Abstract:
Les algorithmes cryptographiques actuels se répartissent en deux grandes familles : les algorithmes symétriques et les algorithmes asymétriques. En 1991, S. Even et Y. Mansour ont proposé une construction simple d'un algorithme de chiffrement par blocs en utilisant une permutation aléatoire. Récemment, surtout pour répondre aux nouveaux enjeux de la cryptographie à bas coût, plusieurs algorithmes ont été proposés dont la construction est basée sur le schéma Even-Mansour. Les travaux réalisés dans cette thèse ont pour objet l'analyse de ce type d'algorithmes. À cette fin, nous proposons une nouvelle attaque générique sur le schéma Even-Mansour. Ensuite, afin de montrer l'importance particulière du modèle multi-utilisateurs, nous appliquons cette attaque générique dans ce modèle. Ces deux attaques sur Even-Mansour introduisent deux nouvelles idées algorithmiques : les chaînes parallèles et la construction d'un graphe qui illustre les liens entre les clés des utilisateurs du modèle multi-utilisateurs. Finalement, basés sur ces idées, nous proposons des attaques sur les algorithmes de chiffrement par blocs DESX et PRINCE et sur le code d'authentification de message Chaskey<br>Current cryptographic algorithms are divided into two families: secret-key algorithms (or symmetric algorithms) and public-key algorithms. Secret-key cryptography is characterized by the sharing of the same key K used by both legitimate users of the cryptosystem. Bloc ciphers are one of the main primitives of symmetric cryptography. In 1991, S. Even and Y. Mansour proposed a minimal construction of a bloc cipher which uses a random permutation. Recently, in the context of lightweight cryptography, many algorithms based on the Even-Mansour scheme have been proposed. In this thesis, we focus on the analysis of this type of algorithms. To this purpose, we propose a generic attack on the Even-Mansour scheme. To show the particular importance of the multi-user model, we adapt our attack to this context. With these attacks, we introduce two new algorithmic ideas: the parallel chains and the construction of graph which represents the relations between the keys of the users of the multi-user model. Finally, we use these ideas and we present attacks on the bloc ciphers DESX and PRINCE and on the message authentication code (MAC) Chaskey

Etonnante "voyageuse du troisième convoi" surréaliste, Joyce Mansour (1928-1986) a publié une oeuvre abondante et d'une grande diversité : poésie, récits, théâtre, textes critiques ou pseudo journalistiques - aucune forme d'écriture n'est étrangère a cet écrivain multiculturel et polyglotte. Pourtant, par-delà son apparente dispersion dans les genres, son oeuvre, considérée dans sa longévité, manifeste une évidente cohérence : elle peut être définie comme essentiellement lyrique, si on admet avec les théoriciens contemporains que le terme de lyrisme désigne, bien au-delà des notions de culte du moi ou de sentimentalisme auxquelles il a longtemps été associé, la quête d'une identité. Avec "Cris", recueil paru en 1953, le sujet s'expose à des affects extrêmement violents, dont la libération lui ouvre l'accès à des zones inconnues de lui-même, terrritoire étrange et étranger où son écriture élit d'emblée résidence. Jusqu'à "Trous noirs" (1986), toute sa production peut en effet être lue comme une série de stratégies successivement éprouvées pour approcher ce qui, en soi, résiste ou dérobe, cet abîme intérieur que la poésie lui a révélé, et où il a très tôt conscience que gît le secret de son identité. . .<br>One of the last travellers of the "third surrealist convoy", Joyce Mansour (1928-1986) produced rich and surprisingly diverse works. Poetry, narratives, drama, pseudo journalistic or critical texts : no literary form is unknown to the pen of multicultural and bilingual writer. However, despite the seemingly scattering of genres, her works can be defined as essentially lyrical -lyricism as unterstood by theoricians, that is a quest for identity, far beyond the ego workship or sentimentalism long associated with this notion. With "Cris", a collection published in 1953, the subject is displayed a prey to extremely violent affects. And their release gives access to zones unknown to him/her, to territories where Mansour's writing takes up instant residence. Until "Trous noirs" (1986), all her publication can be read as series of successively explored strategies to approach a resisting, evadind inner space, the inner abyss disclosed to the subject by poetry, which, as he / she is soon aware, conceals a key to his / her identify. .

Le propos est de mettre en lumière au travers de l’univers de Joyce Mansour, poétesse proche du surréalisme et les écrivains de sa génération, des corrélations en terme de processus et de dynamismes créateurs, ainsi que de contenus. De relever des projets et des trajets parallèles ou convergents, dans la façon dont l’écriture se constitue et se réalise. De repérer, dans la mise en œuvre des principes similaires, les expressions différentes résultant de la singularité de chaque écrivain. Ces processus sont rapportés au surréalisme, non pas en tant que mouvement historique, mais en tant qu’esthétique et éthique, pensée dialectique qui refuse de séparer le réel de l’imaginaire, la poétique de la politique. Deux perspectives servent à éclairer le champ étudié et à faire surgir des questionnements. Celle de l’écriture, qui définit une attitude esthétique et critique à partir du champ de la théorie littéraire, en terme de silence de cris et de l’indicible. Une perspective féministe qui tient compte de la spécificité de l’expérience créatrice des femmes au sein de cadres référentiels et contextuels dont les structures appartiennent à un système qui organise des rapports de domination des hommes sur les femmes. Le surréalisme offre ici un champ spécifique et paradoxal où ces structures revêtent une forme particulière, les rapports restant fondamentalement inchangés. Il s’agit donc de questionner certains référents, et de voir de quelle façon ils sont mis en jeu, ou dé-joués par la femme écrivaine ou créatrice<br>My purpose is to shed some new light on the links between surrealist poet Joyce Mansours world and other writers of her generarion in terms of content and form. It’s also to pick out sketches and itinireraies in the way the writing takes form, to find out similar principles and different expressions resulting from each writer’s singularity. These processes are referend to surrealism as esthetic and ethic movement, a dialectic thinking that rejects the separation between the real from the imagimary, and poetry from politics. Two perspectives help to clarify the field and make all kinds of questionnig fly out. The writing, first, how defines a critical and esthetic attitude from the litterary theory, in terms of silence,“ indicidble” and cry. Secondly, a feminine approch that takes into count the specifity of creative womens experience. Here the surrealism offers both a specific and paradoxal field, where it’s structures appear in the most varied forms. We are there fore going to raise questions about some referents and see the ways they are outwitted by that writer

L'œuvre de Joyce Mansour est la trace foudroyante, voire inquiétante, du principe surréaliste des « vases communicants» : imprégnation de l'écrit par les blessures de la vie tapies dans l'inconscient; empreinte du désir, de la mort, d'un souffle vital indomptable, mais désespéré. Parallèlement, elle témoigne de l'emprise du visuel sur son écriture de chair en érigeant ce « miroir du désir» qui installe une résonance intime entre sa poésie et les œuvres de ses amis artistes. Dans leurs collaborations, ils se subliment, s'exaltent, se commentent, s'illustrent les uns les autres. À leur façon, ils partagent les mêmes angoisses, commettent les mêmes transgressions, exercent la même liberté. L'art et l'écrit se répondent. Cette thèse cherche à suivre le parcours symbiotique entre les images, les mots et la vie, qui traverse l'œuvre de Joyce Mansour. Il se révèle dans la collection d'œuvres d'art océanique qu'elle a constituée avec son mari, Samir Mansour ; dans les Objets méchants qu'elle crée à partir de matériaux récupérés, glanés ou achetés au BHV ... et qui expriment un besoin d'exalter la vie quotidienne, en extraire son essence afin d'échapper au piège de l'ennuie; dans les affinités électives entre elle et ces artistes qui nourrissent ses œuvres, comme elle nourrit les leurs. Parallel to this, the very visual, camal nature of her words provides a « mirror of desire » which enables the intimate echoing between her poetry and the works of her artist friends. Through their collaborations, they sublimate, enhance, comment on and illustrate each other. Each in their own way, they share the same anguish. commit the same transgressions, exercise the sa me freedom. Art and poetry connect deeply. This thesis aims to follow the symbiosis between images, words and experiences which characterises Joyce Mansours work. It reveals itself in the collection of Oceanic art she built up with her husbanc, Samir Mansour ; in the Objets méchants she created using material gleaned from scrapyards or bought at the BHV ... which express a need to intensify daily life, seek its essence in order to escape tedium ; in the elective affinities she shares with with the artists that enrich her works, as she does theirs. Les algorithmes de chiffrement par blocs paramétrables constituent une généralisation des algorithmes de chiffrement par blocs classiques qui, en plus d'une clé et d'un message à chiffrer ou déchiffrer, admettent un paramètre additionnel, nommé tweak en anglais. Le rôle de ce paramètre additionnel est d'apporter une variabilité à l'algorithme de chiffrement, sans qu'il soit nécessaire de changer la clé ou de garder le tweak secret. Ce dernier doit également pouvoir être contrôlé par l'adversaire sans dégradation de la sécurité. Dans cette thèse nous nous intéressons à une classe particulière d'algorithmes de chiffrement par blocs, les algorithmes de chiffrement par blocs à clé alternée. Plusprécisément, nous étudions la sécurité du schéma d'Even-Mansour, qui constitue une abstraction de la structure de ces algorithmes dans le modèle de la permutation aléatoire, et cherchons à rendre ce schéma paramétrable tout en conservant de fortes garanties de sécurité. À cette fin, nous introduisons une nouvelle construction générique, baptiséeTEM, qui remplace les clés de tours de la construction d'Even-Mansour par une valeur qui dépend de la clé et du tweak, et en étudions la sécurité dans deux cas : lorsque le mixage de la clé et du tweak est linéaire ou lorsqu'il est très non-linéaire. Nos preuves de sécurité utilisent la technique des coefficients H, introduite par Jacques Patarin danssa thèse de doctorat, qui permet de transformer des problèmes cryptographiques en problèmes combinatoires sur des groupes finis<br>Tweakable block ciphers are a generalization of classical block ciphers which, in addition to a key and a plaintext or a ciphertext, take an additionnal parameter called a tweak. The goal of this new parameter is to bring variability to the block cipher without needing to change the key or to keep the tweak secret. The tweak should also be adversariallycontrollable without sacrificing security. In this thesis we study a particular class of block ciphers, namely key-alternating ciphers. More precisely, we study the security of the Even-Mansour scheme, which is an abstraction of these ciphers in the random permutation model, and seek to bring tweakability to this scheme while keeping strong security guarantees. To this end, we introduce a new generic construction, dubbed TEM, which replaces the round keys from the Even-Mansour construction by a value depending on both the key and the tweak, and study its security in two cases: when the tweak and key mixing is linear or highly non-linear. Our security proofs rely on the H-coefficients technique, a technique introduced by Jacques Patarin in his PhD thesis which transforms cryptographic problems into combinatorial problems in finite groups

Abstract:
This thesis is a study of identity and power in the novels of Joyce Mansour, Andrée Chedid, Vénus Khoury-Ghata and Leila Barakat. Well known for her startling and provocative poetry, Joyce Mansour was one of the few women writers to contribute to the Surrealist movement. She died in France in1986. A versatile writer, Andrée Chedid has won a number of awards for her plays, novels, short stories and poetry. Vénus Khoury-Ghata, probably better known for her poetry, continues to write in French and participate in the promotion of la francophonie. Leila Barakat has published four novels set in the Middle East, and has a doctorate in Comparative literature. The four novelists are from Egypt and Lebanon, countries and cultures which lie between the Orient and the Occident. While Arabic is the official language of both countries, these four novelists have written in French; communicating across the lines separating one gender, culture, race and language from another. This thesis argues that language is constantly altered by its referent and that the four authors have used their novels to not only challenge power structures in place, but to transcend them.

Abstract:
Le trias extrusif de beni-mansour (algerie) encaisse une mineralisation en celestite. Cette mineralisation apparait au sein d'une lame principale triasique enracinee dans les formations albo-cenomaniennes, le long de la structure tectonique de l'oued tigrine, orientee ne-sw, avec un pendage qui varie entre 45 et 85\ vers le sud. La mise en place de cette lame resulte d'un ecaillage provoque par des compressions tectoniques. Quatre autres lames triasiques, gypsiferes sont observees. Leur mode de mise en place serait intrusif, selon des fractures preexistantes ouvertes par la tectonique extensive du miocene, responsable de la structuration des biban et au cours de laquelle interviennent des extrusions de masses triasiques. L'histoire polyphasee de ce complexe triasique correspond a quatre stades : - une phase d'authigenese lors d'un stade d'enfouissement ; - une brechification accompagnant un deplacement des masses triasiques ; - une mineralisation de celestite par remplacement du ciment initial anhydritique ; - l'ejection de la lame triasique mineralisee. La mobilisation de ce trias diapirique a induit plusieurs modifications, structurales, petrogenetiques, mineralogiques et chimiques. L'etude des inclusions fluides montre que les carbonates et le quartz, a l'exception de la celestite, ont des inclusions a cube de sel qui refletent des fluides connectes au milieu evaporitique. Tandis que la celestite est caracterisee par des fluides dilues mais plus salins que l'eau de mer. Cette heterogeneite traduit un melange de fluides triasiques (saumures) avec des fluides peu salins. Cela est compatible avec les donnees isotopiques. Les sulfates de la celestite seraient issus de l'anhydrite tandis que le strontium aurait une origine exterieure aux evaporites, il aurait ete apporte par des eaux de formation du cretace, ou par des eaux meteoriques. La localisation generale des gites a celestite au contact du trias et du cretace, constitue un metallotecte pour ce type de mineralisation.

Loin de l'illusion du réel et du témoignage, ces fictions réussissent à construire un modèle représentationnel d'univers, construit interactivement entre l'auteur et le lecteur, mobilisant et remodelant des représentations de la réalité. L'autonomie de ce modèle est alors redevable du principe de cohérence que certifient la pertinence des différentes composantes, discernables grâce aux analyses disciplinaires, et leur incorporation dans le dispositif fictionnel. La fiction est ainsi le lieu d'une expérience du monde qui suscite des questions philosophiques sur les relations de l'être à l'univers de sa vie, tel que cet univers, tant matériel qu'humain, se manifeste à la conscience. Selon cette perspective phénoménologique, les structures idéologiques de l'être-au-monde fondent la valeur transcendante de la fiction et sous-tendent les interactions illimitées entre la conscience et l'existence, l'individuel et le collectif, l'absolu et le relatif. Abstract:
Dans cette thèse, on s'intéresse à des schémas de chiffrement par blocs, c'est-à-dire que le chiffrement (et le déchiffrement) envoie un bloc de n bits sur un bloc de n bits. Il y a essentiellement deux grandes structures utilisées pour un schéma de chiffrement par blocs : la structure de Feistel (utilisée pour le DES) et la structure SPN (utilisée pour l'AES). L'étude de la sécurité de ces différents structures et schémas a permis de nombreuses avancées autant pratiques que théoriques. Nous présentons dans cette thèse des preuves de sécurité pour le schéma d'Even-Mansour itéré, le schéma paramétrable CLRW et le schéma de Feistel à clés alternées. Ces preuves utilisent une technique probabiliste, appelée coupling, introduite en cryptographie en 2002 par Mironov. Nous présentons cette technique dans le cadre des probabilités, puis la façon d'utiliser le coupling pour prouver la sécurité des schémas cités précédemment. Nous présentons également une étude de la sécurité du schéma d'Even-Mansour à deux tours pour certaines minimisations (même clés de tours ou même permutations internes par exemple) et, pour conclure, une comparaison des différentes techniques d'indistinguabilité<br>In this thesis, we study blockciphers, meaning that the encryption (and decryption) sends a block of n bits on a block of n bits. There is essentially two main structures used for a blockcipher: the Feistel structure (used for DES) and the SPN structure (used for AES). The study of the security of these structures and schemes has led to many practical and theoretical advances. We present in this thesis proofs of security for the iterated Even-Mansour scheme, the tweakable blockcipher CLRW and the key-alternating Feistel cipher. These proofs use a probabilistic technique, called coupling, introduced in cryptography in 2002 by Mironov. We present this technique in the context of probabilities, then we present how to use the coupling to prove the security for the schemes mentioned above. We also present an analysis of the security of the Even-Mansour cipher with two rounds and some properties (same round keys or same internal permutations for example) and, finally, we compare the different techniques to prove indistinguishability

The views conveyed by these stories problematize the question of the literary fiction quality and that of its transcendent values. Away from the illusion of reality and of the testimony, these fictions are able to build a representational mode of universe, constructed interactively between author and reader, mobilizing and reshaping representations of reality. The autonomy of this model is ensured by the consistency principle certified by the relevance of different components, discernible through the disciplinary analyzes, and their incorporation into the fictional device. Thus, fiction is the place of a world experience that raises philosophical questions about the relationship of being to the universe of his life, as this universe, both material and human, manifests itself to consciousness. According to this phenomenological perspective, the ideological structures of the being-in-the-world found the transcendent value of the fiction and underlay the unlimited interaction between the consciousness and the existence, the individual and the collective, the absolute and the relative. Following in the tradition of the Western novel, these fictions reflect the synergy of the national literary fact and the osmosis of mentalities and tastes wich perpetuates itself through the production of a novel, between the individual, the local and the universal

Cette recherche porte sur l’analyse des problématiques des langues et des identités dans le roman composé en hébreu par des membres de la minorité palestinienne d’Israël – (Texte hybride selon Yassir Suleiman, 2013). Elle combine deux volets, l’un diachronique et l’autre analytique. D’une part, elle examine l’histoire du roman palestinien en hébreu, et les différents lieux dans lesquels l’hébreu et l’arabe, le Palestinien et le Juif israélien, minorité et majorité se rencontrent. D’autre part, l’approche comparative des œuvres d’Atallah Mansour (1935), d’Anton Shammas (1950) et de Sayed Kashua (1975) est proposée à partir de leur double appartenance, hébraïque et palestinienne. Elle envisage ces œuvres dans le cadre de la littérature mineure, de l’identité hybride postcoloniale et de l’espace tiers formulé par Mahmoud Darwich. L’enjeu est d’étudier les contours d’une narration palestinienne minoritaire engagée par des écrivains dans un processus de déconstruction, de reconfiguration et de correction de la représentation du personnage Palestinien dans la littérature hébraïque<br>This research focuses on the analysis of the issues of language and identity in novels written in Hebrew by members of the Palestinian minority in Israel ("hybrid texts" according to Yassir Suleiman). It sets these works in the context of Minor Literature, post-colonial hybrid identity and Mahmoud Darwich’s third space. O presente trabalho avaliou as características da resposta imune celular e a patologia hepática em camundongos isogênicos C57BL/6 desnutridos e infectados pelo Schistosoma mansoni, comparando-os com eutróficos infectados da mesma linhagem. A metodologia abordou produção das citocinas IFN-gama, IL-4 e IL-13 em sobrenadante de cultura de esplenócitos (fases aguda, intermediária e crônica da infecção), estado nutricional, carga parasitária, macroscopia do fígado e do baço, estudo histopatológico do fígado, morfometria dos granulomas hepáticos periovulares e mensuração bioquímica e morfométrica do colágeno hepático. Os animais desnutridos desenvolveram peso corporal inferior, comparados aos eutróficos. O estudo parasitológico revelou maior quantidade de parasitos no grupo eutrófico. Na relação percentual entre os pesos dos animais e dos órgãos (fígado e baço), os camundongos infectados apresentaram taxas superiores às dos animais sem infecção, caracterizando organomegalia típica dos estágios avançados da doença. A histopatologia revelou maior quantidade e tamanho dos granulomas nos animais eutróficos e intensa resposta inflamatória nos espaços-porta, com abundante infiltração eosinofílica nas fases aguda e intermediária, em ambos os grupos. Na fase crônica, 40 por cento dos eutróficos desenvolveram fibrose periportal, não sendo observada essa lesão nos desnutridos. A morfometria dos granulomas e a quantificação do tecido fibroso não revelaram diferenças entre os grupos. A imunidade celular dos animais eutróficos mostrou níveis mais elevados de IL-13 do que IFN-gama, na fase aguda, indicando perfil Th2. Essa resposta Th2 permanece nas fases intermediária e crônica da infecção, embora em níveis mais baixos. A cinética da produção de citocinas nesses animais evoluiu conforme descrito na literatura<br>Os camundongos desnutridos, todavia, produziram, na fase aguda, níveis mais elevados de IFN-gama do que IL-13, caracterizando um perfil Th1. Na fase intermediária o componente Th1 diminuiu e foram observados altos níveis de IL-13 e IL-4 (perfil Th2), que se reduziram com a cronicidade da infecção. The objective was to characterize renal changes in patients with schistosomiasis mansoni before and after treatment in the intestinal phase, coming from an area of low endemicity in the state of Ceará. This is a cross-sectional study of character evaluation, quantitative and interventionist, including 85 patients with parasitological (Kato-Katz) confirmed schistosomiasis. Patients were divided into three groups: Group I (GI) - control group of 24 uninfected individuals, Group II (G-II) - a group of 30 individuals infected with S. mansoni and Group III (G-III) - group with 31 individuals infected with S. mansoni, processed and evaluated after treatment. Renal function was assessed by renal tubular and glomerular markers, including measurement of urinary pH, estimation of fractional excretion of electrolytes (FE), estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), urinary albumin and urinary MCP-1/CCL2 ( Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1). Data from this study show that most subjects were within the age range around 23,2 ±13 years, 39 (45,88%) men and 46 (54,11%) women. When the renal tubular markers were analyzed it was found that there was no difference between groups. With respect to renal glomerular markers was observed that MCP-1 was the only one that was different, being higher in G-II (178 ± 97pg/mcg-Cr) and G-III (175 ± 87pg/mcg-Cr) when compared with the GI (123 ± 48pg/mcg-Cr), p = 0,009 and p = 0,007, respectively. There was no difference among the groups G-G-II and III (p = 0,892) were compared. Although the albumin excretion did not provide a difference between the three groups, it was correlated with MCP-1 (r= 0,463, p= 0.01). In short there was a significant increase in urinary levels of MCP-1 in patients with schistosomiasis. As this protein plays an important role in the recruitment of monocytes to sites of injury and infection, its increase in urine suggests that there is an inflammation of the kidneys and this is not reversed after treatment of this disease.<br>O envolvimento renal na esquistossomose mansoni é raramente descrito e pode ser caracterizada principalmente por alterações glomerulares, podendo permanecer assintomática, daí a importância de biomarcadores que possam detectar precocemente alterações da função renal. O objetivo foi caracterizar as alterações renais em pacientes portadores de esquistossomose mansoni, antes e após tratamento na fase intestinal, procedentes de uma área de baixa endemicidade no Estado do Ceará. Trata-se de um estudo transversal, de caráter avaliativo e de natureza quantitativa e intervencionista, incluindo 85 pacientes com diagnóstico parasitológico (Kato-Katz) confirmado de esquistossomose mansoni. Os pacientes foram divididos em três grupos: Grupo I (G-I) - grupo controle com 24 indivíduos não infectados; Grupo II (G-II) - grupo com 30 indivíduos infectados por S. mansoni e Grupo III (G-III) - grupo com 31 indivíduos infectados por S. mansoni, tratados e avaliados após o tratamento. A função renal foi avaliada através de marcadores renais tubular e glomerular, incluindo dosagem do pH urinário, estimativa da fração de excreção dos eletrólitos (FE), estimativa do ritmo de filtração glomerular (eRFG), albumina urinária e MCP-1/CCL2 urinário (proteína quimiotática de monócitos-1). Dados do presente estudo mostram que a maioria dos indivíduos estavam dentro da faixa etária em torno de 23,2  13 anos, sendo 39 (45,88%) homens e 46 (54,11%) mulheres. Quando os marcadores renais tubulares foram analisados verificou-se que não houve diferença entre os grupos. Com relação aos marcadores renais glomerulares foi observado que MCP-1 foi o único que apresentou diferença, sendo maior no G-II (178 ± 97pg/mcg-Cr) e no G-III (175 ± 87pg/mcg-Cr), quando comparado com o G-I (123 ± 48pg/mcg-Cr), p=0,009 e p=0,007, respectivamente. Não houve diferença quando os grupos G-II e G-III (p=0,892) foram comparados. Apesar da albumina urinária não ter apresentado diferença entre os três grupos, ela correlacionou-se com MCP-1 (r=0,463; p=0,01). Em suma foi observado um aumento significativo dos níveis urinários de MCP-1 nos pacientes com esquistossomose mansoni. Como esta proteína desempenha um importante papel no recrutamento de monócitos para os sítios de lesões e infecções, o seu aumento na urina sugere que há uma inflamação renal e isso não se reverteu após o tratamento desta doença.

Com o objetivo de conhecer as tendências históricas, o perfil epidemiológico da internação hospitalar e mortalidade por esquistossomose e verificar a distribuição espacial da internação hospitalar por esta causa no Estado de Pernambuco, procedeu-se à análise de dados do Sistema de Informações Hospitalares (SIH) e do Sistema de Informações sobre Mortalidade (SIM) no período de 1995 - 2000. A análise das séries históricas dos indicadores de internação hospitalar e mortalidade no Estado evidenciou redução no período.(...) Por meio da análise espacial do Estado de Pernambuco pode-se verificar que apesar de ter ocorrido, entre 1995 e 1999, uma maior dispersão das internações (...) para os municípios do Sertão e São Francisco, o nº de municípios com internação hospitalar devido à esquistossomose teve uma redução para o Estado como um todo entre 1995 e 1998, seguido de um aumento para o ano de 1999 e 2000. A análise estatística espacial da Zona da Mata (...) mostrou que a variável mais explicativa da dependência espacial encontrada foi percentual de domicílios por município com rede geral de água, seguida da variável percentual de domicílios por município com rede geral de esgoto. Sabe-se que o Estado de Pernambuco (...) apresenta condições de saneamento básico precárias. Esse fator, aliado a aspectos ligados ao comportamento populacional, condições ambientais propícias à existência do hospedeiro intermediário, a intensa mobilidade das comunidades e a falta de um programa de controle eficaz, criam condições favoráveis para a manutenção da transmissão e a expansão da esquistossomose (...) Utilizamos os dados de um inquérito parasitológico efetuado no Distrito de Porto de Galinhas. Apesar dos dados de Porto de Galinhas não serem ideais, pois são resultantes de uma epidemia ocorrida em 2000, fica registrado aqui a importância dos estudos em nível local. O controle da esquistossomose requer indiscutivelmente a melhoria progressiva das condições de vida da população, apontando também, para a necessidade de políticas de saúde, voltadas para populações residentes em áreas de maior risco, no sentido de progredir no controle da endemia no Estado. Chama-se atenção para a necessidade de implementação de medidas de prevenção e controle que considerem as realidades locais e melhoria na qualidade dos registros dos sistemas de informação em saúde possibilitando um aumento na efetividade das ações de controle

O principal objetivo do trabalho foi realizar uma caracterização ultra-estrutural da cercária de Schistosoma mansoni, através de técnicas citoquímicas. Para a identificação de lipídios saturados e insaturados foi utilizado, respectivamente, as técnicas de Filipina e do Tampão Imidazol, para localização de proteínas básicas foram empregadas as técnicas do Ácido Fosfotúngstico (PTA) e da Prata Amoniacal. Para localizar sítios de cálcio utilizamos a técnica descrita por Hepler (1980) e para evidenciar grupamentos aniônicos empregamos ferritina cationizada além do tratamento enzimático com tripsina, condroitinase e neuraminidase de Vibrio cholerae. Foi observada a presença de lipídios insaturados de formato globular em toda a região externa da larva infectante, tegumento, glândula da cabeça, glândula pré-acetabular e corpos de inclusão. Utilizando a técnica de filipina, identificamos a presença de colesterol delimitando vários compartimentos da larva e também no tegumento, músculo e membranas de células subtegumentares. Através da técnica de PTA foi identificada a presença de proteínas básicas no tegumento, núcleo e nucléolo de células subtegumentares, corpos de inclusão e glândulas pré-acetabulares. Já na prata amoniacal, identificamos forte marcação em toda larva infectante além de marcações no núcleo das células musculares, tecido muscular circular e glândulas pré-acetabulares. A localização de sítios de cálcio mostrou-se bastante uniforme, demarcando os espaços internos da larva, principalmente, o tecido muscular da larva. As amostras tratadas com ferritina cationizada apresentaram uma forte marcação em nível cuticular. O tratamento das amostras com a neuraminidase não alterou o padrão de marcação dessas partículas na superfície do trematóide. Porém, o tratamento com tripsina ou condroitinase resultou numa ausência de marcação na superfície da larva. O esclarecimento da composição bioquímica da larva infectante de S. mansoni fornece dados para um melhor entendimento a respeito da biologia do parasito bem como a intrigante relação parasitohospedeiro, além de contribuir para um possível controle químico.

Neste estudo avaliou-se o efeito in vitro de 4 compostos isolados de espécies vegetais, as amidas piplartina e piperina, a lignana grandisina e o alcaloide epiisopiloturina; 1 composto isolado da pele de anfíbio, o peptídeo antimicrobiano dermaseptina 01; e de 6 extratos etanólicos obtidos de vegetais, Piper tuberculatum, P. crassinervium, P. diospyrifolium, P. fuligineum, P. gaudichaudianum e Pothomorphe umbellata em adultos (machos e fêmeas com 49 dias) e esquistossômulos (recém-transformados, 1, 3, 5 e 7 dias) de Schistosoma mansoni linhagem BH. O estudo avaliou: 1) a viabilidade de vermes adultos; 2) a capacidade reprodutiva, avaliada pelo acasalamento e oviposição; 3) o efeito no tegumento em parasitas adultos; 4) a viabilidade e o efeito no tegumento em esquistossômulos; 5) a citotoxicidade de compostos e extratos em células de mamífero (célula Vero). Além disso, com microscopia confocal, neste estudo é proposto um novo modelo experimental que avalia, quantitativamente, o efeito de esquistossomicidas no tegumento dos esquistossomos.<br>In this study, the in vitro effect of 4 compounds isolated from plant species, amides piplartine and piperine, the lignin grandisin and alkaloid epiisopiloturine; 1 compound isolated from amphibian skin, the antimicrobial peptide dermaseptin 01; and 6 ethanolic extracts of plants, Piper tuberculatum, P. crassinervium, P. diospyrifolium, P. fuligineum, P. gaudichaudianum and Pothomorphe umbellata was evaluated in adults worm pairs (49-day-old) and schistosomula (newly-transformed, 1-, 3-, 5-, and 7-day-old) of Schistosoma mansoni BH strain. The effect of compounds and extracts against schistosomes was examined regarding: 1) adult worms survival, 2) the reproductive fitness as assessed by mating and oviposition; 3) alterations on adult worms tegumental surface; 4) viability and morphological alterations on schistosomula; 5) the cytotoxicity of compounds and extracts in mammalian cells (Vero cells) In addition, this study shows a new experimental model to evaluate quantitatively the effect of schistosomicidal drugs on the tegument of the schistosomes.

A larga dispersão dos moluscos transmissores e a relevância da migração interna como fator de instalação da esquistossomose mansônica tem sido um importante fator para se delinear estratégias de prevenção e controle. Do ponto de vista epidemiológico, é importante conhecer quais são as espécies de planorbídeos presentes em determinada região e seu potencial para instalação da doença. O objetivo desse estudo foi avaliar o panorama de distribuição de criadouros de moluscos planorbídeos no município de Monte Mor, SP, através de um levantamento malacológico em coleções de água doce, sua positividade para o Schistosoma mansoni, testar a suscetibilidade dos moluscos encontrados frente a linhagens distintas do trematódeo e como pesquisa complementar análise de fezes de indivíduos oriundos de áreas endêmicas de todo o país, que trabalham na agricultura local. O estudo de campo foi realizado com coletas de mosluscos pelo período de 4 meses em coleções de água doce, através de coletas exaustivas em coleções acessíveis. O material coletado foi analisado e identificado no Laboratório de Helmintologia da Unicamp. Através deste estudo foi possível concluir que existe uma vasta distribuição de moluscos no município de Monte Mor composta pelas espécies: Biomphalaria tenagophila, B. straminea, B. intermedia, B. occidentalis, B. peregrina; além de exemplares dos gêneros: Physa, Lymnaea, Melanoides, Drepanotrema, Pomacea e Achatina. Entre os exemplares coletados de moluscos todos se apresentaram negativos ao S. mansoni e outras larvas de trematódeos. Descendentes dos moluscos planorbídeos do gênero Biomphalaria coletados foram submetidos à exposição individual por 10 miracídios de Schistosoma mansoni das cepas BH, SJ, Pernambuco, Sergipe e Bahia. Neste experimento, espécies de B. tenagophila e B. straminea se infectaram com S. mansoni de Pernambuco. Outras espécies de moluscos se mostraram negativas para a infecção pelo Schistosoma mansoni. As análises complementares de fezes dos trabalhadores locais não apresentaram resultados parasitológicos positivos, o que não descarta sua relevância na transmissão da doença frente ao fluxo anual de diferentes trabalhadores para o trabalho na agricultura local<br>Abstract: It is estimated that schistosomiasis, infects about 200 million people in 75 countries in the developing world. The wide dispersal of snails transmitters and relevance of internal migration as a factor installation schistosomiasis has been an important factor in order to outline strategies for prevention and control. From the epidemiological point of view, it is important to know what are the snails species present in a given region and its potential for desease onset. The aim of this study was to find a picture of the situation of the distribution of breeding of freshwater snails in the municipality of Monte Mor, SP, throughout a malacological in collections of freshwater, its positivity Schistosoma mansoni, test the susceptibility clam found against distinct strains of S. mansoni and how complementary research scat analysis of individuals from endemic areas throughout the country, working in local agriculture. The field study was conducted with snails collections for a period of four months in collections of freshwater through exhaustive collections of collections accessible. The collected material was analyzed and identified in the laboratory of Helminthology UNICAMP. Through this study it was concluded that there is a wide distribution of snails in the municipality of Monte Mor composed by species: Biomphalaria tenagophila, B. straminea, B. intermedia, B. peregrina e B. occidentalis, besides copies of genres: Physa, Lymnaea, Melanoides, Drepanotrema, Pomacea e Achatina. Among the species collected shellfish all were negative to S. mansoni and other trematode larvae. Descendants of freshwater snails of the genus Biomphalaria collected underwent solo exhibition by 10 miracidia of S. mansoni strains Belo Horizonte, São José dos Campos, Pernambuco, Sergipe e Bahia, where they were checked positivity rates of 13.33% from the line of Pernambuco for species B. tenagophila and 3.33% strain Pernambuco for the species B. straminea. Other species of snails were negative for infection with S. mansoni.
