An analytical review of Ukrainian and foreign literature on the study of manipulative technologies (strategies and tools) in social media was carried out. Taking into consideration the role that power plays within the context of social life, it becomes obvious that without this attribute called ?power? there could be no ordinate human activity (Bordeiu, 2006). Seen as a political phenomenon, power seems to be the most important component of political institutions. In this regard, it is being used for keeping and consolidating a certain social order, for ensuring the functionality of all social institutions, for keeping the social cohesion in a society, for controlling the citizens? behavior, as well as for unwanted behavior prevention (Mihailesc

Metaphors play a bigger role in our lives than we realize. Our system of thinking and acting is metaphorical, as argued by George Lakoff and Mark Johnsen. In this article, the war in Ukraine, reflected in the Bulgarian media, in particular in Nova TV, is considered as a system of conceptual metaphors that give value and ideological orientation. Because of the singular perspective on war on television, instead of a clash of metaphors, I find a phenomenon that I have called “the dance of metaphors.” The manipulative potential of political metaphors is drawn from interpretive genres. Abstract: This article explores the primacy of human dignity as a central concern for the future of education, particularly within the context of health ethics and end-of-life care. It critiques the prevalent ambiguities and manipulations of the term "human dignity" by examining the Royal Society of Canada Expert Panel's Report on End-of-Life Decision Making, which dismisses the concept of dignity as insufficient for normative ethical questions. The article argues that such dismissals are strategically used to promote the moral right to assisted suicide by overemphasizing individual autonomy.

Considered repositories of objects(Cuno 2009), museums have been analysed through the object-oriented policies they mainly focus on. Three main purposes are often mentioned: preservation, dissemination of knowledge and access to tradition. Beyond these informative and cultural-laden functions, museums have also been labeled as theatres of power, the emphasis lying on nation-oriented policies. According to Michael F. Brown (2009: 148), the outcome of this moral standing of the nation-state is a mobilizing public sentiment in favour of the state power. We consider that the constant flow of natio
