Abstract:
Indonesia is a country that adheres to the legal system. The role of the notary is very important in Indonesia. Notaries act as public officials in providing legal services to the public. Notaries are public officials who have the authority to make authentic deeds. A notary position is a public or public position because a notary is appointed and dismissed by the government. Notaries are prohibited from opening more than one notary office because notaries can only open one notary office. But in reality there is a notary who opens a branch office. How the accountability and position of the notary who establishes a branch office on its own behalf is a problem discussed. The research method used is normative legal research is to find the truth of coherence, namely the rule of law in accordance with legal principles. sourced from primary data and secondary data as other supporting data which are analyzed quantitatively. The results of the study explained that the West Jakarta Regional Supervisory Board found that there was a notary office with 2 signboards in the West Jakarta area that had a notary office named Notary Netty Maria Machdar. So that Netty Maria Machdar was found guilty and the position of the notary became hanging due to the absence of a further verdict because it was only proposed to be honorably dismissed by the Regional Supervisory Board so that in this case Netty Maria Machdar was found guilty and obliged to replace the loss but because there was no further verdict. Notary Netty Maria Machdar can still use her rights as a legitimate Notary. Notary Netty Maria Machdar also violated the Indonesian Notary Association Code of Ethics.

Abstract:
Kelajangan dianggap sebagai hal yang tidak wajar pada perempuan dewasa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan mengungkap bagaimana perempuan lajang dan perjodohan ditampilkan di dalam novel “Jodoh Terakhir” (2016) karya Netty Vigiantini. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra dan kritik sastra feminis. Data berupa kata, frasa, dan kalimat dikumpulkan dengan teknik simak catat setelah melalui pemhacaan tertutup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan lajang dianggap tidak wajar dan melanggar aturan, sehingga untuk mengembalikannya pada jalur normatif, perjodohan dijadikan solusi. Dalam novel, terungkap adanya resistensi dan negosiasi dari tokoh perempuan dalam menyikapi pernikahan yang dipaksakan kepadanya. Kecurigaan bahwa teks akan cenderung bersifat feminis tidak terbukti, karena wacana yang justru dikembangkan pengarang adalah kepatuhan anak perempuan pada konstruksi sosial yang ditanamkan melalui struktur keluarga.Katakunci: feminis, konstruksi sosial, lajang, perjodohan Abstract:Singleness is considered an unnatural thing for adult women. This research was conducted to reveal how single women and matchmaking are featured in Netty Vigiantini's novel Jodoh Terakhir (2016). The method used is descriptive qualitative with sociological literary approaches and feminist literary criticism. Data in the form of words, phrases, and sentences were collected using the note-taking technique after going through closed reading. The data are then classified, interpreted, and analyzed with relevant theories. The results of this study indicate that single women are considered unnatural and violate the rules, so to return them to the normative path, matchmaking is used as a solution. In the novel, it is revealed that there are resistance and negotiation from female characters in responding to the marriage that was forced on her. The suspicion that the text will tend to be feminist is not proven, because the discourse developed by the author is the obedience of girls to social constructs that are instilled through the family structure.Keywords: feminist, social construction, single, matchmaking

Penelitian ini membahas tentang strategi kebertahanan perempuan dalam novel Cincin Separuh Hati karya Netty Virgiantini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kritik sastra feminis dan psikologi sastra. Data berupa kata, frasa, dan kalimat dari novel dikumpulkan dengan teknik simak catat setelah melalui pembacaan tertutup. Data tersebut kemudian dikategorikan, diinterpretasikan, dan dianalisis dengan teori yang relevan. Hasil analisis dirumuskan menjadi kesimpulan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa tokoh utama perempuan melajang karena memiliki trauma pada masa lalu. Perempuan dewasa yang belum menikah rentan mengalami stigma sebagai perempuan yang tidak ‘laku’, pemilih, memiliki orientasi seksual berbeda, serta berpotensi merusak rumah tangga orang lain. Berbagai bentuk strategi kebertahanan dilakukan perempuan lajang, seperti bersikap mandiri, menonjolkan karakter maskulin, dan menerapkan manipulasi sebagai bentuk mekanisme pertahanan diri. Dalam novel Cincin Separuh Hati, perempuan digambarkan masih membutuhkan laki-laki agar identitasnya menjadi utuh. Integritas perempuan terhadap tekad dan janji selibat yang telah dibuat sejak lama menjadi tidak kuat. Hal ini menyiratkan kepatuhan perempuan pada nilai-nilai tradisional dari kehidupan melajang dan perkawinan

Notary is a profession that is very required in the field of law. In these case, notary acts as a public official in providing a legal services to the society. Notary has a several function like establishment a company, making a deed, legalizing documents, waarmerking, and other services. But in a reality, there are many notaries still do not meet the applicable terms and conditions, “How Is The Notary’s Responsibility Towards Authentic Deed Position During The Leave” this is the main problem we will disscused in this report. The research method used is a descriptive normative research method, which is based on primary data and secondary data as other supporting data which are analyzed qualitatively. From the results of the study explained that that Drs. Andika, as the reporter, came to the reported office named Netty Maria Machdar with the intention to make a certificate of borrowing and guarantee with a certificate, but by Netty's mother a letter of authorization to sell was made which resulted in a loss. In the Letter Number 04 / Ket.Cuti-MPPN / II / 2015 said that it turned out that Notary Netty Maria Machdar was on leave after knowing the deeds and leave certificate. the notary who made the deed during the leave was found quilty, and the position of the deed was a deed under the hand. Which means the notary who made the deed during the leave was found quilty, and the position of the deed was a deed under the hand.

Abstract:
The present study deals with the analysis of Thomas Hardys short story “Netty Sargents Copyhold”. To have a deconstructive analysis of the short story, Barrys (2002) three levelsof analysis, i.e., verbal, textual and linguistic, have been used. It was found that the story has words with contradictory and confusing meaning entrenched in the British values. Also, the story has a diversion in ideas and grammar. However, no such examples of the third level were found in the story. In short, the story has words, grammar, and other ideas which give it a loose structure when reading from the perspective of deconstruction, which lead the researchers to conclude that the work is a fine specimen of the spirit of the Victorian age.

Abstract:
Existing database drivers use blocking socket I/O to exchange data with relational database management systems (RDBMS). To concurrently send multiple requests to a RDBMS with blocking database drivers, a separate thread must be used for each request. This approach has been used successfully for many years. However, we propose that using non-blocking socket I/O is faster and scales better under load. In this paper we introduce the Asynchronous Database Connectivity in Java (ADBCJ) framework. ADBCJ provides a common API for asynchronous RDBMS interaction. Various implementations of the ADBCJ API are used to show how utilizing non-blocking socket I/O is faster and scales better than using conventional database drivers and multiple threads for concurrency. Our experiments show a significant performance increase when using non- blocking socket I/O for asynchronous RDBMS access while using a minimal number of OS threads. Non-blocking socket I/O enables the ability to pipeline RDBMS requests which can improve performance significantly, especially over high latency networks. We also show the benefits of asynchronous database drivers on different web server architectures.

<p>Denne oppgaven tar for seg temaet e-læring, og spesielt samarbeidslæring over internett. Gjennom å utvikle store deler av et komplett e-læringssystem, har vi sett på teknologbruk og funksjoner i praksis. Den aller største delen av prosjektet har vært å implementere dette systemet, men i den forbindelse har vi også brukt mye tid på planlegging og refleksjon. Dette har gitt oss mange erfaringer med hvordan e-læring kan og bør legges opp. Vi har spesielt fokusert på å ta i bruk teknologier som i liten grad er utnyttet i e-læring i dag. Samarbeidsfunksjoner har stått mye i fokus, og vi har sett på måter å gjøre både elev-lærer- og elev-elev-interaksjonen over internett bedre. Særlig gjelder dette bruk av synkron kommunikasjon. Vi har også sett en del på personlige verktøy og systemet vårt som en helhetlig IT-løsning for skoler. Det har samtidig vært et mål for oppgaven å øke bredden i e-læring gjennom å forsøke å tilpasse systemet til flere forskjellige undervisningstyper og aldersgrupper. Systemet vårt ble som en del av oppgaven vist frem til et lite utvalg personer, for å få noen tilbakemeldinger på e-læringssystemet vårt. Formålet var å gjennomføre et case study, der vi ser hvordan de løsningene vi har diskutert oss frem til, ble mottatt av andre. Studien er utført i veldig liten skala, og kan i liten grad brukes til å generalisere holdninger til e-læring. Den kan derimot være et utgangspunkt for videre forskning, gjennom å se på de momentene vi prøvde ut og hvilke reaksjoner vi mottok. Resultatet fra testpersonene var overordnet positivt, og vi fikk spesielt god tilbakemelding på at synkron kommunikasjon var ønskelig. Vi har ikke hatt anledning til å legge inn særlig avanserte synkrone funksjoner, men det lille vi hadde med vakte stor interesse. Synkrone kommunikasjonsmetoder ser ut til å være avgjørende for hvor lett det er å samarbeide med andre i systemet. Her er det viktig å føle at det er noen i den andre enden, og den følelsen gir ikke asynkrone metoder i så stor grad. Studien viste videre at vi ikke hadde klart å tilpasse systemet vårt så godt til alle aldersgrupper som vi hadde håpet. Vi ser imidlertid at ved å bruke mer tid på å utvikle det, kan man forholdsvis enkelt forbedre brukervennligheten. Dersom man bare er villig til å ta i bruk det nyeste av teknologi i dag, er det få begrensninger i forhold til hva slags informasjon man kan overføre.</p>

Quando ho iniziato a pensare al tema della tesi, ho capito ben presto che l’unico percorso per me possibile e necessario avrebbe dovuto riguardare il tema ambientale; avevo solo bisogno di uno stimolo. Un giorno, pulendo il mio bagno, la solita operazione di buttare i tanti flaconi vuoti di shampoo, balsamo, e sapone accumulati maldestramente da me e i miei coinquilini, ha avuto una luce diversa. Perché tutta quella plastica monouso quando esiste la saponetta? Il mio coinquilino la pensava diversamente: “la saponetta? Ma è piena di batteri.. la toccano tutti!”. La mia risposta fu che sì, la toccano tutti, ma tra noi in casa sarebbe stato passabile, non siamo mica in un aeroporto. E’ in questo momento che nasce l’idea: sapone solido negli spazi pubblici. Ho parlato in primis con gli utilizzatori, attraverso sondaggi e interviste dirette. Ho poi verificato l'effettivo vantaggio ecologico del sapone solido rispetto al liquido, scoprendo che va ben oltre il packaging. Ho cercato i pareri degli esperti, per chiarificare la somma di tutte le mie intuizioni. Il risultato è Netto, una soluzione progettuale che si propone come l'anello di congiunzione tra i bisogni dell’utenza e i bisogni dell’ecosistema.

Deux approches de modelisation de la productivite primaire nette continentale (npp) a partir de mesures satellitaires basees sur le modele parametrique de kumar et monteith (1981) sont presentees. Ce type de modeles decompose la npp (p#n) en produit du rayonnement solaire incident (s#g#,#0) par 3 facteurs: l'efficience climatique (c) ou rapport entre rayonnement photosynthetiquement actif et rayonnement global, l'efficience d'absorption du rayonnement par le feuillage (f) et l'efficience de conversion du rayonnement absorbe en matiere seche (e): p#n = efc s#g#,#0. Dans cette etude, c est une constante, f est relie lineairement a un indice de vegetation derive de mesures satellitaires, le ndvi ou normalized difference vegetation index, s#g#,#0 est une sortie de modele de circulation generale. Dans la premiere approche, une compilation de valeurs de e pour differents biomes et une carte de vegetation et de fraction de cultures sont utilisees pour deriver une carte d'efficiences de conversion variant spatialement. Dans la deuxieme approche une compilation de courbes de reponse du flux de co#2 au-dessus des ecosystemes en fonction du rayonnement est utilisee pour calculer une efficience photosynthetique e' constante, et une modelisation independante de la respiration autotrophe r#a est developpee: p#n = p#b - r#a = e' cf s#g#,#0 - r#a. Ces deux approches donnent des estimations de npp globale de l'ordre de 50 a 60 gt(c) par an, avec des variations spatiales caracterisees par une relativement faible npp pour les forets equatoriales, par rapport aux savanes tropicales et aux zones temperees de l'hemisphere nord. Ces variations sont differentes de celles classiquement admises, ou les forets equatoriales sont les ecosystemes les plus productifs. Les differences sont dues a la part importante d'assimilats utilises pour la respiration autotrophe dans les forets equatoriales. Deux types d'applications de ces modeles sont presentees. Dans la premiere, des indices de vegetation pour les annees 1986 a 1991 sont utilises comme donnees d'entree. Les estimations de npp sont sensibles aux differences interannuelles d'indices de vegetation, en particulier au cours d'annees climatiques extremes. Dans la deuxieme, les flux de npp, ainsi que des flux de respiration heterotrophe, oceaniques et anthropiques sont introduits dans un modele de transport atmospherique, et les variations saisonnieres de concentration en co#2 resultantes comparees a des mesures. Cette etude met en evidence une probable surestimation de l'amplitude saisonniere des flux de respiration heterotrophe par les modeles classiques, et ne permet pas de conclure sur la validite des variations spatiales de npp estimees par notre approche par rapport a une approche classique

Le capital social, garantie des créanciers et mesure des droits et du pouvoir des associés, n'est plus. Cet échec justifie de proposer un nouvel instrument juridique : la situation nette comptable. Reflet de la solvabilité et de la valeur patrimoniale de la société, la notion répond favorablement à l' "intérêt commun des créanciers sociaux et des tiers ", qui réside dans la confiance ou l'assurance de l'exécution par la société de la prestation promise ou attendue. Elle autorise une mesure satisfaisante de la solvabilité et de la valeur de la société, dont l'appréciation permet de juger la capacité de l'entreprise à réaliser cette prestation et qui est le siège véritable de la protection des tiers et des créanciers sociaux. A l'égard des associés, la situation nette révèle la réelle consistance de leurs droits financiers et politiques. La notion permet encore d'approcher davantage la réalité du pouvoir social et de jauger et protéger la pérennité économique de la société<br>Share capital, as a guarantee to creditors and gauge of the rights and powers of shareholders, is dead. Its failure justifies putting forward a new legal tool : the "net book position". This notion, which reflects the solvency of a company and the value of its patrimony, satisfies the "mutual interest of creditors and third patries", which resides in the belief or assurance that such company will fulfill its obligations and their expectations. It allows a satisfactory evaluation of the solvency and the value of a company, which enables a judgement to be made on its ability to fulfill such obligations and expectations, and which is the issue of creditors and third patries'protection. With respect to shareholders, "net book position"reveals the true extent of their financial and voting rights within a company. This notion also allows us to take a closer look at the reality of power within companies and to ascertain and protect their economic perennation

<p>I det norske markedet har regionale kraftselskaper vært de dominerende aktørene innen fiberbasert bredbåndsaksess til privatkunder, også kalt fiber til hjemmet eller FTTH. Ettersom kraftselskaper har utbygging og drift av infrastruktur som sin kjernevirksomhet, vil det være aktuelt å sette ut deler av aktivitetene i verdikjeden til andre aktører. Franchising er en måte å gjøre dette på. Per i dag finnes det kun én franchisemodell i det norske FTTH-markedet. Denne forutsetter imidlertid at man implementerer et lukket aksessnett, hvor franchisetilbyder er eneste tjenesteleverandør. Derfor synes det å være et marked for en franchisemodell for åpne nett. Denne oppgaven presenterer en analyse som redegjør for mulighetene for å skape en åpen franchisemodell. Herunder diskuteres mulige aktører og synergieffekter, eierskap, ansvars- og rollefordeling, kontraktsmessige problemstillinger, markedsføring, risiko og økonomiske aspekter. Det gis også et forslag til teknisk arkitektur. En åpen franchisemodell kan organiseres på flere måter når det gjelder eierskap av infrastruktur og ansvarsfordeling. Dette definerer franchisevarianten, hvilket bør være mest mulig lik den som benyttes i den lukkede franchisemodellen. Derfor bør franchisetaker gjøre alle lokale investeringer, samt drive salg og markedsføring selv, mens franchisetilbyder gir opplæring, skaffer tjenestetilbud og overvåker nettet. For å gi franchisetaker forutsigbarhet bør provisjonene fra tjenestesalget hovedsakelig være basert på fastsatte beløp. Tjenesteleverandørene faktureres basert på tjenestesalg, men også en månedlig tilkoblingsavgift eller en engangsavgift ved avtaleinngåelse kan være aktuelt. Tjenesteleverandørene bør stå ansvarlig for å fakturere kunden for tjenestebruk. Etableringsavgiften som sluttkundene faktureres ved tilkobling avgjør risikofordeling mellom netteier og sluttkunde. Jo lavere denne settes, jo større risiko tar netteier. Sannsynligvis vil det være fornuftig å benytte den samme etableringsavgiften i alle nett i samme franchise. Gjennom SLA regulerer man de avtalevilkår og tjenestegarantier som gjelder mellom partene. Her, eventuelt i øvrige franchiseavtaler, kan man tilrettelegge for at franchisetaker om ønskelig gis muligheten til å tre ut av forretningssamarbeidet etter endt avtaleperiode. Bindingstiden i et franchisesamarbeid kan variere, men en periode på 3-5 år kan være et veiledende utgangspunkt. Det finnes en lang rekke leverandører av nettkomponenter og teknologi til FTTH-nett. Noen leverer komplette løsninger mens andre er mer spesialiserte. Det foreslås en teknisk arkitektur basert på komponenter fra Cisco og PacketFront. Dette er imidlertid bare én av mange mulige løsninger. I en åpen franchisemodell vil man kunne oppnå en rekke fordeler. Foruten de generelle fordelene, vil markedsmekanismene kunne medføre bedre kvalitet, pris og tjenesteutvalg. Dette er også noe de mindre netteierne vil kunne dra nytte av. Det er heller ikke umulig at de økonomiske rammebetingelsene vil kunne bli bedre sammenlignet med en lukket franchisemodell. Likevel vil ikke nødvendigvis franchisetaker komme bedre ut økonomisk, ettersom lønnsomheten er sterkt avhengig av tjenestesalget. Her har den lukkede franchisemodellen vist sterke resultater. Ettersom det norske FTTH-markedet befinner seg på et umodent stadium er det utfordrende å lykkes alene som operatør av et åpent nett. Derfor vil et samarbeid gjennom en åpen franchisemodell kunne være en løsning. Dette vil i tillegg kunne bidra til økt utbredelse av åpne nett i det norske markedet for øvrig.</p>

Abstract:
A presente dissertação versa sobre o pensamento econômico de Antônio Delfim Netto. Para tanto, utiliza-se da leitura criteriosa dos principais escritos do autor entre os anos 1950-1967, contextualizando-os naquele período e visando analisá-los de forma coerente. No primeiro capítulo, aborda-se a formação recebida por Delfim durante o curso de graduação na FEA/USP, e o método que defendia para ser usado na ciência econômica. O segundo capítulo dedica-se à análise das ideias defendidas pelo autor em suas publicações durante a década de 1950. Três assuntos são mais debatidos: algodão, inflação e comércio internacional/câmbio. No terceiro capítulo, analisa-se a visão de Delfim sobre o problema do café no Brasil, e como trata a relação deste com as outras variáveis macroeconômicas, tendo em vista o maior desenvolvimento econômico. No quarto capítulo, a partir de seus textos da década de 1960, são discutidas suas concepções a respeito da necessidade do planejamento econômico, o papel que a agricultura deveria assumir no desenvolvimento e ainda sua visão sobre a inflação nesse processo. Conclui-se que os escritos de Delfim ao longo desse período são coerentes entre si, tendo sempre por trás a necessidade de planejamento para o maior desenvolvimento, sem poder relegá-lo ao livre jogo das forças de mercado.<br>This study investigates Delfim Nettos economic thought. For this purpose, I examine his writings from 1950-67, contextualizing and analysing them in their respective historical period and in a coherent perspective. In the first chapter, I deal with Delfims studies during his B.A. at FEA/USP and with his approach to the scientific economic method. The second chapter is devoted to analysing his 1950s writings in the light of three topics: cotton production, international trade and inflation. Chapter three deals with his interpretation of the Brazilian coffee problem, the ways this subject were related to other macroeconomic variables and to Brazilian economic development. In the last chapter, I discuss his conceptions about the necessity of economic planning, the role of agriculture in economic development and his understanding of inflation in this process. The conclusion is that Delfims writings during this period are consistent, as a critique of the free market underlies them, pointing to economic planning as a necessity for broader economic development.

Graduou-se em Farmácia, Engenharia Geográfica e Matemática. Atuou apenas na área de Matemática como professor. Lecionou em vários colégios e instituições, dentre os quais destacamos o Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), localizado na cidade de São José dos Campos, São Paulo, onde foi contratado como professor associado desde sua criação em 1950. Além de professor, auxiliou na primeira composição do quadro docente do Departamento de Matemática do ITA, convidando profissionais que, posteriormente, se tornariam importantes pesquisadores para a Matemática brasileira. Ainda nesse instituto, foi chefe do Departamento de Matemática e, depois, reitor. Era muito amigo dos alunos e recebeu várias homenagens, como a Láurea Lacaz Netto. Professor Lacaz possui uma considerável bibliografia constituída por alguns trabalhos matemáticos e vários livros didáticos. Aposentou-se no ITA como professor titular em 1981. Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo acrescentar informações à História da Matemática no Brasil e apresentar um estudo biográfico sobre o professor Francisco Antônio Lacaz Netto, descrevendo sua formação, sua carreira docente, suas principais obras e homenagens, privilegiando a sua trajetória no ITA e a sua dedicação como professor, a qual o torna, segundo nossas perspectivas, um educador matemático<br>Francisco Antonio Lacaz Netto was born on 06th February, 1911, in Guaratinguetá, São Paulo state. He graduated in Pharmacy, Geographic Engineering and Mathematics. As professor, he worked only in Mathematics area. He worked at several schools and institutions, one of them the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), located in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, where he was hired as associate university lecturer since its inception in 1950. Besides being university lecturer, Lacaz has invited professionals to make part of the first staff of the Mathematics Department of ITA, they later became important Brazilian researchers. He was head of the Mathematics Department and then dean at ITA. A close friend among the students, he was honoured several times, such as the accolade Lacaz Netto. Professor Lacaz has a considerable bibliography consisting in some mathematical papers and several textbooks. He retired in the ITA in 1981 as professor. Thereby, this research aims to add information to the History of Mathematics in Brazil and It presents a biographical study about Francisco Antonio Lacaz Netto, describing his professional training, university lecturer career, major works and honours, highlighting his career at ITA and also his dedication as professor which present him as Math Educator
