Abstract:
The author reviews the peculiarities of digitalized learning process organisation in the hardware and software environment of learning management systems in the context of vocational education and training. The author notes the complexity of the transition to the Industry 4.0 and mentions the risks connected with the named process in the vocational education and training. In such conditions it is important to develop effective models of public and private partnership, to decentralize administration and financing and, above all, to assure the vocational education and training quality. At the same time the learning process taking place in such an environment becomes digitalized, which, on the one hand, gives it additional advantages (easy access to training data regardless of time and place, individualisation of students’ learning paths, broad multimedia resources, etc.) and, on the other hand, requires solving complex tasks in distance courses designing. The author focuses on the methodology of distance courses designing, so it is very important for vocational education and training institution to ensure the realisation of the following five main components: regulatory, financial, technical, personnel, teaching and methodological support. It is emphasised that distance course designing becomes the most important aspect of implementing the modern digitalized learning process. The structure of creative group in distance courses designing is grounded, which comprises: a specialist in the relevant vocational sphere, specialist in distance learning, technical specialist (system administrator or distance courses programmer) and digital content designer.

Abstract:
With the in-depth reform of our country's economic system, the demand for professional talents is increasing in economic development. As a main position for cultivating skilled and application-oriented talents, higher vocational colleges are self-evident in the importance. As a major feature of higher vocational colleges, practical training courses play an irreplaceable role in improving the quality and level of talents. This paper takes the intelligent buildings in higher vocational colleges as an example to discuss the teaching of practical courses. With the rapid development of modern intelligent buildings and smart homes in our country, the demand for intelligent talents has increased dramatically. In the early 21st century, China approved the establishment of the " intelligent building engineering technology" major in higher vocational colleges. This major integrates computer communication technology, construction technology and automatic control technology. This major is very applicable and practical, but many higher vocational colleges were weak in practical training. Next, I will discuss some reflections on the teaching of training courses for intelligent buildings in higher vocational colleges.

Abstract:
Amidst the rapid advancements in big data and internet technologies, profound transformations have been witnessed in modern societal and economic structures. Vocational education, a pivotal component within the educational domain, faces challenges in course design and optimization. While the majority of existing research focuses on utilizing educational technology to optimize courses, most methodologies still rely on traditional data analysis and mining techniques, with little exploration of deep learning and big data technologies. This research proposes a novel strategy for course design and optimization. Initially, the course theme optimization is addressed through a short text clustering algorithm that utilizes a linear fusion of the biterm topic model (BTM) and global vectors for word representation (GloVe) similarity. Subsequently, course content is planned using a deep interest network (DIN) recommendation algorithm in conjunction with the gated recurrent unit (GRU) time series model. This study provides the vocational education sector with a new perspective on course design and optimization, which has important theoretical and practical implications.

This paper introduces new web-based tools that can assist the teaching of Informatics courses in a Vocational Education and Training (VET) environment. In order to be able to utilize these tools for educational purposes, a web-based information system needs to be created (analysis, design, implementation, check). Such systems take advantage of already available on-line software which does not require an installation on a localized server, i.e. the installation of software at the individual school Informatics laboratories. This approach meets the educational needs of the courses, and avoids possible costly in terms of time and resources malfunctions. The tools we introduce can thoroughly cover the educational needs of modern Informatics courses which are taught during Vocational Training in accordance with the analytical schedule of the last three grades of Lyceum as well as afterwards.

Abstract:
Undergraduate vocational education is becoming increasingly important in developing modern economy and technology, especially the key role of mathematics courses as a fundamental discipline in cultivating applied talents. The evaluation system of undergraduate vocational mathematics education mostly adopts a single final examination model, which does not fully reflect the students’ practical ability, innovative thinking and vocational skill needs. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to establish a diversified evaluation system. This system should focus on students’ comprehensive skills, including problem-solving, teamwork and self-directed learning, to promote the integration of mathematical knowledge with practical career needs. Research has shown that the multidimensional nature of evaluation and the establishment of feedback mechanisms can effectively motivate students, improve learning outcomes and ultimately promote the quality of undergraduate vocational education.

With the deepening of reforms, as the closing year of the “Modern Vocational Education System Construction Plan (2014-2020)”, it has witnessed the development of vocational education. Its development trend is “only specialization” and “light basic courses”. Currently, the random forest method is very popular. This method forms a “forest” by building many decision trees, and votes on multiple trees to make decisions. This method can improve the classification accuracy of new samples effectively and it is more suitable for the research proposed. Random forest evaluation model has three functions: formative, diagnostic and summative. This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model for basic courses to make the evaluation more standardized, comprehensive and operability. And this evaluation system can supervise all stages of teaching.

Abstract:
China’s vocational education is currently moving towards a high - quality development stage. The state has issued policy texts such as the "Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Modern Vocational Education", with the focus on deepening the integration of industry and education and enhancing the flexibility of vocational education to meet industrial development. However, in traditional vocational colleges, there has long been a phenomenon of disconnection between teaching and industrial needs. Curriculum design often deviates from the actual requirements of positions, and the knowledge and skills acquired by students are difficult to meet the needs of employment positions. As a result, the quality of talent cultivation fails to keep up with the pace of industrial upgrading in a timely manner. Against this background, this study focuses on exploring the teaching reform methods in vocational colleges under the integrated education system of "position-based courses, practical training, competitions and certificates", and constructs a new "four-dimensional cooperation" framework: including disassembling the elements of post capabilities, reformulating curriculum standards, integrating the competition evaluation mechanism, and ensuring the seamless connection of skill certificate examinations, so that these four aspects can work together in a coordinated manner.

The rapid development of artificial intelligence, while promoting the progress of the times, has also brought unprecedented employment pressure on vocational school students. To adapt to the requirements of the times, vocational schools in both China and the United States have updated their curricula and teaching concepts to ensure that vocational school students can maximize their mastery of modern AI technology. This article employs interview and questionnaire surveys, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to investigate the usage and proficiency of AI technologies among vocational school students. The research finds that the use of various AI technologies by students in vocational colleges varies across majors, with equipment availability, the scheduling of hands-on classes, and the frequency of school-enterprise cooperation all contributing to this difference. Although China and the United States share the same reform policies and educational goals, there are still differences in the details of teaching and learning implementation due to different national conditions. However, the findings suggest that it is still beneficial to offer AI-related courses at school. Familiarity with basic theoretical knowledge and practical experience can alleviate students' social anxiety and employment pressure to a certain extent. It can be seen that the reform of vocational education in the era of artificial intelligence in China and the United States is beginning to bear fruit.

Abstract:
With the rapid advancement of information technology, online education, particularly vocational education, has become a vital avenue for enhancing skills and knowledge. Vocational education necessitates flexible and personalized learning path design to accommodate the diverse needs and behaviors of learners. Mobile learning platforms, as a pivotal form of modern online education, provide learners with the convenience of accessing educational resources anytime and anywhere. However, existing methods for optimizing learning paths exhibit notable limitations, primarily in accurately capturing learners’ dynamic behaviors and in providing personalized and intelligent path design. Therefore, how to optimize learning paths based on learners’ dynamic behavior data has become a research hotspot in academia and educational practice. At present, many studies focus on matching analysis based on students’ static characteristics with course content but overlook learners’ behavioral changes and dynamic needs during the learning process. Traditional recommendation algorithms and rule-based path design methods are difficult to cope with complex learning behaviors and diverse learner needs. This study addresses these limitations by proposing an optimization model for mobile learning path design based on multi-view prediction of dynamic student behaviors. The model extracts mobile interaction features from student groups, constructs a multiple mobile behavior collaborative encoder, and employs multiple task label prediction techniques to achieve personalized and intelligent optimization of learning paths. The results demonstrate that this approach significantly enhances the learning efficiency and experience of learners, offering novel insights and technological support for the path design of mobile learning platforms.

Abstract:
With the development and application of contemporary information technology, in 2019, the document "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Programme" proposed the development of the teaching mode of "Internet+ Education", that is, the use of modern and advanced information technology into the traditional classroom teaching mode, which has had a significant impact on the concept of vocational education and teaching methods. This has a significant impact on the education concept and teaching method of vocational education. As China's higher education institutions have long been bound by traditional concepts, there are problems such as insufficient use of information technology, low participation in the classroom, insufficient prominence of the student's subject position, and little interaction between teachers and students. Blended teaching, as a new teaching mode supported by network online technology, integrates online learning with traditional offline teaching, which not only makes use of the resource advantages of online learning to meet the individual needs of students, but also gives full play to the advantages of teacher dominance and systematic teaching in traditional teaching, and has received widespread attention from teachers and students. In this paper, we first sort out the literature on blended teaching in the past ten years, then analyse the pre-design of blended teaching mode for the course of "Fundamentals of E-commerce", design a blended teaching example and apply it to offline teaching practice, effectively combining pre-course independent pre-study, in-course discussion and learning, post-course consolidation and enhancement and offline classroom teaching, and finally analyse, discuss and summarize the effect of the practical application of blended teaching.

Abstract:
With the rapid development of modern information technology such as the Internet, big data and cloud computing, online and offline hybrid teaching has developed rapidly. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional classroom teaching mode, expounds the advantages of the online and offline hybrid teaching mode based on SPOC, designs a “three-stage” hybrid teaching mode for mold prevention courses. First of all, a resource rich SPOC teaching platform was established through top-level planning and design. Then, based on SPOC, we carried out the teaching reform of “pre class preview - in class explanation - after class improvement”, and organically integrated the ideological and political curriculum into the teaching process to achieve collaborative education. Finally, through the whole process assessment, we objectively and fairly evaluated the academic achievements. Practice has proved that this mode can effectively realize the complementary advantages of the two teaching modes, improve the relationship between teachers’ teaching and students’ learning, fully reflect the learning centered, promote students’ independent learning, stimulate students’ interest in learning, improve the teaching effect of the course, and students’ quality has been comprehensively developed, and the course objectives have been effectively achieved.

Abstract:
Background and Aims: With the development of information technology, flipped classrooms, micro-courses, MOOCs, and other educational means have been gradually applied to education and teaching, which not only changes the teaching methods of teachers but also promotes the transformation of teaching management means. This study aims to investigate and analyze the use of new ICT and provide suggestions for guiding the development and use of modern information technology in Chongqing Wanzhou Vocational Education Center. Methodology: Using random sampling, 90 respondents were selected from 30 students, teachers, and administrators of the Chongqing Vocational Education Center. Interviews were conducted according to the outline, and detailed interview answers were recorded with the consent of the respondents. After the interview, valid information was extracted for follow-up analysis. Results: It is found that there are some problems in the application of modern information technology in Chongqing Vocational Education Center. The use of modern information technology in schools is hampered by issues including passive teaching techniques, poorly designed curricula, and a lack of educational resources. These issues prevent talent development programs from being tailored to the needs of the job market and impede students' overall growth. These problems are further compounded by traditional teaching evaluation techniques, which impede the transition to a more objective and data-driven educational approach by lacking thorough student feedback. Conclusion: The Chongqing Vocational Education Center's use of contemporary information technology has exposed challenges like poor curriculum design, passive teaching approaches, and a lack of educational resources, which hinder talent development and impede students' overall development. Furthermore, by not offering comprehensive student feedback, traditional teaching evaluation methods exacerbate these issues and impede the shift to a more objective and data-driven educational paradigm.

Theory is the navigation of practice, and practice is the wing of theory. Modern vocational and technical education is increasingly showing the characteristics of technology penetration, practice traction, system support and so on, and its dependence on the correct path and scientific methods is more prominent. Exploring the integration of theory and practice, and adhering to the combination of theory and technology to design courses have become a new window to break through the traditional curriculum model research and teaching, which has far-reaching significance and value.

Abstract:
This study explores Rwandan ethno-veterinary knowledge and the degree to which this knowledge is reflected in the country’s technical and vocational education and training (TVET) instruction. The knowledge considered is the Indigenous medicinal knowledge used by rural Rwandan livestock farmers to treat their cattle. Through interviews with farmers, TVET graduates and TVET teachers, and an examination of the current TVET Animal Health curriculum, the research identifies a neglect of Indigenous knowledge in the curriculum, despite the fact that local farmers use numerous Indigenous medicinal innovations to treat their animals. The focus of the Rwanda’s TVET Animal Health curriculum is on Western-origin modern veterinary practices. The authors argue that this leaves Rwandan TVET Animal Health graduates unprepared for optimal engagement with rural farmers and with the full range of potential treatments.

Abstract:
One of the most important factors influencing the quality of a professional portrait of a specialist is the development of their communication skills, namely fluency in a foreign language to meet professional needs, including a foreign language for specific purposes. Therefore, the purpose of this article will be to analyze the most cited scientific works on vocational-oriented language learning (VOLL), in particular, to highlight its essence, to trace the relationship with current influencing factors that may affect successful employment. Issues of professional language training are covered by scientists, practitioners, teachers, and students to find practical and modern approaches to meet the needs of the time of the professional society. Teaching English as a specific language has been the subject of many recent studies proposing to consider VOLL as an approach rather than as a product; VOLL is not seen as a special kind of language or methodology. The importance of professional needs analysis has been analyzed in work on language training for academic purposes (EAP) and particular purposes (ESP). The research sheds light on modern approaches to the specific teaching of English and analyzes the types of professional needs of students. Needs analysis is a priority before defining course objectives. The practical application of the analysis of needs in VOLL is studied in determining the socio-cultural component in identifying problems between students and families that accept students to study in other countries to identify cultural differences. The study emphasizes needs analysis for curriculum development, calling for more frequent and systematic needs investigation before training. In the context of the current state and the need to move higher education to the online form in connection with the pandemic of the COVID-19 virus, research on the development of online training courses is especially relevant. Vocational language education acquires flexible forms of adaptation to today's needs and responds quickly to student demands. Key words: students’ needs, professional language learning, vocational-oriented language learning, vocational language education, university students.
