The change in the development paradigm and the transition from a linear to a circular model of the economy has led to the relevant research growth, including those in tourism. But their number remains limited, leaving open some theoretical, methodological and practical issues and slowing down the processes of tourism circular transformation. Researchers recognize the lack of infrastructure that ensures the closed-loop economy (CLE) functioning as one of the systemic barriers, which determine the need for in-depth study of circular infrastructure and its functions within a new development model. The research is aimed at study the infrastructure essence of CLE in tourism. During research, existing approaches in domestic and foreign literature to the definition of tourist supporting infrastructure were analyzed, its role in the circular transformation of tourism was identified, a definition of the tourism circular infrastructure was proposed, its functions and formation barriers were identified. The scientific value of the research is determined by the need for further development of the CLE infrastructure theory and its adaptation to the tourist industry. The research results can be useful in forming strategies for the innovative development of the tourist industry and tourist destinations at various management levels.

Abstract:
The area around the Borobudur Temple area needs development so that it can become a tourism buffer area. This development will align with and answer the challenge of establishing Borobudur as a National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN). Several areas in the Borobudur KSPN that fall into the Menoreh hills have high potential as natural tourist destinations, especially viewpoint and spring. Development is directed towards conservation-based tourism with educational content to increase the selling value. Giripurno Village is one of the Borobudur KSPN villages located in the Menoreh hills and has a potential tourism support infrastructure. The development is carried out by structuring the spring area as a tourist attraction to complement the activities of guests staying at the homestay. The spring area is laid out using lightweight, flexible, yet solid designs and building materials. The existence of spring objects that are arranged sustainably will provide additional activities for visiting tourists. In addition, professional management of each tourism infrastructure will further increase the existing tourism and economic potential

Abstract:
The state and dynamics of tourism services development in Ukraine are analyzed. The main phenomena and processes in the sphere of tourism are evaluated. Key trends in the development of the tourist services market have been identified. It is stated that the development of tourism and resorts is restrained by an insufficient level of infrastructure development, the inconsistency of establishments of accommodation with world standards, technological backwardness of tourist operators, the imperfection of legal and regulatory support of tourist and resort activity. Due to fluctuations in real incomes of the population in the market of tourist services, corresponding fluctuations in solvent demand are observed, which complicates the planning of tourism enterprises’ activity, hotel, and resort activity. It is concluded that these reasons exclude the investment attractiveness of the tourist infrastructure and therefore the proper competitiveness of the entire tourism industry. Some aspects of the mechanism of state support of tourism development in Ukraine are described. The formation’s factors of the tourist potential of Ukraine are shown. Priority directions of the state policy of stimulating tourism development are substantiated. Suggestions for the improvement of instruments for supporting the development of tourism are introduced.

Abstract:
The article examines the development of winter and ice-snow tourism as an important direction of ecological tourism in the coastal areas of Lake Baikal. It analyzes modern trends and challenges related to this type of tourism in Russia, including insufficient infrastructure and the environmental risks associated with unregulated use of natural resources. The authors propose a methodology for assessing the level of infrastructure provision of coastal areas of Lake Baikal for the development of tourism in the winter season to improve planning efficiency. This approach is based on a two-layer index system to comprehensively assess tourism infrastructure. The study evaluated the infrastructure supporting winter tourism in the coastal areas of Lake Baikal within the Republic of Buryatia, covering five municipalities: Barguzinsky, Kabansky, Pribaikalsky, Severo-Baikalsky districts, and the city of Severobaikalsk. The findings indicate that these municipalities have medium to low levels of infrastructure development. This deficiency restricts safe and comfortable recreation opportunities, which are critical for the sustainable growth of winter tourism. Given the increasing demand for winter and ice-snow tourism products in the Baikal region, there is a pressing need to develop strategies and programs aimed at improving infrastructure. These efforts must balance environmental preservation with meeting tourist expectations.

Teluk Berdiri Mangrove Ecotourism in Sungai Kupah Village, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency, is one of the environment-based tourist destinations that has the potential to improve the welfare of local communities. This study aims to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of ecotourism development and the role of actors involved in its management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that the main supporting factors in the development of ecotourism include the uniqueness of natural attractions, government support in the form of infrastructure development and promotion, and active community involvement in tourism management. Several initiatives, such as the construction of bridges and roads to tourist areas and the holding of the Kubu Raya Traveler-Tourism Vlog Festival (KRTV Fest), helped increase the number of tourist visits, but there are various inhibiting factors in the development of this ecotourism, such as limited supporting infrastructure, lack of facilities such as lodging and clean water, lack of access to public transportation, and limited internet signals. In addition, limited promotion is still a challenge in attracting more tourists. The role of actors, including the government, local communities, academics and non-governmental organisations, is crucial in ensuring sustainable ecotourism management. This research confirms that synergy from various actors as well as infrastructure improvements and more effective promotional strategies are needed to optimise the potential of Telok Teluk Berdiri Mangrove Ecotourism as a sustainable community-based tourism destination.

Sustainable development is an issue discussed by the current government apparatus. In the tourism sector also every region began to focus on sustainable tourism Sustainable tourism is an alternative to mass tourism and efforts to increase positive effects and reduce the harmful effects of tourism on local communities and the natural environment. Munding is a village located in Kecamatan Bergas, Kabupaten Semarang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Desa Munding has tourism potential including Curug Tirto Wening, Curug Tirto Wati, Bukit Kembar Cemanggal, and Religious Tourism Tomb sheikh syarif. However, the tour has not been entirely appropriately managed, so it requires further management to become a tour with good governance. There are three priority aspects focused on this devotion: human resources, infrastructure, and participation. The solution to human resource problems are done through the socialization of tourism village management and improving the literacy of tourism village development to the local community. Furthermore, the solution to infrastructure problems is done by rejuvenating existing facilities and infrastructure and continuously monitoring facilities and infrastructure. Abstract The tourism destination in Bandung city is aimed inclusively at all groups of tourists, but in practice, there is limited accessibility experienced by tourists with disabilities which results in reduced ease, security, and comfort in conducting tourist activities in Bandung city. On this basis, this study aims to explain the problem of accessibility for tourists with disabilities in Bandung city and what solutions are offered to overcome these problems. The research method used is the descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results revealed that the tourist area in Bandung city can not be said to be accessible for tourists with disabilities. This can be seen from the lack of existing infrastructure in the attractions area and the lack of other supporting infrastructure aimed at supporting tourism activities carried out by tourists with disabilities. Efforts should be made to realize tourism that is accessible to tourists with disabilities by realizing the shared commitment by Bandung city government and tourism management bodies to create policy instruments that clearly and detailly regulate tourism development that is accommodating to the needs of tourists with disabilities. The policy should substantively regulate the provision of tourism facilities for tourists with disabilities in Bandung city.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of research on the prospects for the development of tourism in Ukraine and strengthening the role of tourism in preserving and promoting national cultural heritage. Prospective levers for supporting the functioning of tourist infrastructure in places of compact location of cultural objects have been identified. It is proved that in modern conditions, which are characterized by an unbalanced economic system, there are new risks of tourism development, primarily due to the objective impossibility of state support for tourism infrastructure, as well as narrowing demand (due to declining real incomes) for tourism products. Thus, there is a need for in-depth study of the tourism and resorts development, identifying areas for reforming the mechanism of using tourism as a tool to promote national cultural heritage, identifying prospects and possible growth vectors for this area. It is proposed to use the mechanisms of public-private partnership in terms of promoting the national cultural heritage through increasing tourist flows, given that the objects of national cultural heritage are elements of the tourist show and require appropriate technological training.

Tourism activities are activities that involve various interests (multi-sectoral) and are closely related to global economic developments.
