Abstract:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis pada Macromedia Flash Proffesional 8, khususnya dalam pembelararan fisika. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) yang mencakup langkah utama dalam penerapannya yaitu pendahuluan, perancangan media, danevaluasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada tujuh langkah dalam merancang media pembelajaran yaitu; analisis kebutuhan dan karakter siswa, perumusan tujuan pembelajaran, validasi dan revisi berdasarkan penilaian ahli, uji coba, dan revisi akhir. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Macromedia Flash Proffesional 8 efektif digunakan sebagai media dalam pengajaran fisika, khususnya pada pokok bahasan Hukum Newton.

 Abstract
 [Devepoling Macromedia Flash Proffesional 8 Based Teaching Media]. The purpose of the study was to develop teaching media based on Macromedia Flash Proffesional 8, particuraly for physics course. This Study employed research and development (R&D) design, including three major steps, there are; preliminary, designing media, and evaluating. The study showed that there are sevent steps in designing teaching media, including; need analysis and students character, formulating learning objectives, validating and revising based on expert judgment, trials, and revision. The result of the study also indicated that Macromedia Flash Proffesional 8 based teaching media was effective to used in teaching Newton’s Law subject in physics course

Abstract:
Devotion to The Society aims to provide understanding and improvement of skills in creating interactive materials using Macromedia Flash 8. The method of activities implemented is in the form of direct practice of creating interactive materials using Macromedia Flash 8 with competent instructors with training materials and to provide direct experience to participants consisting of 21 teachers of members of the Pontianak City ICT Teachers Working Group. After completing the training of interactive learning materials using Macromedia Flash 8, 21 participants already understand and skillful in making flowchart, Scene, and Frame. Meanwhile, to understand and skilled in making Action Script only 11 people only, it is anticipated by the resource by providing action script file directly to participants who have not understood. At the end of the training session, the instructor checks the results of making interactive teaching materials from each participant. Of the 21 participants who successfully completed the teaching materials are only 17 people, from 17 people are only 10 people whose teaching materials can be used, while the 7 people there is a mistake in writing Action Script it. The training of interactive instructional materials using Macromedia Flas 8 is necessary for teachers in elementary schools as it is very useful to improve the competencies needed to address the challenges of the education world in today's information age. The use of Macromedia Flash 8 in evaluating the success of a learning process will increase the excitement of learning for students because more interesting and challenging can also improve the students' thinking process skills.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui; (i) perbedaan motivasi belajar kimia peserta didik yang dibelajarkan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Macromedia Flash 8 pada model pembelajaran kooperatif melalui pendekatan saintifik dengan peserta didik yang dibelajarkan tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Macromedia Flash 8 di kelas X SMAK Makassar pada materi pokok laju reaksi; (ii) perbedaan hasil belajar kimia peserta didik yang dibelajarkan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Macromedia Flash 8 pada model pembelajaran kooperatif melalui pendekatan saintifik dengan peserta didik yang dibelajarkan tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Macromedia Flash 8 di kelas X SMAK Makassar pada materi pokok laju reaksi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis uji prasyarat yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Pengujian hipotesis dihitung menggunakan program SPSS 22 dengan analisis One-way Anova dengan kriteria pengujian: terima H1 jika signifikansi (p) yang diperoleh lebih besar dari α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (i) ada perbedaan motivasi belajar peserta didik yang dibelajarkan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Macromedia Flash 8 pada model pembelajaran kooperatif melalui pendekatan saintifik dengan peserta didik yang dibelajarkan tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Macromedia Flash 8 di kelas X SMAK Makassar pada materi pokok laju reaksi; (ii) ada perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang dibelajarkan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Macromedia Flash 8 pada model pembelajaran kooperatif melalui pendekatan saintifik dengan peserta didik yang dibelajarkan tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis Macromedia Flash 8 di kelas X SMAK Makassar pada materi pokok laju reaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan soal matematika berbasis macromedia flash 8 di kelas V SD pada materi operasi hitung pecahan yang valid dan praktis, Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model plomp dengan tiga tahapan yaitu fase pnelitian awal, fase pengembangan atau pembuatan prototipe, dan fase penilaian dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, teknik wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data berupa analisis data kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif deskriptif, Produk yang dihasilkan terdiri dari 13 slide pengerjaan soal matematika. Soal matematika berbasis macromedia flash 8 di kelas V SD yang dikembangkan di validasi oleh satu ahli matematika dan satu ahli produk media, untuk menguji kepraktisan peneliti membagikan pertanyaan kepada guru dan peserta didik. Pengembangan soal matematika berbasis macromedia flash 8 sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata 87,05% dengan kategori sangat valid, hasil praktikalitas dari guru 87,49% kategori sangat praktis, dan 90,54% perolehan hasil skor praktikalitas dari peserta didik. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan soal matematika berbasis macromedia flash 8 di kelas V SD dapat digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi pembelajarn matematika.

Di situasi saat ini yaitu Covid-19 meyebabkan seluruh pembelajaran dilakukan secara online. Dalam proses pembelajaran daring banyak kendala yang dialami terutama terhadap siswa, yang menyebabkan kurangnya minat untuk mengikuti pembelajaran matematika secara optimal. Sehubung dengan hal tersebut, guru harus memiliki berbagai cara untuk membangkitkan motivasi siswa ketika mengikuti pembelajaran yang berlangsung. Salah satunya adalah menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yaitu Macromedia Flash 8. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap penggunaan macromedia flash 8 di masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitiannya yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel penelitian ini adalah 20 siswa kelas X SMKN Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Data didapat melalui google form yang berisikan pernyataan meliputi 4 aspek penilaian macromedia flash 8 yakni perhatian, relevansi, percaya diri, dan kepuasan. Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya dampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan macromedia flash 8 sebagai media pembelajaran dimasa pandemi dengan persentase rata-rata 71,5%. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwasanya macromedia flash 8 bisa menjadi media pembelajaran matematika di masa pandemi, karena memiliki berbagai keunggulan yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis macromedia flash 8 yang valid, praktis dan efektif untuk peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model 4-D yang dikemukakan oleh Thiagarajan, Semmel dan Semmel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 4 fase yang terdiri dari define (pendefenisian), desain (perancangan), develop (pengembangan) dan disseminate (penyebaran). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket pengujian validitas, praktikalitas, serta efektifitas bahan ajar yang dikembangkan. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas pada bahan ajar berbasis macromedia flash 8 diperoleh 88,25 % dengan kriteria sangat valid. Hasil angket respon guru diperoleh 88,8% dengan kriteria sangat praktis dan angket respon siswa memperoleh 87,5 % dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Sedangkan efektifitas bahan ajar berbasis macromedia flash 8 memperoleh 82,57% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis macromedia flash 8 layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar peserta didik

 Umumnya sebagian besar penyampaian ilmu di bidang pendidikan dalam proses belajar mengajar masih menggunakan cara yang konvensional, hal ini menyebabkan sulitnya pemahaman siswa dan terlihat lebih membosankan. Terlebih lagi dalam sub bab materi tentang gaya yang diperuntukkan untuk kelas 5 sekolah dasar ini banyak yang berkaitan dengan praktek atau kejadian yang sebenarnya. Tentunya akan lebih mudah siswa untuk memahami materi dengan cara dibuat animasi tentang materi tersebut. Maka dari itu diperlukan media pembelajaran yang sesuai agar siswa menjadi lebih tertarik dan mudah memahami materi tentang gaya. Penggunaan animasi interaktif merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalah yang ada. Selain dapat digunkan sebagai media pembelajaran, animasi interaktif juga dapat menghilangkan rasa bosan terhadap aktivitas anak sehari-hari.

 Abstract
 Generally, most of teaching-learning processes implement conventional material delivery, which causes students to struggle in understanding them, and the process to be boring. Moreover, many things in the sub-chapter of the force material for 5th graders base themselves on real phenomena. Surely, it will be easier for students to understand those materials if there were animations made to explain them. Therefore, suitable learning media are required to gain students’ interest and understanding regarding the material of force. The use of interactive animation is one of the best solutions to overcome existing problems. Besides acting as a medium in teaching, it can also eliminate tediousness in students’ daily activities.

Abstract:
This research intends to develop an integrated thematic learning media based on Macromedia Flash 8 in grade IV SD Negeri 02 Tanjuang Puan Abai which is valid, practical and effective. And apply ADDIE type. Subjects were fourth grade teachers at SDN 02 Tanjuang Puan Abai and 21 fourth grade students at SD Negeri 02 Tanjuang Puan Abai. The research revealed: (1) integrated thematic learning media based on Macromedia Flash 8 in grade IV SD which was validated by experts was declared "very valid" with an overall validator score of 87.87%, (2) teacher responses and student responses to learning media Thematically based on Macromedia Flash 8 in the fourth grade of SD obtained the "very practical" category with an assessment of 94.28% and 90.47%, (3) The response of the effectiveness of Macromedia Flash 8 students to the learning in the fourth grade of elementary school with the category "High ” with a percentage of 87.21%.

Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit werden browserbasierte Videoüber-tragungslösungen bezüglich ihrer Verwendbarkeit zur Übertragung des Fernsehprogramms regionaler Fernsehsender auf das Medium Internet untersucht, mit dem Ziel eine Prototypanwendung auf Basis der gemäß den Anforderungen der Regionalsender am besten geeigneten Technik zu implementieren. Grundlage der Untersuchung bildet eine Gegenüberstellung der am Markt be-findlichen Videosysteme mit Webbrowserunterstützung QuickTime, RealVideo, Windows Media, Adobe Flash und Java. Die Systeme werden bezüglich ihres Leistungsumfangs, der Flexibilität ihrer Einsatzmöglichkeiten, der Qualität der zugrundeliegenden Videocodecs und ihrer Verbreitung im Internet verglichen. Anhand der gemeinsam mit den Regionalsendern KabelJournal und Sachsenfernsehen ermittelten Anforderungen an ein Videosystem zur Übertragung ihres Programms im Internet, erweist sich Adobe Flash Video durch seine hohe Verbreitung, seine flexiblen Einsatzmöglichkeiten und seiner Unterstützung von Bewegtbild-, Standbild- und interaktiven Animationsmedien als am besten geeignet. Die im Rahmen dieser Arbeit erstellte Implementierung einer Web-TV Anwen-dung auf Basis von Adobe Flash zeigt bei der Ermittlung von konkreten Einsatzszenarien bei den Sendern KabelJournal und Sachsenfernsehen, dass durch die multimediale Auslegung, die flexiblen Medienkombinationsmöglichkeiten und die offene XML-Schnittstelle mehr als eine bloße Portierung des TV-Programms ins Internet mit gleichzeitig geringem Aufwand möglich ist. Die Web-TV Anwendung ist eine einfach einsetzbare aber höchst vielseitige Möglichkeit für Regionalsender neue Märkte zu erschließen<br>Within the present diploma thesis, established web browser based video solu-tions are examined for their use as internet broadcasting system for local TV stations, with the intention of implementing a broadcasting solution based on the technique matching the requirements of local TV stations best. Basis of this examination is the comparison of the web video solutions Quick-Time, RealVideo, Windows Media, Adobe Flash and Java. These systems are compared by their multimedia support, flexibility of use, quality of the video co-decs they use and their market penetration. On the basis of the requirements of local TV stations, determined together with KabelJournal and Sachsenfernsehen, adobe flash is the most satisfying solution to build a Web TV application upon. Its market penetration, flexibility of use and its support for still images, videos and interactive animations match those requirements best. The implementation of the Web TV application based on adobe flash proofs its great flexibility, ease of use and its diverse variations in combining different me-dia, at the determination of concrete use cases together with KabelJournal and Sachsenfernsehen. It shows that this is an easy but high potential way to enter new markets for local TV stations

In order to achieve a high-speed low-power flash A/D converter, a new comparator circuit is proposed. When operated at 50MHz sampling rate the power dissiption is below 0.8mW. The offset cancellation is incorporated in the first sense amplifier. In addition, an input sampling network and input offset cancellation is used to sample the two analog inputs and cancel their common- mode voltage. A high-speed(50MS/s), low power consumption (under 300mW) and active die area (1.5mm*2.7mm) of A/D converter has been designed.

碩士<br>國立成功大學<br>電機工程學系碩博士班<br>91<br>This thesis describes an high-speed 8-bit CMOS flash ADC with 8X interpolation. In this design, autozeroing technique without idle time is an effective way to suppress offset error due to process variation. Switching preamplifiers are provided to avoid using non-overlap control signals required by conventional autozeroing ADCs and to eliminate the interference, caused by the high-speed autozeroing operation, at input nodes. Besides, this circuit architecture has the merit of a single-phase control to avoid synchronous problems since multi-phase clocks are necessary for recent published flash ADCs with autozero. Resistive interpolation technique can efficiently reduce input loading, preamplifier number and differential nonlinearity (DNL) error in the ADC. Encoder with wired Gray coding is used to suppress glitch errors caused by the comparator metastability and bubble errors in the thermometer code. The ADC is fabricated in 0.25μm 1P5M CMOS technology and occupies an area of 1.4x1.73mm2. Post-layout simulation demonstrates that the ADC can digitize an input 30MHz with 7.5 effective bits at 200Msample/s. The ADC consumes 430mW from 2.5V power supply. Compared with the best CMOS 8-bit 200MSPS flash A/D converter in the world, this design is with smaller area, lower supply voltage and less power.

碩士<br>國立成功大學<br>電機工程學系碩博士班<br>93<br>This thesis presents a high-speed 8-bit CMOS flash ADC with new design techniques. Autozeroing technique without idle time is an effective way to suppress offset error due to process variation for the applications of continuous input conversion. Reinterpolation and averaging techniques can reduce the area and input capacitances of the used input preamplifiers practice the high-speed flash ADC efficiently. However, it is difficult to include autozeroing without idle time with reinterpolation and averaging techniques in a high-speed low-latency flash ADC. In the design, New Autozeroing with Reinterpolation and Capacitor Averaging technique is proposed to achieve the target. A Switching preamplifier is provided to avoid using non-overlap control signals required by conventional autozeroing ADCs and to eliminate the interference, caused by the high-speed autozeroing operation, at input nodes. However, this proposed technique has the merit of a single-phase control to avoid synchronous problems since multi-phase clocks are necessary for recent published flash ADCs with autozeroing. Besides, proposed technique with Reinterpolation and Capacitor Averaging techniques can reduce the area of the switching preamplifier 1/6. Interpolation technique also is used to reduce input loading, preamplifier number and differential nonlinearity (DNL) error in the ADC.  The ADC is fabricated in 0.18μm 1P6M CMOS technology and occupies an area of 1.33x1.057mm2. The measurement results demonstrates that the ADC can digitize an input 1.484375MHz with 44dB and 38.9dB SNDR at 40Msample/s and 250Msample/s. The ADC consumes 180mW from 1.8V power supply.

Abstract Flash memory is one of the most mysterious and difficult structures in the semiconductor industry. Excessive data gain and data loss may cause errors in reading the flash memory. This paper discusses the data gain mechanism and the various failure mechanisms (i.e., CoSi at Mux, CoSi at bit, particle at Mux, resistive contact, erasing defect at failing bit, programming fail at bit, misaligned contact, passive voltage contrast (PVC) at multiple gates in Mux region, particle and missing via, poly residue defect etc.) causing single bit flash data gain. Presented in the paper are the definitions involved, Flash cell theory and physics involved, and the theory explaining why leakage in the 8:1 mux causes the single bit flash data gain. This is followed by a case study involving various failure mechanisms and a final conclusion. Knowing the fail mechanisms and correcting them promptly enhances the yield.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian awal yang termasuk di dalam tahap Pendefinisian (Define) dalam prosedur R &amp; D model 4D (four-D) yang telah dimodifikasi menjadi 3D meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu: pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design) dan pengembangan (develop). Penelitian ini hanya terbatas pada tahap Define. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara terhadap Guru dan Peserta Didik kelas X SMA Wisuda Pontianak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran geometri dibutuhkan media pembelajaran berbentuk Macromedia Flash 8 berbasis android yang bermuatan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik.

Abstract:
The general goals of the BARD research grant US-4423-11 are to understand how Or regulates carotenoid accumulation and to reveal novel strategies for breeding agricultural crops with enhanced β-carotene level. The original objectives are: 1) to identify the genes and proteins in the Or regulatory network in melon; 2) to genetically and molecularly characterize the candidate genes; and 3) to define genetic and functional allelic variation of these genes in a representative germplasm collection of the C. melo species. Or was found by the US group to causes provitamin A accumulation in chromoplasts in cauliflower. Preliminary genetic study from the Israeli group revealed that the melon Or gene (CmOr) completely co-segregated with fruit flesh color in a segregating mapping population and in a wide melon germplasm collection, which set the stage for the funded research. Major conclusions and achievements include: 1). CmOris proved to be the gene that controls melon fruit flesh color and represents the previously described gflocus in melon. 2). Genetic and molecular analyses of CmOridentify and confirm a single SNP that is responsible for the orange and non-orange phenotypes in melon fruit. 3). Alteration of the evolutionarily conserved arginine in an OR protein to both histidine or alanine greatly enhances its ability to promote carotenoid accumulation. 4). OR promotes massive carotenoid accumulation due to its dual functions in regulating both chromoplast biogenesis and carotenoid biosynthesis. 5). A bulk segregant transcriptome (BSRseq) analysis identifies a list of genes associated with the CmOrregulatory network. 6). BSRseq is proved to be an effective approach for gene discovery. 7). Screening of an EMS mutation library identifies a low β mutant, which contains low level of carotenoids due to a mutation in CmOrto produce a truncated form of OR protein. 8). low β exhibits lower germination rate and slow growth under salt stress condition. 9). Postharvest storage of fruit enhances carotenoid accumulation, which is associated with chromoplast development. Our research uncovers the molecular mechanisms underlying the Or-regulated high level of carotenoid accumulation via regulating carotenoidbiosynthetic capacity and storage sink strength. The findings provide mechanistic insights into how carotenoid accumulation is controlled in plants. Our research also provides general and reliable molecular markers for melon-breeding programs to select orange varieties, and offers effective genetic tools for pro-vitamin A enrichment in other important crops via the rapidly developed genome editing technology. The newly discovered low β mutant could lead to a better understanding of the Or gene function and its association with stress response, which may explain the high conservation of the Or gene among various plant species.
