Abstract:

PKL is an activity that must be done by SMK students. However, not every student is able to pass the PKL period smoothly. The unpreparedness of students to face PKL becomes a stressor for these students, causing anxiety. If this anxiety is not immediately addressed, it will ultimately have an impact on student performance that is not optimal. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the systematic desensitization technique in reducing studentâ€™s anxiety facing PKL. This research method uses the One-group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique or a purposive sampling technique. To test the hypothesis, the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon analysis technique. 25.90. Based on the calculation, the Z score is -2.807, while Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.005 (p<0.05). The average score of anxiety facing PKL in Catholic Pharmacy Vocational School Bina Farma Madiun after being given systematic desensitization techniques decreased from 25.90 to 14.90. The conclusion is that the application of systematic desensitization techniques is effective in reducing student anxiety in dealing PKL.

Abstract:

This study aims to analyzethe influence of the rice organic farmers’ entrepreneurship on the farming performance and identify the influence of farming technique or activities on the farming performance. This study used a survey method. The study was conducted in Manonjaya and Salawu sub-districts, Tasikmalaya regency, August until November 2019 which was chosen using purposive sampling technique applied to 50 samples. The respondents who were organic rice farmers were recruited using multistage purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS 2.0. The result show that the entrepreneurship significantly and positively affects farming techniques. Entrepreneurship has significant and positive influence on the organic rice farming performance. In addition, farming technique is significantly and positively influential on the organic rice farming performance.

Abstract:

The importance of the whistleblowing concept to provide complaints related to fraud in the company. The study was conducted to determine the effect of role stress on auditors' performance with whistleblowing intention as a moderating variable. Quantitative research approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling technique so that the research sample was 71 public accounting firms in Bali. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with moderated regression analysis (MRA) techniques. Determination of the sample using a purposive sampling technique. This study uses a questionnaire in data collection. The data analysis technique in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) application. The result of the research states that the relationship between the role of auditors' work stress can affect the performance of auditors and the relationship between whistleblowing intention, role stress affects the performance of auditors, so that it can avoid conflicts with auditors.

Abstract:

This research aims to analyze the effect of trainig and rolling capital of BAZNAS in East Java on operating revenue of mustahiq both partially and simultaneously. It uses quantitative approach method. Sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique which is a technique of sample determination with certain consideration. Data collecting techniques used are questionnaire, interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result processed by SPSS progeam version 23.0 for Windows shows that the value of Adjusted R Square of 0,711 means that 71,1% of operating revenue of mustahiq in BAZNAS East Java is influenced by the training and rolling capital.

Abstract:

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, the ratio of activity to financial distress. The population in this study is all Consumer Cyclicals sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019- 2021 period. Abstract:

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique efektif dalam mereduksi Psikosomatis Pada Ibu Rumah Tangga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian Pre-Experimental Design dengan model desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Pengambilan data sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Purposive sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu dalam penentuan sampel. Alasan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling ini karena sesuai untuk digunakan untuk penelitian kuantitatif, atau penelitian-penelitian yang tidak melakukan generalisasi. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui pengisian psychosomatic problem scale. Analisis yang digunakan oleh peneliti untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel menggunakan teknik uji analisis non parametrik yaitu Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Adapun pengujian hipotesis yang berbunyi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique efektif untuk mereduksi psikosomatis pada Ibu Rumah Tangga, berdasarkan hasil pada tabel berdasarkan hasil pada tabel didapat Z hitung sebesar sebesar -2,023 dengan Asymp.sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0.043. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique efektif untuk mereduksi psikosomatis pada ibu rumah tangga.

Abstract:

This study aims to determine how effective behavioral counseling services with self-management techniques are to reduce aggressive behavior. In this study using a population of 33 students, from the population the researchers took a sample of 8 students. This research technique uses a sampling technique in the form of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling technique is a sampling technique with certain considerations. This research is a quantitative research in the form of Pre Experimental with pre test and post test research designs. The results of this study indicate that behavioral counseling services are very effective in reducing aggressive behavior, this can be seen from the values of the pre test (before being given treatment) and post test (after being given treatment). for the pre-test value of 167. 62 and post-test of 125.88, it means that from this value there is a decrease so that behavioral counseling services can be said to be effective. The Paired Sample T-test can strengthen the pre-test and post-test scores, for the t-count value is 23.857 and the t-table is 2.365. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted (23,857 > 2,365). Thus, behavioral counseling services are effectively used to reduce aggressive behavior.

Abstract:

Sampling is an important technique used in the modern research in social sciences. The technique covers a large population of research with ease. Its main kinds are probability and non-probability sampling, and both are used in research to draw reliable and trustworthy results. Sampling is used in literary and historical research also. The sub-techniques of non-probability sampling like purposive sampling, convenience sampling, judgement sampling have been used in Urdu research, but no researcher has used the term ‘sampling’ in his research report. Several researchers have clearly described their research methodology in their dissertations, still they have not mentioned the sampling there, despite they have used sampling in their research. Command over the use of sampling is need of the modern research, so it should be included in the curriculum of research methodology in universities. The article under study has used a sample of 50 theses out of total 150 theses, secured through systematic random sampling. The findings have been drawn from the sample and applied on the whole population. Conclusion has been presented based on findings.

Abstract:

AbstractThis research at SMP Negeri 2 Kadungora aims to determine how the implementation of individual counseling services through self-management techniques at SMP Negeri 2 Kadungora. This study uses a qualitative method where the researcher reveals and describes the data according to what is happening in the field. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were teachers of guidance and counseling. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which was purposive sampling in accordance with the required criteria or assessment. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation studies conducted by researchers that the implementation of individual counseling services through the Self-management Technique at SMP Negeri 2 Kadungora is quite good, although there are still some shortcomings such as competent implementers, materials based on need assessment. , strategies according to the needs of students, carried out in a scheduled and incidental manner, the scope is in accordance with the personal field and adequate facilities and infrastructure provided by the schoolKeywords:Individual counseling, Self management techniques.

Abstract:

This research has a background regarding phishing and business image. This study aims to find out the recovery of business image by the @bajuyuli team and to find out the efforts to prevent cyber crime phishing by the @bajuyuli team. This research uses qualitative data analysis methods and techniques. The technique for determining informants in this study uses the purposive sampling technique. The purposive sampling technique is a method of selecting samples based on the desired goal by the researcher. With this technique, the researcher used three informants consisting of, @bajuyuli business owners, Instagram @bajuyuli admins, and customer @bajuyuli. The results of the research emphasized the importance of transparency, data security, and the role of Public Relations in overcoming crises and strengthening business reputations in the digital world. Efforts to combat such attacks require quick and effective recovery measures, as well as increased cybersecurity awareness among business owners and teams. This research provides insight into the importance of protecting business image from cyber attacks.

This research aims to empirically test the influence of the role of internal auditors in mediating the influence of the internal control system on credit granting decisions at Government Banks in Ambon City. The research data collection technique is a survey by distributing questionnaires to respondents selected based on sampling techniques. Abstract:

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and internal control over sharia governance. The object in this study was BMT in Depok City, West Java. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 5 BMTs. While respondent sampling was done by simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in the study were conducted by questionnaire. The type of research was associative by using methods of Partial Least Square (PLS). The study found that organizational culture and internal control have a significant positive influence on sharia governance. While organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on sharia governance.

Abstract:

The aim of this research is to determine COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: Optimizing the 3R Waste Management Site in Gladak Anyar Pamekasan. This research method uses a qualitative research method, namely by describing the data obtained by analyzing it using indicators of community participation proposed by Peter Oakley, namely based on; : (1) There is contribution, (2) There is organization, (3) Community role and community action, (4) Community motivation, (5) Community responsibility. In collecting data, this research used informant techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the technique for determining the informants is the Purposive Sampling technique. Purposive Sampling is a technique for sampling data sources with certain considerations. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the discussion can be concluded that community participation in the management of the Mitra Gladak Anyar TPS 3R in Gladak Anyar Village, Pamekasan District, Pamekasan Regency is going well with various activities related to waste management as explained above. However, some people also do not have full awareness of sorting their waste, whether organic or non-organic, so sometimes it makes it difficult for waste collectors from TPS 3R to collect it, even to the point of injuring the collector's hand when glass waste is not separated from ordinary waste.

The purposive sampling technique was three key informants, the informants were selected by the researcher to selectively select informants who were relevant to the research objectives. The results showed an evaluation of service quality, there are still obstacles including employees who are less friendly and the process is quite long which affects the quality of service.

This study aims to describe how the transportation management of the Bukittinggi City Transportation Agency. The background is that the City of Bukittinggi has received the Wahana Tata Nugraha award for the last 3 years, 2014-2016. The Wahana Tata Nugraha Award is an award given by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to a city that is able to organize public transportation well. There are several activities that have been carried out well by the City of Bukittinggi City Transportation Service, including public transportation services, freight routes and special bus routes that are clear and equipped with traffic signs. Among these activities, there were problems with parking on the road and inadequate infrastructure. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The selection of informants was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. The data validity technique used in this study was the accidental sampling technique in accordance with the needs of the researcher and purposive sampling with certain considerations. The research analysis unit uses the institution. The results showed that the Transportation Management carried out by the Bukittinggi City Transportation Agency was basically going well.

Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk at the Sumbawa Branch Office. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. Abstract:

Work effectiveness is a balance or optimal approach to achieving goals, abilities and utilization of human energy. This research aims to determine the effect of coordination, job description and teamwork on the work effectiveness of employees at the Bima City Social Service. The sample in this study was 30 ASN with the sampling technique being purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that coordination, job description and teamwork affect the work effectiveness of employees at the Bima City Social Service simultaneously.

Abstract:

Sanur Village Festival is an event established by the Yayasan Pembangunan Sanur which combines large-scale activities consisting of food festivals, a series of contests, competitions, cultural arts attractions, music, and a variety of friendly activities environment. Samples of this study were domestic tourists who have visited the Sanur Village Festival. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in 160 respondents. Data collection techniques are performed with observations, questionnaires, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling technique and utilizes a likert scale model questionnaire that is calibrated using the validity test and the reliability test is calculated using the Cronbach alpha coefficient using the SPSS 25.0. The data analysis techniques in this study used partial least square analysis techniques (PLS), and the equation model will analyzed is the outer model, inner model and hypotheses testing. Based on the software calculation smartPLS version 3.0 obtained the result that there is a significant influence between the variable brand image to the motivation and interest of domestic tourists visit to Sanur Village Festival. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis of the influence of the brand image to the motivation obtained value of 41.9%, while the interest earned a value of 40.5%. Furthermore, the influence of motivation to interest can be seen from the results of the analysis of Partial Least Square obtained T-Statistic of 1.766 > T-table 1.654, this means the motivation variable positively affect the interest of domestic tourists visiting Sanur Village Festival.

Abstract:

This research aims to determine the influence of price discounts and consumer testimonials on purchasing decisions for Flimty Fiber products among Central Gym Galaxy members in Bekasi. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is unknown. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling using Purposive Sampling techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 104 respondents. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research subjects are Flimty Fiber consumers. The results of this research show that the price discount variables and consumer testimonials partially and simultaneously have a significant effect and have a positive influence on the purchasing decision variable.

Abstract:

This study aims to determine the effect of fraud hexagon on fraudulent financial reporting. The sample of this study were 52 food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020 - 2022. The sampling technique used was non-problability sampling technique using purposive sampling method and data testing was carried out using SPSS 25. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis, pooling test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the total accrual ratio had a positive effect on fraudulent financial reporting, while financial targets, change in director, political connection, ineffective monitoring and CEO duality had no effect on fraudulent financial reporting.

Abstract:

Education is a prerequisite for the development of a country. The teacher is the backbone of the education system and is the architect of society. The progress of an organization depends upon the quality of its teachers. Today’s child is tomorrow’s citizen of the country. To prepare efficient teachers in the 21st century, teacher educators need to be constantly top-notch in their profession. As a way of dealing with this problem, this Qualitative research aimed to explore the perspectives of teachers using technology. Also, this study involved purposive sampling of 12 teachers from the selected public schools in the six districts of Manila. Furthermore, data from this study were used as a framework for developing the Continuing Professional Development (C.P.D.). Data were gathered through online survey forms and face-to-face online interviews utilizing the researcher-made guide questions. The perceived responses were then carefully described and analyzed. The findings of the study revealed that the collective themes emphasize the importance of reflection, critique, and personal voice in the generative change model for technology integration in teacher professional development (CPD). This approach fosters individual teacher growth and innovation by encouraging reflection and introspection to develop a deeper understanding of technology use and more effective teaching strategies, providing, and receiving critique to refine and improve practice, empowering teachers to advocate for necessary changes and resources through leveraging their personal voice. Overall, this holistic approach promotes innovative CPD strategies that are responsive to the evolving landscape of educational technology.
