Abstract:
The monograph deals with the theoretical and practical issues of pedagogical design of the technology of teaching a foreign language in the system of secondary vocational education. Presents an analysis of key concepts "instructional design" and "technology of education" that is meaningful and reveals the basic principles of the system, activity-based and student-centered approaches to the design of learning technologies to address new opportunities and the status of the str system in the modern socio-economic conditions. The author has developed a method of selection of the content of learning English language, based on the modular structure of the course, taking into account international experience in building the content of language education for professional purposes, the requirements of the educational-methodical complex of teaching business English and core competencies stipulated by the Council of Europe, as well as the requirements of the labour market and the needs of employers standardisert, intensificarea language training specialist of middle management by reflection of the status and trends of professional activities in various fields. For use in the system of professional development of teachers of secondary vocational education, additional education and the system of corporate training.

The textbook "English for Food Production Technologists" English for food technologists is intended for second-year students specializing in the field of training "Product technology and catering organization (19.03.04 ): Profile: Technology and Organization of Restaurant Service", "Management: Profile: Management in the food industry" (38.03.02). The purpose of the textbook is to form a foreign language communicative competence based on a given situational professionally – oriented context. The structure of the textbook. The textbook consists of four modules with three sections, blocks of control and measurement and additional materials, and a grammar reference. The content of the modules: Module 1. Fundamentals of Nutrition Science; Module 2. Food Industry; Module 3. Introduction to Food Engineering; Module 4. Food of the Future. Each section of the textbook modules contains specialized text materials devoted to the basics of nutrition science, food processing, automation of food processing and production processes, and focused on the development of language, speech and communication skills. The study of the specialized material is completed by performing tasks of a creative nature in oral or written form. The textbook materials are intended for classroom activity, distance learning, as well as for independent work of students.

Each module contains exercises for independent work, exercises for self-check, samples of final control works and reference information of general cultural nature. The aim of the discipline is to form professional competencies in the field of Latin language and medical terminology, to develop and consolidate communicative skills, to expand general cultural erudition, as well as to introduce information technologies to ensure the interactivity of the educational process. The electronic form of the course provides not only the relevance and timely updating of training material, but also feedback from students (zone of comments and questions), which intensifies the development of the basic educational program. Electronic educational resource ""Basics of medical Latin terminology for foreign sudents of General Medicine"" is created according to the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education in the field of training 31.05.01 ""General Medicine"", as well as the Study Plan and the basic educational program for first-year medical students of the faculty ""General Medicine"". This electronic resource is a textbook on Latin language, which consists of 4 modules: phonetic, anatomical, clinical and pharmaceutical. Each module contains exercises for independent work, exercises for self-testing, samples of final tests and general cultural background information.
