Abstract:

Ushbu maqolada tilshunoslikda oʻzbek va ingliz tillarida toʻy bilan bogʻliq leksik vositalarning chogʻishtirma tadqiqi oʻrganilishi umumiy tasnifi berilgan. Oʻzbek va ingliz toʻy soʻzi lingvokulturologik tahlil va muhokama qilingan. Shuningdek, toʻy bilan bogʻliq leksik vositalarning ishlatilishlarining oʻxshash va qarama qarshiliklari koʻrib chiqilgan. Muallif oʻzbek nikoh toʻyining barcha jarayonlariga: sovchilik, fotiha, bevosita nikoh toʻyi urf-odatlariga va toʻydan keyin oʻtkaziladigan udumlarga alohida e’tibor qaratadi. Etnografiyaning nazariy muammolari sirasiga kiruvchi ma’naviy madaniyatning muhim qismi boʻlgan oila-nikoh masalalariga bagʻishlangan tadqiqot qarashlari keltirlgan. Maqola, lingvokulturologiya fenomeniga qiziqish ortib borayotgani, til, madaniyat, antropologiya, etnolingvistika va koʻp tilli shaxsni rivojlantirish asoslari, madaniyatlararo muloqot sharoitida nutq xatti-harakatlarining sotsial-madaniy normalari kabi muammolarni muqarrar ravishda dolzarb qiladi. Shuningdek, har qanday xalqning toʻy bilan bogʻliq til madaniyati, urf-odatlari, marosimlari nuqtayi nazaridangina tushunishga yordam beradi.

Abstract:

The study aimed to establish the ecological plasticity and stability of yield in winter wheat varieties grown in the Republic of Bashkortostan. To achieve this goal, field experiments were conducted in 2017– 2021 at the Dyurtyulinsky State Variety Testing Site (the southern forest-steppe zone of the Republic of Bashkortostan). The parameters of ecological plasticity (bi) and stability (σ 2 d) were calculated according to S.A. Eberchart, W.A. Rassel, yield range (d) and stress resistance were measured according to A.A. Rossille, J. Hamblin. The yield of winter wheat varieties grown in the Republic of Bashkortostan showed significant variation due to the changes in agrometeorological conditions over the years. The share of the effect the year conditions had on the yield was 64.3 %. Based on a set of indicators the study established that winter wheat varieties Umka and Skipetr demonstrated relatively high stability and the Fotinya variety showed low stability of yield in the conditions of the southern forest-steppe of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Varieties Skipetr and Bezenchukskaya 380 had the highest genetic flexibility. The Fotinha variety demonstrated the lowest genetic flexibility. Winter wheat varieties Fotinya and Bezenchukskaya 380 had the highest ecological plasticity: they showed a good response to the improved growing conditions; they can be classified as an intensive type. Low ecological plasticity was established in varieties Umka and Moskovskaya 39.

Abstract:

Goal. To study potato terms of planting on yield by different by ripening varieties during the growing in terms of Western Forest steppe of Ukraine. Methods. The researches conducted during 2021—2022 in breeding-seeding rotation on the base Ukrainian Research Plant Quarantine Station of Institute of Plant Protection of NAAS. The experiments conducted on 4 potato varieties of different groups of ripening (Tiras-early, Myroslava — mid-ripe, Fotinia-mid-ripe, and Chervona Ruta — mid-late). The spraying against Colorado beetle conducted by insecticide Ampligo 150ZC, FC. The seeds treating according to the generally approved technique for Western Forest steppe of Ukraine. Results. The researches results proposed about potato terms of planting on disease development during the growing period and its’yield. The potato alternaria blight development observation showed that air temperature, variety resistance define the disease development. The hot weather and humidity deficiency observed during the studies years. It favored the disease development. The early-ripe variety Tiras’dlisease development consisted of 46.5—50.2% and the yield consisted of 4.40—4.45 t/ha. The level of alternaria blight in mid-ripe variety Fotini reached 39.1—42.5%, the yield meaning — 4.47—4.51 t/ha. The disease development for late-ripe variety Chervona Ruta was 33.5—34.9%, the tubers economic yield consisted 4.26—4.30 t/ha. Conclusions. The researches results showed that the following planting term for varieties allowed to decrease level of alternaria blight development and allowed to increase the crop yield.

Abstract:

An important issue in interconnected microgrids (MGs) is the realization of balance between the generation side and the demand side. Imbalanced generation and load demands lead to security, power quality, and reliability issues. The load frequency control (LFC) is accountable for regulating MG frequency against generation/load disturbances. This paper proposed an optimized fractional order (FO) LFC scheme with cascaded outer and inner control loops. The proposed controller is based on a cascaded one plus tilt derivative (1+TD) in the outer loop and an FO tilt integrator-derivative with a filter (FOTIDF) in the inner loop, forming the cascaded (1+TD/FOTIDF) controller. The proposed 1+TD/FOTIDF achieves better disturbance rejection compared with traditional LFC methods. The proposed 1+TD/FOTIDF scheme is optimally designed using a modified version of the liver cancer optimization algorithm (MLCA). In this paper, a new modified liver cancer optimization algorithm (MLCA) is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the standard Liver cancer optimization algorithm (LCA), which contains the early convergence to local optima and the debility of its exploration process. The proposed MLCA is based on three improvement mechanisms, including chaotic mutation (CM), quasi-oppositional based learning (QOBL), and the fitness distance balance (FDB). The proposed MLCA method simultaneously adjusts and selects the best 1+TD/FOTIDF parameters to achieve the best control performance of MGs. Obtained results are compared to other designed FOTID, TI/FOTID, and TD/FOTID controllers. Moreover, the contribution of electric vehicles and the high penetration of renewables are considered with power system parameter uncertainty to test the stability of the proposed 1+TD/FOTIDF LFC technique. The obtained results under different possible load/generation disturbance scenarios confirm a superior response and improved performance of the proposed 1+TD/FOTIDF and the proposed MLCA-based optimized LFC controller.

La reconstrucción de la doctrina de Fotino de Sirmio presenta graves dificultades, por una parte, porque su enseñanza fue rápidamente reducida por la tradición posterior a la radical negación de la divinidad de Cristo y, por otra, porque no se conserva nada de sus obras. De hecho, Friedrich Loofs afirma que sólo se conserva una frase de Fotino. El presente artículo busca mostrar que la noticia de Epifanio (Panarion 71) es más confiable de lo que se ha dicho y que contiene algunos párrafos textuales de las actas del proceso contra Fotino conducido por Basilio de Ancira, en Sirmio, en el año 351. De este modo, el texto de Epifanio permitiría reconstruir la enseñanza del obispo de Sirmio con mayor seguridad y acceder a su doctrina original

<p>Objęcie stanowiska ministra spraw zagranicznych przez Annę Fotygę oznaczało ważną zmianę w kierunkach, celach oraz charakterze polskiej aktywności na arenie międzynarodowej. Minister A. Fotyga, jako jedna z najbardziej zaufanych oraz lojalnych osób prezydenta Lecha Kaczyńskiego, stanowiła dla niego gwarancję realizacji polityki zagranicznej, zgodnej z koncepcjami Prawa i Sprawiedliwości. Aktywność A. Fotygi w czasie sprawowania przez nią funkcji szefowej dyplomacji koncentrowała się wokół wyzwań związanych głównie ze zwiększeniem aktywności Polski w Unii Europejskiej, wypracowaniem nowego modelu polityki wschodniej, poprawie bezpieczeństwa energetycznego oraz wzmocnienia podmiotowości Rzeczypospolitej na arenie międzynarodowej. Nowa polityka zagraniczna prowadzona przez A. Fotygę oraz prezydenta L. Kaczyńskiego spowodowała silny opór ze strony ówczesnych wpływowych środowisk dyplomatycznych, pogłębiając tym samym fundamentalny konflikt o kształt polskiej dyplomacji.</p>

Abstract:

Przedmiotem prac modelowych i badań doświadczalnych jest kompozytowa skorupa nośna fotela kolejowego. Zaprojektowano kształt geometryczny i strukturę materiałową konstrukcji oraz dobrano materiały. Do budowy skorupy wykorzystano kompozyty włókniste o osnowie polimerowej (kompozyty FRP – Fiber Reinforce Polimer), które są lżejsze w porównaniu ze stalą i jednocześnie zapewniają odpowiednie standardy z zakresu wytrzymałości i bezpieczeństwa. Opracowano obliczeniowy model skorupy i przeprowadzono analizę wytrzymałościową zgodnie z wytycznymi branżowej normy oraz hipotezami wytrzymałościowymi dotyczącymi kompozytów FRP. Obliczenia przeprowadzono za pomocą oprogramowania ANSYS (Ansys Composite PrepPost), bazującego na metodzie elementów skończonych. W artykule przedstawiono analizę wytrzymałościową zoptymalizowanego modelu kompozytowej skorupy nośnej fotela. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Posyandu Flamboyan 1 telah dilaksanakan sebuah penyuluhan tentang stunting dan makanan pendamping air susu ibu (MP-ASI), serta pemberian media edukasi fotion cards (fact of nutrition cards). Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader mengenai stunting dan MP ASI dengan metode penyuluhan dan permainan fotion cards. Hasil analisis data yang didapatkan dari kuesioner pretest posttest yang memuat karakteristik dan tingkat pengetahuan responden saat penyuluhan dan diuji dengan aplikasi komputer Microsoft excel 2016 dan IBM SPSS Statistics 22 menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan kader sebelum dan setelah penyuluhan dengan nilai rata-rata nilai pretest 5,30 ± 1,160 dan nilai posttest 6,60 ± 1,174 dengan prevalensi responden dengan nilai baik sebelum pelatihan (nilai pretest >60) adalah 40% dan prevalensi responden dengan nilai baik (nilai posttest >60%) adalah 80%. Secara keseluruhan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan secara signifikan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan tentang stunting dan MPASI, serta permainan fotion card dengan p value <0,05 (p 0.018).

Despite its many shortcomings, the chancellors stayed in the benches of the Galician Parliament until the end of the Habsburg Monarchy. In the years 1861-1914, the University of Lviv sent 50 rectors to the Galician Parliament. They were mostly Poles, and to a lesser extent Germans and Ukrainians. The rectors were rather not involved in political debates. The main area of their interest was the field of education.

The purpose of the work is to improve the quality of vertical face lifting by introducing into surgical practice a laser system of the Fotona SP Spectro model with a Nd:YAG laser source. The technique of intraoperative exposure of the Fotona SP Spectro laser system with an Nd:YAG laser source to the superficial muscular-aponeurotic system (SMAS) of the middle and lower third of the face is proposed. The authors conclude that the use of Nd:YAG laser in a single procedure shortens the rehabilitation period and significantly increases the rejuvenation effect in cases with hypermobile and thinned SMAS.

Abstract:

Cilj je ovoga rada povezivanje temeljnih karakteristika tkiva s rezultatima dobivenim na rendgenskoj slici, analizirajući fizikalne principe interakcije koje vode do atenuacije rendgenskih fotona u tkivu. Na slikovitom primjeru dokazujemo da nećemo moći imati superdijagnostički uređaj koji bi mogao zamijeniti sve moderne i buduće dijagnostičke uređaje. Svakase tehnika oslikavanja tkiva temelji na jedinstvenim fizikalnim principima te stoga ona vidi točno određene kakateristike tkiva koja drugi dijagnostički uređaji (tehnike) ne mogu vidjeti. Oslikavanje se rendgenskim uređajem temelji na atenuaciji (slabljenju) snopa rendgenskih zraka nakon prolaska kroz tkivo. Glavni su mehanizmi interakcije rendgenskih fotona i tkiva fotoelektrični efekt (potpuna apsorpcija energije fotona) te Comptonovo raspršenje (djelomična apsorpcija energije fotona). Fotoelektrični efekt dominira na niskim i djelomično srednjim energijama i s povećanjem energije jako slabi, dok na srednjim i višim energijama dominira Comptonovo raspršenje. Analizom oba raspršenja, nakon dekompozicije linearnoga koeficijenta atenuacije na uobičajene fizikalne veličine, nalazimo da u režimu Comptonovoga raspršenja kontrast na slici je određen razlikama u gustoći tkiva, a u režimu fotoelektričnoga efekta ovisi o gustoći tkiva te snažno o rednom broju elemenata od kojih je tkivo sastavljeno. U radu su grafički prikazane vrijednosti kontrasta na rendgenskoj slici za osnovne tvorbe i tkiva i opisane njihove karakteristike, gustoća i redni broj elemenata od kojih su sastavljeni. Kompjuterizirana tomografija (CT) vidi potpuno iste karakteristike tkiva kao i klasična rendgenska tehnika. U radu je na eksplicitnom dvodimenzionalnom primjeru objašnjen princip komjuterizirane tomografije. On se temelji na zamišljenoj podjeli tkiva na male volumene (voksele) i snimanju tkiva iz više pozicija, pri čemu se za svaku poziciju postavljaju jednadžbe za apsorpciju zračenja. U dobivenom sustavu jednadžbi nepoznate vrijednosti su vrijednosti linearnog koeficijenta atenuacije za svaki voksel, koje se odrede numeričkim rješavanjem sustava jednadžbi, i prikažu na prikladnoj skali boja u trodimenzionalnom prikazu.

Abstract:

The possibility of using combined erbium and neodymium lasers to correct the age-related changes in the face and neck skin by the «Fotona» apparatus using the «Fotona 4D» technique was investigated. To evaluate the results of the study in dynamics an index of age-related changes in skin was developed and applied. The results of photographic fixation and ultrasound of the facial and neck skin before and after laser procedures were also compared. It was determined, that the combination of two wavelengths of 2940 nm (erbium laser) and 1064 nm (neodymium laser) and the «Fotona 4D» technique with 4 patented technologies allows to carry out the procedure at the level of superficial, middle and deep structures of the face and neck tissues. Nowadays it is the only technology for non-invasive volumetric reconstruction and facial skin voluminisation, which is the result of a combination of synergistic methods of laser exposure. It was shown that one month after the second procedure of laser treatment, the face skin turgor increased, its dryness, pore severity, quantity and depth of wrinkles decreased, side effects and complications were absent. Ultrasound examination of the facial skin and index of age- related changes assessing in the face skin confirmed the positive dynamics of correction. Thus, the thickness of the skin in the area of nasolabial folds and superciliary arches increased by 0,5 mm (from 1,9 to 2,4 mm), derma by 0,6 mm (0,8 to 1 mm). The index of age-related changes assessing in the facial skin decreased by 10-13 points (before the procedure it was within the range of 20-24 points (average degree of age changes), after the procedure it was 11 points (mild degree of age changes). Thus, the use of combined erbium and neodymium lasers using the «Fotona 4D» technique showed a high efficiency of laser correction of age-related changes in the facial skin. Implemention of modern technologies in practice of dermatological clinics will improve skills of medical personnel on the use of laser technology.

Abstract:

The article presents the results of research on the effect of the virus-inhibiting drug ribovirin on the effectiveness of meristem regeneration and improvement of potato varieties in vitro culture. In the research, varieties selected by the institute were used: Zhytnytsia, Knyaginya, Misteria, Myroslava, Slauta, Rodynna, Fotinia. Three times during the growing season, phenological observations of the researched varieties were carried out in the nursery of test clones of seed crops, and the best developed samples were selected for improvement. 190 etiolated sprouts from the tubers of the studied potato varieties were tested using the RT-PCR method before the in vitro culture recovery. VKM was detected in 30.5% of samples; VVBK and VKS in 2.1%. Material with negative RT-PCR test results was involved in rehabilitation, and those with positive results were culled. The shoots of potato tubers were treated with the antiviral drug ribavirin and 50 meristems of each sample with an apex size of 200 μm were introduced into the culture. It was established that the efficiency of regeneration by varieties was: Zhytnytsia – 54%, Knyaginya – 68%, Mystery – 56%, Myroslava – 48%, Rodynna – 44%, Slauta – 47%, Fotinia – 75%. All regenerated lines were checked for the content of viral infection using RT-PCR. As a result of the research, the effectiveness of recovery on average by varieties was: Zhytnytsia - 33%, Knyaginya - 65%, Mystery - 54%, Myroslava - 25%, Rodynna - 27%, Slauta - 43%, Fotinia - 59%.

A three-dimensional soliton model of photon with corpuscular and wave properties is proposed. We consider the Maxwell equations and assume that light induces the polarization and magnetization of vacuum only along the direction of its propagation. The nonlinear equation constructed for the vector potential is similar to the generalized nonlinear Schrödinger equation and comprises a dimensionless constant μ that determines the size-scale of soliton and is expected to be small. The obtained one-soliton solution of the proposed nonlinear equation describes a three-dimensional object identified as photon.

The histological examination method is the «gold standard» in evaluating of age-related skin changes, however in most cases biopsy is an unacceptable option by ethical reasons. An alternative option are non-invasive diagnostic methods, in which the evaluation of changes can be carried out in real time without damaging the skin. Nowadays, such methods as high-frequency ultrasound, optical coherence tomography, laser scanning confocal microscopy, magnetic resonance imaging are used. In addition to the above-mentioned methods, it is necessary to hold a standardized clinical evaluation and determination of the physiological parameters of the skin. The evaluation of age-related skin changes of face zone and neck zone before and after the application of the combined erbium and neodymium laser exposure on the «Fotona» apparatus using the «Fotona 4D» technique has been held. There were 80 examined patients aged from 32 to 66 who, after a comprehensive clinical examination, conducted 2 procedures using the «Fotona 4D» method with an interval of 1 month. There was a significant decrease in the index of evaluation of age-related facial skin changes in the process of correction, which indicates a pronounced clinical effectiveness of the proposed technique (27 points at the screening stage and 12 points at 2 months after correction). There was also a normalization of skin moisture and an improvement in relief, reduction of pore diameter and pigmentation area. Analysis of high-frequency ultrasound data showed a statistically significant increase in skin thickness, mainly due to the dermis.

In the present study aqueous, acetone, petroleum ether and chloroform solvents extracts of 6 selected plant seeds (Acacia catechu, Sida cordifolia, Momordica fotida, Albiziz procera, Mesua ferrea and Lantana camare ) are screened for their anti-fungal potential against 4 important fungal species(Candida albicans, Cryptococcus luteotus, Aspergillus niger and Mucor heimalis). Among the six plant seed extracts tested, petroleum ether and acetone extracts showed highest to moderate levels of anti-fungal activity when compared to standard anti-fungal drugs (fluconazole(1mg/ml) and Amphotericin B (150 Units/disc).). The chloroform extracts of Albizia procera seed extract failed to inhibit the growth of Candida and Cryptococcus species. Among the solvent extracts tested, petroleum ether recorded highest significant anti-fungal activity when compared to aqueous, chloroform and acetone extracts.
