Ce travail de thèse a pour objectif de comprendre trois phénomènes de genre en entreprise au regard d’un seul modèle : le Modèle de la Projection de Genre (MPG). Le phénomène du plafond de verre (Kanter, 1977 ; Cook & Glass, 2014) met en avant deux explications cognitive à la sous-représentation des femmes aux postes de directrices : le Think Manager – Think Male (Schein, 1973, 1975) et le lack-of-fit model (Heilman, 1983).
