In the late-nineteenth and early-twentieth centuries, a broad community of radical men and women engaged in discussions about sex reform and what they termed ‘free love’. Much of this debate took place within a particular community of periodicals, as those interested in radical sexual reform read, contributed to, and corresponded with a small number of key sex radical journals such as The Adult, Lucifer, the Light-Bearer, and The Freewoman. Abstract:

In the hope of developing a relatively simple, nondestructive way of sexing adult helmeted guineafowl (Numida meleagris ), sexual differences in body mass and in the size of head adornments of adult helmeted guineafowl sampled during the winter months in the Riemland district of the northeastern Free State, South Africa, were investigated. Males have statistically significantly larger values for all attributes than do females. However, no single attribute, nor a combination of them, can be used to sex guineafowl unambiguously.

The buffer layer in Cu(In,Ga)Se2 solar cells can improve cell performance. In this work we make CdS buffer layer by chemical bath deposition (CBD) without ammonia. CBD without ammonia were sought out since ammonia is a volatile compound. Different recipes for making CdS were tested; only one of the tested recipes actually produced something that is worth further investigating. This recipe used sodium citrate, an innocuous compound instead of ammonia. The best performance was 0.15 % off from the reference.This is almost as good as the used baseline process. A deeper understanding of Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) solar cells is important for the further improvement of these devices. I uppsatsen studeras föreställningar om självmord bland yrkesverksamma inom Statens institutionsstyrelse [SIS] och Kriminalvården. Studien bygger på fyra semistrukturerade intervjuer som har analyserats med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Den teoretiska ramen utgörs av sociologiska och individuella suicidteorier. Resultatet visar att orsaker till självmord tenderar att relateras till psykisk ohälsa med betoning på depression.
