Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan faktor penentu mutu pelayanan tenaga pengajar di Jurusan Matematika FMIPA UNSRAT menggunakan analasis biplot. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari 377 peserta 28 matakuliah untuk 18 dosen (DS1, DS2, DS3, DS4, DS5, DS6, DS7, DS8, DS9, DS10, DS11, DS12, DS13, DS14, DS15, DS16, DS17, DS18) pada semester genap TA 2011/2012. Data diambil pada Bulan Mei di Jurusan Matematika FMIPA UNSRAT. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dosen-dosen yang dikategorikan memiliki mutu yang relatif sama unggul terhadap faktor mutu pelayanan adalah DS1, DS2, DS3, DS4, DS6, DS11, dan DS12. Objek-objek yang memiliki mutu yang relatif sama tidak unggul terhadap faktor mutu pelayanan adalah DS5, DS7, DS8, DS9, DS10, DS13, DS14, DS15, DS16, DS17 dan DS18.The objective of this research was describe service quality factor of lectures at department of mathematics FMIPA UNSRAT using biplot analysis. The data used primary data collected from 377 students of 28 subjects for 18 lecturers (DS1, DS2, DS3, DS4, DS5, DS6, DS7, DS8, DS9, DS10, DS11, DS12, DS13, DS14, DS15, DS16, DS17, DS18) in the second semester 2011/2012. Data were taken in May at department of mathematics FMIPA UNSRAT. The results showed that lecturer who categorized relatively superior quality to service quality factors are DS1, DS2, DS3, DS4, DS6, DS11 and DS12. Then the lecturer who categorized relatively not superior quality to service quality factors are DS5, DS7, DS8, DS9, DS10, DS13, DS14, DS15, DS16, DS17 and DS18.

Abstract:
Severin from Dictyostelium discoideum is a Ca2(+)-activated actin-binding protein that severs actin filaments, nucleates actin assembly, and caps the fast growing ends of actin filaments. Sequence comparison with functionally related proteins, such as gelsolin, villin, or fragmin revealed highly conserved domains which are thought to be of functional significance. To attribute the different activities of the severin molecule to defined regions, progressively truncated severin polypeptides were constructed. The complete cDNA coding for 362 (DS362) amino acids and five 3' deletions coding for 277 (DS277), 177 (DS177), 151 (DS151), 117 (DS117), or 111 (DS111) amino acids were expressed in Escherichia coli. The proteins were purified to homogeneity and then characterized with respect to their effects on the polymerization or depolymerization kinetics of G- or F-actin solutions and their binding to G-actin. Furthermore, the Ca2+ binding of these proteins was investigated with a 45Ca-overlay assay and by monitoring Ca2(+)-dependent changes in tryptophan fluorescence. Bacterially expressed DS362 showed the same Ca2(+)-dependent activities as native severin. DS277, missing the 85 COOH-terminal amino acids of severin, had lost its strict Ca2+ regulation and displayed a Ca2(+)-independent capping activity, but was still Ca2+ dependent in its severing and nucleating activities. DS151 which corresponded to the first domain of gelsolin or villin had completely lost severing and nucleating properties. However, a residual severing activity of approximately 2% was detectable if 26 amino acids more were present at the COOH-terminal end (DS177). This locates similar to gelsolin the second actin-binding site to the border region between the first and second domain. Measuring the fluorescence enhancement of pyrene-labeled G-actin in the presence of DS111 showed that the first actin-binding site was present in the NH2-terminal 111 amino acids. Extension by six or more amino acids stabilized this actin-binding site in such a way that DS117 and even more pronounced DS151 became Ca2(+)-independent capping proteins. In comparison to many reports on gelsolin we draw the following conclusions. Among the three active actin-binding sites in gelsolin the closely neighboured sites one and two share the F-actin fragmenting function, whereas the actin-binding sites two and three, which are located in far distant domains, collaborate for nucleation. In contrast, severin contains two active actin-binding sites which are next to each other and are responsible for the severing as well as the nucleating function. The single actin-binding site near the NH2-terminus is sufficient for capping of actin filaments.

People with special needs, its example is blind will have difficulty in using the clock and the calendar Get bearing with that problem, therefore to help that blind is designed and made by time indicator tool with voice output. Generally, the tool's instructions when using RTC DS1307, is microcontroller ATmega16 and ISD 25 120. Information about hour, minute, date, month, and year obtained from DS1307 RTC is accessed using microcontroller ATmega16, then from the data when the information obtained is matched in the voice storage unit on ISD25120. As a results,will be obtained time information data such as voice. Besides, time setting, alarm, battery level indicator, and charge the battery with the sound as well is the tool is equipped permanently. Finally, this tool can help the blind people to be more independent in making it easier to tell the time in living day-to-day activities.

Sistem presensi mahasiswa banyak dilakukan secara konvensional. Sistem presensi otomatis yang ada pun memiliki kinerja yang lambat dan tidak mampu diperbarui secara otomatis. Sistem presensi mahasiswa berbasis RFID menggunakan Raspberry Pi 3 diharapkan mampu menangani masalah-masalah tersebut. Sistem pada penelitian ini dibangun menggunakan modul RFID jenis MIFARE RC522, Raspberry Pi 3 model B, dan RTC DS1307. Prinsip kerja sistem ini yaitu menerima masukan berupa hasil identifikasi ID pada kartu RFID, kemudian hasilnya diolah Raspberry Pi 3 sekaligus menentukan respon, dan merekap data presensi pada server. Hasil presensi berupa nama mahasiswa dan mata kuliah ditampilkan pada LCD 16x2. Sebagai hasil akhir, server mengirim data presensi yang dapat ditampilkan pada komputer klien melalui situs web. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan jarak maksimal identifikasi ID sejauh 4,5 cm dengan rata-rata waktu pembacaan selama 150,53 ms. Penambahan RTC DS1307 menjadikan sistem tidak harus terhubung dengan internet untuk update secara otomatis. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa penghalang kayu, karet, keramik, kaca, plastik, dan akrilik, tidak mempengaruhi jarak dan waktu dalam proses identifikasi kartu RFID. Namun penghalang jenis logam dapat menghalangi proses identifikasi kartu RFID.

The purpose of this research is to make the switch to turn on and off lighting with time can be set based on certain conditions. Controller utilizes Arduino UNO microcontroller with input from DS1307 RTC IC, photodiode, IComSat V1.1 with the output of LCD display and lighting switch. In this study realized photodiode sensor to detect dark and light illumination, DS1307 RTC IC as a source of real-time equal to the time actually, IComSat v1.1 SIM900 GSM/GPRS Shield for Arduino to communicate with HP via SMS, switch circuit and drivers for turn on and off the load of lighting and Arduino UNO with programs that has been put into flash memory. Research results obtained are supporting components of the equipment control to turn on and off of lighting utilizing microcontroller can be realized and are functioning in accordance with the plan. Two lightings can already turn on and off based on the input time of the RTC (the default) and on off status can be checked by SMS. Both lightings can already be turn on and off by SMS messages sent from mobile HP and received by microconroller (IComSat) and feedback lighting conditions is already accepted by mobile HP corresponds to on and off lights condition.

In order to meet the requirement of magnificent appearance and humanization of the elevator car's decoration, this paper designs a elevator car's display system based on the STC11L60XE. This system is consisted of control module, display module, DS1302 clock module and SJA1000 transceiver module. The control module collects data from the DS1302, uses SJA1000 to receive and analyse data from the elevator motherboard, then drives LCD controller to display information of time and elevator running state. The actual tests in elevator shows that the system has a normal and stable display and can achieve reservation functions.

<sec><title>Study Design</title><p>Prospective case-controlled study.</p></sec><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>This study aimed to assess genetic influence in Saudi Arabian children with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS).</p></sec><sec><title>Overview of Literature</title><p>The genetic locus linked to chromosome 19p for idiopathic scoliosis has been described. A pilot study conducted at King Fahd Hospital of the University, Al-Khobar showed that three microsatellite markers (D19S216, D19S894, and DS1034) of chromosome 19p13.3 were significant in Saudi Arabian females compared with healthy subjects.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>A total of 100 unrelated Saudi Arabian girls treated for AIS, their parents, healthy siblings, and healthy subjects were recruited for genetic analysis of markers on chromosome 19p13.3. After informed consent was obtained from their parents, blood samples were collected and parametric and nonparametric linkage analyses were performed using GENEHUNTER ver. 2.1. Multipoint linkage analysis was used to specify an autosomal dominant trait with a gene frequency of 0.01 and an estimated penetrance of 80% at the genotypic and allelic levels.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Five hundred blood samples were collected and analyzed for microsatellite markers (D19S216, D19S894, and DS1034) of chromosome 19p13.3. Comparison among patients, family members, and healthy subjects revealed no significant association between markers and scoliosis at the genotypic level: D19S216 (<italic>p</italic>=0.21), D19S894 (<italic>p</italic>=0.37), and DS1034 (<italic>p</italic>=0.25). However, at the allelic level, a statistically significant association was observed for marker DS1034 (<italic>p</italic>=0.008), and marker D19S216 showed significance between fathers and patients (<italic>p</italic><0.001) compared with patients and mothers. The other two markers, D19S216 (<italic>p</italic>=0.25) and D19S894 (<italic>p</italic>=0.17), showed no significant association between patients and mothers.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>At the allelic level, marker DS1034 was significantly associated with AIS patients and their fathers. This allelic marker on chromosome 19p13.3 appears to be important in AIS etiology.</p></sec>

Kelembaban relatif (RH) dan suhu udara merupakan salah satu parameter yang penting dalam pengukuran meteorologi. Pengukuran kedua parameter secara kontinyu diperlukan dalam bidang perikanan dan kelautan. Sebuah perekam data untuk keperluan ini perlu dikembangkan. Perekam data disusun atas mikrokontroler ATmega32 dengan clock 8Mhz, Real-time clock (RTC) DS1307, Sensor kelembaban relatif dan suhu udara Sensirion SHT11, soket SD card, Low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator LP2950 dan AIC1734. Selain itu dibutuhkan LED dan beberapa komponen pasif seperti resistor serta kapasitor. Perangkat lunak atau biasa disebut firmware pada alat perekam data ini ditulis dengan menggunakan bahasa BASIC. Program yang digunakan adalah BASCOM-AVR versi 1.11.9.0. Hasil uji coba skala lapangan menunjukan selisih terbesar RH sebesar -20,4% dan suhu udara sebesar 7,3ºC yang disebabkan oleh masuknya kontaminan dan desain PCB dan casing yang tidak melepas panas dengan baik

Pada makalah ini, kami telah merancang dan merealisasikan smart home system berbasis IoT dan SMS untuk mengendalikan dan mengawasi peralatan elektronik rumah serta mengirimkan pemberitahuan kejadian penting kepada pemilik rumah melalui SMS. Pengawasan dan pengendalian peralatan elektronik rumah dilakukan melalui web, sedangkan pemberitahuan adanya pencuri dan kebocoran gas dikirimkan kepada pemilik rumah melalui SMS. Perangkat keras yang digunakan pada smart home system terdiri dari arduino mega2560, modul IoT (Esp8266), modul GSM (SIM800L), sensor gerakan (PIR), sensor suhu dan kelembaban (DHT11), sensor cahaya (LDR), sensor gas (MQ2), dan modul RTC (DS1307). Hasil pengujian smart home system secara keseluruhan menunjukan bahwa sistem telah berfungsi dengan baik dan memiliki tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 100%.

Clean water management is managed by a Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM), which is centered on each local government. The distribution of water to consumers cannot be done evenly because of the water distribution system and manual monitoring. Overcoming these problems, the Water Distribution Equity System to Consumers can be used to monitor and control water distribution. This system regulates the debit and time zone for water distribution to consumers. Water discharge is detected by the water flow sensor, and the valve is connected to the servo and time zone using RTC DS1307. The water pump is controlled to maintain the volume of water in the reservoir. The water level in the reservoir is detected using the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor. Water distribution is monitored on PCs (Personal Computers) and smartphones using Delphi programming and Thingspeak. The reading of water discharge is generated during peak use times for each faucet is 1.9: 1.8: 1.8 while at the time of normal use the ratio of the initial distribution to each faucet is 2.5: 2.3, 1: 1, and 2.5: 2.3.

Perancangan sebuah prototipe sistem absensi mahasiswa telah dilakukan menggunakan sensor Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). Sistem RFID ini terdiri dari komponen tag dan reader. Tag digunakan sebagai pengganti ID card dan reader digunakan untuk membaca informasi menyangkut kehadiran mahasiswa. Alat yang dirancang terintegrasi dengan database kehadiran mahasiswa pada suatu matakuliah sehingga dapat berperan sebagai pengganti sistem absensi manual. Database kehadiran dibuat dengan MySQL XAMPP. Graphical User Interface (GUI) digunakan untuk interface antara pengguna dan database dengan format yang terdiri dari formportserial, forminputdata dan formdatabase. Sistem yang terintegrasi dengan database memungkinkan data untuk langsung disimpan secara otomatis ke dalam database sehingga memudahkan admin merekap kehadiran mahasiswa. Hasil pengujian terhadap lima kartu RFID menunjukkan bahwa reader memiliki kemampuan jarak baca maksimum 4 cm dengan tegangan keluaran RFID reader ≥ 3,2 V. Interval waktu pembacaan antara satu kartu dengan kartu berikutnya minimal 2 detik. Alat yang dirancang mampu memberikan keterangan hadir dan tidak hadir berdasarkan batas toleransi keterlambatan yang ditentukan. The result shows that the speedometer can show the corresponding information such as speed, time and date, store the messages in the memory, and transmit them to the USB Flash Drive correctly. Its parameters can be set easily though the keys if necessary. The locomotive speedometer has been applied on coal mine locomotives successfully.

A design of program controlled function signal generator is introduced. LPC2138 is used as a controller to make the adjustment of frequency, waveform and amplitude programmable. We control the frequency by switching the capacitance and setting the input current of MAX038. We used DS1267 to control the amplitude of output signal with high-speed FET-Input operational amplifier OPA132. Our system is equipped with a keyboard and a LCD screen. We used EEPROM memory chip FM25CL16 to save and load waveform parameters. The circuit works well and the output waveform is stable and reliable.

Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem otomatis berbentuk prototype dalam pemberian air minum yang memanfaatkan RTC DS1302 sebagai pemberi sinyal masukan untuk menginformasikan waktu yang sebenarnya ke Arduino UNO sebagai pengendali utama. Mini DC water pump digunakan sebagai actuator yang dapat mengalirkan air, module relay 4-channel digunakan untuk membuka dan menutup arus ke water pump,tombol push button untuk simulasi agar waktu dapat disesuaikan 10 detik sebelum pukul 07:00 dan pukul 17:00. Informasi saat air minum diisi ulang, air minum dialirkan,dan air minum dibuang ditamplkan lewat LCD Display 16x2. Jumlah air yang keluar di tempat minum ayam adalah 200 ml untuk setiap pengisian.

The Turbinity sensor is used to measure the level of water that is going to go out from the fishpond. Furthermore, this research is also facilitated by an automatic feeder that will run according to the time that has been set by a farmer. When the feeding time is comming the servo motor will open the feed valve for a while based on food requirements time. Beside that the automatic feeder is also facilited by ultrasonic sensors that can be used for monitoring the availability of feeds when the feed in minimum the level will be active the buzzer or beeb.

The acquisition of environmental condition is realized by using SHT11, which is a digital temperature and humidity sensor. A DS1302 is used as the real time reference clock device, and the time message is displayed on the LCD together with the environment temperature and humidity. As if the temperature or humidity is beyond the setting range, the alarm light and sound will be switched on to inform the manager. At the same time, the alarm message could be sent out to other monitor center by RS485 interface. Experimental results show that the temperature and humidity monitor features small, reliable performance, small error, and be suitable to a wide range.

Pendeteksian jenis galon menggunakan 2 buah sensor infra merah yang mengacu pada ketinggian galon dan volume air dihitung menggunakan sensor aliran air. EEPROM digunakan untuk menyimpan data sementara pengisian air ketika terjadi padam listrik sehingga proses pengisian yang terhenti dapat berlanjut setelah sistem aktif kembali. Data log tersimpan pada kartu memori setiap kali proses pengisian air galon selesai dengan data waktu dan tanggal yang diinformasikan oleh pewaktu DS1307. Pengujian dilakukan pada catu daya, pendeteksi galon, pengisian volume air, dan penyimpanan data. Arus yang terukur dari adaptor 0,14A, sensor infra merah dapat mendeteksi pada jarak + 35 cm, sensor aliran air sebagai pengukur volume pada galon 5 liter dan pada galon 19 liter dan data dapat tersimpan pada kartu memori. Hasil pengujian menyimpulkan alat yang dibuat dapat berfungsi sesuai perancangan, menyerap daya sebesar 1,68 watt dan data pengisian maksimum 21.474.836 pada kapasitas kartu memori 1GB. As redes de medições hidrológicas raramente cobrem todos os locais de interesse em uma bacia hidrográfica, havendo, então, uma grande carência de dados fluviométricos. Isso pode ocorrer devido aos custos de aquisição e manutenção dos linígrafos existentes no mercado e/ou por demanda não atendida de pessoal especializado para a observação desses dados. Objetivou-se com este trabalho construir e validar um linígrafo automático de baixo custo, do tipo boia e contrapeso, utilizando a plataforma Arduino. Para isso, utilizou-se, como sensor, um potenciômetro acoplado a um sistema boia e contrapeso; a placa microcontroladora Arduino como sistema de aquisição de dados e o módulo relógio RTC DS1307 para localizar as leituras no tempo. No ambiente Arduino, criou-se um programa com funções de leitura do sinal proveniente do transdutor, conversão do sinal elétrico em nível de água, alocação das leituras no tempo e armazenamento dessas informações em memória de longo prazo. Observou-se que o equipamento fornece leituras acuradas e precisas (R²=0,99; r=0,99; d=0,99). O uso da plataforma Arduino na medição de variáveis fluviométricas representa uma alternativa viável, dado seu baixo custo e facilidade de programação, sendo recomendado seu uso para estudos e monitoramento do nível da água em canais, barragens e rios, com prévia calibração e estudos referentes aos locais de instalação.

Sampah plastik merupakan sampah yang sulit untuk di daur ulang. Sampah platik menduduki sampah terbanyak kedua didunia dengan kapasitas 5.4 juta ton per tahun atau total 14% dari produksi sampah. Oleh sebab itu penumpukan sampah di indonesia perlu ditanggulangi agar dapat mengurangi kapasitas sampah, dengan cara mendaur ulang sampah menjadi bahan bakar alternative. Pirolisis adalah mengkonversi wujud material padat menjadi gas, cair dan char. Dalam proses daur ulang ini tidak membutuhkan biaya yang mahal. Penggunaan tangki reactor dalam proses pembakaran dan kondensor yang dihubungkan oleh selang untuk tempat mengalirnya uap menuju kondensor. Pada saat pembakaran terdapat thermocoupel type K. Pengontrolan waktu dengan IC DS1307 untuk mengatur pembakaran dengan input waktu maksimal 24 jam. Input waktu menggunakan keypad untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam menginput waktu pada proses pembkaran. Bahan plastik yang digunakan HDPE 2kg ± pada saat proses pirolisis. Data dari kedua sesnsor tersebut diproses oleh ATmega 16. Percobaan ini menggunakan set point 150ºC, 200ºC, 250ºC, 300ºC, dan 350ºC dengan waktu pembakaran sampai tetesan terakhir dalam proses. Dalam plan ini menggunakan metode kontrol PID dengan tunning metode Ziegler nichlos Kp 10.3, Ki 0.045, dan Kd 587.1, dengan max overshoot 3.3V, settling time 240 detik, time delay 120 detik, dan time peak 220 detik. Sehingga terdapat suhu dan waktu terbaik dari hasil pengujian system proses pirolisis terdapat dalam setting point 350ºC dengan waktu 80 menit sampai hasil tetesan minyak terakhir sebanyak 848 ml.

Human urinary tract infection is an infectious disease that depends on a series of host-microbial interactions. The bacteria first colonize the colon and then the periurethral/vaginal areas; they ascend to and infect first the bladder and then the kidneys. Expression of Escherichia coli P-fimbriae constitutes the strongest correlation to renal pathogenicity, but is also related to first-time cystitis in children. The role of P-fimbriae in the preceding steps in the infectious process is unknown. To examine this, we constructed, from a P-fimbriated E. coli strain with a class II G-adhesin preferentially binding to globoside, one isogenic mutant lacking the G-adhesin and another isogenic mutant in which we replaced the papG class II allele with a class III adhesin preferentially binding to the Forssman antigen. We report here the comparison of the adhesin knockout mutant (DS17-8) and the class-switch mutant (DS17-1) with the wild-type (DS17) for in vivo colonization of the gut, vagina, and bladder of cynomolgus monkeys. It was recently shown that the class II tip G-adhesin is a prerequisite for acute pyelonephritis to occur in the monkey model in the absence of other kidney-specific adhesins or obstruction of the urinary flow. Here we show that it is not required for bladder infection but gives a competitive advantage in mixed infections. In the vagina and colon, the G-adhesin gives no competitive advantage.

Em face do exposto, notou-se a necessidade do desenvolvimento de um tensiômetro com sistema de aquisição e armazenamento de dados de forma contínua a baixo custo. O modelo proposto é composto por: cápsula porosa (25 x 11 mm), hastes de acrílico transparente com diâmetros de 12 e 15 mm, tampa de borracha siliconada, mangueira plástica transparente, mangueira de borracha e transdutores de tensão modelo Motorola® MPX 5100AP. Para a construção do sistema de aquisição dos dados foi utilizado uma placa Arduino® modelo MEGA 2560, três capacitores, placa fenolítica, bornes, jumpers, cabo quatro vias, RTC (Real Time Clock) modelo DS1307, display de cristal líquido (16 x 2), módulo de cartão de memória SD card, fonte de computador bivolt para alimentação de todo sistema com tensão de 12 Vcc e caixa plástica para acondicionamento dos circuitos. Como resultado da calibração do transdutor de tensão obteve-se uma equação com R2 igual a 0,9996, apresentando ótimo ajuste de acordo com o valor obtido. In order to create the data system used an Arduino® platform model MEGA 2560, three capacitors, a phenolic sheet, terminals, jumpers, a four-way cable, a Real Time Clock (RTC) model DS1307, a liquid crystal display (16 x 2), a Micro SD memory card module, a dual voltage computer to supply power to the whole system using 12 Vcc voltage and plastic housing to store the circuit. The voltage transducer calibration resulted in an equation meaning that R2 is equal to 0.9996, thus presenting an optimal adjustment according to the obtained value. Aiming at improving the harmonic spectra spreading effect, two randomized pulse position modulation strategies are proposed for three-phase four-leg inverters. Based on the volt-second balance law and the fixed switching frequency, the first proposed strategy places the center randomly during one carrier cycle with a limited degree of freedom, and the second proposed strategy randomly changes the carrier slope in each carrier cycle. To get better randomization effect of the proposed strategies, Well Equidistributed Long-period Linear algorithm was introduced to generate random numbers. In order to verify the validity of the proposed strategies, the modulation strategies are implemented with dSPACE DS1007-based real-time operating system. The experimental results show that the proposed strategies have dispersed the discrete harmonics to a wider sideband. Compared with the first strategy, a larger degree of freedom can be achieved in the second proposed strategy with lower harmonic spikes.

The application of hydroponic farming methods has been widely applied by the community, the system used is still manual so that it lacks quality, both in terms of humidity and growth. For that we need a system that is able to regulate the time of watering and the provision of nutritional solutions automatically without disturbing the activity. In the design of an automatic DFT hydroponic system using an Android Arduino based solar panel. Where the solar panel system functions as a renewable energy substitute for PLN which will fill the accumulator. The accumulator filling process is equipped with a solar charge controller module, which aims to avoid overcharging the accumulator. The process of watering and administering nutritional solutions is controlled by the Arduino UNO microcontroller which is integrated with the DS1307 RTC module, the HC-05 bluetooth serial communication module and the android smartphone application as the relay module to turn on and turn off the circulation pump according to a predetermined schedule. Test results and tool performance are in accordance with the plan, namely the efficiency of the use of solar panels. This is indicated by scheduling the circulation of the circulating pump for 1 hour from the estimated calculation of the maximum pump speed for 2.38 hours. In testing the transmission of data from bluetooth HC-05 connected to a bluetooth smartphone with unhindered conditions obtained a maximum distance of 15 meters and with a concrete wall obstruction a maximum distance of 5 meters, with plywood walls a maximum distance of 8 meters.

Technological developments have encouraged many human lives in automatic matters. One of the uses of the rapidly developing electronics field is the application of household appliances. This study will be made a prototype of fish feed and water replacement in the aquarium of ATmega328P microcontroller based. This prototype aims to facilitate feeding of fish and replacing water in the aquarium. The sensor reading is using an ultrasonic sensor to control the amount of fish feed which when the feed runs out will be marked with a buzzer that lights up. The system for regulating fish feeding and replacement of water is regulated by the DS1307 Real Time Clock IC with a display in a 20x4 cm LCD. A valve opening for fish feed containers uses a servo motor. The program used in designing this prototype is to use the C Programming Language. The results achieved in this study are fish feed schedules and water changes can be arranged with a switch button with a twice daily feeding schedule and water replacement every three days. Another condition that is achieved is the servo motor and the water drain pump can work according to the schedule of the time that has been arranged. The conclusion of this research is that the prototype of fish feed and water replacement can already be implemented using the ATmega328P microcontroller. The fish feeder prototype can realize wave reflections from the ultrasonic sensor when the feed has run out, and it will automatically move the servo motor to open the valve, and the buzzer will sound if the fish feed is below 20%.

The medication reminder system is designed to set the patient's daily drug consumption schedule. This system uses RTC DS1302 as a time saver and as an alarm, while the output is in the form of a buzzer and LED. Schedule of drug consumption can be arranged morning, afternoon, and evening according to patient needs. On the device there is a DVD motor drive that is used to extract the drug automatically. There is also a temperature sensor in the form of DHT11 to monitor the temperature of the device, so that the quality of the drug is maintained. The system was tested using 3 drug slots in it. The device is set using a keypad to make it easier for patients to manage medication consumption schedules. After being tested, the results of the alarm output sound in the form of a buzzer. and the output of a medicine container that uses a DVD motor automatically. After the device is tested, an alarm in accordance with what is set schedule indicates the tool is running in accordance with the destination.

Resolution of these instruments at around lnm is comparable to that routinely achieved by TEM of biological samples, allowing high resolution surface imaging of intracellular structure. Over the past five years we have been investigating structural organisation of cell nuclei using a Topcon ABT DS130F instrument with a Schottky field emission system which incorporates a Tungsten/Zirconium oxide tip of 0.4μm radius, maintained at 1800°C and 10−8 torr with an extraction voltage of 4,800 volts which generates an emission current of around 60-80 microamps. Specification resolution of this instrument is 1nm at 30kV and 4nms at 1.0kV, using the top stage ‘in lens’ specimen position.After chemical fixation and critical point drying (optimised by maintaining absolute alcohols over molecular sieve and in line filtration of high purity CO2).

Pemberian pancaran gelombang suara berfrekuensi 3500 – 5500 Hertz pada beberapa tanaman agrokultura mampu meningkatkan hasil pipìlan jagung kering 37,5%, bawang merah 18,5%, kentang 21,7%, jahe gajah 88,4%, jahe kapur 127% dengan kenaikan kadar olcoresìn 0,22%, tembakau 31,8% dengan peningkatan kadar nikolin 0,38% serta peningkatan hasil kedelaì 19% dengan peningkatan kadar protein 7,3%. Alat terdiri atas perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Perangkat keras diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler AVR Atmega328P yang mengintegrasikan sensor suhu DS18B20 dan RTC (real time clock) DS1302. Gelombang dibangkitkan oleh modul DDS (Direct Digital Synthesizer) AD9850 dengan frekuensi dapat diatur lewat program (programmable). Agar alat ramah lingkungan, pengisian daya aki/baterai berasal dari panel surya 10 Watt. Perangkat lunak dibuat menggunakan bahasa C dengan Arduino IDE yang kompatibel dengan mikrokontroler AVR. Framework yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah COBIT versi 4.1 pada domain Deliver and Support (DS) khususnya DS11 yaitu manajemen data dan proses kontrol yang berhubungan, yaitu PO2 (Define the Information Architecture), DS4 (Ensure Continuous Service), DS5 (Ensure Systems Security) dan DS13 (Manage Operations). This study aims to build an aquaponics automation tool to simplify the control of fish and vegetable cultivation. The objects that were taken in this study were nile tilapia and choy sum. In this study, testing was carried out in an aquarium and hydroponic pipe to control nutrition, water turbidity, light, pH, feed, and temperature. The main tools used to build this automation include Arduino ESP-32, GY-302 Ambient Light Intensity Sensor, DFRobot Gravity Analog pH Sensor, DS18B20 temperature sensor, 3-6V DC R140 DC motor, Relay Module6 Chanel 12V, RTC Module. DS130 and SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor. After the system testing process, it can be concluded that this tool can support the process of cultivating nile tilapia and choy sum properly and make it easier for farmers to monitor aquaponics.
