Abstract:
In the article we’ve shown that the professional development of the person takes place through qualitative changes that facilitate the emergence of a completely new level of its integrity. The latter involves qualitative changes in the characteristics of the person, the transformation personal characteristics which have already been formed, fairly consistent guidelines, values orientations, motives of behavior under the influence of constantly changing social relations. Also, the professional development of the person is carried out as a result of restructuring its orientation. At the same time, the professional orientation of the person is the result of a contradictory combination of socialization, that is emphasized on the mastery of a person with socially significant experience and culture and provide individualization (the process of the development of intelligence, will, aesthetic taste, creative abilities of the person, etc.). In the process of professional development of the person occurs the formation of the subject’s integrity. This integrity consists of: 1) subordination of all elements of the structure of the personality, the subject’s orientation, which ensures the continuity, the length of all periods of person’s professional development; 2) to acquire the necessary professionally significant qualities, properties and characteristics.
We’ve proved that significant features of the professional formation are found in the process of finding the person’s individual ways of performing professional activity, which is accompanied by the formation of individual personally meaningful (including creative experience), professional self-consciousness, a system of professional motives, personal meanings, values and senses. The analysis of scientific researches, which in one way or another one deals with the problem of professional formation, shows the unity of researchers’ opinions that professional formation is a dynamic process of transformation (or restructuring) personal and professional qualities, characterized by self-determination, self-improvement, self-education, self-actualization, self-realization, actually shaping one’s consciousness. Thus, professional development can be showed as a long process of mastering the profession.
Thus, the analysis of the scientific literature indicates that the process of professional formation can be represented in two ways: the scheme of procedural reproduction (as a temporary sequence of stages, periods, parts) and the structure of professional activity (as a set of ways and means of performing professional activity, when their compliance is not a temporary determination, but a targeted presentation and realization). Professional formation is also understood as the development of person’s professional competence, as a process of mastering the means of solving professional problems and tasks, as well as mastering models of making professionally significant decisions.
We identified the main stages of the professional development of a specialist: a preparatory (pre-university) stage, associated purely with the choice of profession; the initial (university) stage, during which professionally important skills, characteristics and personal traits are formed; the main (postgraduate) stage as a period of the development of personal qualities of the man facilitating his/her full self-realization in the professional activity. At this stage the formation of the professional as a person takes place.
So, we have to admit that the problem of the development of the person of translator is a dynamic process that constantly unfolds in time and space, proceeds from the moments of formation of professional intentions to full realization of oneself in the process of creative professional activity, the main contradiction of which is the contradiction between unique personality traits and objective requirements of the leading professional activities the significance of which is that it should be led to further development of the person. It was emphasized that by realizing himself/herself in the leading professional activity, the person gradually changed, which led to the restructuring of the motives of his/her leading activity, to the formation of new properties, qualities and characteristics of the person, which are extremely important for professional activity in general.

Abstract:
Noteworthy, the process of professional development of any specialist is closely related to the formation of professional readiness of a specialist for future activities. The core of the professional development is a positive attitude of the individual to his/her future profession, fairly stable motives for future activities, professionally significant personality traits, professional knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as some experience of their application in practice. It is shown that in the period of direct implementation of pedagogical activity there is a correlation of the specialist’s theoretical knowledge and skills with the peculiarities of practical activities; some experience of pedagogical activity is gained; the individual style of embodiment and realization of pedagogical activity is formed taking into account the professionally important qualities of the person; there is a formation of pedagogical orientation; the pedagogical position is formed; prospects for further professional growth are determined. Thus, for the professional development of the person it is important to master the norms, standards of the profession, the formation of the necessary professional personal qualities, knowledge and skills to solve professional problems successfully, for the formation of motivational and value attitude to the person’s profession, individualization, awareness and the realization of the zone of the nearest professional development, readiness for the differentiated estimation of the activity, a combination of the professional openness, the ability to study independent creative searches. Despite some differences in the process of professional development of the specialist, in the psychological literature there is some unity of the opinion of researchers according to the concept of “professional development”, which means the development of specific professional qualities and personality traits. It is a process which is always quite active. Professional development is a gradual and dynamic process that causes positive changes in personal and professional qualities, contributes to the formation of a positive attitude to the sphere of future profession, the desire to master professional knowledge, skills and abilities. Thus, professional achievements, their evaluation by other people have a significant impact on the formation of many important personal characteristics, such as self-esteem, self-confidence, strengths and abilities. The latter includes the achievement of a certain social status in the society and in then paradigm of the professional sphere. Professional activity facilitates quite serious changes in the professional paradigm of the individual, determines a certain dominant strategy of individual behavior, goals and programs of actions, shows the attitude to the results of own professional activities of future specialists. It is proved that the process of students’ orientation in the world of values should be expanded in time and space, which would create a basis for the formation of the image of a future professional. The latter will characterize the future translator as a person who has risen to the professional level of his/her existence. The hierarchy of values of the translator will include a complex system of value-semantic scripts, which form a valuable attitude to professionally significant activities through awareness of a cognitive field of translation in the paradigm of subject-subject communication as the most important process and a system to master himself/herself. Thus, students themselves become creators of their own value-semantic scripts by presenting an active position of the translator.

Abstract:
The article deals with the results of the analysis of the person’s professional mobility as a comprehensive tool for overcoming the professional crises. It also determines the existence of many unascertained psychological problems in its structure. One of these problems is the problem of overcoming maladaptive forms of a person’s psychological defence based on his professional mobility in stressful conditions of the professional development crises. Stressful uncertainty in the professional crisis and the high ambivalent tension, which the person is experiencing, characterize the specialist’s maladaptive development according to the “catastrophic” scenario. In the conditions of the professional development crisis a specialist cannot leave it adaptively and flexibly due to a limited number of rigidly patterned professional barriers and behaviour models. Such maladaptive patterned movement of a specialist towards the disintegrational destruction of the whole system of his professional development can be overcome constructively on the basis of his professional mobility model, selection and realization of the further professional movement vector. We consider the interactive strategy of a specialist’s behaviour for constructive overcoming professional crises in the system of his professional development, based on the development of the ability of directed transitions to new professional movement trajectories in the points of the system bifurcation, as the professional mobility.

Abstract:
The article discusses the methodology of coaching as management style and technology for professional development of civil service personnel in executive bodies. The author mentions the problem of developing the employee’s potential, self-realization in the process of training as well as improving personal and professional efficiency. In this study, special attention is paid to improving the effectiveness of human potential. Currently, personnel management and its professional development should be considered as an inseparable process, since it has largely exhausted its resources and does not give the necessary effect. Traditional training does not ensure that personnel receive appropriate competencies that are in demand at the increasing pace of economic development and other spheres of modern life. Today, personnel management is still carried out through the distribution of powers and responsibilities, setting tasks and passing instructions, stimulating and motivating, encouraging and punishing, but at the head of this process should be a concern for creating conditions and atmosphere for realizing person’s natural ability to learn and think independently, that is, a strategy for managing professional development.

Abstract:
Аbstract. Quality of life of young men in the view of existential compliance is considered. In its most general form, the term «existence» means «specifically human way of being», the main characteristic of which is the freedom of choice, that is the way of being a person, when he is constantly in a situation that asks him: «How does a man will be a person in this situation?». А person’s subjective assessment of his life was investigated by the technique of A. Langle and K. Orgler «Scale of Existence» in 42 practically healthy young men (24,12±1,1 years). Scores diagnosed on such scales as Self-distancing, Self-Transcendence, Freedom, Responsibility, Personality, Existentiality, and Fulfillment testify to the absence of grounds for the development of existential crisis (for a crisis of subjective evaluation of one’s own life). Thus, with the right medical and psychological support of young people, they have the ability to cope with themselves and with the world, and the feasibility of interaction with the internal and external demands and proposals presented to circumstances, correlating with their own values. At the same time, one should keep in mind that a possible conflict can lead to nervous breakdowns, decrease in the level of professional health (a professional fitness). In order to prevent this, it is necessary to identify persons at risk and prevent possible psychosocial adaptation disorders in advance, using direct methods of psychodiagnostic. To this end, both methods of psycho-counseling and solving personal problems through the provision of advice or other assistance are recommended.

For example, according to L. S. Vygotsky, self-esteem is a generalized, stable, differentiated (also can be said ranked) attitude of the individual to his social “Me”. I.S. Kon considered self-esteem as a multicomponent and complex phenomenon. His domestic colleagues V. A. Semichenko, M. G. Yaroshevsky expanded the interpretation of the concept in this direction. Therefore, in their opinion, self-esteem is an assessment of his own place among other people and their subjective attitude to it. This description also complements with the statement of I. I. Abstract:
The paper reveals the role and importance of modeling of professional situations at English classes in higher technical education institutions. The professional situation is defined as purposeful modeling of professionally similar circumstances in the process of learning English and conditions of solving engineering and business tasks, making professional decisions, achieving a successful result of business communication. The purpose of the paper is to analyze the content and requirements for modeling of professional situations in the process of studying English by the future specialists in engineering. Realization of the purpose demands performance of the following tasks: 1) define the essence of modeling of professional situations; 2) substantiate the conditions for effective modeling of professional situations at English classes in higher technical educational institutions; 3) offer examples of modeling professional situations at English classes in higher technical educational institutions. In the process of scientific research the methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, inference, observation have been used. The components of the professional educational situation and the factors that need to be taken into account in the process of its use are identified. The examples of modeling professional situations during the study of the discipline “Practical Course of Foreign language for Business Communication” in higher technical education institutions are given. The forms of modeling of professional situations (individual, pair, group) which are directed on the formation of competences of professional English communication according to various roles of professional activity (head –subordinate, subordinate – subordinate, subordinate – collective) are defined. Special emphasis is focused on the examples of modeling of professional situations through the use of game modeling (role-playing games: controlled, improvised), method of case study and discussion. The requirements to be met in the process of modeling of professional situations: compliance with certain goals (formation of knowledge on the topic, development of ability to analyze complex problems; education of a sense of responsibility for their decisions, moral and personal qualities, etc.); compliance with the level of complexity of students’ learning opportunities; illustration of typical situations from the real facts of professional activity; use of discussion method; variability of decisions of a situation are pointed out.

Abstract:
In the conditions of systemic social, and at the same time personal crisis, accompanied by values relativization, the issue of searching the ways out of this state is actualized in the scientific discourse. Overcoming the crisis depends largely on a person who is able consciously to take responsibility for the actions in the living space, which is created primarily by the personal interactions. Therefore, the social responsibility problem, its formation factors, impact on personal and psychosocial maturity has become significantly relevant in the context of social psychology and at the interdisciplinary level. At the same time, the current socio-political situation in the country, accompanied by military conflict, complex processes of civil society development require an active social, civic, politically responsible position of citizens, especially young people that is socio-demographic group, which acts as a «barometer» of socio-economic and the political state of society and, despite the particular opportunities expansion for self-determination and individual development, it is experiencing spiritual devastation, selfishness, infantilism. The latter leads to the deformation of the youth normative and valuable sphere and require the specialists’ close attention. Thus, the aim of our study is a comprehensive theoretical and methodological analysis and conceptualization of Christian religious beliefs in socio-psychological and philosophical contexts as a factor in developing the social responsibility of the individual. The problem of social responsibility is closely related to the development in moral and ideological spheres of personality, an important component of which is the attitude as willingness to social activity and responsibility as a result of these actions. The social attitudes analysis identifies those related to religious spirituality and Christian morality i.e. Christian religious attitudes that express personal position, conscious state of being, active human attitude to the world in general and in particular to their self-realization. Based on a comprehensive analysis, it is determined that Christian religious attitudes in socio-psychological and worldview contexts are ideological attitudes that are the need and willingness to treat and act to people, events, phenomena, life, God considering the Christian morality based on faith and love to God and neighbour. In addition, they can / should be perceived as internal restraints: not freedom, but pseudo-freedom (permissiveness) and act as a natural law of conscience, the desire for the highest, the moral intuition of man.

Abstract:
This chapter discusses the problems of electronic educational resources quality in terms of modern professional competencies shaping in E-Learning Environment. The importance of these problems due to the fact that modern society requires specialists who are not only professionally trained, but also use the “long life learning” strategy in professional self-development. Therefore, electronic resources should provide not only learning conditions for required knowledge and skills, but also have potential for customized information learning strategies generation, for planning personal achievements, self-development and self-realization. There are different evaluation procedures for digital educational resources quality inclusive two main aspects: technical specifications and instructional design. It is proposed to take into account in the evaluation system additional aspect (scorecard), which characterizes the personalization of student's educational activities, organized on the basis of electronic resources interaction. This set includes indicators of electronic educational resources quality, reflecting their ability to promote personal significant results, measured from the perspective of motivation, implementation of personal cognitive (education) requirements, disclosure of creativity and self-actualization. Conventionally, this group can be called “personalization indicators”. Adaptation of such indicators group improves the quality of electronic educational resources by increasing the multiplicity and flexibility of their use in different educational contexts, taking into account the results of student's productive information activity and the diverse of their educational and informational needs and preferences.

Abstract:
The article clarifies the peculiarities of the organization of educational and scientific research activity of higher education institution students, which is an important way to improve the quality of training and forming of specialists with an academic degree, able to creatively apply the latest achievements of scientific and technological progress, and opens opportunities for effective acquisition and use of knowledge; implements an individualized approach to learning; develops the ability to independently conduct research and summarize the investigation results; dominant tasks are characterized; the directions (educational research, scientific research and scientific organizational) and types of educational research activity of students (abstract, scientific reviews and articles, course and diploma papers) are analysed; the theoretical bases of stylistics and the concept of “style” are investigated; the substyles of the scientific style are analysed (proper scientific (academic, purely scientific); scientific and technical (production and technical); scientific humanitarian; scientific informative (scientific summarizing); scientific reference (reference-encyclopaedic). It is proved that the main purpose of scientific language is to create and produce the scientific text, by which we mean the highest communicative unit within scientific discourse, a holistic communicative block having a clear, logical structure and internally complete parts, saturated with relevant terminology, a set of constant text categories and a means of presenting scientific information, the results of scientific research. The levels of organization of the scientific text (linguistic-structural (operating with linguistic models); linguistic-cognitive (verbalized concepts in the text); communicative-rhetorical (means of persuasion in the scientific text); communicative-pragmatic (personal attitude of the one who produces a scientific text to the message) are investigated; the features of primary (monograph, dissertation, bachelor and master theses) and secondary (scientific article, abstracts, summaries, annotations, reviews, reports) scientific texts are characterized. The paper reveals the principles of compiling scientific texts: content saturation – innovativeness of the presented information, its cognitive value; professional core – the need for analysed information for a particular sphere; scientific informativeness – the author’s concept of the represented research; novelty of the scientific text – new observations and knowledge discoveries that can be implemented in practice; content completeness – the integrity of the presented statements; problematicity – coding of problematic issues; comprehensibility to a specialist in a particular field – apprehensibility of information and providing necessary conditions to understanding it; intertextuality – connection of the scientific text with other types of texts; text declarativeness – a clear comparative analysis of a particular process or phenomenon. The stages of work on the scientific text (organizational, research, generalization of research results) are studied. Requirements for the creation of scientific texts are defined: clear structure (division into chapters, sections, units, paragraphs and sentences that are closely related to each other), avoiding of repetitions (in particular, in conclusions to chapters and in final conclusions); deliberate use of graphic material; systemacity in the process of writing the text; avoidance of concepts that cannot be unambiguously interpreted; justified use of figures and facts; text coherence. The requirements to the structure of the scientific text (introduction, research part, conclusions) are covered.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to analyze the domestic and European experience in organizing the cognitive activity of students in foreign language classes, to identify its main ways of activation. The main direction of development of modern humanitarian education in Ukraine is to increase the level of higher education to European. Entering the European educational space. Ensuring the quality of education, modernization of its content, development and implementation of educational innovations and information technologies, creating conditions for training a specialist suitable for effective implementation of innovative tasks of the appropriate level of professional activity is an urgent task facing higher education institutions. One of the priority areas of education reform is the need to achieve a qualitatively new level in the study of foreign languages. Unlike other subjects, a foreign language is a whole field of knowledge, as it reveals to a person the treasury of a foreign language culture, new lifestyles. Ukraine's integration into the world community requires perfect command of foreign languages. The article highlights the current problems of modernization of higher education and identifying ways to enhance the independent cognitive activity of students in foreign language classes. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of the most effective methods of teaching English in higher education. As a result of theoretical analysis and experience of work of university teachers on new educational and methodical complexes the aspects which remained out of attention of scientific researches are revealed. These include the methodological potential of the organization of independent cognitive activity of students, as well as the use of interdisciplinary links in foreign language classes. The realization of this idea is impossible without the development and implementation of appropriate learning technologies. Among the approaches, the author singles out the introduction of an interdisciplinary approach.

Abstract:
The first part of the monograph “Mass Media as a Mediator of Communicative-Cultural Memory” considers key methodological and theoretical-practical issues that determine the novelty of the study results, as well as the specifics of the research. Communicative-cultural memory is identified as an object of interdisciplinary study and presented as a special symbolic form of communicating subjects, actualization and translation of cultural meanings, memorial signs of various kinds, extending beyond the experience of individuals or groups. Communicative-cultural memory is identified as an object of interdisciplinary study and presented as a special symbolic form of communicating subjects, actualization and translation of cultural meanings, memorial signs of various kinds, extending beyond the experience of individuals or groups. The accent is made on how new information technologies can be used both as a necessary element of the self-organization of civil society and as a tool to implement the manipulative intentions of actors. The measure and degree of social responsibility of the diversity of subjects of information activity, as well as the information culture of individuals, are the dominant features. It is considered in the monograph in the scientific discourse and is defined by the authors as an actualized social practice of “space”, which includes various meanings, cultural codes, methods and the latest technologies of their production and reproduction, transmission and storage, as well as texts and other forms of materialization of information, usually directly related to the mass media. A systematic analysis of recent practice has allowed the authors to implement an approach that identifies the culture of mass media production in general and the specifics of the professional culture of journalists of the digital age in particular as the most important resources contributing to the effective identification of moral and philosophical values of Russian society. As it is proved, as system-forming factors of optimization of media processes management, they should include such components as the professional and educational level of employees, creativity, technological and performing discipline, system use of possibilities of all variety of sources and information resources, orientation on dialogue character of created texts and some others. Professional culture as a concept with a creative meaning implies a search for the dominant features characterizing its level of development, which requires identification of certain criteria and indicators. The normative, professional-communication and social-personal characteristics of a digital-era journalist can serve as sufficiently clear “markers”, as substantiated, which can be defined also as a more or less successful model of human realization in the profession.

Abstract:
The development aid of affluent to poor countries is currently much debated. Though in the decades of aid many people have been helped to survive and improve their living conditions, the problem of severe poverty and injustice is far from solved. Three types of critique explain this failure to a large extent: first, the way in which the development assistance is provided, or not; second, the observation that motivational and informational problems frustrate the collective-actions that should lead to “development”; third, ideological critique that the cooperation is too much an extension of the predominant modernist, neoliberal economic, and financial system of our time. Analyzing development cooperation and assistance with the NPA leads to the identification of normative characteristics of this practice. If the actual realization of development cooperation and the larger institutional context of this professional practice would respect that normativity, the effectiveness and justice of the cooperation could significantly be improved.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the practical and theoretical issue of the formation and realization of a system of conscious self-regulation of professional activity. The purpose of the study is to identify patterns of development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation of the surgeon’s activities at different stages of his professionalization. The choice of goal is due to the fact that the study of the patterns the formation of a system of self-regulation of professional activity is given insufficient attention against the background of a large number of psychological works devoted to the study of various aspects of self-regulation. The methodological basis of this research is the psychological theory of conscious self-regulation, developed by O. A. Konopkin, his students and followers. Self-regulation is defined as a structurallevel metasystem, reflecting the level of formation of general and special regulatory resources and capabilities. The research is identified the qualitative, quantitative and structural patterns of development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation of activity. It is shown that structural transformations determine the essence of the development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation. The cyclical development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation is revealed, which indicates a change in the leading trends in its formation and realization. A critical or transitional point in the development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation of the surgeon’s activity, which falls on the professional experience of 20 years, is determined. The constructive, stagnation and destructive trends in the development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation of the surgeon’s activity are analyzed. It is defined that in the course of constructive development there is an active growth of the components of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation and the formation of its effective structure. In the course of stagnation and destructive development, the growth of the components of the self-regulation subsystem stabilizes and decreases, their differentiation increases and the destruction of its structure begins. The relationship between the development of the procedural subsystem of self-regulation and the effectiveness of the surgeon’s professional activity is fixed.

Abstract:
In 2015, the UN set 17 global goals, the so-called Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for the year 2030, “a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity”. Although these challenges are global, their impact manifests itself on a local level. An inspiring challenge for HU UAS Utrecht is to educate self-confident (upcoming) professionals who contribute to the realization of these global goals by creating local impact. In our opinion such professionals are socially involved, cope with complexity, think systemic and work trans-disciplinary. Furthermore, they ‘mix and match’ personal, societal and professional development, which will not be confined to formal education but lasts a lifetime. This complex challenge forges us to transform our thinking about education and how to organize learning, and about how, where and with whom we educate. UAS’s will have to cooperate with private, public and research partners and create communities in which all participants work, learn and develop themselves while facing new challenges.

Abstract:
In the article, based on the generalization of the results of theoretical and empirical studies, it is substantiated that the conscious self-regulation of a person is a metaresource of education and solving various problems of life in the crisis conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. The development of the general ability of conscious selfregulation (GAS) has a positive effect on adaptation to new conditions that increase uncertainty in all spheres of life. The general ability of conscious self-regulation is a resource for self-organization when changing the usual image under conditions of quarantine measures; it is also a resource for updating and creating new competencies to achieve goals; a resource for creating new ways of expressing emotions and feelings. It is the high development of GAS that contributes to the effective and purposeful search for information to overcome the increased uncertainty, for successful adaptation to distance learning and work; choosing and mastering new professions; realization of special abilities and general giftedness of a person. Conscious self-regulation is a psychological resource for stabilizing and enhancing immunity, and its high development prevents the development of acute stress reactions and negative emotional states during the COVID-19 pandemic. Online research has shown that people with a high general capacity for conscious self-regulation are best at coping with self-isolation requirements. It was revealed that the development of the general ability for conscious self-regulation provides universal and special resources for overcoming the difficulties of self-organization and predicts to a large extent the effectiveness of self-organization in new and unusual conditions of self-isolation. The article concludes that to cope with negative emotional states, it is important to choose a strategy for regulating activities, not states. The best means for this is mastering new types of educational, professional, or sports activities, solving complex, non-standard tasks, obtaining a variety of experiences that go beyond the ordinary.

The main task of vocational education institutions is to implement the relevant knowledge and skills, alongside the acquisition of primary or secondary education. In the context of sports schools, the main emphasis is on achieving results in tournaments, games, and competitions. However, in parallel with the implementation of the sports field, the task of sports schools is to promote the opportunities and desires of students in the field of education. The author points out that too much emphasis is placed on the realization of sports goals, without paying attention to the accents of students’ personal development – for example, the importance of education. The aim of the research is related to the actualization of education in the context of sports schools. Two main guidelines are emphasized – the interest of sports schools in educating students, as well as the athletes’ own opinion about the education and its connection with sport. Within the framework of the research, the author wants to analyze the obtained data correlations. For example, the relationship between students’ current progress and their desire to continue their studies at university. Analyze the results and make recommendations to improve the situation. Data were collected from three professional sports schools in Latvia – Vidzeme and Riga region. The total number of respondents is 147. Abstract: The Spanish architect Rafael Leoz de la Fuente (1921-1976) before finishing his studies in 1955, began to collaborate with other partners in the realization of social housing projects. His experience in the work of the Poblado Dirigido de Orcasitas, led him to initiate a research process to which he dedicated much of his work. The theoretical works of the architect had an important dissemination and international impact, to a large extent, due to his friendship with Le Corbusier and Jean Prouvé. Personal tuning and coincidence of interests between them, led Le Corbusier to propose to Rafael Leoz as a member of the Cercle d'Études Architecturales in Paris in 1962. Within this ambitious project of theoretical research Rafael Leoz established two consecutive goals, on one hand, the abstract spatial planning, to later organize and build a specific space in which people dwell. From publications of Rafael Leoz and original documentation of his files, this paper tries to clarify personal and professional relationships between Le Corbusier and Rafael Leoz. Also pretends to establish some links between the Modulor of Le Corbusier and Rafael Leoz investigations. Moreover it will show Leoz’s modular and dimensional proposals from the Yellow Series both as a complement and a result of the Red and Blue series of the Modulor, reaching the development of organizations of social housing. Scientific literature offers extensive examples of the role of mathematics education in the development of personality and intelligence as well as its application in everyday life and professional activities. Furthermore, the attitude towards the role of mathematical knowledge in the labour market is widely discussed in the society. In order to reflect the views of respondents on the issues of mathematics education and the potential values of mathematics, the survey was carried out. The research data was analysed considering the respondents` education speciality, gender, age and mathematics learning experience. Study results show that mathematics is widely used in everyday life as well as in professional activities, and gives advantage in the labour market. It is difficult to learn mathematics but it is highly worthy. Thus the subject of mathematics is becoming a crucial instrument for promoting an all-round education and personal development. Therefore, many higher education courses have to be mathematics-intensive, and students need to have a high level of competence in the subject to promote person’s resilience.

The analysis included descriptive statistics, cluster analysis (K-means method), Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for one sample, Shapiro-Wilkes criterion, and correlation analysis. The study involved 310 female students in age from 20 to 22 from Astrakhan State University and the Astrakhan Branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. It was found that among young female students 45 people (14.5 %) are focused on the values of professional self-realization, 59 people (19 %) are focused on gnostic and aesthetic values, and 206 people (66.5 %) are focused on the values of personal happiness. The results showed that the concepts of marriage have both common features and specific features due to the influence of the structure of valuable orientations of the respondents. Ideas about marriage are characterized by fragmentary formation of emotional and behavioral components, in some cases the presence of cognitive distortions. The obtained results actualize the importance and necessity of psychological and pedagogical support of the process of family self-determination of students, the formation of complete and adequate ideas about marriage in the conditions of the educational environment of the university."

Abstract:
After analysis of scientific literature, we defined that concept of “augmented reality” has following synonyms: “advanced reality”, “improved reality”, “enriched reality”, “mixed reality” and “hybrid reality”. Analysis of scientific literature and own practical experience of the use of augmented reality technologies application in educational practices allowed to state next: augmented reality technologies have a great potential for application in education; there are some cases of augmented reality use for school education; positive aspects of augmented reality technologies application in higher education institutions are confirmed by experiments (isolated cases); only few universities in Ukraine apply augmented reality technologies to educate students; only few universities in Ukraine have special subjects or modules in schedule to teach students to develop augmented reality technologies; various scientific events, mass events, competitions are held in Ukraine, and specialized training on the augmentation of augmented reality technologies is carried out, but this is non-systematic and does not have special state orientation and support. Features of introduction of virtual and augmented reality technologies at Sumy State University (Ukraine) are identified: “e-learning ecosystems” was created; in 2019, augmented and virtual reality research laboratory was established. Advantages and disadvantages of project activity in education are described: project activity is one of the most important components of educational process; it promotes creative self-development and self-realization of project implementers and forms various life competencies. It is determined that augmented reality application for implementation of educational projects will help: to increase students’ interest for educational material; formation of new competences; increase of students’ motivation for independent educational and cognitive activity; activation of educational activities; formation of positive motivation for personal and professional growth; conditions creation for development of personal qualities (creativity, teamwork, etc.). Current trends in implementation of educational projects were identified: most of the winner projects were implemented using augmented reality technology; augmented reality technologies were used in projects to teach different disciplines in higher education institutions. Augmented reality technology application for project activity has positive impact on learning outcomes and competitiveness of the national workforce; it will enhance the country’s position in the global economic space.

Abstract:
The article presents the possibilities of using game simulator Sotware Inc in the training of future software engineer in higher education. Attention is drawn to some specific settings that need to be taken into account when training in the course of training future software engineers. More and more educational institutions are introducing new teaching methods, which result in the use of engineering students, in particular, future software engineers, to deal with real professional situations in the learning process. The use of modern ICT, including game simulators, in the educational process, allows to improve the quality of educational material and to enhance the educational effects from the use of innovative pedagogical programs and methods, as it gives teachers additional opportunities for constructing individual educational trajectories of students. The use of ICT allows for a differentiated approach to students with different levels of readiness to study. A feature of any software engineer is the need to understand the related subject area for which the software is being developed. An important condition for the preparation of a highly qualified specialist is the independent fulfillment by the student of scientific research, the generation, and implementation of his idea into a finished commercial product. In the process of research, students gain knowledge, skills of the future IT specialist and competences of the legal protection of the results of intellectual activity, technological audit, marketing, product realization in the market of innovations. Note that when the real-world practice is impossible for students, game simulators that simulate real software development processes are an alternative.
