ZusammenfassungDieser Beitrag beschreibt a) die Ergebnisse einer Literaturstudie zur qualitativen Wahrnehmung wissenschaftlicher Publikationen, b) die Konstruktion eines daraus abgeleiteten Kriterienkatalogs zur Wahrnehmung der Qualität wissenschaftlicher Publikationen sowie c) der Überprüfung dieses Katalogs in qualitativen Interviews mit Wissenschaflterinnen und Wissenschaftlern aus dem Fachspektrum Chemie, Physik, Biologie, Materialwissenschaft und Engineering. Es zeigte sich, dass die Wahrnehmung von Qualität auf äußerlichen und von außen herangetragenen Faktoren, inhaltlichen / semantischen Faktoren und sprachlichen, syntaktischen sowie strukturellen Faktoren beruht.

Abstract:

Zusammenfassung. In diesem Beitrag wird ein Modell entwickelt, das den Führungserfolg -die künstlerische Qualität- eines Orchesters durch das Führungsverhalten des Dirigenten erklärt. Das Führungsverhalten des Dirigenten wird dabei über die Machtgrundlagen beschrieben, die er gegenüber den Orchestermusikern einsetzt. Durch konfirmatorische Faktorenanalysen lassen sich im Orchester vier Machtgrundlagen empirisch bestätigen: Expertenwissen/Identifikation, Information, Positionsmacht sowie immaterielle und materielle Belohnung/Bestrafung. Die Erklärungskraft dieses Modells wird an einer Stichprobe von N = 436 Musikern aus 30 deutschen Orchestern mit Hilfe linearer Strukturgleichungsmodelle überprüft. Alle Indikatoren der Anpassungsgüte verweisen auf eine gute Passung des rekursiven Vier-Faktorenmodells der Machtgrundlagen als Determinanten der künstlerischen Qualität des Orchesters. Den stärksten positiven Einfluss auf die künstlerische Qualität des Orchesters hat Expertenwissen/Identifikation.

Abstract:

Bereits 1995 entwickelte die Landesarbeitsgemeinschaft „Erwachsenenbildungsforum Oberösterreich“ (EB-Forum OÖ) differenzierte Qualitätsstandards für die gemeinnützigen Erwachsenenbildungseinrichtungen und für die öffentlichen Bibliotheken in Oberösterreich, deren Erfüllung die Qualität der Angebote der zertifizierten Institutionen garantiert und nach außen sichtbar macht. Seither wurden die Kriterienkataloge für das „Qualitätssiegel“ mehrmals evaluiert. In der letzten Überarbeitung wurde dem Qualitätssiegel für öffentliche Bibliotheken eine „Qualitätsbestätigung“ vorangestellt, um allen öffentlichen Bibliotheken eine Bestätigung über ihre Qualität zu ermöglichen und diesen den Weg zum Qualitätssiegel transparenter zu gestalten. Die Inhalte der beiden Kriterienkataloge sowie der Ablauf von der Antragstellung bis zur Ausstellung einer Bestätigung oder eines Zertifikats werden dargestellt. Die beiden Kriterienkataloge wurden 2015 noch einmal überarbeitet, die Freigabe der Handbücher durch das EB-Forum OÖ ist mit Jahresbeginn 2016 terminiert.

Zusammenfassung. Mit der steigenden Einsatzhäufigkeit und Akzeptanz von Tests steigt im deutschsprachigen Raum auch der Bedarf nach Informationen über und Beurteilungen von Tests. Das diesbezügliche Angebot kann weder quantitativ noch qualitativ überzeugen und bleibt hinter den in anderen Ländern erreichten Standards zurück. Der Artikel stellt anhand ausgewählter internationaler Beispiele (COTAN, EFPA) verschiedene Testinformations- und Beurteilungssysteme vor und diskutiert deren Vor- und Nachteile. Abschließend wird das neue, dreistufige System zur Information über und zur Beurteilung von Tests des Testkuratoriums dargestellt, bei dem die DIN 33430 Berücksichtigung findet. Auch die Gestaltung der notwendigen Institutionalisierung der Systemanwendung und -kontrolle wird skizziert.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to analyze and measure the factors that influence competitive advantage seen from the quality of services, Islamic work ethics and information systems. The population of this study was all patients of BPJS participants in hospitals in Kuningan, West Java. This study uses a proportional random sampling technique to determine the sample. The respondents of this study were 115 respondents. Analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS). Results of the study prove that Islamic work ethics are positive and significant to competitive advantage. Competitive advantage can also be influenced by the hospital information system. Service quality also has a positive and significant influence on competitive advantage. Islamic work ethics, information system and service quality is a factor that can build competitive advantage in hospitals in Kuningan.

Ist Zustimmung oder Dissens besser? Die Rolle des Kritischen Hinterfragens und Elaborierens im Argumentativen Diskurs Zusammenfassung. Beim Umgang mit wissenschaftsbezogenen Informationen im Internet spielt der argumentative Austausch mit anderen eine immer zentralere Rolle. Als besonders förderlich für den Wissenserwerb durch argumentativen Diskurs haben sich das kritische Hinterfragen und Elaborieren der Information des Partners erwiesen. In der vorliegenden Studie wurde untersucht, wie diese lernförderlichen Kommunikationsaktivitäten im argumentativen Diskurs über wissenschaftsbezogene Informationen gefördert werden können. In einem 1 × 2 Zwischengruppendesign wurde entweder ein Unterschieds- oder ein Gemeinsamkeitenfokus erzeugt, indem Dyaden instruiert wurden, während der Diskussion eines wissenschaftsbezogenen Themas insbesondere auf Unterschiede oder auf Gemeinsamkeiten in den Sichtweisen und Argumenten zu achten. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass ein Fokus auf Unterschiede sich förderlich auf die Qualität des argumentativen Diskurses sowie auf das individuelle kritische Denken auswirkte. Die intrinsische Motivation hinsichtlich der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Partner und der Aufgaben war hingegen bei einem Gemeinsamkeitenfokus höher. Implikationen für die Verbesserung der Qualität argumentativer Diskurse und die Förderung des individuellen kritischen Denkens werden diskutiert.

Zusammenfassung. Die Eingabe von Information in eine geteilte Datenbank stellt eine spezifische Form des Öffentlichen-Gut-Dilemmas dar. Vorgestellt wird ein computerbasiertes Szenario, das diese Merkmale abbildet und eine experimentelle Untersuchung des Datenbank-Dilemmas ermöglicht. Darin wird untersucht, inwiefern ein Feedback über die Anzahl der Datenbankabrufe und ein Bonussystem, das die Datenbankeingabe entsprechend der Anzahl der Datenbankabrufe belohnt, die Kooperation fördern kann. Es zeigt sich, dass sich ein Bonussystem nicht generell positiv auf die Datenbankeingabe auswirkt, wohl aber die wahrgenommene Instrumentalität der Datenbank erhöht und die Selektion der beizutragenden Information nach ihrer Qualität verstärkt.

Abstract:

In 2004&minus;2006 an influence of various plantation row spacings on yield and quality of hops was observed in field trials. A hybrid variety Agnus was selected for this purpose. The common space between the rows remained (300 cm). The tested distances of individual hop plants within each row amounted to 114 and 133 cm. We compared the standard kind of four trained bines from each hill with a new one (five bines per hill). The yield of hops was the highest if row spacing 300 &times; 114 cm was used (2.80 tons of dry hops per hectare). If spacing 300 &times; 133 cm was tested, the yield amounted to 2.69 t/ha. The lowest yield of hops was obtained when the common row spacing 300 &times; 100 cm was used (2.58 t/ha). Yield increase in the plots with new spacing was at the limit of significance. Weather was the main factor influencing hop crop in 2006. Statistically significant differences in the yield of hop cones were proved in the year with very good growing conditions (2005) as well as in the year with relatively bad weather conditions (2006). If average conditions prevailed (2004) no significant differences between experimental and control plots were observed. Alpha acid contents were the highest (12.45%) in the perspective row spacing (300 &times; 114 cm); a slight decrease was found when the spacing of 300 &times; 133 cm was used (11.92%). In the case of the control variant with the common row spacing 300 &times; 100 cm, alpha acid contents amounted to 12.29%.

Abstract:

The study aimed to find out the relationship between the application of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and the accounting information quality (AIQ) in Jordan. The research data was collected from 59 industrial companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) between 2010 and 2018. Panel data was used to measure an independent variable (the application of IFRS), and a questionnaire (a 5-point Likert scale) was applied to measure a dependent variable (AIQ). Multiple regression was used to test hypotheses. The study concluded that the application of IFRS in terms of earnings management and trading volume had a positive relationship with AIQ. Finally, the study recommended validating the transparency of financial reporting to improve the efficiency of the Jordanian financial market.

ZusammenfassungMit zunehmender Digitalisierung extendieren insbesondere die qualitativen und quantitativen Kriterien der polizeilichen Arbeit. Mathematische Algorithmen, wie Predictive Policing, halten immer mehr Einzug. Retrospektiv werden dabei eine effektivere und effizientere Ausdifferenzierung der Risikogebiete realisiert. Bei der prädiktiven Prognose werden mittels mathematischer Algorithmen Wahrscheinlichkeiten zur Ausweisung relevanter Risikogebiete bestimmt, die in Deutschland überwiegend raumbezogene, aber auch personenbezogene Verfahren implizieren. Im Rahmen einer Diskussion, z. T. am Beispiel des Phänomens Wohnungseinbruchdiebstähle, nähern wir uns inhaltlich dem Themenkomplex. Die Effizienz der fallspezifischen Datenanalyse implementiert die Registrierung immenser Datenmengen, die insbesondere durch die Qualität aber auch Quantität der relevanten Informationen eminent geprägt wird.

Abstract:

The development of information technology in accounting has assisted on accountability and transparency of projects funds through the use of accounting information system for projects in producing quality reports. Top management support and individual factor are considered to have a high impact on accounting information system implementation. The study examined the effect of top management support and individual factors on the implementation of accounting information system and its impact on accounting information quality for projects in Tanzania. The study was carried out on nongovernmental organizations operated in Tanzania in different sectors. A questionnaire used to collect information from users of accounting information and accounting information system in different nongovernmental organizations projects in Tanzania. The results indicate that top management support and individual factors significantly influence accounting information system. Furthermore, it was found that the accounting information quality is influenced considerably by accounting information system.

In Fabrikplanungsprojekten werden Informationen zu Produkten, Prozessen sowie Restriktionen weitestgehend unabhängig voneinander aufgenommen. Dadurch entstehen Redundanzen und wichtige Korrelationen bleiben teilweise unerkannt. Die Qualität der Ergebnisse hängt somit vom Fachwissen des Fabrikplaners ab. Der Fachbeitrag stellt das Konzept für eine Prozessmodellierungssprache vor. Diese Sprache strukturiert ganzheitlich die Informationsbeschaffung und -darstellung im Rahmen von Fabrikplanungsprojekten. &nbsp; In factory planning projects information of products, processes and restrictions are aggregated independently. Thus, redundancy occurs and important correlations remain undetected. The quality of results relies upon the factory planner’s expertise. Within this article, a process modelling language for a structured information acquisition and presentation in the context of factory planning projects is presented.

Esso si pone l'obiettivo di cogliere la qualità e la complessità dei percorsi di cura dei pazienti psichiatrici tenendo conto dell'articolazione delle strutture psichiatriche della Regione del Progetto obiettivo Tutela della Salute Mentale 1994-1996 e degli Indicatori di efficienza e qualita del SSN. richiesti dal Ministero della Sanità. Metodo — Formazione di un gruppo di lavoro su iniziativa della Regione, per la costruzione degli indicatori con definizione del significato, della formula, della soglia di attenzione, della finalita, del livello di utilizzazione, della fonte dei dati e della frequenza di rilevazione congruente con i sistemi informativi regionali.Risultati — Vengono presentati 105 indicatori suddivisi in base alia struttura psichiatrica a cui fanno riferimento (centri di salute mentale, reparti per acuti, strutture semiresidenziali, strutture residenziali, strutture ex-manicomiali, dipartimento di salute mentale) ed in base al codice in tre elenchi: 1) d'informazione generale (30), comprendente i 12 indicatori richiesti dal Ministero della Sanità; 2) di approfondimento; 3) di esito. Conclusioni — Il sistema di indicatori, pur nato per un uso locale, si fonda su obiettivi definiti dal Progetto Obiettivo ministeriale, per cui può rivestire un interesse anche per altre realtà regionali italiane. La costruzione modulare permette un'applicazione flessibile e un adattamento a sistemi informativi meno complessi. Una parte del sistema è stata inserita dal 1997 nel flusso informativo di routine tra le ASL e la Regione Emilia Romagna.

ZusammenfassungIn den letzten Jahren hat eine neue Art von Social Media an Popularität gewonnen, nämlich die Social Live-Streaming Services (SLSSs). Ein besonders bei Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen beliebter SLSS ist YouNow, der auch im Fokus unserer Fallstudie steht. SLSSs ermöglichen dem Nutzer in Echtzeit zu streamen, mit den Zuschauern zu interagieren und von diesen auf verschiedene Weisen belohnt zu werden. In dieser Studie wurde das Informationsverhalten der Nutzer von SLSSs unter Anwendung sowohl der Lasswell Formel als auch des Nutzen- und Belohnungsansatzes (Uses and Gratification Theory) analysiert. Dabei werden fünf Forschungsfragen beantwortet: Aus welchen Motiven verwenden die Zuschauer und Streamer YouNow? Welches Informationsproduktionsverhalten zeigen die Nutzer? Welche Rechtsverstöße lassen sich während des Streamings beobachten? Welches Multi-Channel-Verhalten weisen Nutzer von YouNow auf? Und, wie bewerten sie die Qualität von YouNow? Um Antworten auf diese Fragen zu erhalten, wurde zum einen eine Online Umfrage (N = 123) durchgeführt und zum anderen Echtzeitübertragungen systematisch beobachtet (N = 2.021).

Zusammenfassung. In Organisationen ermöglicht der Einsatz einer geteilten Datenbank den kollaborativen Aufbau eines Informationspools. Die Entscheidung des Einzelnen, eigenes Wissen in eine Datenbank einzugeben, stellt ein öffentliches-Gut-Dilemma dar. Jede Person spart Zeit und Kosten, wenn sie keine Information in die Datenbank eingibt, wenn aber alle Personen so verfahren, bleibt die Datenbank leer und für alle nutzlos. Dieses Dilemma wird durch die hohe Anonymität der Datenbanksituation verstärkt, in der Personen über nur wenig prospektives Metawissen (Wissen über die Wichtigkeit ihrer Information für andere) und retrospektives Metawissen (Wissen über das Verhalten der anderen Gruppenmitglieder) verfügen. In zwei Experimenten wird der Einfluss dieser beiden Faktoren untersucht. Es zeigt sich, dass prospektives Metawissen die Qualität der Datenbankinhalte beeinflusst, während retrospektives Metawissen Auswirkungen auf die Quantität der Inhalte hat.

ZusammenfassungEine Radioligandentherapie (RLT) mit Lutetium-177 markierten Inhibitoren des Prostataspezifischen Membranantigens (177Lu-PSMA) erfolgt bei Patienten mit metastasiertem kastrationsrefraktären Prostatakarzinom (mCRPC) und fehlender Therapiealternative. Die RLT wird an deutschen Universitätsklinika seit 2013 im Rahmen der Ausübung der ärztlichen Heilkunde angeboten. Diese Konsensusempfehlung gibt Orientierung für die Durchführung einer RLT mit 177Lu-PSMA-617. Sie wurde im Rahmen einer Expertenrunde der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Nuklearmedizin (DGN) im Dezember 2015 erarbeitet und enthält Empfehlungen zu Indikationsstellung, Voruntersuchung, Therapieablauf, Begleittherapie, Dosimetrie und Nachsorge. Die Konsensusempfehlung dient der Information des beteiligten medizinischen Personals und zielt auf eine Harmonisierung der Therapieabläufe sowie eine Verbesserung der Qualität der medizinischen Versorgung des einzelnen Patienten.

Zusammenfassung Knapp jeden zehnten Euro verdienen Unternehmensberater in Deutschland durch Projektarbeit im Öffentlichen Sektor. 2018 waren dies rd. 3,4 Mrd. €. Der Beratungsmarkt hat hohe Zuwachsraten. In welchem Umfang die einzelnen Bundesressorts und Körperschaften zu diesem Gesamtaufwand beitragen, ist sowohl qualitativ wie quantitativ nicht eindeutig, sondern mit Unsicherheiten behaftet. Der Beitrag fordert mehr Transparenz in der externen Beratung und skizziert Lösungsansätze im System der Haushaltssystematik. Es sollen klare Grundlagen für die parlamentarische Meinungsbildung bestehen. Parlament und Öffentlichkeit müssen abwägen können, ob der erzielbare Mehrwert aus der wachsenden Inanspruchnahme externer Berater dem wachsenden Ausgabevolumen entspricht. Abstract: Higher Transparency in External Consulting – Solutions for the System of Budgetary Classification Management consultants in Germany earn nearly every tenth euros. through project work in the public sector, 2018 approximately € 3.4 billion. The consulting market has high growth rates. To what extent, the individual federal departments contribute to this overall effort, is both qualitative as quantitatively not unique, but subject to uncertainty. The paper calls for more transparency in the external consultancy and outlined possible solutions in the system of budgetary classification. Clear basis for parliamentary decision-making should exist. Parliament and the public have to be able to weigh whether the recoverable value from the growing recourse to external consultants corresponds to an increasing government expenditure.

DeLone and McLean (1992) model of information systems success has received much attention amongst researchers. This study aimed to respecify and validate the DeLone and McLean model (2003) by proposing a social exchange theory for underlying changes in the direction of perceived quality and adding perceived value variables suggested by Wang (2008). The purpose of this study was to obtain a better understanding of information system of the user perception when using organization’s information systems. Therefore, a model for testing the information systems success was formed.The primary data used in this study were collected from 102 respondents who apply accounting software in their companies (end-user computing). Companies that were used as samples in this study were the ones that created or developed accounting software by themselves. 27 questionnaires were obtained by mail survey accompanied with a contact-person approach.All of the hypotheses tested were found to be significantly supported. The model provided strong support for the relationships between perceived quality, perceived value, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Information and system quality has been shown as a proxy that affects service quality. Information quality, system quality, and service quality cause the formation of perceived value and, then, this perceived value will affect user satisfaction and net benefits. The characteristics of information systems are an important aspect that researchers should concern when testing the information systems success.

Zusammenfassung: In der Persuasionsforschung beinhaltet die Standard-Methode zur Untersuchung kognitiven Aufwands bei der Verarbeitung persuasiver Botschaften die Variation der Überzeugungskraft der Botschaftsargumente zwischen Versuchspersonen. Wenn Rezipienten diese Botschaften ausführlich verarbeiten, führen Botschaften mit starken Argumenten zu positiveren Einstellungen als Botschaften mit schwachen Argumenten. Die Standard-Methode birgt allerdings einige Nachteile: Die Qualität der Botschaft kann unerwünschterweise die Evaluation der Persuasionsquelle beeinflussen, Botschaften mit eindeutig schwachen oder starken Argumenten unterdrücken den Einfluss persuasiver Information, die nicht Teil der Botschaft ist, und sie eignen sich nicht zum Nachweis verzerrter Informationsverarbeitung. Die “Mixed-Message-Methode” überwindet diese Schwächen. Sie beinhaltet die Variation der Überzeugungskraft der Argumente zu einzelnen Aspekten innerhalb einer Botschaft. Die Differenzierung zwischen spezifisch auf unterschiedliche Aspekte bezogenen Einstellungsskalen kann als Maß für den kognitiven Aufwand bei der Verarbeitung persuasiver Botschaften dienen.

ZusammenfassungZur Klärung der Frage, wie die gesamte im Regelfall vorhandene Information optimal genutzt werden kann, wurde die MAG3-Clearance nach verschiedenen Methoden bestimmt: zum ersten als Referenz in optimierter Ganzkörpertechnik, weiter zum Vergleich mittels Kamera-Untergrundkurve und eigens dafür entwickeltem Auswerteverfahren, außerdem nach dem Kompartimentprinzip (Sapirstein), dabei auch simultan mit der Hippuranclearance. Schließlich kamen noch zwei vereinfachte Methoden zur Anwendung, eine »unblutige« und eine Single-Sample-Methode. Das keine besonderen Anforderungen stellende Kameraverfahren erwies sich dabei den aufwendigeren Methoden gegenüber als nahezu gleichwertig, den unnötig stark vereinfachten Verfahren gegenüber aber als qualitativ überlegen.

Zusammenfassung: Beispielbasierte Lernumgebungen haben sich bereits in vielen Inhaltsbereichen bewährt. Da Beispiele bequeme Handlungsanweisungen darstellen, laden sie jedoch viele Versuchspersonen dazu ein, die präsentierte Information passiv und oberflächlich zu verarbeiten, was sich in der Regel negativ auf den Lernerfolg auswirkt. Um diesen unerwünschten Nebeneffekt zu vermeiden bzw. das Lernverhalten und den Lernerfolg positiv zu beeinflussen, wurden in einer experimentellen Studie Lösungsbeispiele mit Problemlöseaufgaben kombiniert. Die Effekte dieser instruktionalen Maßnahme wurden im Gebiet des kaufmännischen Rechnens untersucht. Fünfzehn Auszubildende einer Bank wurden mit der kombinierten Lernbedingung konfrontiert, 15 andere hatten nur Lösungsbeispiele zur Verfügung. Durch die kombinierte Lernmethode wurde sowohl die quantitative Elaborationsaktivität als auch die Qualität der Elaborationen gesteigert. Versuchspersonen mit der kombinierten Lernbedingung erzielten zudem signifikant und substantiell höhere Transferleistungen.-Es wird daher empfohlen, einen Instruktionsansatz zu verwenden, in dem problemlösebasiertes und beispielbasiertes Lernen integriert sind.
