Abstract:

Ovaj rad bavi se problemom predikcije cene Bitkoina na osnovu istorijskih cena i blokčejn informacija. Cenu kriptovaluta velikim delom diktiraju špekulacije pa je ispitano u kojoj meri sentiment analiza tvitova doprinosi padu ili rastu cena. Pored podataka o ceni i sentimentu, korišćeni su blokčejn podaci i istorijski podaci za još tri popularne kriptovalute: Lajtkoin, Etereum i Ripl. Za sentiment analizu ispitane su tri tehnike: konvolucione neuronske mreže, ansambli leksikona i metoda zasnovana na jezičkim pravilima. Rezultati sentiment analize upotrebljeni su u daljem procesu predviđanja kriptovaluta. Izabrani model za predikciju je rekurentna neuronska mreža sa GRU ćelijama. U fazi evaluacije posmatrala se tačnost predviđanja kretanja cene, odnosno da li će ona da raste ili opada. Takođe, upotrebljena je i relativna tačnost u kojoj se posmatra odnos stvarne cene i prediktovane. Najbolji rezultat dostigao je 57,3% tačnosti u predikciji kretanja cene, odnosno 99,39% relativne tačnosti.

Abstract:

U ovom radu je predstavljen model za predikciju cene nekretnina na osnovu podataka iz oglasa. Iz oglasa, preuzetih sa veb stranice za oglašavanje, su izdvojene tehničke specifikacije nekretnine, slike nekretnine i, ukoliko su dostupne, geografske koordinate nekretnine. Geografske koordinate su upotrebljene za formiranje ocene kvaliteta lokacije. Slike su upotrebljene za obučavanje neuronske mreže za detekciju značajnih objekata na slikama. Formirana su tri skupa podataka za obučavanje prediktivnih modela. Prvi skup sadrži samo tehničke specifikacije nekretnina, drugi skup ima dodatu ocenu lokacije, a treći skup ima i ocenu lokacije i detektovane objekte na slikama iz oglasa. Za svaki skup je obučeno nekoliko regresionih modela za predikciju cene i njihove performanse su poređene. Performanse ovih prediktivnih modela, izražene kao R2, su poređene. Najbolje performanse je imao GBT (Gradient Boosted Trees) model na skupu sa slikama i ocenom lokacije sa ostvarenom R2 vrednošću od 0.856.

Abstract:

The Anthropocene is gaining recognition as an epoch in Earth’s history in which mankind is changing the environment and the biosphere (Steffen et.al. 2011). Hotel Pro Forma’s visual opera NeoArctic (2016) and Yggdrasil Dance’s dance meditation Siku Aapoq/ Melting Ice (2015) explore how to aesthetically shape the ecological impact on human existence. The article discusses the performances’ impact on potential responses to the climate crisis. In NeoArctic, human activities have caused “overflow feedback”: a constant flow of digital vistas of pollution, raging weather, temperature rises alternate with the planet’s eternal processes, while underscored by ambience and operatic electro-pop. The images are front-projected onto the stage backdrop to create a literal overflow of the steadfast choir-performers, in which they almost disappear or become ghostly shadows, implying their imminent demise or insignificance on a planetary scale. Siku Aapoq engages with Greenland’s melting icecap: two dancers, Norwegian and Inuit, interact with a fabric understood as the melting ice, while enveloped in evocative lights, the crackling of glaciers, Inuit chants, ambience, and jazz. The Norwegian and the Inuit take turns enacting the ice, suggesting the interconnectedness with nature of both cultures. Both performances seem to invite acceptance of inevitable disaster. Yet, human prevalence is implied in the stagings by convergence of past and future in the present, which suggests that the future is still undecided, and survival depends on an ability to respond to the materiality of the environment that we are already entangled in through a profound sense of beauty. Theoretically, the analyses mainly draw on agential realism (Karen Barad) in order to outline a “para-Anthropo(s)cene aesthetics” that may reach beyond the human and engage spectators in realizing their ethical entanglement and the call for climate action. Considering intentions and reception, and the dystopian nature of the performances, the responses to climate change that the aesthetics may instigate are discussed.

Abstract:

The paper focuses on elucidating transfer pricing as a means of tax competition instruments misuse. Tax competition instruments have a key role in creating national tax attractiveness for foreign direct investment. However, in order to protect the local tax base on the basis of abuse of tax competition instruments, a large number of countries apply the principle of sources of income, i.e. taxation of business profits made by a non-resident legal entity exclusively in the country where the business was conducted and revenue generated. But with the process of globalization and the expansion of multinational companies, i.e. related legal entities, the instruments of tax competition have remained a suitable area of legally permitted transfer of profits through the application of transfer pricing. The data presented in the paper indicate that, although the trend of global corporate tax rate (as the dominant instrument of tax competition) has a downward trajectory, there are still fluctuations in rates between countries around the world, including the existing inconsistencies and ambiguities of national tax regulations. Taking this into account, the aim of the paper was to emphasize that transfer prices, through the instruments of tax competition, have threatened the economic, social, and tax stability of individual countries for more than two decades. The paper shows that developed countries have managed, to a certain extent, to gain control over their application by introducing more aggressive tax audits of transfer pricing. However, special attention is paid to developing countries which remain an active source of tax competition instruments abuse through the inadequate application of transfer pricing, due to the lack of adequate regulatory and control mechanisms, financial and human resources, and efforts to attract foreign investment through various instruments of tax competition.

« L’étude de la néologie terminologique en bantu », à laquelle nous avons done consacré notre thèse de doctorat en langues et cultures africaines, a eu pour point de départ des observations passives mais soutenues que nous avons faites sur de nombreux cas en rapport avec le recours aux technologies occidentales à des fins de modernisation d’un secteur de la vie socioculturelle au Congo-Kinshasa : l’administration publique. Ces technologies occidentales non localisées et fonctionnant dans leurs langues d’origine, connaissent à leur arrivée en République démocratique du Congo une situation de sous-utilisation essentiellement due à une carence terminologique dont font montre Jes langues de ce pays d’accueil, lesquelles (langues) ne sont pas suffisamment aptes à prendre les (technologies) en charge. Nous fondant sur de riches enseignements issus de l’analyse de cene situation atypique, dans la problématique de notre thèse, nous avons fait un constat que cene modernisation de l’administration assistée avec le recours aux technologies d’importation pose, en République démocratique du Congo, un réel problème deportée organisationnelle, économique et linguistique à la fois. Les raisons qui motivent ces conclusions sont fondées sur le fait que parmi de nombreuses difficultés qu’éprouvent les utilisateurs congolais de ces technologies, figurent non seulement des difficultés de savoir en faire usage, mais également celles de trouver des termes appropriés, susceptibles de les nommer dans leurs prop res langues. C’est dans ce contexte que nous avons relevé le lien entre l’économie et la linguistique et partant de cene dernière discipline, nous avons également découvert la nécessite d’une recherche néonymique devant aboutir à l’elaboration d’un outil lexicographique ou terminologique multilingue, susceptible de soutenir les utilisateurs cibles quant aux efforts d’appropriation de ces technologies dans leurs propres langues.

Abstract:

Specific patterns of attacks of cotton, bacterial cellulose and bacterial microcrystalline cellulose (BMCC) by recombinant cellulases of Cellulomonas fimi were investigated. Molecular-size distributions of the celluloses were determined by high-performance size-exclusion chromatography. Chromatography of cotton and bacterial celluloses revealed single major peaks centered over progressively lower molecular-mass positions during attack by endoglucanase CenA. In advanced stages, a second peak appeared at very low average size (approx. 11 glucosyl units); ultimate weight losses were approximately 30%. The isolated catalytic domain of CenA, p30, gave results very similar to those with complete CenA. CenA did not effectively depolymerize or solubilize BMCC significantly. Molecular-size distributions of cotton and bacterial cellulose incubated with endoglucanases CenB or CenD exhibited one major peak regardless of incubation time; low-molecular-mass fragments did not accumulate. Weight losses were 40 and 35% respectively. The single peak shifted to lower-molecular-mass positions as incubation continued, but high-molecular-mass material persisted. CenB and CenD readily attacked and solubilized BMCC (approx. 70%). We conclude that CenA attacks cellulose by preferentially cleaving completely through the cellulose microfibrils at the amorphous sites, and much more slowly by degrading the crystalline surfaces. Conversely, CenB and CenD cleave the amorphous regions much less efficiently while vigorously degrading the surfaces of the crystalline regions of the microfibrils.

Abstract:

Osnovni cilj rada je ispitivanje mogućnosti primene novoformiranog adsorbenta od otpada kafe za uklanjanje pesticida karbendazima iz vodenog medijuma. Karbendazim predstavlja emergentni mikropolutant koji se zbog potencijalno negativnih uticaja na akvatični ekosistem nalazi na NORMAN listi emergentnih supstanci. Aktivan ugalj formiran od otpada kafe se pokazao kao ekološki prihvatljiv materijal, niske cene i visokog potencijala za izdavajanje analiziranog pesticida iz akvatičnog sistema.

We report a new species of squat lobster from the Plio- cene of Monterotondo Marittimo (Grosseto, Tuscany, Italy). The speci- mens have been assigned to the fossil and extant <em>Munida</em> Leach, 1820, with <em>M. grossetana</em> n. sp. (Munididae Ahyong, Baba, MacPherson & Poore, 2010)<em>. Munida grossetana</em> n. sp. represents the first report for the genus in the Mediterranean area, enlarging the palaeogeographic distribution for the genus.

Abstract:

The paper examines the existence of a causal relationship in Grangers' sense between the movement of Bitcoin prices and the price of gold at the global financial market, in order to answer the question whether it is possible to predict the movement of the Bitcoin price based on the movement of the price of gold in the world market, but also vice versa. The survey was conducted from January 1, 2019 to December 1, 2019. In the research was used the Granger causality test (1969). The research results show that historical data on the movement of gold prices in the world market cannot be used to predict the change in value and price movements of Bitcoin. On the other hand, the survey results indicate the possibility of a reliable application of the use of historical data on the movement of value and price of Bitcoin.

Abstract:

U ovom radu predstavljeno je razmatranje značaja uvođenja i primene NB-IoT u Srbiji. Prvo se uvodi opšta pozadina uređaja povezanih putem interneta (IoT-a), mobilne komunikacije kao jednog od sredstva za ovo povezivanje, i na kraju je predstavljen NB-IoT sa pregledom osnovnih karakteristika, kao i ključnih tehnologija koje su dovele do poboljšanja ovog standarda. Radi lakšeg razumevanja upoređuju se performanse NB-IoT sa drugim bežičnim tehnologijama u aspektima potrošnje energije, oblasti pokrivanja, režima prenosa, načina komunikacije i cene uređaja. Na kraju se analizira primena u vidu inteligentnih aplikacija NB-IoT-a koje se mogu uvesti u Srbiji.

Abstract:

Slovenije nikakor ne uvrščamo med pomembne kmetijske države. A vseeno v zadnjem času vedno pogosteje slišimo o čim večji samooskrbi in samozadostnosti, še posebej v povezavi z negativnimi trendi, od klimatskih sprememb, višanja cene fosilnih goriv in neobrzdanih potrebah po gradbenih površinah. Vsi, tudi geografi, imamo pogosto težave s prepoznavanjem prsti na terenu samem. V prispevku bomo skušali na preprost način prikazati metodo določevanja tipov prsti slovenske klasifikacije, osvetliti vprašanja, katere in kje so tiste naravne prsti, ki sodijo med najpomembnejše za pridelavo hrane in lokalno samooskrbo ter zahtevajo največjo stopnjo varovanja, kje so omejitve pri ostalih naravnih tipih in kako s pomočjo t.i. indikatorskih rastlin neposredno v pokrajini ugotavljamo nekatere najpomembnejše lastnosti prsti.

V obdobju stalnih sprememb se ne spreminja samo okolje, v katerem organizacije ter ljudje delujejo in živijo, temveč se spreminjajo tudi paradigme kot veljavni miselni vzorci. Nova realnost zahteva nov pogled na svet, kajti hitre spremembe se ne dajo upravljati s starimi metodami. Tudi management se je v zadnjih 300 letih spreminjal pod vplivom različnih konceptov. Eden izmed konceptov je tudi TQM, ki organizacijam omogoča, da z enakimi viri ter z izboljševanjem delovnih procesov (učinkovitost) in boljšim zadovoljevanjem notranjih ter zunanjih uporabnikov (uspešnost) ustvarijo več in bolje z nižjimi stroški. Management v izobraževalnih institucijah mora, tako kot management v drugih organizacijah, dosegati več kot le ozko razumljena ekonomiko. Dosegati mora sistemsko kakovost, tj. odjemalcem in kupcem zagotoviti ustrezno raven cene + kakovosti (tehnične in komercialne) + izbire + enkratnosti ponudbe.

In this scene that I reframe as the Necrocene, there are still ways of doing things with being undone. Current art practice offers a new ars moriendi to make contestatorily palpable and even transform the necropolitical conditions of the Necrocene crisis by working with the strangely resilient powers of death. Current practices that deform the landscape-form demonstrate how the vulnerability of living our dying offers a queer material medium to agitate for livable life toward a black, trans* more-than-human commons.
