Abstract:
Siddhars found a foremost tradional system of medicine called siddha system of medicine. According to this system diseases are recognized based on vatha,pitha and kapha.The medicines are prepared using the ingredients of three main categories of natural origin. They are thavaram [herbs],thathu [metals and minerals]and jeevam [animals].<strong>Shenbaga poo kuligai</strong>&nbsp;is a classical siddha drug used for treating&nbsp;<strong>Mantham</strong>. Mantham is a paediatric illness.<strong>&nbsp;Suzhi Manth</strong>am is one the type of mantham under 21 types. Suzhi Mantham is a respiratory disease followed by indigestion having symptoms of intermittent fever, cough, wheezing, difficulty in breathing, rib retraction, loss of appetite and sleeplessness. Shenbagapoo kuligai a trail drug used for treating suzhi mantham, so the author have done antihistamine study for the shenbaga poo kuligai .From this study the test drug antagonise the effect of histamine when added together.

Hindu Mantram is chants of speech with supernatural powers, which should not be done carelessly. The Balinese Hindu Mantram is a modified form of the Hindu Mantram that adapts to the local wisdom of the Balinese Hindu Community. The problem is that there is no digital education platform regarding the Balinese Hindu Mantram. Based on these problems, a mobile-based information system was built that integrates the Balinese Hindu Mantram and Yadnya Ceremony with its ceremonial procession. This information system applied Model Tree and UAT with PSSUQ Method. This research aimed to develop an application that can be a platform to provide education about the Balinese Hindu Mantram and its relationships. The results obtained from this research were the E-Mantram Android mobile application that implemented the Tree Model and UAT results with a System Usefulness value of 1.94, Information Quality of 2.06, Interface Quality of 2.06, and Overall of 2.01.

Aplikasi Android Mantram Sesontengan dikembangkan untuk membantu generasi muda Hindu di Bali memahami dan melafalkan mantram dalam bahasa Sanskerta. Generasi muda mengalami kesulitan dalam pengucapan mantram yang menggunakan bahasa Sanskerta dan penurunan penguasaan bahasa lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi yang menyediakan akses mudah dan interaktif terhadap konservasi mantram sesontengan dan ritual keagamaan dalam suatu aplikasi berbasis Android. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah alur penelitian yang terintegerasi dengan Successive Approximation Model, yang mencakup tahap preparation phase, iterative design phase, dan iterative development phase. Hasil pengujian dengan black box testing menunjukkan aplikasi berfungsi baik di berbagai perangkat Android. Tingkat keberhasilan pengujian mencapai 100%. Pengujian mencakup tampilan beranda, sidebar, pilihan mantram, dan detail mantram. Semua skenario pengujian berhasil, termasuk fungsi menampilkan halaman, menyimpan mantram secara offline, dan memutar audio. Aplikasi ini berpotensi dalam pelestarian budaya Hindu di Bali. Aplikasi ini meningkatkan keterlibatan generasi muda dalam praktik keagamaan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya teknologi dalam mendukung pendidikan agama dan pelestarian budaya.

Jumlah penderita CKD yang menjalani hemodialisa tahun 2019 yaitu 15,6 juta penduduk yang mengalami depresi, 8% yang mencari pengobatan ke profesional. Angka depresi di Indonesia sekitar 17-25% dibanding angka epidomiologi di dunia adalah 5-10% setiap tahunnya. Di Bali terdapat 200.000 pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa dan pasien baru 430 orang perbulan. Dampak psikologis diantaranya mengeluh adanya kelemahan otot, merasa letih, ketidakstabilan emosi, tekanan psikologis(depresi) spiritual, beban keuangan dan kurang dukungan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mantram gayatri terhadap tingkat depresi pada pasien hemodialisa di rumah sakit X di Denpasar. Studi berjenis kuantitatif, metodenya pre-experimental dengan pendekatan one group pre- test post –test design. Data analisis menggunakan uji liliefort. Hasil penelitian didapatkan setelah diberikan terapi mantram gayatri dengan z hitung sebesar -5,375 dan nilai p=0.001. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh terapi mantram gayatri terhadap tingkat depresi pada pasien hemodialisa di rumah sakit X di Denpasar. Saran: perlu diterapkan tentang pentingnya terapi mantram gayatri khususnya bagi pasien hemodialisa untuk menurunkan tingkat depresi.

Today in the digital age, with our advances in modern technology and communication, there are additional stressors for our military personnel and Veterans. Constant dangers exist both on and off the battlefield, unlike prior wars that had clearly-defined war zones. In addition, medical advances have assisted in saving the lives of many more gravely injured troops than ever previously possible. As the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan come to an end, large numbers of service men and women are returning home with multiple injuries. This group of Veterans has significantly higher rates of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and traumatic brain injury than ever before reported. Although existing PTSD therapies have been found to be highly effective for many Veterans, there is a substantial minority unsatisfactorily treated. Mantram repetition, an innovative, complementary, evidence-based treatment, is proving to be successful for these new Veterans. When used regularly it helps with “road rage, impatience, anger, frustration, and being out of control.” A mantram is a brief, sacred word or phrase that embodies divine power or the greatest positive energy one can imagine (Easwaran, 2008a). Mantram repetition is a simple, quick, personal, portable, and private complementary practice that may be used as an adjunct to current treatments for PTSD. Growing research evidence supports mantram repetition's value for dissemination and adoption in the 21st century. This chapter summarizes Mantram Program research conducted from 2003 to 2014. It describes the health-related benefits of the Mantram Program in various populations. The current research focuses on benefits for managing psychological distress and promoting quality of life in Veterans. Future areas for research are suggested.

Background: Sattu is a traditional and well known functional food in India. It is consumed as a refreshing drink during summers. In Ayurveda, Sattu has been described as Saktu. According to classical texts of Ayurveda, Powder of roasted and dehusked Yava (barley) is known as Saktu. Liking and disliking for any food article depends on senses of consumer. For deciding the consumer’s choice toward the food products, sensory parameters followed by the nutritional properties are required to be considered. Aim and objectives: To standardize recipe of Sattu-Mantha and sensory evaluation of Sattu-Manha. Material and methods: In present study, sensory evaluation of Yava (Barley) Sattu prepared by two different methods has been carried out. Sattu was served in the form of Mantha. In this study scoring for different sensory parameters was done by using 9-point Hedonic scale (Lawless and Klein, 1991). Results and Conclusion: On the bases of scores given to different sensory parameters, Sattu-Mantha prepared by both the methods is accepted by assessors but Sattu-Mantha prepared by using sugar powder was much liked by assessors as compared to Sattu-Mantha prepared by using Jaggery powder.

Perancangan ini akan direalisasikan sehingga bisa dilakukan pengujian secara nyata. Alat ini berkerja secara otomatis dengan membandingkan jam sekarang dengan waktu pemutaran puja trisandya, apabila terjadi kecocokan data, maka mikrokontroler akan mengirimkan perintah kepada Mini MP3 Player untuk memutar file rekaman Mantram Puja Trisandya yang telah tersimpan pada mikro SD. Dari hasil penelitian didapat LCD (M1602A) mampu menampilkan huruf sesuai dengan kata-kata Mantram Puja Trisandya yang merupakan keluaran dari Mini Mp3Player dengan tepat waktu. dimana seluruh rangkaian dikendalikan dengan mikrokontroler ATmega328.

Penelitian ini membahas konsep manthuq dan mafhum dalam Al-Qur'an, yang mencakup makna tersurat (manthuq) dan makna tersirat (mafhum). Manthuq merujuk pada makna eksplisit dari lafaz ayat, sedangkan mafhum adalah makna implisit yang membutuhkan analisis lebih lanjut. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, mengacu pada sumber primer seperti kitab-kitab tafsir dan sumber sekunder berupa artikel jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manthuq terbagi menjadi dua jenis utama, yaitu manthuq sarih dan manthuq ghair al-sarih, sementara mafhum terdiri dari mafhum muwafaqah dan mafhum mukhalafah. Kedua konsep ini memiliki peran signifikan dalam memperluas pemahaman terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an, khususnya dalam konteks ijtihad hukum Islam. Dengan memahami manthuq dan mafhum, pengambilan hukum menjadi lebih komprehensif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan kontemporer, sehingga memperkokoh posisi Al-Qur'an sebagai pedoman utama umat Islam.

This is a major environmental problem that affects many countries around the world” (World, 2020). In this paper, we have explored several methods of automatic method for deforestation detection such as Early Fusion Convolutional network (EFCN), Siamese Convolutional Network (S-CNN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). As shown in all experimental results, EFCN can obviously outperform S-CNN and SVM. This work is aimed at presenting a novel curated dataset and also an approach based on deep learning, more specifically Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) combined with cutting edge data processing techniques to solve the forestation problem. These tools, combined with more advanced deep learning models and higher resolution satellite imagery, have greatly expanded our ability to do this. Finally, this paper explains a tool for daily the detection of rainforests deforestation in satellite images from MODIS/TERRA sensor using Artificial Neural Networks and U-net architectures. “What Comes to Mind When Considering Deforestation. Image, satellite images, deep learning, and CNN (Convolutional Neural Network).”

Abstract:
This article examines the contemporary relationship between the Ārya Samāj and Sanātan Dharm movements among Hindus in India and abroad. Since their beginnings in the nineteenth century, the two loosely organized groups have disagreed about correct ritual practice, with the Arya Samaj promoting a simple “Vedic” fire sacrifice, and those identifying as Sanātan Dharm accepting image worship as an integral aspect of Hindu practice. While Hindus whose families come from northwest India identify themselves, their families, and their practices as either Arya Samaji or Sanatani, fieldwork conducted in India and the United States from 1999 to 2009 suggests that the relationships between these two movements are more flexible than this discourse indicates. This article argues that the Arya Samaj and Sanātan Dharm positions have been combined within extended families, individual ritual practices, and transnational communities in more fluid ways than previously understood.

Critiques about the development in mixed-methods research (MMR) by some of its protagonists mention the following: ignorance of earlier developments, too much focus on designs rather than issues, more a metaphor than a mode of research, the belief in paradigms, and too much focus on methods instead of theoretical and methodological issues. Myths and mantras in the MMR literature are discussed here. For overcoming the limitations of MMR becoming evident in these critiques, myths, and mantras, triangulation is discussed. A revitalization of this concept in recent formulations (triangulation 3.0; systematic triangulation of perspectives) outlines triangulation as a framework of a critical and reflexive MMR.

Tanpa menguasai dilalah manthuq dan mafhum akan menjadikan penafsiran tidak kredibel, tidak akan mengerti dengan teks dan tekstual. Memahami dilalah manthuq, dan mafhum bisa menjadi hujjah. Dalam kajian dilalah mafhum dan manthuq akan berpengaruh dalam pemahaman ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yaitu penelitian dengan mengacu pada kitab tafsir, ulumul qur'an, ushul fiqh sebagai sumber primer dan buku-buku lain yang ada kaitannya penelitian ini sebagai sumber sekunder. Dalam mengolah data yang diperoleh dari kepustakaan, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan bentuk analisis induktif dan deduktif. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Penafsiaran ayat al-Ahkam ditinjau dari dilalah manthuq dan mafhum. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa Dilalah adalah sesuatu yang dapat dijadikan petunjuk atau alasan. Sedangkan secara terminologi berarti penunjukan suatu lafal kepada maknanya dilālah terbagi menjadi manthuq dan mafhum. Manthuq terbagi menjadi nash, zhahir, muawwal sedangkan mafhum terbagi menjadi mafhum muwafaqah dan mafhum mukhalafah. Mafhum muwafaqah terdiri atas dua yaitu lahn al-Khitab dan fahwa al-Khitab. Sedangkan Mafhum Mukhalafah terdiri atas mafhum al-Shifah, mafhum al-ghayah, mafhum syarat, mafhum al-'adad, mafhum al-laqab dan mafhum illat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kosep manthuq dan mafhum ‘Ulum Al-Qur’an dan untuk menganalisis pengambilan hukum manthuq dan mafhum yang ditetapkan oleh imam al-Suyuti. Secara teoritis, konsep penetapan manthuq dan mafhum dalam ‘Ulum Al-Qur’an adalah kajian tentang lafadz-lafadz yang dibunyikan dalam Al-Qur’an (manthuq) dan tidak dibunyikan dalam Al-Qur’an (mafhum) namun memiliki konsekuensi pada banyak hal yang meliputi ilmu kalam dan hukum Islam. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis aadalah bahwa manthuq dan mafhum imam Jalal ad-Din al-Suyuthi menggumakan konsep manthuq dari ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an terdapat tiga hal, nash, dzahir dan ta’wil. Ta’wil yang digunakan oleh imam Jalal ad-Din al-Suyuthi menggunakan ta’wil dalam hal ayat-ayat yang dimungkinkan memiliki dua makna atau lebih sehingga beliau menggunakan ta’wil. Sedangkan beberapa ulama ushul mengaktegorikan manthuq dengan dua kategori nash dan dzahir. metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan library research, studi pustaka, di mana data-data primer seperti kitab yang bersumber dari penulis, yakni data yang diguakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemikiran yang disampaikan oleh imam Jalal ad-Din al-Suyuthi dalam kitab al-Itqon fi Ulum Al-Qur’an dan kitab para ulama ushul fiqh. Data-data tersebut dianalisis untuk kemudian ditemukan jawabannya yang disampaikan dalam perumusan masalah

Usada yeh is essentially a usada lontar that contains the types of diseases, methods of treatment using water and mantras, and various other upakara facilities. In Usada yeh, the composition and order of the dasaksara were known as the primary basis for using the usada treatment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the value and concept of traditional medicine in usada yeh lontar. This study was employed descriptive qualitatively using an ethnomedicine approach. The data were analyzed through content analysis of lontar usada yeh and in-depth interviews with a pangusadha and academics in Hinduism. The finding indicated that: The values contained was the value of theological education in the form of the teachings of divinity and worship of Tri Purusa (Parama Shiva, Sada Shiva, and Shiva), and the value of health education, such as knowledge about various diseases, treatment methods, knowledge of usada mantram and means based on Shivaistic concepts through tantric teachings. The concept of usada yeh traditional medicine was based on an understanding of the composition and sequence of dasaaksara, in the form of treatment for all kinds of diseases using several means, namely water, mantram, drops, herbal medicine, spray, powder, usug, sesayut, caru, daksina, and other rituals. Moreover, usada yeh could be implemented by combining any type of wood tree. In conclusion, the values and concepts of traditional medicine in lontar usada yeh are centered on water, mantram and ingredients made from natural ingredients and other rituals.

This study describes Identity Politics in Indonesia which was used as a strategy to win the Regional Head Election (PILKADA) in North Maluku Province in 2013. The main issues discussed are: The strategy of Abdul Gani Kasuba (AGK) and Muhammad Natsir Thaib (Manthab) to make Identity Politics as a means of winning the 2013 North Maluku Regional Election. The research was conducted in Ternate City, with qualitative approach with a combination of case study research. Data retrieval with in-depth interviews and searches of written documents. The results of this study showed that the factors of ketokohan, ethnicity, strong network (with ustad branding), symbols and imaging are the determining factors of victory. In addition, the consolidation of the network of figures, building opinions, and marketing (direct selling) politics contributed to the maximum victory of the AGK Pair - Manthab.

RESUMO Animais podem ser eventualmente recolhidos em abrigos públicos no Brasil e o ambiente de alojamento afeta diretamente sua qualidade de vida. Este trabalho estudou características relevantes das instalações físicas e da gestão dos estabelecimentos vinculados ao poder público municipal que abrigam cães, gatos e cavalos no estado do Paraná. Foram registrados 17 municípios com 20 abrigos, dos quais 18 participaram da pesquisa. Todos os municípios mantinham cães, sete (41,2%) mantinham gatos e oito (47,1%) mantinham cavalos. Todos os abrigos apresentavam recintos coletivos; dois (11,8%) de cães e cinco (71,5%) de gatos mantinham um animal por recinto; quatro (22,2%) mantinham recintos sem visualização além do próprio recinto; 11 (64,7%) realizavam limpeza adequadamente; cinco (29,4%) abrigos de cães e um (14,3%) de gatos não tinham área para quarentena ou isolamento sanitário; camas estavam disponíveis em 15 (88,2%), cinco (71,4%) e um (12,5%) dos recintos de cães, gatos e cavalos, respectivamente. Os abrigos de animais no Paraná devem banir recintos de isolamento social, incluir uma cama por animal e socializar os animais. Adicionalmente, há oportunidade de aumentar o grau de bem-estar animal por meio de melhorias no manejo dos animais e no manejo sanitário, as quais não dependem de reformas nas instalações.
