Abstract:
One of new techniques in the field of analytical chemistry, which has more and more practical use, is mass spectrometry imaging. With its ability to record representation of substances in samples during the tissue analyze arise problem with a lot of output data which needs to be handled programmatically. The goal of this work is to create an software for processing and visualization data of new standard imzML. As a part of the work, the field of mass spectrometry, primarily MALDI TOF mass spectrometry, is briefly introduced. There are also introduced some methods for mass spectrometry data preprocessing. The work also contains a summary of current state of available software for processing and visualization of mass spectrometry data. With requests from cooperating laboratory a novel software is designed and implemented, which besides the visualization itself, can preprocess the data for example data smoothing with Savitzky-Golay method, internal calibration or peak detection with continuous wavelet transformation. The software was successfully tested on real data sets.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a system for measuring infrared spectra from local areas of samples. The theoretical part describes the electromagnetic waves and related phenomena. Furthermore, the semiconductor junction and solar cells are discussed. The following is a basic description of line spectrometers. In the practical part, a suitable arrangement of the whole system, collimator design, and especially the core of the whole work, ie control software and signal processing, are proposed.

Abstract:
Die vorliegende Dissertationsschrift befasst sich mit der Darstellung, Charakterisierung sowie der Aufklärung des elektro- und spektroelektrochemischen Verhaltens metallocenyl-funktionalisierter Fünfring-Heterocyclen. Der Schwerpunkt lag dabei in den Messungen und der Analyse des Elektronentransfers zwischen den redoxaktiven Ferrocenylendgruppen über die heterocyclische Kerneinheit. Hierfür wurde zunächst eine Serie an Diferrocenyl-Thiadiazolen hergestellt und der Einfluss unterschiedlicher intermetallischer Abstände auf den Elektronentransfer untersucht (Kapitel 2.1). Im Weiteren wurden verschiedene Serien an 2,5-Diferrocenyl- und 2,3,4,5-Tetraferrocenyl-Heterocyclen hergestellt und bezüglich ihres Elektronentransferverhaltens studiert. Es zeigte sich, dass die elektronischen Eigenschaften der heterocyclischen Verbrückungseinheit einen großen Einfluss auf die Kommunikation zwischen den Ferrocenylendgruppen haben. Die geometrische Ähnlichkeit der Moleküle untereinander ermöglicht erstmals eine direkte Korrelation der elektrochemischen (ΔE°′) mit den spektroelektrochemischen (Oszillatorstärke der IVCT-Bande) Messungen. Aus diesem Zusammenhang konnte ein neues Verfahren zur Berechnung der effektiven Ladungstransferabstände entwickelt werden. (Kapitel 2.2 und 2.3) Ferrocenylsubstituierte Maleinsäureimide konnten synthetisiert und wie in Kapitel 2.4 gezeigt, hinsichtlich der intermetallischen Kommunikation entlang der C,C-Doppelbindung untersucht werden. Des Weiteren wurde das elektrochemische Verhalten ferrocenylsubstituierter drei- und fünfgliedriger Titanacyclen untersucht. Dabei zeigten sich strukturelle Neuorientierungen während des Oxidationsvorganges (Kapitel 2.5).

Abstract:
This thesis deals with the dark-field imaging and the optical spectroscopy of optically trapped plasmonic nanoparticles. The optical trapping and the characterization of a single particle or multiple nanoparticles as well are demonstrated. The number of the optically trapped particles can be estimated from the dark-field scattering intensity. Experiments show the presence of the interparticle coupling among trapped metallic nanoparticles which has not been observed in case of dielectric particles. The scattering spectra of the plasmonic nanoparticles were compared with theoretical models based on the Mie theory and the Discrete dipole approximation.

Tässä tutkielmassa käydään läpi Fourier-sarjaa ja jaksollisen signaalin muuttamista spektrin muotoon sen avulla. Fourier-sarja on matemaattinen menetelmä, jolla signaali voidaan esittää sinimuotoisten komponenttien summana. Spektrissä signaali on taajuustasossa. Jaksollisella signaalilla ja sen spektrin analysoinnilla on useita käyttötarkoituksia ja käytännön sovelluksia. Fourier-sarjan avulla signaalin muuttamista spektrimuotoon voidaan käyttää hyväksi esimerkiksi valoa tai ääntä analysoitaessa.

Abstract:
Darbe atlikta teorinė vaikų, pasižyminčių autizmo spektro sutrikimais, pažinimo ir individualaus ugdymo galimybių analizė. Iškelta hipotezė, tikėtina, kad tėvai ir pedagogai vaikams, pasižymintiems autizmo spektro sutrikimais, labiausiai vertina individualų ugdymą. Anketinės apklausos metodu atliktas tyrimas, kuriuo siekama išsiaiškinti vaikų, pasižyminčių autizmo spektro sutrikimais, individualaus ugdymo poreikį bei patikrinti bendrųjų mokyklų mokytojų ir įvairių sričių specialistų (pediatrų, neurologų, psichologų, psichiatrų) žinias apie autistiškus vaikus. Atlikta statistinė duomenų analizė. Tyrime dalyvavo 107 specialieji pedagogai – logopedai, 42 tėvai, 4 bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų pradinių klasių mokytojų, 15 mokytojų dalykininkų, 5 pediatrai, 0 neurologų, 13 psichologų, 18 kitų specialistų. Empirinėje dalyje nagrinėjami tėvų ir pedagogų dažniausiai pasirenkami ir specialistų rekomenduojami vaikų, pasižyminčių autizmo spektro sutrikimais, ugdymo metodai bei priimtiniausios ugdymo formos. Svarbiausios empirinio tyrimo išvados:  Pediatrams labai trūksta žinių tiek apie autizmą, tiek apie ugdymo metodus, taikomus vaikams, pasižymintiems autizmo spektro sutrikimais, ugdyti, o jie pirmieji turėtų pastebėti autizmo bruožus.  Dauguma pedagogų vaikams, pasižymintiems autizmo spektro sutrikimais, ugdyti rašo individualias programas, bet dirba su jais bendrai klasėje.  Tiek tėvai, tiek pedagogai pageidautų, jog vaikai, pasižymintys autizmo spektro sutrikimais, būtų ugdomi... Hypothesis, that parents and teachers of children with all autism spectrum disorders, the most appreciated by the individual education. The questionnaire survey method, which wants to find out about children with all autism spectrum disorders the individual educational needs, check the general education teachers and various professionals (pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists) knowledge about autistic children. Carried out in statistical data analysis. The study included 107 special educators - speech therapists, 42 parents, 4 secondary schools, primary school teachers, 15 general education teachers, 5 pediatricians, 0 neurologists, 13 psychologists and 18 other professionals. The empirical paragraph dealt with the parents and educators are selected and recommended by specialists for children with all autistic spectrum disorders, education methods, preferred forms of education. Darbo pavadinimas: „Kraujo plazmos elektrolitų spektro pokyčiai vartojant mineralinį vandenį“. Darbo tikslas buvo įvertinti kraujo plazmos elektrolitų koncentracijos pokyčius vartojant Lietuvoje išgaunamą natūralų mineralinį vandenį „Tichė“. Darbui atlikti buvo suformuluotas užvadinys: Įvertinti kraujo plazmos elektrolitų (Na+, K+, Cl-, Ca2+ (bendro ir jonizuoto), bei Mg2+) koncentracijų pokyčius vartojant mineralinį vandenį „Tichė“. Kraujo elektrolitų tyrimai buvo atlikti Vilniaus universiteto ligoninės Santariškių klinikų Laboratorinės diagnostikos centro biochemijos laboratorijoje. Per šį laikotarpį buvo ištirta 30 atsitiktinai atrinktų 19-20 metų amžiaus asmenų. Tyrimo metu tie patys tiriamieji vartojo mineralinį ir natūralų šaltinio vandenį. Tyrimas buvo suskirstytas į 4 etapus. Jiems 4 kartus buvo imamas veninis kraujas: pirmą kartą - prieš eksperimentą, antrą kartą – po dvidešimties dienų mineralinio vandens vartojimo, trečią kartą – po dviejų savaičių pertraukos, ketvirtą kartą – po dvidešimties dienų šaltinio vandens vartojimo. Atlikus eksperimentą ir apskaičiavus gautus rezultatus gavome tokias išvadas: Natrio jonų koncentracija kraujo plazmoje vartojant mineralinį nepakito. Chloridų jonų koncentracija kraujo plazmoje vartojant mineralinį vandenį statistiškai reikšmingai sumažėjo. Visų tiriamųjų natrio ir chloridų koncentracija neviršijo rekomenduojamų normos ribų. The aim of the study was to assess the plasma concentration of electrolyte changes, which are using natural mineral water „Tichy“ extracted in Lithuania. The goal of the work: To evaluate the plasma electrolytes (Na+, K+, Cl-, Ca2+ (general and ionized), and Mg2 +) concentration changes in the use of mineral water „Tichy“. Blood electrolyte tests were carried out at Vilnius University Hospital Santariškių Clinics. Centre of Laboratory Diagnostics, Laboratory of Biochemistry. During this period, 30 randomly selected individuals of the age of 19-20 years were examined. The study used the mineral water, and the natural spring water. The study was divided into four stages. Venous blood of the investigated study participants was charged four times: the first time - before the experiment, the second time - after twenty days of consumption of mineral water, the third time - after a two-week break, the fourth time - after twenty days of spring water consumption. After the experiment and calculation of the results the following conclusions were obtained: Consumption of mineral water had no influence on the concentration of sodium ions in blood plasma. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the definition of solar lights for solar purposes and solar simulators. These concepts are presented and described in detail. The theoretical part is described below chapter explaining the possibilities of using solar energy phototherapy. The next section follows the issue of standards and their podnorem AM, describes in detail the direct and diffuse light component. In connection continues with IEC 60904, IEC 60904-3 and IEC 60904-9, differences in purpose and use. The thesis describes the problems of the methods of analysis of the solar spectrum as defined in IEC 60904-9. In the penultimate chapter we discuss all light sources, their properties and uses. They navyzují selected light sources used in this work, as well as descriptions and color filters designed for measurement and subsequent evaluation in the practical part. The last chapter analyzes used measuring instruments, their advantages and disadvantages. In the practical part, we describe a method for measuring real-world light spectra, determining compliance with these spectra spectra AM 1.5 and the necessity to generate data from IEC 60904-3. Another part allows measured data to see in an understandable form and must include an assessment and assignment of the data set into classes according to AM 1.5.

Senkantys tradicinio kuro ištekliai, visuotinis klimato šiltėjimas, aplinkos užterštumas radionuklidais, atmosferos užteršimas SOX, NOx bei kitomis kenksmingomis medžiagomis. Tai tik dalis neigiamų tradicinės energetikos pasekmių. Noras turėti pakankamai energijos išteklių tuo nekenkiant aplinkai skatina valdžios institucijas, mokslo bendruomenę ir visuomenę imtis veiksmų, kad būtų sukurtos technologijos, kurios nepriešintų šių dviejų, vienodai svarbių poreikių. Vėjo energetika – vienas iš būdų, kurio pagalba galima tenkinti energetinius poreikius nedarant aplinkai reikšmingo neigiamo poveikio. Tačiau vėjo energetika – nauja energetikos rūšis, susilaukianti daug kritikos. Todėl labai svarbu nustatyti v��jo energetikos keliamus neigiamus poveikius aplinkai bei žmogui. Šio tyrimo tikslas išsiaiškinti kaip slopinamas triukšmo lygis tolstant nuo vėjo jėgainės. Tai pat svarbu buvo nustatyti kokio dažnio garso bangas skleidžia skirtingos vėjo jėgainės. Siekiant šio tikslo reikėjo atlikti lauko matavimus vėjo jėgainių aplinkoje. Rezultatai parodė kad higienos normose nustatyto maksimalaus leistino triukšmo ekvivalentinio lygio (55 dBA) nakties valandoms (22-6 h) nebuvo nustatyta netgi tyrimus atliekant dienos metu, kai vėjo greitis siekė 8m/s. Nustatyta, kad esant 7m/s vėjo greičiui vėjo jėgainė Vestas V100 skleidė 315Hz – 630Hz dažnio garso bangas. It’s just a little piece of negative effect of traditional energy production. Aim to have enough energy without harming the environment encourage government institutions, scientists and public take action to design technology that could supply humankind with energy without polluting the environment as today’s energy production does. Wind energy – one of the ways we can satisfy energy needs without significant side effect for environment and human. Wind energy is still a new kind of energy production witch receive much critics from skeptics. That’s why it is so important to estimate the side effects for environment and human. Aim of this study is to estimate attenuation of sound. Also it was important to compare the frequency range witch different wind turbine emits. Field study was carried out to measure the sound pressure levels in the near distances from the wind turbines. Results show that threshold for noise limit for a night period wasn’t breached even then the measurements were taken in daytime, with 8 m/s wind speed. It was estimated that in 7 m/s wind speed wind turbine Vestas V100 emitted 315Hz – 630Hz frequency sound. In the wind speed of 8 m/s wind turbine Enercon E40 emitted 250Hz - 2000Hz frequency sound. Šiame darbe pristatomi nauji rezultatai, gauti tiriant diskretųjį Šturmo ir Liuvilio uždavinį su viena klasikine o kita nelokaliąja integraline kraštine sąlyga. Pirmoje dalyje pristatomas diferencialinis Šturmo ir Liuvilio uždavinys su nelokaliąja integraline kraštine sąlyga. Šio uždavinio kompleksinė spektro dalis buvo ištirta bakalauro darbe. Antroje darbo dalyje diferencialinis uždavinys suvedamas į antros eilės baigtinių skirtumų schemą, kai nelokalioji integralinė sąlyga aproksimuojama pagal trapecijų arba Simpsono formulę. Ištirta skirtuminių operatorių su nelokaliosiomis kraštinėmis sąlygomis spektro struktūra, tikrinių reikšmių priklausomybė nuo parametrų γ ir ξ esančių nelokaliosiose sąlygose, reikšmių ir pasirinkto tinklo taškų skaičiaus n. Rezultatai pateikiami charakteristinių funkcijų grafikais ir jų projekcijomis.<br>In this paper we present a new result of the investigation discrete Sturm--Liuoville problem with one classical and the other nonlocal integral boundary condition. The first part of paper presents differential Sturm Liuoville problem with integral boundary condition. Complex part of spectrum for Sturm Liuoville problem with integral boundary condition was investigated in Bachelor Thesis. The second part of paper present result of investigation second-order finite difference scheme, when the integral conditions condition is approximated by the Trapezoid or Simpson's rules. There are investigated the spectrum of the finite-difference schemes and it dependence on the parameters γ and ξ from nonlocal boundary condition n,where n number of grid points. Simulation results are presented as graphs and projections of characteristic functions.

Abstract:
This master’s thesis deals with properties of a solar radiation, measurement of a solar spectrum and standard IEC 60904-9, which defines the requirements for a solar simulator. Solar simulators are classified as A, B or C for each of the three categories based on criteria of spectral distribution match, irradiance non-uniformity on the test plane and temporal instability. The goal of this thesis was creation software for automatic evaluation of a solar spectrum. Software was created in Matlab application and its function is to determine class of solar spectral match with spectrum AM1.5. The last part contains a measurement of various solar sources and using the created software was determined its spectral match with spectrum AM1.5.

Abstract:
Darbe analizuojama diskrečioji Le Gall transformacija (DLGT) yra viena iš bangelių transformacijų, kurios naudojamos skaitmeninių vaizdų glaudinime. Vaizdų glaudinimas ypač svarbus, kai kalbama apie vaizdų siuntimą mažo pralaidumo kompiuteriniu kanalu. Šiai problemai spręsti pasitelkiama diskrečioji Le Gall transformacija, bei didelis dėmesys darbe skirtas vaizdo fragmento DLGT spektrui. Šio spektro radimui sukurtas ir realizuotas naujas algoritmas − greitoji procedūra. Palyginamosios analizės metu įrodyta, kad sukurta greitoji procedūra randa vaizdo fragmento DLGT spektrą daugiau nei 50 kartų greičiau nei tiesiogiai taikant DLGT vaizdo fragmentui. Darbo pradžioje aptariamos pagrindinės bangelių ir jų transformacijų savybės. Šių savybių svarba iliustruojama pateiktais pavyzdžiais ir sąsajomis su taikymu praktikoje. Viena iš svarbesnių aptariamų savybių būtų transformacijos lokalizavimas erdvėje. Nors DLGT pilnai netenkina šios savybės, tačiau darbe apžvelgtas dekoreliacijos metodas leidžia išspręsti šią problemą. Be to, pateikiami išsamūs DLGT algoritmai vienmačiams ir dvimačiams vaizdams. Šių algoritmų dėka buvo sukurta programinė įranga, padedanti analizuoti DLGT. Galiausiai darbo pabaigoje pateikiama sukurtos programinės įrangos instrukcija.<br>In this paper the main attention is dedicated to discrete Le Gall transformation (DLGT), the family of discrete wavelets transformations, which usage in the image compression is quite popular. Image compression is very important when it comes to low bandwidth network and computer channels. To deal with this problem the discrete Le Gall wavelets are brought up and focused on the image fragment DLGT spectrum. For calculation of this spectrum the new fast procedure is suggested and realized. In comparative analysis the fast procedure is proved to work more than 50 times faster than applying DLGT direct to image fragment. In the beginning of this paper the main concepts of wavelets and their transformations are analyzed. An importance of these properties is illustrated by examples and applications in practice. One of the most important properties is localization in space. Even though DLGT does not fully meet this property decorrelation technique, introduced in paper, benefits in solving localization problem. Moreover, DLGT algorithms are proposed for one-dimensional and 2-dimensional images. According to these algorithms the new program was created, which is dedicated for image analysis. Finally, in the end of paper the instructions of program are presented.

Joje naudojami parametriniai šviesos generatoriai bei harmonikų generatoriai, kaupinami nanosekundinės trukmės impulsais, ir apibendrinami sklaidos tyrimai, atlikti įvairių tipų optinėse dangose ir netiesiniuose optiniuose kristaluose, naudojant derinamojo bangos ilgio lazerinius impulsus. Pirmą kartą buvo ištirti naujų netiesinėje optikoje perspektyvių LiInS2 ir LiInSe2 kristalų sklaidos nuostoliai infraraudonojoje srityje. Taip pat parodyta, kad koherentinės sklaidos tomografijos metodas, anksčiau taikytas puslaidininkinių kristalų tūriniams defektams tirti, yra tinkamas ir netiesinėje optikoje naudojamų kristalų kokybės tyrimams.<br>This work describes the system for the light scattering measurements in a wide spectral range, which uses the light parametric oscillators and harmonic generators pumped with a nanosecond pulses and summarizes the research in various types of coatings on optical components and inside nonlinear optical crystals. The total scattering losses for the first time were characterized in the infrared region for a new promising in nonlinear optics LiInS2 and LiInSe2 crystals. It was shown that the laser scattering tomography, previously used for investigation of volume defects in semiconductor crystals, can be applied in the nonlinear optical quality control.

Die Arbeit beschreibt die Analyse von Beobachtungen zweier Sonnenflecken in zweidimensionaler Spektro-Polarimetrie. Die Daten wurden mit dem Fabry-Pérot-Interferometer der Universität Göttingen am Vakuum-Turm-Teleskop auf Teneriffa erfasst. Von der aktiven Region NOAA 9516 wurde der volle Stokes-Vektor des polarisierten Lichts in der Absorptionslinie bei 630,249 nm in Einzelaufnahmen beobachtet, und von der aktiven Region NOAA 9036 wurde bei 617,3 nm Wellenlänge eine 90-minütige Zeitserie des zirkular polarisierten Lichts aufgezeichnet. Aus den reduzierten Daten werden Ergebniswerte für Intensität, Geschwindigkeit in Beobachtungsrichtung, magnetische Feldstärke sowie verschiedene weitere Plasmaparameter abgeleitet. Mehrere Ansätze zur Inversion solarer Modellatmosphären werden angewendet und verglichen. Die teilweise erheblichen Fehlereinflüsse werden ausführlich diskutiert. Das Frequenzverhalten der Ergebnisse und Abhängigkeiten nach Ort und Zeit werden mit Hilfe der Fourier- und Wavelet-Transformation weiter analysiert. Als Resultat lässt sich die Existenz eines hochfrequenten Bandes für Geschwindigkeitsoszillationen mit einer zentralen Frequenz von 75 Sekunden (13 mHz) bestätigen. In größeren photosphärischen Höhen von etwa 500 km entstammt die Mehrheit der damit zusammenhängenden Schockwellen den dunklen Anteilen der Granulen, im Unterschied zu anderen Frequenzbereichen. Die 75-Sekunden-Oszillationen werden ebenfalls in der aktiven Region beobachtet, vor allem in der Lichtbrücke. In den identifizierten Bändern oszillatorischer Power der Geschwindigkeit sind in einer dunklen, penumbralen Struktur sowie in der Lichtbrücke ausgeprägte Strukturen erkennbar, die sich mit einer Horizontalgeschwindigkeit von 5-8 km/s in die ruhige Sonne bewegen. Diese zeigen einen deutlichen Anstieg der Power, vor allem im 5-Minuten-Band, und stehen möglicherweise in Zusammenhang mit dem Phänomen der „Evershed-clouds“. Eingeschränkt durch ein sehr geringes Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis und hohe Fehlereinflüsse werden auch Magnetfeldvariationen mit einer Periode von sechs Minuten am Übergang von Umbra zu Penumbra in der Nähe einer Lichtbrücke beobachtet. Um die beschriebenen Resultate zu erzielen, wurden bestehende Visualisierungsverfahren der Frequenzanalyse verbessert oder neu entwickelt, insbesondere für Ergebnisse der Wavelet-Transformation.<br>The publication describes the analysis of two sunspot observations in two-dimensional spectropolarimetry. The data was obtained with the Fabry-Pérot-interferometer of Göttingen University at the German Vacuum Tower Telescope on Tenerife. Of the active region NOAA 9516 the full Stokes vector of polarised light was observed in the absorption line at 630.249 nm in single scans. A ninety minute time series of circular polarised light of the active region NOAA 9036 was observed at 617.3 nm wavelength. From the reduced data results for intensity, line-of-sight velocity, magnetic field strength as well as several other plasma parameters are inferred. Different approaches to solar atmosphere model inversion are applied and compared. The significant influence of errors is discussed in detail. The frequency behaviour of the results and spatial and temporal dependencies are further analysed by Fourier and wavelet transformation. As a result the existence of a high frequency band of velocity oscillations with a central frequency of about 75-seconds (13 mHz) can be confirmed. In greater heights of about 500 km the majority of the corresponding shock waves are derived from darker parts of the granules in contrast to the dominant five-minute-oscillations. 75-second-oscillations can also be observed in the active region, especially in the light bridge. In the identified bands of oscillatory velocity power, distinct structures become visible in a penumbral dark structure as well as in the light bridge that move into the quiet sun with a horizontal speed of 5-8 km/s. They show an increase in power, mostly 5-minute-band, and may be related to the Evershed cloud phenomenon. Under the constraint of a very low signal-to-noise ratio and high error influence, magnetic field variations of a 6-minute period are also observed in an umbral-penumbral transition area close to a light bridge. To derive these results, existing visualisation methods for frequency analysis where improved or newly developed, especially so for wavelet transform results.

Darbą sudaro septynios teorinės, bei dvi eksperimentinės dalys. Teorinėje darbo dalyje apžvelgiama kietųjų kūnų klasifikacija, medžiagų ir kvarco struktūra, kristalų defektai, struktūros tyrimo metodai, Brego dėsnio ir rentgeno spinduliuotės panaudojimas defektų tyrimui, bei išanalizuotas rentgeno struktūrinės analizės metodas. Eksperimentinėje dalyje paaiškinamas rentgeno spinduliuotės difrakcinio spektro smailės intensyvumo ir gardelės periodiškumo sutrikimo ryšys, taip pat pateikiami, difrakcinio spektro smailės intensyvumo priklausomybės nuo rentgeno spinduliuotės generuotų taškinių defektų kvarco gardelėje švitinimo eigoje, tyrimų rezultatai ir analizė. Tyrimų metu buvo gauta kad: 1. Švitinimo eigoje keičiasi kvarco difrakcinio spektro smailės intensyvumas. Kylant temperatūrai šis intensyvumo pokytis mažėja. 2. Keičiantis intensyvumui keičiasi ir difrakcinio spektro maksimumą atitinkantis kampas , o kartu ir atitinkamai - tarpplokštuminis atstumas d. 3. Kvarco gardelės vidutinių kvadratinių nuokrypų pokytis švitinimo eigoje priešingas intensyvumo kitimo eigai. 4. Taškinių defektų koncentracija kvarco kristale didėja, kai intensyvumas mažėja arba atvirkščiai. Tačiau jų pokytis, kaip ir gardelės vidutinių kvadratinių nuokrypų, mažėja kai kaitinamas kvarco kristalas, jeigu tuo metu intensyvumas mažėja. Theoretical part overviews the classification of solids, the structure of materials and quartz, defects of crystals, the methods of structure research, the usage of Bragg’s law and X - rays fore defect’s research, and it also analyses the method of X - rays structural analyses. Experimental part includes the explanation of X - rays diffractive spectrum spike’s intensity connection with grating periodicity’s fluster. It also includes the research results and analyses of diffractive spectrum spike intensity dependences on X - rays generated dotted defects in quartz grating during irradiation. Research results: 1. During irradiation the intensity of quartz diffractive spectrum spikes changes. While the temperature increases this intensity change decreases. 2. While intensity changes, the angle adequate to diffractive spectrum maximum changes too, and together with it – interplane distance d. 3. Quartz grating average quadrate deviation’s change during irradiation is opposite to intensity change. 4. The concentration of dotted defects in quartz crystal increase when the intensity decreases or vice versa. But their change as and grating’s average quadrate deviations, decrease when quartz crystal is under heating if at the same time the intensity decreases. SbSI(Sb2Se3)0,25 kristalai išauginti Kietojo kūno optinėje mokslinėje laboratorijoje. Jie sudaryti iš SbSI grandinėlių ir Sb2Se3 domenų, nusitęsusių c(z) kristalografinės ašies kryptimi. Jeigu gryname SbSI kristale grandinėlės yra nesuspaustoje būsenoje (Tc =295 K). Suspaustų SbSI grandinėlių feroelektrinio fazinio virsmo temperatūra išauga. Pasaulinėje literatūroje nėra duomenų, kokia SbSI(Sb2Se3)0,25 kristalo feroelektrinio fazinio virsmo temperatūra Tc.<br>The SbSI(Sb2Se3)0,25 crystals are grown in the Optical science laboratory of solid body. They are made from SbSI chains and Sb2Se3 domains, which extend c(z) to the crystallographic axis vector. If the clear SbSI crystals chases are in uncompressed phase (Tc = 295K), the temperature in ferroelectrics phase transformation grows. There is no data in literature about the SbSI(Sb2Se3)0,25 crystals ferroelectric transition temperature Tc.

Abstract:
The reflectivity spectrum of SbSeI crystals in the spectral range of 10 – 300 cm–1 over a wide range of temperatures (10 – 297 K) with light polarization E||c and Ec was experimentally studied. Measurements were carried out in Germany. Also experimental research was carried out with the reflectivity spectrum of SbSI crystals in the spectral range of 10-450 cm–1 with light polarization E||c over temperature range (273 – 350 K) . The spectra of optical constants and optical functions were calculated using the Kramers–Kronig (KK) technique and the method of optical parameter fitting (OP). Tables and diagrams are presented. Vibrational spectra of SbSeI crystals in harmonic approximation were theoretically investigated. The oscillation frequencies of normal vibrational modes and the amplitudes of normal coordinates along z(c) axis and in x-y plane by diagonalization of the dynamic matrix were calculated. Experimental studies of reflectivity spectrum of SbSeI crystals revealed, that there is no ferroelectric phase transition in SbSeI crystals in the temperature range of 10 - 297 K. And experimental studies of reflectivity spectrum of SbSeI crystals proved, that ferroelectric phase transition in SbSI crystals grown by us occurs at temperature TC = 293 K. SbSI crystals in range of temperatures T > TC are in paraelectric phase, and in range of temperatures T < TC are in ferroelectric phase. U ovoj disertaciji su prikazani rezultati kompleksnih istraživanja uticajakosmičkog zračenja na nuklearne spektre na nivou mora.Utvrđivanje specifičnih vremenskih intervala u vremenskom spektru,kojima odgovaraju tačno određene grupe događaja indukovanekosmičkim mionima, omogućava adekvatno odbacivanje ometajućihdogađaja u željenim energetskim oblastima detektovanih spektara, priantikoincidentnom režimu rada ultraniskofonskih sistema. U prvomeksperimentu prikazanom u ovoj disertaciji,&nbsp; istraživana je mogućnostvremenskog razlaganja detektovanih događaja,&nbsp; pomoću koincidentnogsistema u čijem sklopu se nalazi HPGe detektor i&nbsp; plastični scintilator, upovr&scaron;inskoj laboratoriji. Ustanovljeno je da se promptni i zakasnelikoincidentni događaji između plastičnog &ldquo;veto&rdquo; detektora igermanijumskog detektora mogu jasno razdvojiti u dve grupe, za oko100 ns. Dodatno, zakočno zračenje i&nbsp; anihilacioni događaji mogu serazdvojiti u vremenu od (n,n&rsquo;) događaja, iako svi ovi događaji pripadajugrupi zakasnelih događaja. Takođe, registrovani su&nbsp; i&nbsp; značajno zakasnelianihilacioni događaji, koji nastaju usled raspada zaustavljenih pozitivnihmiona.Drugi eksperiment prikazan u ovoj disertaciji baziran je na ultra-niskofonskom HPGe spektrometru relativne efikasnosti 100%.Dodatkom dva plastična scintilatora i brzo-sporog koincidentnog kola,istraživani su koincidentni događaji između plastičnih scintilatora iHPGe spektrometra. Ovaj spektrometarski sistem MIREDO <em>(MuonInduced Rare Event Dynamic Observatory</em>) prvenstveno je namenjenproučavanju procesa indukovanih kosmičkim mionima u različitimmaterijalima. Analiza ovakvih interakcija može biti od značaja za ultra-niskofonske eksperimente. Rezultati dobijeni za tri ispitivana materijala,pakovana u<em> Marinelli</em> sud, prezentovani su i diskutovani.U trećem eksperimentu prikazanom u ovoj disertaciji ispitan jepotencijalni uticaj solarnih&nbsp; neutrina&nbsp; na izmerenu brzinu&nbsp; radioaktivnograspada,&nbsp; merenjem varijacija u brzini brojanja<sup>3</sup>H&nbsp; metodom tečnog&nbsp;scintilacionog brojanja. Kori&scaron;ćenjem sofisticiranog tečnog scintilacionog&nbsp;spektrometra&nbsp;<em> Quantulus</em>&nbsp; ustanovljeno je da na merenjevisokoenergetskog dela&nbsp;<sup>3</sup>H spektra može značajno uticati nestabilnostinstrumenta. Oscilatorni karakter izmerenog visokoenergetskog dela<sup>3</sup>H&nbsp;spektra&nbsp; je registrovan, ali sa veoma malom amplitudom (manjom od0.5%), koja se ne može jednostavno objasniti samo nestabilno&scaron;ćuinstrumenta.&nbsp; Kada je meren ukupan&nbsp;<sup>3</sup>H spektar, nisu nađene značajnevarijacije u brzini brojanja.Već duže vreme je poznato da je niskoenergetsko gama zračenjekontinualne distribucije prisutno na otvorenom prostoru, u vazduhu napovr&scaron;ini Zemlje. U prethodnim istraživanjima pretpostavljano je da&nbsp; ovozračenje potiče skoro isključivo od gama fotona koji su emitovani usledprirodne radioaktivnosti i potom rasejani u nazad od strane vazduhaiznad zemlje. U četvrtom eksperimentu prikazanom u ovoj disertacijipokazano je da&nbsp; je&nbsp; ovo zračenje (u energetskom regionu 30 keV-300keV), sa maksimumom na oko&nbsp; 90 keV, u značajnoj meri&nbsp; proizvedenokosmičkim zračenjem, sa fluksom fotona od oko 3000 m<sup>-2</sup>s<sup>-1</sup>. Takođe,ustanovljeno je da dozama op&scaron;te populacije doprinosi ovo sveprisutnoniskoenergetsko gama zračenja kosmičkog porekla, zajedno saodgovarajućim fluksom niskoenergetskih elektrona i da ove komponenteukupnih doza indukovanih kosmičkim zračenjem na nivou mora nisuzanemarljive.<br>In this dissertation results of complex research on cosmic-ray impact on&nbsp;nuclear spectra at sea level are shown.&nbsp; The appropriate selection of&nbsp;coincidence time interval &nbsp;in low-background experiments that are based&nbsp;on the rejection of anticoincidence background events is very important&nbsp;for reducing the influence of cosmic-ray muons on acquired spectral&nbsp;data. In&nbsp; the first&nbsp; experiment&nbsp; presented in this dissertation,&nbsp; performed by&nbsp;the coincidence system of an HPGe detector and a plastic detect or&nbsp; in a&nbsp;surface laboratory, the time resolution of the detected events is explored.&nbsp;It is&nbsp; found that the prompt and delayed coincidence events between a&nbsp;plastic veto detector and a &nbsp;Ge detector can be sharply divided for&nbsp;approximately 100 ns in two groups. In addition, the bremsstrahlung&nbsp;and annihilation events can&nbsp; be time-resolved from the (n,n&rsquo;) events,&nbsp;although all of these events belong to the group of delayed events. Also,&nbsp;substantially delayed annihilation events, which are caused by the&nbsp;decays of stopped positive muons, were detected.The second experiment shown in this dissertation is based on the 100%&nbsp;relative efficiency ultra-low-background HPGe spectrometer. With the&nbsp;addition of two plastic scintillators and a fast-slow coincidence circuit,&nbsp;the coincidence events between the plastic detectors and the HPGe&nbsp;spectrometer have been investigated. This&nbsp; MIREDO (Muon Induced&nbsp;Rare Event Dynamic Observatory) spectrometer system is primarily&nbsp;developed for the study of cosmic muon induced processes in different&nbsp;materials. Exploration of such interactions can be important for ultra-low&nbsp;background experiments. Results derived for three samples, placed in a&nbsp;Marinelli beaker, are presented and discussed.In third experiment shown in this dissertation,&nbsp; the potential influence of&nbsp;solar neutrinos on measured decay rate is investigated by&nbsp; the liquid&nbsp;scintillation measurement of the count rate variations of&nbsp;<sup>3</sup>H. Making use of the sophisticated Quantulus liquid scintillation spectrometer, it is&nbsp;found that the&nbsp; measurement of the high-energy tail of&nbsp;<sup>3</sup>H spectrum may be significantly influenced by instrumental&nbsp; instability.&nbsp; The oscillatory behavior of measured high-energy tail of <sup>3</sup>H spectrum&nbsp; is registered, but&nbsp;with very small amplitude (less than 0.5%), which cannot&nbsp; be easily&nbsp;explained only by instrumental instability. When the total&nbsp;<sup>3</sup>H spectrum was measured, no significant variations in the count rate were found.&nbsp;For a long time, it has been known that low-energy continuous gamma&nbsp;radiation is present in open air at the Earth&rsquo;s surface. In previous&nbsp;investigations it was assumed that this radiation is produced almost&nbsp;exclusively by gamma photons emitted due to the natural radioactivity,&nbsp;which are backscattered by air above ground.&nbsp; In the fourth experiment&nbsp;presented in this dissertation, it is&nbsp; shown&nbsp; that significant amount of this&nbsp;radiation (related to energy region 30&nbsp; keV-300&nbsp; keV) that peaks at about&nbsp;90 keV, is produced by cosmic-rays, with the photon flux of about 3000&nbsp;m<sup>-2</sup>s<sup>-1</sup>.&nbsp; Also, it is found&nbsp; that the contribution of this omnipresent low&nbsp;energy gamma radiation of cosmic-ray origin, including the&nbsp;corresponding low-energy electron flux, to the doses of general&nbsp;population are non-negligible components of overall doses induced by&nbsp;cosmic rays near sea level.

Diploma thesis treat of effect of thermal, electrical and combined (thermal electrical) stress on electrical characteristics of insulation material ISONOM NMN which is used as a slot insulation in electric motors. To monitor the stress is used the method of dielectric relaxation spectroscopy. Under examinations are the resultant dielectric spectra which constitute the frequency dependencies of components of complex permitivity. Compared are the effects of particular stresses on dielectric spectra of surveyed insulative material.

Bakalauro darbe nagrinėjami augmentinės ir alternatyiosios komunikacijos taikymo ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikams, turintiems autizmo spektro sutrikimų ypatumai. Siekta nustatyti, kaip komunikuoja autizmo spektro sutrikimų turintys vaikai, kokias augmentinės ir alternatyvios komunikacijos priemones naudoja. Tyrime dalyvavo 11 pedagogų (logopedai, auklėtojai), dirbantys ikimokyklinėse įstaigose ir ugdantys autizmo spektro sutrikimų turinčius vaikus. Pusiau struktūruoto interviu metodu atliktas tyrimas, kuriuo buvo norima nustatyti augmentinės ir alternatyvios komunikacijos taikymo ypatymus, ugdant ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikus, turinčius autizmo spektro sutrikimų. Atlikus tyrimą paaiškėjo, jog vaikai, turintys autizmo spektro sutrikimų nesupranta komunikavimo paskirties, nenaudoja kalbos bendravimui. Autizmo spektro sutrikimų turintys vaikai geba bendrauti verbaliai arba neverbaliai. Dažniau pasireiškia neverbalus bendravimas naudojant simbolius, gestus, mimiką. Šių vaikų komunikacinių ir bendravimo gebėjimų ugdymui naudojama augmentinė ir alternatyvioji komunikacija. Pedagogai, mokydami vaikus augmentinės ir alternatyviosios komunikacijos dažniausiai naudoja vaizdines priemones. Pedagogai, dirbantys su autistiškais vaikais, jų komunikaciniams gebėjimams ugdyti derina tarpusavyje šias augmentinės ir alternatyviosios komunikacijos priemones: gestai; simboliai; gestai – simboliai; simboliai – daiktai; simboliai – kalba; gestas – kalba. [toliau žr. visą tekstą]<br>This bachelor’s work analyses augmentative and alternative communication use for pre-school age children with autism spectrum disorders. The goal is to determine how children that have autism spectrum disorders communicate, which augmentative and alternative communication means they use. The study was participated by 11 pedagogues (speech therapists, preceptors) which work in pre-school institutions and are working with children that have autism spectrum disorders. A study was done in a semi structured interview method to determine augmentative and alternative communication application peculiarities in developing pre-school age children that have autism spectrum disorders. The study showed that children with autism spectrum disorders do not understand communication purpose and they do not use speech to communicate. Children with autism spectrum disorder are able to interact verbally and nonverbally. More often reported use of nonverbal interaction which is being used through symbols, gestures, mimics. To develop those children ability to communicate and interact, augmentative and alternative communication is being used. Pedagogues that work with autistic children to develop a child’s communication abilities combine the use of these augmentative and alternative communication tools: gesture; symbols; gesture – symbols; symbols – objects; symbols – speech; gesture – speech. Darbe aprašyti Rentgeno fotoelektronų spektroskopijos (RFS) (XPS- X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) metodo, naudojamo įvairių medžiagų paviršių cheminei sudėčiai nustatyti, pagrindai. Pirmame skyriuje aprašyti: La- Ni oksidiniai junginiai ir jų tyrimų metodika, plonų nanostruktūrizuotų medžiagų sluoksnių nusodinimo iš dujų fazės (plazmos) metodas- magnetroninis dulkinimas (magnetron sputtering), aparatūra, XPSPeak programos pritaikymas Rentgeno fotoelektronų spektrų tyrimui bei jos naudojimo galimybės. Antrasis skyrius yra skirtas Rentgeno fotoelektroninių spektrų matavimų, naudojant spektrometrą XSAM 800 (Kratos Analytical, Didžioji Britanija) ypatumams ir bandinių gamybos metodikai aptarti. Darbo pabaigoje yra pateikiamos išvados, kurios galėtų būti naudingos, tobulinant LaNiO3-x bandinių gamybos technologiją.<br>The aim of presented work was to investigate the X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS) of LaNiO3-x thin films. The films were produced by DC magnetron sputtering. It is known that the temperature dependence of resistivity of as grown films has the metallic character. After the temperature annealing in the high vacuum condition this dependence changes to the semiconductor like character. XPS spectra of the oxygen region of as grown samples indicate that oxygen ions are in three states – O2-, hydroxyl groups (OH)-, and water. After the temperature annealing in the high vacuum condition oxygen ions are only in the two states - O2- and hydroxyl groups (OH)-. Thus the changes of the resistivity temperature dependence are caused by the changes of the oxygen ions system after the temperature annealing in the high vacuum. After temperatures processing in vacuum the samples some time have been sustained in atmospheric conditions, the temperature dependence of resistance again came back to an initial metal condition. This fact means that for the synthesis of qualitative thin layers it is necessary to change technological conditions of production.

Darbo pabaigoje yra pateikiamos išvados, kurios galėtų būti naudingos, tobulinant La2O3 bandinių gamybos technologiją. Gautas rezultatas: nustatyta, kad zolių – gelių technologija leidžia paprastais metodais, nenaudojant sudėtingos aparatūros, susintetinti La2O3.<br>The aim of presented work was to synthesis by using sol-gel technology and investigate the X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS) of La2O3 thin films in the annealed high temperature vacuum. In the present work we described the essentials of the method of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, used to determine chemical composition of various materials. In the first part are described: La2O3 oxide compounds and the methods of the their production from the gas phase – magnetron sputtering and sol – gel method. The second part describes the X- ray photo-electronic spectroscopy method, basic XPS equipment and theoretical part. In the third part we discussed the peculiarities and methodology of spectrometer XSAM 800 (Kratos Analytical, Great Britain) samples production while measuring X-ray photoelectron spectra. The thorough description of the technology by synthesis of La2O3 sol-gel method was provided. The fourth part presents the experimental results obtained by measuring the La2O3 X-ray photoelectron spectra. In the end of the work conclusions are produced that could be useful in improving production technology of La2O3 samples. Obtained results: we identified that sol-gel technology allows to synthesize La2O3 by simple methods, without using sophisticated equipment.

Darbe išsamiai aprašytos vanadžio dioksido ir prntoksido struktūros, oksidų savybės, Rentgeno fotoelektronų spektroskopijos metodo pagrindai bei V2O5 ir VO2 Rentgeno fotoelektronų spektrų ypatumai. Aprašyti atliktų eksperimentų metodai. Pateikti eksperimentų ir literatūrinės duomenų bazės analizės rezultatai. Atliktas darbas leido nustatyti sekančius faktus: cheminis poslinkis tarp vanadžio dioksido ir pentoksido etaloninių bandinių Rentgeno fotoelektronų spektrų V 2p3/2 smailių lygus 0.7 eV matuojant spektrus spektrometru XSAM 800 (Kratos Analytical, Anglija); literatūrinių duomenų analizę parodė, kad tikimiausia cheminio poslinkio vertė tarp V 2p3/2 smailių įvairiuose vanadžio junginiuose lygi 1.1 eV; skirtumas tarp eksperimentiškai gautos cheminio poslinkio vertės ir analogiško dydžio gauto iš literatūrinių duomenų analizės sąlygotas tuo, kad buvo matuojami gryni VO2 ir V2O5 bandiniai, o analizei buvo naudojama duomenų visumą apie įvairius vanadžio junginius.<br>The main aim of the presented work was to investigate the chemical shift between XPS V 2p peaks of standard V2O5 and VO2 samples. The structure and physical properties of vanadium dioxide and pentoxide, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy basis and some singularities of these oxides XPS spectra are presented. The experimental methods, the results of experiments and the literature analysis results are described. The executed work has allowed establishing following facts: the chemical shift between vanadium dioxide and pentoxide standard samples XPS V 2p peaks is equal to 0.7 eV; the analysis of the literature base shows that this shift for various vanadium compounds is 1.1 eV; the difference between measured chemical shift and chemical shift value established from literature analysis is caused because XPS spectra of pure oxides samples was measured in present work and the analysis of the literature base was performed for various vanadium compounds.

Die vorliegende Dissertation beschäftigt sich mit der Darstellung und Charakterisierung neuartiger bi- und multimetallischer Übergangsmetallkomplexe mit (Hetero)Aromaten als Brückenliganden. Den Schwerpunkt der Arbeit bildet dabei die Untersuchung der elektronischen Eigenschaften wie z. B. des Redoxverhaltens und des intramolekularen Elektronentransfers zwischen zwei Metallzentren dieser Komplexe mit Hilfe von (spektro)elektrochemischen Methoden. Hierfür wurden verschiedenste Einflussfaktoren der Brückeneinheit und der redoxaktiven Endgruppe betrachtet. Zum einen wurde die unterschiedliche Kettenlänge (n = 1-4) in einer Reihe von Oligopyrrolen untersucht und zum anderen wurde die Auswirkung eines anderen Substitutionsmusters der Ferrocenyl-Gruppen am Pyrrol, in 3- und 4-Position, auf den Elektronentransfer studiert. Durch Verwendung von Ethinylferrocen wurden C,C-Dreifachbindungen in die Brückeneinheit integriert, was in der Serie aus Pyrrol, Furan und Thiophen deren zusätzliche Untersuchung mittles IR-Spektroelektrochemie erlaubte. Diese Serie an fünf-gliedrigen Heterozyklen mit ähnlicher Geometrie wurde in weiteren Studien thematisiert. Hierzu kamen andere redoxaktive Übergangsmetallkomplex-Fragmente wie M(dppe)Cp (M = Fe, Ru; Cp = (η5-C5H5)) als auch RuCl(CO)(PiPr3)2 zum Einsatz. Letzteres liefert mit dem Carbonyl-Ligand eine zusätzliche IR-Sonde. Des Weiteren wurden neben der chemischen Natur des Heteroatoms, der Elektronen-schiebende bzw. -ziehende Effekt verschiedener Substituenten am Phenylring des N-Phenylpyrrols, welches als Brückenbaustein fungiert, auf die intramolekularen Wechselwirkungen zwischen zwei redoxaktiven Ru(CO)Cl(PiPr3)2-Einheiten studiert. Zusätzlich wird die Synthese und (spektro)elektrochemische Charakterisierung von multimetallischen ethinylferrocenyl- und ferrocenyl-substituierten Benzolen beschrieben.

This dissertation is focused on the determination of turbulent atmospheric transmission media properties. The concept of new method for turbulent attenuation designation is presented – the method of available power. This method comes from laser beam intensity profile analysis. The next point of this work is relative variance of optical intensity study. On the basis of experimental measurements relative variance of optical intensity is non-uniformly distributed in laser beam intensity profile. This non uniform distribution is subordinated to angular coefficient of intensity profile curve. Due to this information we can determine optimal laser beam shape to minimize influence of turbulent atmosphere.

Significant part of this thesis is dedicated to fatigue life evaluation and guideline how to proceed in evaluation of fatigue data. Thesis also points out on possible methods of statistical fatigue data analysis and critical parts of structure in means of fatigue life. The last part of thesis is focused on design of experimental evaluation of structure including test rig and load sequence. The master’s thesis consists of two parts. The first part describes base quantities of lighting engineering, basics of the electrical energy transformation to the light energy, laws of the thermal radiation and characteristics of incandescence and discharge light sources used for general illumination. This part concludes with a theoretical analysis of influence of power supply on the parameters of light source’s luminous flux. The second part of the thesis deals with the draft and configuration of a workplace for measuring spectral radiation of light sources depending on power supply. The last part of the thesis is created by the evaluation of spectral radiation and other light parameters changes according to the light source’s power supply changes.

Pagrindinis šios disertacijos tikslas – sukurti efektyvius trijų ir keturių bangų sąveikomis paremtus metodus ultratrumpiesiems ultravioletinės (UV), artimosios bei vidurinės infraraudonosios (IR) spektro srities impulsams generuoti. Pademonstruota efektyvi Nd:stiklo lazerio harmonikų generacija nekolinearaus keturbangio skirtuminio dažnio žadinimo metodu izotropinėse terpėse. Disertacijoje taip pat eksperimentiškai ir teoriškai nagrinėjama galimybė stiprinti 10 fs trukmės UV impulsus. Pateikėme du metodus derinamo bangos ilgio IR impulsams generuoti naudojant komercinę Ti:safyro lazerio ir nekolinearaus optinio parametrinio stiprintuvo sistemą. Pirmasis metodas remiasi keturių bangų sąveikomis ir leidžia generuoti 20 μJ energijos, <30 fs trukmės impulsus 1−1.5 μm spektro ruože. Antrojo šaltinio veika remiasi skirtuminio dažnio generacijos bei optinio parametrinio stiprinimo sąveikomis BBO kristaluose. Sukurtas stiprintuvas, generuojantis dviejų optinių ciklų trukmės, stabilios gaubtinės fazės, 2 μm bangos ilgio impulsus ir pademonstruotas jo taikymas itin plataus spektro superkontinuumo generacijai plačios draustinės juostos kietojo kūno terpėse. Galiausiai, ištirta vienalaikė trečiosios harmonikos ir superkontinuumo generacija skaidriose dielektrinėse terpėse, bei pasiūlyta netiesinio f-3f interferometro schema impulso gaubtinės fazes fliuktuacijoms matuoti.<br>In this thesis we investigated and developed three- and four-wave interaction-based frequency conversion methods for ultrashort pulse generation in the ultraviolet (UV), near and mid-infrared (IR) spectral ranges. In particular, efficient generation of Nd:glass laser harmonics was demonstrated experimentally, through noncollinear four-wave difference-frequency mixing in isotropic media. Also, broadband optical parametric amplification in the UV was investigated theoretically and achieved experimentally. The results suggest, that pulses as short as 10 fs could be amplified. We have also developed two methods based on three- and four-wave mixing, that extend the tuning range of a commercial Ti:sapphire laser-NOPA system in the IR. The first method relies on four wave frequency down-conversion, and can achieve up to 20 μJ, sub-30-fs pulses tunable in the 1−1.5 μm range. The second method considers frequency conversion, based on difference frequency generation and optical parametric amplification in BBO crystals. The presented setup delivers two optical-cycle, carrier-envelope phase (CEP)-stable pulses at 2 μm. And finally, we demonstrated supercontinuum generation by filamentation of 20 fs pulses at 2 μm in wide-bandgap solids in the regime of anomalous group velocity dispersion. We also proposed the practical use of intrinsic third harmonic generation, for the CEP stability measurements.

Title of diploma thesis: Study of fluorescence spectra of benzimadazoles In this diploma thesis fluorescence spectra of selected benzimidazoles are studied in solutions. The solutions were prepared using two organic compounds (acetonitrile and methanol) either alone or in combination with water or phosphate buffer (pH = 7.00) or borate buffer (pH = 9.95). These solvents are commonly used in HPLC mobile phase. Thirteen benzimidazoles were studied all together. First the absorption spectra were measured and the obtained the absorption maxima were used as the excitation wavelengths for the emission spectra measurements. With regard of the previous results a particular attention was paid to oxfendazole and fenbendazole. In their solutions Raman (Stokes) shifts were found in order to determine whether these benzimidazoles can give fluorescence in the studied environments and to find the relevant spectral maxima. The obtained results are a guide for the detection conditions during HPLC analysis of benzimidazoles with fluorescence detection. They could also become a basis for a library of absorption and fluorescence spectra...

A tandem mass spectrometer generates tens of thousands of mass spectra which must be annotated with peptide sequences. For this purpose, the similarity search in a database of theoretical spectra generated from a database of known protein sequences can be utilized. Since the sizes of databases grow rapidly in recent years, there is a demand for utilization of various database indexing techniques. We investigate the capabilities of (non)metric access methods as the database indexing techniques for fast and approximate similarity retrieval in mass spectra databases. We show that the method for peptide sequences identification is more than 100x faster than a sequential scan over the entire database while more than 90% of spectra are correctly annotated with peptide sequences. Since the method is currently suitable for small mixtures of proteins, we also utilize a precursor mass filter as the database indexing technique for complex mixtures of proteins. Theory of Political Spectrum Proposed New Model of Political Spectrum in the Context of Political Changes Caused by Globalisation Major political changes are happening across Europe and the world during the second decade of the 21 century, represented by the collapse of traditional party systems or Brexit. Current models of political spectrum cannot convincingly explain these changes. In my thesis, I propose a new model of political spectrum which reflects contemporary political changes and contributes to their explanation. Main innovation of the model is the inclusion of political conflict based on globalisation. In the first part of the thesis, I describe historic and modern models of political spectrum including the well-known political compass. I analyse them, critically assess them and form general methodological requirements, which should be met by functional models of political spectrum. In the second part of the thesis, I integrate cleavage theory into the theory of political spectrum. Cleavage theory addresses the most salient political conflicts in political systems. Furthermore, I describe the decline of traditional cleavages and changes in party systems. Accurate computations of vibrational energies and vibrational spectra of molecules require an inclusion of the anharmonic forces. In standard computational protocols, a large vibrational Hamiltonian matrix is diagonalized, and spectral intensities are calculated for individual transitions separately. In this work we propose an alternate direct generation of the spectral curves based on a temporal propagation of a trial vibrational wavefunction followed by a Fourier transformation. The lack of the lengthy and computer-memory demanding diagonalization makes the method suitable for larger molecules. It is especially convenient for sparse Hamiltonians that are commonly obtained within the harmonic oscillator basis set, and the algorithm is amendable to parallelization. On a model water dimer basic convergence properties are discussed. The method is then applied to vibrational Raman intensities of the fenchone compound, were it provides spectral shapes comparable with those obtained by the classical approaches.

Telecommunication sector is one of the most developing in last 20 years. The speed of the progress in inventing new technologies has to be balanced by proper radio spectrum management since radio spectrum is a scarce resource. The methods of assignment used in past such as beauty contests or lotteries are no longer those that rule the sector. To keep pace with new technologies, spectrum auctions were presented as a new method that ensures the best results for state. Since the companies are competing for the licenses, final price is getting higher and thereby higher revenues go to the state treasury. In this thesis the behavior of final price in the spectrum auctions was examined. In the end of the work, recommendations to NRAs were presented to conclude the results of the empirical examination. This theoretical thesis covers the issues of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in relation to the brain connectome research. ASD belong to the group of neurodevelopmental syndromes and are characterized by deficits in communication skills, social interaction and stereotypic behaviors. The prevalence of ASD increases, its etiopathogenesis is very likely multifactorial. Within the ASD syndrome, precise differential diagnostic algorithms are difficult to implement in the absence of objective biomarkers. Extensive neuroscientific research, including the connectome projects, might improve the diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the field of Psychiatry, including ASD. The individual's connectome profile might well serve as a new biomarker in psychiatric diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. The brain connectome represents the net of all neuronal connections in the brain. Mapping of the connectome across all ages, in health and in disease, is the main goal of the Human Connectome Project (HCP). The first HCP data show great interindividual variability with the environmental factors playing a crucial role. The aim of this thesis is to determine what effects occur in communication of a child with autism spectrum disorder and what changes appear in his speech communication in the course of one year, during which the boy was three times recorded on the camcorder. Our method of research is a case study in which we focus on the analysis of communication skills of one boy in all language levels. The theoretical part includes information on the etiology and differentiation of autism spectrum disorders, diagnosis, but also treatment and symptoms from which we are concentrated particularly on impaired communication skills. The practical part includes an analysis of the recordings, where each analysis contains a brief summary of recorded events. Comprehensive comparison is included in the conclusion. Dependences of NMR para- meters on molecular structure and solvation were primarily modeled. Great emphasis was put on the comparison of the calculated data with the NMR experiment. The molecular models studied included the l-alanyl-l-alanine di-peptide (AA) and the phosphate group of nucleic acid backbone. Conformations of all three charged forms of AA in solution were determined and the respective pH-induced changes of experimental NMR chemical shifts and nuclear spin-spin coupling constants were explained.
