systems. To achieve this, we need to uncover the interactional mechanisms which control these practices. My research is guided by this perspective. I study the linguistic activity realized in the development of an expert opinion in a Consultative Assembly of the European Union, the Economic and Social Committee (C. E. S. ). I describe this activity as a language game as Wittgenstein conceived it, namely as an event which is not controllable at the theoretical level because of its uniqueness. Proceeding within the theoretical framework of Interlocutionary Logic, I propose a device of analysis which makes it possible to explore this language game and to uncover some of its constitutive features

Full textThis study delineates the concerns of computer technicians pertaining to the integration of a new operating system (GNU/Linux). The study has the following aims: 1) to quantify and qualify the technicians concerns ; and 2) to examine whether or how these concerns might affect the ways in which recipients work within a new operating system. Four technicians undergoing an integration of the GNU/Linux operating system were interviewed. Interview questions focused technicians fears and concerns about the operating system as well as any elements that may – or may not – lead techniciens to not effectuate a system change. The results of the study show that the technicians had concerns in 3 particular phases (out of a potential scale of seven phases). Their concerns primarily revolved around the recipient, the organization and the experimentation itself. The study also shows that even if notable concerns are present, the technicians are still willing to implement the GNU/Linux operating system. Appeals to certain rules and what type of installation ought to occur (with respect to GNU/Linux) figured prominently.

Full textThe impact of digital devices in psychopathology is a current issue that is fuelling many debates in the scientific literature and clinical practice. New symptoms are attributed to these technological objects questioning their effects on both social bond and subjectivities. After setting the different ways the literature review presents these issues, we show that the analytical paradigm has regularly drawn inspiration from mechanical and mechanistic theoretical models. The Lacanian subject then appears as a frontier concept, just as the Freudian unconscious, which allows us to extract ourselves from the strict human/machine binarism. We show that clinical study of psychoses' structure has, since the beginnings of psychoanalysis, taught practitioners about the (auto-)therapeutic constructions that subjects could carry out by drawing on the machine. We then question the way in which the analytical paradigm can recognize these devices as possible "digital crutches" for the clinical study of psychotic supplementary devices. On the strength of the therapeutic results obtained during digital workshops, we show that it is first and formost the position occupied by the clinician in the transference which can allows us to find therapeutic levers in these objects. This is less a digital clinical practice than a clinical use of digital media. Finally, we question the extent of to which these devices can facilitate or hinder the implementation of these "transferential partnerships". Therefore we propose some clinical and therapeutic orientations in the use of digital objects with psychotic subjects
