ResumeSkolevægring er generelt set blevet et stigende problem blandt danske skoleelever (Knudsen & Møller 2017, Lund 2021) og især børn med diagnoser er overrepræsenterede i statistikker over børn der har svært ved at komme i skole. Samtidig er skolevægring som fænomen, noget vi ikke ved så meget om i en dansk kontekst. Artiklens ærinde er, ud fra et litteraturstudie, at afsøge forståelser af og grunde til skolevægring, samt diskutere skolens rolle og opgave ift. børn der vælger skolen fra. Artiklen tager udgangspunkt i et state-of- the-art litteraturstudie om skolevægring i et international perspektiv, men med et primært fokus på Danmark. Studiet er styret af følgende forskningsspørgsmål: Hvilke forståelser peges der på i litteraturen ift. børn der vælger skolen fra, samt hvilken betydning kan disse forståelser få for det forebyggende og indgribende arbejde i praksis?AbstractSchool refusal – Children with diagnoses and their difficulties in getting to schoolSchool refusal has become an increasing problem among Danish school students (Knudsen & Møller 2017, Lund 2021) and especially children with diagnoses are represented in statistics on children who have difficulty participating in school. At the same time, school refusal as a phenomenon is something we know very little about in a Danish context. Based on a literature study the purpose of this article is to make school refusal visible as a growing problem in a Danish school context, as well as to discuss the role and tasks of the school in relation to children who don’t want to go to school. The article is based on a state-of-the-art literature study on school refusal in an international perspective, but with a primary focus on school refusal in Denmark. The study is guided by the following research question: What is known from the literature regarding child-motivated refusal to attend school (School Refusal) and how can this information be used to prevent and intervene in practice?

Abstract:

Zusammenfassung Gegenstand des vorliegenden Aufsatzes ist das sprachenstatistische und nationalitätenpolitische Werk des preußischen Statistikers Richard Böckh (1824–1907), insbesondere der Aufsatz “Über die statistische Bedeutung der Volksprache” (1866), in dem Böckh die Ansicht vertritt, allein die Sprache definiere die Nationalität, und das Buch Der Deutschen Volkszahl und Sprachgebiet in den europäischen Staaten (1869), das u.a. erstmals einen Katalog von Sprachenrechten für Minderheiten enthält. Der Beitrag verfolgt die Rezeption von Böckhs Werk während des deutsch-französischen Krieges von 1870/71, als Böckhs Konzeptionen in der deutschen Öffentlichkeit als moralische Rechtfertigung der Annexion von Elsass-Lothringen verstanden wurden, sowie im Zusammenhang mit der preußischen Geschäftssprachenfrage der Jahre 1873–1876. Abschließend werden noch einige spätere Positionen und Aktivitäten Böckhs beleuchtet, nämlich sein Engagement für das Auslandsdeutschtum im Rahmen des von ihm 1881 mitbegründeten Allgemeinen Deutschen Schulvereins sowie sein Eintreten gegen den Missbrauch von Statistiken im Berliner Antisemitismusstreit um 1880. Obwohl zweifellos mutig, zeigt Letzteres doch auch, wie sehr der einst so populäre sprachbezogene Nationsbegriff zehn Jahre nach der Reichsgründung schon in die Defensive geraten war.

Abstract:

Ulaskom u Europsku uniju Hrvatska je postala članica Europskoga statističkog sustava (ESS-a). ESS posjeduje svojstva mreže (policentrizam, decentraliziranost i samoregulaciju), dok je uloga Europske komisije, tj. Eurostata, voditi postupak harmonizacije statistike zajedno s nacionalnim statističkim tijelima. Za izgradnju i razvoj službene europske statistike zaduženi su Eurostat, nacionalni statistički zavodi i druga nacionalna statistička tijela (poput acionalnih banaka) koja se bave razvojem, proizvodnjom i diseminacijom europske statistike, te također različite interesne skupine. Ovaj se rad bavi analizom kapaciteta umrežavanja institucija ESS-a, samim postupkom harmonizacije službene statistike i radom Državnog zavoda za statistiku u sklopu ESS-a. Autorice otkrivaju kako se postupak harmonizacije službene statistike, kao rezultat umreženog rada svih statističkih tijela Europske unije, razvio do te mjere da je postao institucionaliziran. Radom se nastoji pridonijeti razumijevanju kapaciteta umrežavanja institucija ESS-a,razumijevanju postupka harmonizacije službene statistike i rada Državnog zavoda za statistiku u sklopu ESS-a. Radom se također nastoji pokazati u kojoj je mjeri institucionaliziran postupak harmonizacije službene europske statistike.

Abstract:

Croatia has not yet succeeded to follow, wholly and promptly, tourist flows within its frontiers. Our tourism statistics has kept classical approaches and reports, which have often a limited assignment and use. Tourism statistics should be completed and arranged by innovative solutions under the principles of business - information system. The author envisages possible improvements of retrospective views and providing the quality of input of raw data. He insists on the application network chain in the circulation of statistical data and the “production” of information for needs of operational making decisions, as well in the field of research and planning of tourism development.

Abstract:

Change is the most prominent aspect of research endeavors in developmental and educational psychology. To date, preferred methods for studying change, especially those that rely on quantitative methodologies, are based on sample-based correlational analyses conducted with longitudinal panel studies. In this article we argue that research designs need to move beyond a between-person research strategy because dynamic processes occur within individual children and adolescents. The aim is to provide developmental and educational researchers with a guide to gathering and analyzing data so as to be able to answer questions about processes of change and development from a within-person perspective. Our discussion of current practices and our guidance on future research is based on a dynamic systems view on development.

The activities of WTO are focused on promoting a creative approach by National Tourism Administrations, Statistical Offices and local authorities to encourage countries to collect more reliable and more complete tourism statistics in line with WTO definitions, so as to improve their international comparability. WTO also emphasizes the need to speed up the production and publication of these statistics at country level in order to provide the means of identifying tourism trends by month and fine-tuning promotion and marketing policies. Computerization and the successful effort to develop standard definitions and classifications for tourism have given renewed force to WTO’s work in statistics. WTO has expanded activities with Member States to implement the WTO Recommendations on Tourism Statistics, adopted by the United Nations Statistical Commission in 1993, through manuals, seminars and an ambitious statistical development programme to assess the economic importance of tourism. The programme includes the holding of a World Conference on the measurement of the economic impact of tourism in Nice (France) towards the end of May/beginning of June 1999. The objective of the Conference is to develop a core of indicators for the assessment of the net economic impact of tourism at both national and international level, thereby enhancing the credibility of the tourism industry.

Abstract:

SAŽETAK: Temeljni cilj ovoga rada jest istražiti stanje sigurnosti na radu u Republici Hrvatskoj. Ukupan broj ozljeda na radu i broj smrtno stradalih na radu predmetom se analize pomoću metode deskriptivne statistike za razdoblje od 1996. do 2016. godine. Posebna pozornost posvećuje se istraživanju korelacije između broja ozljeda na radu, broja smrtno stradalih i kretanja bruto domaćeg proizvoda, ukupne zaposlenosti i zaposlenosti po pojedinim gospodarskim djelatnostima. Dobiveni rezultati istraživanja omogućit će sagledavanje osnovnih trendova sigurnosti na radu u Republici Hrvatskoj te detektiranje onih gospodarskih grana u kojima kretanje zaposlenosti determinira ukupan broj ozljeda na radu. Rezultati istraživanja temelje se na metodama deskriptivne statistike i statističkoj metodi korelacijske analize.
