Regulators often impose rules that constrain the behavior of market participants. We study the design of regulatory policy in an insurance market as a delegation problem. A regulator restricts the menus of contracts an informed firm is permitted to offer, the firm offers a permitted menu to each consumer, and consumers choose contracts from offered menus. The National Credit Act 34 of 2005 and its Regulations came into full effect on 1 June 2007. Abstract Fiscal policy has become an integrated component of promoting environmental sustainability in Estonia. In July 2005, the Estonian government agreed on the principles of the Ecological Tax Reform (ETR).
