Abstract:
Cette recherche presente differents modeles mathematiques d'aeronefs developpes a partir de donnees d'essais en vol pour trois modeles: la dynamique au sol pour Fatterrissage de I'helicoptere Bell 427, le comportement des rotors et des moteurs pour le meme helicoptere et la simulation des deflections aeroelastiques de I'avion militaire F/A-18. La structure du modele de dynamique au sol du B-427 est deduite par des lois de la physique, dans lesquelles la force normale de contact avec le sol est modelisee par le ressort vertical et la force de friction est modelisee par les coefficients statiques et dynamiques. Les coefficients du modele sont optimises afin que sa sortie corresponde aux donnees d'atterrissage a I'interieur des marges de tolerance definies par la FAA {Federal .Aviation Administration) pour un simulateur de vol de niveau D. Les torques du rotor principal, du rotor de queue et des moteurs ainsi que la \itesse du rotor principal sont estimes par un modele d'espace d'etat. Les entrees non-lineaires du modele sont construites a partir des commandes du pilote et des etats de I'helicoptere. Les parametres du modele sont identifies par la methode subspace et optimises par I'algorithme Levenberg-Marquardt. Le modele donne une excellente estimation des sorties a I'interieur des marges de tolerances de la FAA. Le modele aeroelastique de I'avion F/A-18 est represente sous forme d'espace d'etat, et la recherche concernant ce modele est divisee en deux parties. Premierement, la deflection d'une partie de I'avion suite a une entree d'ailerons differentiels est representee par un modele lineaire MISO {Multiple Inputs Single Outputs). Les entrees du modele sont les posifions des ailerons et les deflections des autres parties de I'avion. Deuxiemement, un seul modele d'espace-etat non-lineaire est utilise pour calculer les deflections aeroelastiques des ailes et des volets de bords de fuite. Les non-linearites sont introduites en multipliant les entrees entre elles avant de les utiliser dans les matrices d'espace-etat. Dans les deux cas, les modeles sont identifies par la methode subspace. D'excellents resultats ont ete obtenus ou la plupart des coefficients de correspondance et de correlation sont respectivement au dessus de 73 % et 90%.

Abstract:
Depuis plusieurs années, de nombreux travaux ont étayé la fonction endocrine du cœur. L’existence de systèmes hormonaux dans le tissu cardiaque plus particulièrement celui des peptides natriurétiques, a conféré au cœur la propriété de glande endocrine en plus de sa simple fonction de pompe. Le BNP constitue le second membre de peptides natriurétiques. Il est principalement secrété par les ventricules en réponse à une surcharge de pression ou de volume. Grâce à ses propriétés diagnostiques, thérapeutiques et pronostiques, ce peptide est actuellement considéré comme le marqueur hormonal de la décompensation cardiaque. A l’échelle des cardiomyocytes, le BNP semble être impliqué dans la modulation de l’homéostasie calcique, régulant ainsi la fonction contractile du cœur. Le but de notre étude est d’évaluer sur des cardiomyocytes normaux et hypertrophiés, la concentration plasmatique de BNP, le rôle des canaux calciques ventriculaires dans sa sécrétion et le profil d’expression de ce peptide ainsi que celui de ces récepteurs (NPR-A, -B et -C); De même, nous avons étudié l’effet autocrine du BNP sur le taux de calcium intracellulaire, sur la densité du courant calcique de type L (ICaL) et sur le potentiel d’action (PA) dans des cardiomyocytes normaux. En utilisant plusieurs approches, combinant les techniques d’ELISA, de RT-PCR, d’immunohistochimie, de cytofluorimétrie laser et de patch-clamp, nous avons pu mettre en évidence que les canaux calciques transmembranaires de type L moduleraient la sécrétion du BNP, qu’il existe une surexpression des récepteurs NPR-A et NPR-C dans l’hypertrophie cardiaque, et finalement nous avons démontré que le BNP module la libération de calcium intracellulaire, modifie le PA et diminue la densité du ICaL dans les cardiomyocytes normaux. En effet, dans notre modèle d’hypertrophie, nous avons montré que la concentration de BNP dans le sang et le milieu de culture est significativement augmenté, que cette augmentation est contrebalancée par la présence d’antagonistes calciques dans le milieu de culture des cardiomyocytes normaux et hypertrophiés ; De plus, l’expression génique des récepteurs NPR-A et –C est significativement augmenté dans les cardiomyocytes hypertrophiés et elle est en corrélation avec l’augmentation de la concentration plasmatique de BNP et son degré d’expression dans le myocarde ; finalement le BNP diminue la concentration de calcium intracellulaire, augmente la durée et la phase II du PA, réduit l’amplitude et le temps d’inactivation du ICaL, , augmente le courant de fenêtre et modifie la disponibilité d’activation et d’inactivation du canal calcique de type L. En conclusion, cette étude nous a permis de mettre en évidence une relation réciproque entre le BNP et l’homéostasie calcique, qui pourrait être responsable des effets autocrines et paracrines du BNP sur la fonction cardiaque normale et dans le remodelage myocardique en réponse à un stress hémodynamique
The existence of hormonal systems in the heart tissue especially that of natriuretic peptides, has conferred to the heart its property of endocrine gland in addition to its function of pump. The BNP is the second member of natriuretic peptides, mainly secreted by the ventricles in response to pressure overload or volume. This peptide is currently regarded as the hormonal marker of cardiac decompensation. In the cardiomyocyte, the BNP appears to be involved in modulating calcium homeostasis, regulating the contractile function of the heart. The purpose of our study is to assess on normal and hypertrophied cardiomyocites, the plasma concentration of BNP, the role of ventricular calcium channels in its secretion and the expression of this peptide and that of its receptors(NPR-A,-B and C). Similarly, we studied the autocrine effect of BNP on the rate of intracellular calcium, the density of the L-type calcium current(lcal) and the action potential(AP) in normal cardiomyocytes. By using different approaches, combining the techniques of ELISA, RT-PCR, immunohistochemistry, cytofluorimetry and patch-clamp, we were able to show that L-type calcium channels modulates the secretion of BNP, that there is an over-expression of the NPR-A and NPR-C in cardiac hypertrophy, and that the BNP modulates the release of intracellular calcium, alters the AP and reduces the density of lcal in normal cardiomyocytes. In conclusion, this study has identified a reciprocal relationship between the BNP and calcium homeostasis, which could be responsible for autocrine and paracrine effects of BNP on normal cardiac function and myocardial remodelling in response to hemodynamic stress

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to compare two Lithuanian translations of A Clockwork Orange in respect of its main stylistic component the Russian “Nadsat”, to examine the intercultural translation problems arising in this translation and strategies invoked by the translators, and make decisions about the quality of the target texts. To reach this aim, descriptive and comparative methods as well as quantitative analysis are applied. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the cultural aspect in translation and translators’ role in dealing with intercultural translation problems. Further, it discusses macro and micro approach to translation, i.e. various strategies for solving intercultural translation problems, giving most attention to borrowings and slang and the difficulties they pose in translation. Moreover, softening and compensation are also presented as the most effective strategies for solving such problems. The analysis begins with the discussion of macro and micro level of problems arising in the “Nadsat” translation. Then, the strategies used by the translators are examined on the grounds of the foreignization and domestication strategies (Venuti), seven micro strategies suggested by Davies, and softening and compensation. The analysis also includes a comparison of quantity and density of borrowings and slang in the ST, TT1 and TT2 as well as of softening and compensation. Šio darbo tikslas — palyginti du Prisukamo Apelsino vertimus į lietuvių kalbą, ypatingą dėmesį skiriant pagrindiniam stilistiniam šio romano komponentui — „Nadsat” kalbos rusiškiems žodžiams, išanalizuoti su skirtingomis kultūromis susijusias problemas, kylančias šiame vertime, vertėjų naudojamas strategijas bei padaryti išvadas apie vertimų kokybę. Tikslui pasiekti pasitelkiami aprašomasis ir lyginamasis metodai bei kiekybinė analizė. Teorinėje darbo dalyje apibūdinamas kultūrinis vertimo aspektas ir vertėjo vaidmuo sprendžiant tarpkultūrines vertimo problemas. Aprašomi makro ir mikro vertimo aspektai, t. y. įvairios strategijos, naudojamos tarpkultūrinėms vertimo problemoms spręsti. Didžiausias dėmesys skiriamas skoliniams ir slengui bei jų keliamoms vertimo problemoms. Kaip vieni naudingiausių metodų sprendžiant minėtąsias problemas pristatomi sušvelninimas ir kompensacija. O documentário, teve como tema de base, o ponto de vista, o qual foi decidido por todos os alunos, numa reunião com o Director do Mestrado, seguido pela escolha de um orientador para o projecto. Assim, passei algum tempo a pensar no que ia desenvolver, até que me lembrei dos filmes que o meu pai tinha filmado ao longo da sua vida, e a partir dai desenvolver um documentário acerca da minha família.

L'école de Najaf qui est un centre d'études théologiques (hawza) chi'ite se trouve dans la ville de Nadjaf d'où son nom - située au sud de l’Iraq. Cette école a été fondée au 5eme siècle de l'hégire. Les matières étudiées dans cette école sont en relation étroite avec le Fiqh - la jurisprudence islamique - qui est la science par laquelle sont déduits les jugements islamiques à partir des sources appropriées : cette déduction est le but ultime de ceux qui entreprennent les études théologiques dans le but de devenir moudjahid - un juriste qualifie. La matière la plus importante pour parvenir à ce but est la science des fondements -il usul al Fiqh ; cette science pose les règles nécessaires à la déduction des jugements islamiques : elle est née et s'est développée en milieu chi'ite dès les premiers siècles de l'he gire et s'est perpétuée jusqu'à nos jours. Cette thèse est donc consacrée a l'étude de la science d'usul al Fiqh dans l'école de Najaf depuis la fondation de cette dernière, puis dans celle de Hilla et de Karbala et enfin son étude dans la ville de Najaf ou au 18eme siècle fut fondée la nouvelle école de Najaf ou la science d'usul al Fiqh a pris un nouveau départ dû en grande partie à la pénétration de courants philosophiques et au défi représenté par le courant traditionnaliste. Le cadre dans lequel s'est inscrit cette science a tout d'abord été envisagé : c'est à dire l'histoire culturelle, sociale et politique de la ville de Najaf et le rôle de cette dernière dans le monde chi'ite ; ensuite a été envisagé le milieu d'études et les méthodes d'enseignements de l'école de Najaf ; quant aux derniers chapitres ils traitent de l'étude d'usul al Fiqh proprement dit : sa structure actuelle étudiée à travers les recherches et les ouvrages des professeurs contemporains les plus marquants ; il a été jugé nécessaire d'établir en fin de thèse un lexique vu le caractère spécifique du sujet traité ; ce lexique est composé des mots clefs de usul al Fiqh et recouvre le vocabulaire utilise au cours des différentes phases de développement de cette science. Enfin, l'attention a été attirée sur le problème des sources utilisées en raison de leur nature spécifique et de leur rareté ; c'est pourquoi l'étude d'il usul al Fiqh requiert du chercheur en ce domaine une expérience et une connaissance personnelle du milieu d'études théologiques.

Abstract:
In the summer of 1906, Marion Bauer (1882-1955) boarded a ship to Paris to meet with Raoul Pugno, a French pianist and composer. Juliette Nadia Boulanger (1887-1979) was also close with Pugno around the same time. Living with the Pugno family in Gargenville during the summer, Bauer was able to travel to Paris, where she met several important musicians of the time and also nineteen-year-old Boulanger. Pugno, who worked closely with Boulanger, asked her to teach counterpoint and harmony to Bauer. Boulanger agreed and reportedly asked Bauer for English lessons in payment. Both women went on to become important music pedagogues, teaching hundreds of students. Their meeting allowed Bauer and Boulanger to share their ideas on teaching and music with each other. As time passed, the relationship between the two women fade from collective memory, but Boulanger's teaching principles of harmony, hearing, la grande ligne, and music history and literature live on through her students and fellow teachers and composers. Bauer's writings demonstrate similarities to these four key principles. Using Kimberly Francis and Emily Green's understanding of Pierre Bourdieu's theory of cultural production and an analysis of Boulanger's pedagogical principles, I believe that Boulanger's early accumulation of cultural capital and experience was shared with Bauer, assisting Bauer in her future role as American music pedagogue.

A presente tese é um trabalho que se articula sobre dois eixos. O primeiro propõe estabelecer uma relação entre a flânerie praticada no século XIX e aquela praticada no século seguinte pelo surrealismo. Flânerie que adquire outros contornos quando apropriada pelos surrealistas, que farão dela uma prática de poetização do cotidiano, a qual ambiciona a fusão entre real e imaginário enquanto tentativa da libertação total do homem. O outro eixo no qual se articula essa tese se refere à tradução de um excerto de Nadja, obra de André Breton, no qual a temática da flânerie e dos preceitos fundamentais do surrealismo se faze presente. Nadja foi publicada originalmente em 1928 na França, e conta com duas traduções no Brasil. A primeira editada pela extinta Editora Guanabara em 1987 e a segunda pela Editora Cosacnaify em 2007, ambas trazendo o mesmo tradutor. A tradução do trecho da obra de Breton baseia-se na teoria da tradução de Antoine Berman e procura estabelecer diálogo com as traduções anteriores, além de procurar compreendê-las enquanto inserção no contexto de recepção do surrealismo no Brasil.
Il s#agit d#une investigation développée sur deux axes principaux. On établit des rapports entre la flânerie pratiquée au XIXe siècle et le surréalisme au XXe siècle. En fait, une flânerie qui présente des contours différents chez les surréalistes. Pratiquée selon un processus de poétisation de chaque jour, dont on constate le tentative de fusion entre le réel et l#imaginaire par le biais de la libération totale de l'homme. Cette même thèse est explicitée lors de la traduction d'un extrait de Nadja, oeuvre d'André Breton, dont la flânerie et les questions fondamentaux du surréalisme sont présents. Nadja a été publié en 1928 en France. Au Brésil, il existent deux traductions, la première lancée par la maison d#édition Guanabara en 1987 et la seconde par Cosacnaify en 2007, toutes les deux réalisées par le même traducteur. La traduction de l#extrait de Nadja, proposée dans cette recherche, a été soutenue par la théorie de la traduction d'Antoine Berman et cherche à établir des rapport avec les traductions précédentes, de façon à les comparer et mieux les comprendre dans dans le contexte de la réception du surréalisme au Brésil.

Lo que nos interesa destacar del “nada que decir” no es la expresión “que decir” (la cual podría perfectamente ser reemplazada por “que explicar”, “que escribir”, “que contar”, etc.), sino esa extraña palabra que habitualmente entendemos simplemente en el sentido de “no”. Cuando suponemos que para ser consecuentes con el “nada que decir” habría que dejar las páginas en blanco, estamos pensando el término “nada” en ese sentido que habitualmente solemos asignarle – el de la negación -, por lo cual el “nada que decir” se nos vuelve idéntico a “no decir”. No se trata aquí de rechazar de buenas a primeras ese sentido de la palabra “nada”; se trata más bien de llevar la expresión “nada que decir” a una situación en la cual se la vivencie realmente, en la cual cobre plena significación a causa de sentírsela como verdad. Es cierto que la frase funciona en muchos y muy diversos contextos: podemos replicar “nada que decir” frente a alguien que nos pregunte sobre un tema en particular, donde el tema puede ser cualquiera. Se trata de nada que decir ante alguien que nos pide explicaciones por alguna controvertida decisión nuestra, por ejemplo. En ese caso, puede que repliquemos “nada que decir” porque simplemente no queremos dar explicación alguna al respecto. Los ejemplos podrían ser muy variados, desde luego, pero siempre estarían referidos a un tema particular frente al cual uno decidiera callar, no decir.

Vemos en Chile un Estado que limita su rol y despliega una legislación ambigua sin incluir a las minorías mayoritarias, con redes de influencia de operadores políticos, a lo que se suma una población desinformada y con muchas necesidades. Creemos que el documental cinematográfico es una poderosa herramienta de transformación de la realidad, si se desarrolla en la dirección correcta, esto es, apostando a través del cine por la conquista de una sociedad más justa, libre e igualitaria, mediante un trabajo artístico de calidad estética, y con un criterio ético y un lenguaje que pueda ser asimilado por miles de personas de distintos estratos y sectores sociales, tanto en Chile como en Latinoamérica y el mundo. Es por eso que escogimos el tema minero como eje de nuestro trabajo, ya que comprendemos que es una temática siempre actual y de tremenda relevancia, que necesita ser conocido por la sociedad en general. Es el cobre el mineral que más contribuye a la economía nacional y, al mismo tiempo, el que brinda mayores ganancias a capitales privados extranjeros. Este recurso natural adquiere un valor que está por sobre los derechos de los habitantes y el medio ambiente de aquellas zonas donde se obtiene, ya que los grandes proyectos de extracción, generalmente, conllevan el desalojo de pueblos y profundos cambios demográficos y ambientales en el territorio. Así ha sucedido por lo menos reiteradas veces en los últimos años, donde casos como el de la minera Los Pelambres o el de Pascua Lama en el norte chico, son solo los ejemplos más conocidos.

This essay aims at analysing and understanding different choices made by Caj Lundgren when he translated Anthony Burgess’s novel A Clockwork Orange (1962), more specifically when he translated the fictive language called Nadsat, which is one of the features that made this novel famous. The method used to analyse Lundgren’s translation is based on Reiß and Veermer’s (1984/2014) concept of skopos and functional equivalence. Conclusions drawn are that Lundgren uses a compensatory translation strategy, and that a model can be created for identification of Russian words in the original text’s Nadsat and the transfer of these words to the target text as Swedish Nadsat. In a comparison between Lundgren and two Russian translators’ strategies, their strategies are shown to differ, which could be caused by different translation problems dependent on the target languages.
Denna uppsats mål är att analysera olika val som Caj Lundgren gjorde i sin översättning av Anthony Burgess roman A Clockwork Orange (1962), specifikt avseende originalets fiktiva språk, som Burgess döpte till nadsat. Metoden som använts för analysen baseras på Reiß och Veermers (1984/2014) term skopos och funktionell ekvivalens. Slutsatser som dras är dels att Lundgren använder sig av en kompensatorisk strategi vid översättning, dels att ett schema kan uppställas för identifiering av ryska ord i originalets nadsat och deras överföring till måltexten som svensk nadsat. I en jämförelse mellan Lundgrens och två ryska översättares strategier visas att deras strategier skiljer sig åt, vilket kan bero på översättningsproblematik avhängig målspråken.

Oskuldsnormen är ett begrepp som står för att bevara sin oskuld fram till äktenskapet och är ett överordnad värde inom hederstraditioner. Vissa motsägelser och föreställningar har kretsat kring strukturen av mödomshinnan. I denna studie ville man undersöka svenska gymnasieelevers attityd till oskuldsnormen och sambandet mellan mödomshinnans struktur. Deltagarna bestod av 93 gymnasieelever i åldrarna 17-21. En enkätundersökning genomfördes, där attityden till oskuldskraven och föräldrars förväntningar på oskuldsnormen tillfrågades även kunskapsnivån om mödomshinnans struktur. Resultatet visade att elevers attityd till oskuldsnormen inte har någon relation till kön. Däremot visade studien att elever med utländsk bakgrund har en mindre negativ attityd till oskuldsnormen jämförd med svenska elever. Studien visar även att elever som har en positiv attityd till oskuldsnormen har en något bristande kunskap om mödomshinnans struktur. Studien skulle kunna bidra till en attityd förändring bland ungdomar samt att upplysa skolor att en bristande kunskap kring mödomshinnans struktur finns.

Resumo: O ato de nadar tem chamado atenção da comunidade científica contemporânea. Para uns, o exercício nadar tem como meta a alta performance, para outros o nadar é uma forma terapêutica e de obtenção da saúde. O objetivo deste estudo é descobrir e compreender o fenômeno nadar. A descoberta diz respeito da possibilidade física do homem se locomover na água; o compreender diz respeito a possibilidade intelectual do homem entender esse fenômeno. A participação física do ato de nadar e o perceber, que é o ato cognitivo, fazem com que o corpo se integre ao meio líquido como parte dele. No desvelar do fenômeno nadar o estudo discute o elemento água como um modo de viver do homem, demonstrando algumas de suas utilizações e formas de visões, objetivando obter um referencial teórico que permita a compreensão do caminho percorrido na relação homem/água. Sob uma abordagem de corpo participativo, dentro da complexidade da manifestação corporal em um meio diferenciado, onde se tenha o corpo como um todo, este estudo foi ao encontro da corporeidade na água. Neste estudo, o pesquisador se abstrai dos conceitos sobre o ato de nadar, para poder se colocar como um espectador, daqueles que estão vivenciando a prática. A investigação elegeu como população alvo indivíduos, aleatoriamente, independente de seus objetivos em relação a natação. Foi adotado como meio de investigação a análise qualitativa, com técnicas fenomenológicas sob uma abordagem do fenômeno situado. Abstract: The act of swimming has called the attention ofthe contemporary scientific community. To some, the practice of swimminghas the high performance of objective. To others, swimming is a form of therapy and to obtain health. The study was done to find out about and to comprehend the phenomenon of swimming.The discovery is about the physical possibility of people moving in water, the comprehension, on the other hand, is about the intellectual possibilityto understand this phenomenon. The body was integrade to the liquid as if it were part of it by the physical participation at the act of swimming and the noticing, which is a cognitive act. Revealing the swimming phenomenon, wather as being a way of living of mankind was discussed during the study, showing some ofits utilization and forms ofvision. A theoretical reference which allows us to comprehend the course of the realation between man and water was obtained. Taking the participade body as an approach, in the complexity of corporal manifestation in a differential environment, where you have the body as a whole, the study was directed to the bodyness of the water. In this study, the researcher was abstracted by the concepts of swimming, to be able to put himself as a spectator of those whom are practicing. Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior
O objetivo dessa dissertação é explorar a reformulação da antiga andropausa no diagnóstico de Deficiência Androgênica do Envelhecimento Masculino (DAEM) e seu tratamento farmacológico, que é a reposição de testosterona. Essa "nova" patologia se localiza dentro do escopo da Medicina Sexual, e faz parte, juntamente com a disfunção erétil e a ejaculação precoce, de um avanço da medicalização sobre corpos masculinos. Realizei entrevistas semi-estruturadas com alguns médicos envolvidos no estabelecimento do DAEM. Esses profissionais são urologistas ou endocrinologistas, ou ainda andrologistas, acadêmicos, mas que também mantêm um consultório. A entrevista pode ser dividida em dois grandes grupos, um relativo à definição e diagnóstico do DAEM, e a centralidade do sexo nas queixas do paciente. O outro analisa a terapia de reposição hormonal em si, e as conseqüências para a masculinidade da deficiência de testosterona. Elenquei ainda um terceiro tema, relativo às disputas entre as duas especialidades médicas, e as diferenças nas abordagens dos problemas colocados, que encobriam diferentes concepções de corpo e doença. Por fim, tentei manter gênero e envelhecimento como eixos transversais, que atravessassem toda a entrevista. O objetivo desse roteiro era perceber, sob a ótica desses médicos, como o DAEM é construído tanto na academia quanto na clínica médica, e quais as idéias subjacentes ao seu diagnóstico e tratamento. Portanto, nessa dissertação, pretendo analisar como o DAEM parece se localizar numa encruzilhada, unificando novos ideais de masculinidade e envelhecimento, sob a égide da medicina sexual e seus tratamentos farmacológicos. Porém, para isso, foi preciso antes investigar as mudanças na masculinidade e na velhice, o que as definia antes, e quais os novos desenhos que elas apresentam, para poder vislumbrar sua articulação com a medicalização e/ou farmacologização da sexualidade masculina.

Dans Notre Economie, Sadr propose une méthode heuristique prétendant guider la réflexion sur le concept de doctrine économique conformément à l’Islam. Or, toute tentative de donner aux enseignements islamiques une portée doctrinale, capable de se hisser au niveau de la complexité de la réalité sociale contemporaine, se heurte aux spécificités intellectuelles dictées par les arguments d’autorité textuels. Soucieux de rester conforme au dogme islamique et fidèle à l’héritage juridique légué par les juristes musulmans, Sadr propose une heuristique doctrinale s’inspirant largement de la méthode des Principes jurisprudentiels usul al-Fiqh), tout en ménageant une marge de manœuvre intellectuelle accrue, à travers l’utilisation pleine et entière dans son élaboration doctrinale, de l’argument conjecturé. Libéré des contraintes sévères posées par le raisonnement juridique, cette heuristique doctrinale suscite des interrogations, quant à sa validité épistémologique et juridique. In Our Economy, Sadr proposes a discovery method aiming at guiding the reflection on the concept of economic doctrine, in accordance with Islam. However, any attempt to give to Islamic teachings a doctrinal range, able to rise on the level of the complexity of contemporary social reality, runs up against the intellectual specificities dictated by the textual arguments of authority. Anxious to remain in conformity with the Islamic dogma and faithful to the legal heritage bequeathed by Moslem lawyers, Sadr proposes doctrinal heuristics, being inspired largely by the method of the jurisprudential principles (usul al-Fiqh), while sparing an increased intellectual room for maneuver, through the full and whole use, in its doctrinal development, of the conjectured argument. Released of the severe constraints posed by the legal reasoning, this doctrinal heuristics causes interrogations, as for its epistemological and legal validity. This study proposes to understand in-depth the intellectual springs of this original intellectual effort, on behalf of one of the most influential twelve Shiite clerks of the 20th century

O que é, é no tempo e o tempo é algo que é: deste modo, ser e tempo são compreendidos a partir de uma relação metafísica prévia de identidade. Entretanto, quando a metafísica clássica teve que se perguntar pelo ser do tempo, não pôde se esquivar à questão pelo não-ser que compõe as suas partes. E o problema do não-ser transferiu-se para uma modalidade ôntica. Contudo, quando o próprio modo de indagar-se pelo ser e pelo tempo são postos em questão, desde a relação que o questionante - o ser-aí - tem com o questionado - o ser - em sua temporalidade, então a questão pelo ser do tempo não mais pode furtar-se ao problema do nada. Nada há além do tempo que lhe fundamente um ser - é este o problema que a questão do tempo não pode deixar de pensar quando se dirige ao seu ser. A pergunta de Heidegger pelo sentido do ser a partir do tempo não implica simplesmente em negar a filosofia clássica do tempo, tal como iniciada por Aristóteles, mas antes de tudo colocar a questão desde uma outra possibilidade: perguntar pelo tempo sem partir do sentido do ente, senão a partir do próprio sentido de ser, ao qual não pertence nada de ôntico.

The purpose of this dissertation is to establish the extent to which women's membership in self-help groups and their involvement in various activities of these groups, with particular reference to Micro Credit programs, impacted their socio-economic empowerment. The objective is to study the socio-economic empowerment impact factors (evidences) in women members of micro-credit self-help groups in rural India upon the self, the family and the community.
Data selected for analyses was based on an operational model of empowerment that encompassed indicators of purported empowerment at the personal, family and community levels. The working hypotheses in quantitative analyses are that there are significant differences in income, savings, assets, expenditure, basic amenities, as well as attitudinal and behavioral changes in the rural women before and after their group membership.
The qualitative interviews helped to assess the life conditions of the women as the process of empowerment before and after their participation in self-help group micro-credit program. The qualitative interviews were to corroborate the veracity of reported progress from the survey to shed some light on the specific factors that contributed to their empowerment in line with their present quality of life at personal, family and community levels. Hence, the impact of the program is measured as the difference in the magnitude of a given parameter between the pre-and post-SHG situations by comparing the life condition of members before joining the self-help group to their condition three years after joining.
