The introduction specifies a brief characteristic of selected agricultural business which is followed by a description of soil processing methods and comparison of wheeled and crawler tractors. In the next section there is a characteristic of 3 powerful tractors of over 250 kW and implements which are used by those tractors for soil preparation. Furthermore there is a specification of main objective and applied methods. The main goal was calculation of original implement's parameters in regards to work efficiency and economic evaluation. In case of unsatisfactory results the objective is to propose new implements in order to work more efficiently and have better economic results.

Gliklazid je jedan od najče&scaron;će kori&scaron;ćenih lekova u terapiji dijabetes melitusa tip 2. U poslednje vreme, utvrđeno je da gliklazid ispoljava i druge pozitivne farmakolo&scaron;ke efekte kao &scaron;to su imunomodulatorni i anti-koagulacioni efekti, ukazujući na njegovu potencijalnu primenu u terapiji dijabetes melitusa tip 1. Gliklazid se odlikuje varijabilnim stepenom apsorpcije nakon peroralne primene i iz tog razloga pretpostavlja se da bi tehnike njegove ciljane isporuke, kao &scaron;to je mikroinkapsulacija, mogle da dovedu do pobolj&scaron;anja njegove apsorpcije i njegove potencijalne primene u terapiji T1DM. Pokazano je da različite žučne kiseline, uključujući i holnu, imaju stabilizacione efekte u domenu primene mikrovezikula i kontrolisanog osobađanja lekova, te je moguće da bi njihov dodatak u mikrovezikularnu formulaciju gliklazida mogao dodatno da pobolj&scaron;a oslobađanje gliklazida, njegovu apsorpciju i antidijabetičke efekte. S tim u vezi, cilj ovog istraživanja je da se ispita hipoglikemijski efekat gliklazida primenjenog u obliku alginatnih mikrovezikula, sa ili bez dodatka holne kiseline na T1DM modelu pacova. Trideset &scaron;est pacova obolelih od T1DM indukovanog aloksanom i odgovarajuće zdrave kontrolne životinje su nasumično raspoređene u &scaron;est grupa (n=6) i tretirane jednokratnom dozom fiziolo&scaron;kog rastvora, suspenzijom gliklazida, gliklazidom u obliku alginatnih mikrovezikula, samo holnom kiselinom, i mikrovezikulama gliklazida sa ili baz dodatka holne kiseline. Uzorkovana je krv tokom 10 h nakon unete doze i merena je koncentracija glukoze u krvi I koncentracija gliklazida u serumu kori&scaron;ćenjem HPLC metode. Mikrovezikule gliklazida su ispoljile hipo-glikemijski efekat kod pacova obolelih od dijabetesa, uprkos njegovim smanjenim koncentracijama u serumu, dok je dodatak holne kiseline u mikrovezikularnu formulaciju smanjio hipoglikemijski efekat gliklazida. Ovo potvrđuje izostanak sinergističkog efekta između gliklazida i holne kiseline. Takođe, ni proces mikroinkapsulacije niti dodatak holne kiseline nisu doprineli pobolj&scaron;anju apsorpcije gliklazida, &scaron;to ukazuje na činjenicu da su njegovi hipoglikemijski efekti nezavisni od njegove apsorpcije i koncentracije u serumu. Stoga se može pretpostaviti da su hipoglikemijski efekti gliklazida pre pod uticajem crevno-metaboličke aktivacije nego ciljanog oslobađanja u digestivnom traktu sistemske apsorpcije. Mikrovezikule gliklazida ispoljavaju hipoglikemijski efekat kod pacova obolelih od T1DM nezavisno od insulina, te mogu imati potencijalnu primenu u terapiji T1DM. Ovaj rad su podržali: HORIZON 2020 MEDLEM projekat broj 690876; Projekat Sekretarijata naučnog i tehnolo&scaron;kog razvoja Vojvodine broj . 114-451-2072-/2016-02; Projekat Ministarstva obrazovanja, nauke i tehnolo&scaron;kog razvoja Republike Srbije broja 41012.<br>Gliclazide is one of the most commonly prescribed drugs for the treatment of Type 2 diabetes. Recently, gliclazide has reported to have desirable pharmacological effects such as immunomodulatory and anti-clotting effects, suggesting its potential applications in Type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1D) therapy. Gliclazide has variable absorption after oral administration, and therefore use of targeted-delivery techniques, such as microencapsulation, may optimise gliclazide absorption and its potential applications in T1D. Different bile acids, including cholic acid, have demonstrated microcapsule-stabilising and controlled-release effects, and thus their incorporation into gliclazide microcapsules may further optimise gliclazide release, absorption and antidiabetic effects. Accordingly, this study aimed to investigate the hypoglycaemic effects of gliclazide alginate-based microcapsules, in combination with or without added cholic acid, in a T1D rat model. Thirty six alloxan-induced T1D rats and respective healthy controls were randomly assigned into six equally distributed groups (n=6) and gavaged with a single dose of normal saline solution, gliclazide suspension, gliclazide alginate-based microcapsules, cholic acid alone, combination of gliclazide and cholic acid or alginate-based microcapsules with combined gliclazide and cholic acid. Blood samples were collected over 10 h post-dose and analysed for blood glucose concentrations and gliclazide serum concentrations using HPLC. Gliclazide microcapsules exibited a hypoglycaemic effect in diabetic rats, despite detected lower serum concentrations, whereas cholic acid incorporation diminished the hypoglycaemic effects. This suggests a lack of synergistic effects between gliclazide and cholic acid. In addition, neither microencapsulation nor cholic acid incorporation optimised gliclazide absorption which suggests that hypoglycaemic effects of gliclazide are independent of its absorption and serum concentrations. This provides evidence that hypoglycaemic effects of gliclazide may be associated with gut-metabolic activation rather than gut-targeted delivery and systemic absorption. Conclusion Gliclazide microcapsules exibited hypoglycaemic effects in T1D rats independent of insulin and thus may have potentials in treatment of T1D. Literatūros apžvalgoje aprašomas šių parazitų vystymasis, klinika, patogenezė ir epizootiniai duomenys. Tyrimams mėginiai buvo imami Radviliškio rajone esančiuose smulkių kiaulių augintojų ūkiuose ir vidutinio stambumo kiaulių komplekse. Tyrimo laikotarpiu buvo paimti 57 mėginiai iš penkių skirtingų smulkių kiaulių augintojų ir 42 mėginiai iš kiaulių komplekso. Mėginiai ištirti LSMU VA Užkrečiamųjų ligų katedros Parazitologijos laboratorijoje. Kiaulės pagal amžių buvo suskirstytos į grupes: 0 – 3 mėn., 4 – 5 mėn., 6 – 8 mėn., 9 – 11 mėn., paršavedės ir kuiliai. Tyrimai buvo atliekami modifikuotu MacMaster metodu. Aukščiausias užsikrėtimas virškinimo trakto parazitais nustatytas Radviliškio rajone esančiuose smulkiuose kiaulių ūkiuose ir teigiamų atvejų skaičius juose siekė 89 proc. Tuo tarpu vidutinio didumo kiaulių komplekse užsikrėtimas siekė 31 proc. Dažniausiai pasireiškę virškinimo trakto parazitai tiek smulkių ūkių, tiek komplekso mėginiuose buvo Oesophagostomum spp. ir A. suum. Be to, nustatyti sporadiniai Strongyloides spp. ir Eimeria spp. užsikrėtimų atvejai. Oesophagostomum spp. ir Ascaris suum skirtingose kiaulių grupėse didžiausias užsikrėtimas buvo paršavedžių... [toliau žr. visą tekstą]<br>The research project presented in the thesis was designed to investigate the intensity of gastrointestinal parasite infection in pigs in district of Radviliškis caused by Ascaris suum, Oesophagostomum spp, Strongyloideas spp. and Eimeria spp. depending on the size of farm and age of the animal. In addition, the development cycles of these parasites, clinic, pathogenesis and epidemiological data are described. During the study, 57 samples from 5 different small pig farmers and 42 samples from the medium size pig farm were collected. All samples were examined at Laboratory of Parasitology, Department of Infectious Diseases, Veterinary Academy, Lithuanian University of health Sciences. Pigs were divided according age and sex into 0 – 3 months, 4 – 5 months, 6 – 8 months, 9 – 11 months, sows and boars groups. The samples were examined by modified MacMaster technique. The highest level (89%) of gastrointestinal parasites infection was registered in small pig farms. However, the level of infection in the medium size pig farm was significantly lower i.e. 31%. In our study Oesophagostomum spp. and A. suum were highly distributed and Strongyloides spp. and Eimeria spp were found only as sporadic infection. Il matemathicum Theti redige il suo primo trattato a partire dagli anni Sessanta, dopo aver appreso i rudimenti dell’arte della guerra ed essersi accostato all’ingegneria militare sotto la guida di due valenti capitani d’arme: i fratelli Pompeo e Prospero Colonna. L’interesse di Carlo Theti nei riguardi della teoria è ormai cosa affermata, poco nota invece è la struttura dei suoi Discorsi di fortificatione che vengono qui presentati ed analizzati in una loro esauriente articolazione, ponendo particolare attenzione al contenuto dei manoscritti conservati nella Sächsische Landesbibliothek –Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek di Dresda. Il Libro Settimo, in particolare, illustra con esempi l’esperienza compiuta dal Theti in vari contesti territoriali, in cui si rifletteva un forte interesse per le questioni che riguardavano le difese di frontiera. Il contributo si sofferma sulla funzione dei disegni che accompagnano i pareri di Carlo Theti rispettivamente: sull’assedio di Arlem, sul castello di Anversa, la Goletta di Tunisi, la rocca di Ostia, la capitale Vienna e le fortezze del limes ungherese di Jvar e Canisia. I manoscritti analizzati confermano che il trattato e il trattatista si collocano entro le coordinate di un dibattito sull’architettura fortificata che proprio nella seconda metà del Cinquecento si fa ricco di eventi e proposte. Egli a differenza degli altri appare un precursore della moderna storiografia, avverte la necessità di approfondire come teorico una tematica per molti versi dibattuta, e con tale scelta egli andava confrontandosi su un terreno che era perseguito da uomini d’arme e ingegneri militari. Al Theti si può dunque attribuire la caratteristica della professione di esperto super partes, di consigliere di principi e militari che hanno creduto e che fondavano il proprio sapere su una conoscenza tutta empirica dei fenomeni.

Im Jahr 1745 veröffentlichte der Benediktinerpater Meinrad Spieß mit dem Tractatus musicus compositorio-practicus eine einflussreiche musiktheoretische Schrift, die zum autodidaktischen Erlernen der Grundlagen für die musikalische Komposition bestimmt war. Das 1746 in zweiter Auflage erschienene Werk behandelt im Wesentlichen die kirchenmusikalische Praxis, bezieht aber darüber hinaus auch andere Stile ein und stützt sich besonders auf zeitgenössische Autoren wie Johann Mattheson und Johann David Heinichen. Die Ausgabe orientiert sich im Layout am historischen Vorbild, jedoch mit moderner Schlüsselung der Notenbeispiele, die einen zentralen Analysegegenstand des Tractatus darstellen und eine Vielzahl von Satzmodellen exemplifizieren. Der Kommentar untersucht diese Beispiele und stellt Bezüge zu den erwähnten Theoretikern her.

Moždani udar predstavlja drugi uzrok smrti u celom svetu i neurolo&scaron;ku bolest sa najvećim stepenom invaliditeta. Za povoljan ishod moždanog udara veoma je važno sprečavanje i lečenje somatskih kompikacija (SK), pri čemu je njihova učestalost i značaj za oporavak pacijenata potcenjena, a uticaj na ishod moždanog udara zanemaren. Ciljevi istraživanja su bili da se utvrdi učestalost pacijenata sa somatskim komplikacijama u akutnoj fazi moždanog udara; zatim da se utvrdi učestalost svake pojedinačne somatske komplikacije: pneumonije, urinarnih infekcija, duboke venske tromboze, tromboembolije pluća, dijarealnog sindroma i akutnog koronarnog sindroma; zatim da se utvrde faktori rizika za nastanak svake pojedinačne SK, kao i da se utvrdi uticaj SK na ishod bolesti - iskazan kroz njihovu povezanost sa funkcionalnim statusom, dužinom hospitalizacije i mortalitetom pacijenata. Istraživanje je sprovedeno kao prospektivno i obuhvatilo je 403 pacijenta hospitalizovanih zbog akutnog moždanog udara na Klinici za neurologiju Kliničkog centra Vojvodine u periodu od godinu dana. Pacijenti su podeljeni u dve grupe, gde su prvu grupu sačinjavali pacijenti sa registrovanom jednom ili vi&scaron;e somatskih komplikacija (n = 162), a drugu su činili pacijenti koji nisu imali somatske komplikacije (n = 241). Evaluacija pacijenata obuhvatila je registrovanje sociodemografskih karakteristika, ličnu i porodičnu anamnezu, karakteristike moždanog udara, neurolo&scaron;ki status na prijemu i otpustu, funkcionalni status na prijemu i otpustu, laboratorijske analize krvi i urina na prijemu, vrstu i vreme nastanka pojedinačne somatske komplikacije, sve relevantne dijagnostičke metode za postavljenje dijagnoze i definisanje potencijalnih faktora rizika. Somatske komplikacije se če&scaron;će javljaju kod starijih osoba, prosečne starosti 72,9 godina, kod osoba ženskog pola i kod pacijenata sa hemoragijskim moždanim udarom. Somatske komplikacije registrovane su kod 40,2% pacijenata, pri tome urinarnu infekciju imalo je 20,3% pacijenata, pneumoniju 16,3%, infarkt miokarda 4,7%, plućnu tromboemboliju 3,4%, duboku vensku trombozu 2,4% i dijarealni sindrom 2,9% pacijenata. Nezavisni prediktori pneumonije su disfagija, naru&scaron;eno stanje svesti, hronična opstruktivna bolest pluća, mRS veći od 3. Prediktori urinarnih infekcija su: podatak o rekurentnim urinarnim infekcijama, ženski pol, starost preko 70 godina, mRS veći od 3 i NIHSS skor veći od 16. Kao nezavisni prediktori plućnog tromboembolizma dobijeni su duboka venska tromboza, naru&scaron;eno stanje svesti i gojaznost, dok se jedinim nezavisnim prediktorom dijarealnog sindroma pokazala starost pacijenta preko 70 godina. Prediktori akutnog koronarnog sindroma su: starost veća od 70 godina i hemoragijski moždani udar. Pacijenti sa SK, na kraju hospitalnog lečenja imaju značajno lo&scaron;iji funkcionalni status u odnosu na pacijente bez somatskih komplikacija. Somatske komplikacije statistički značajno produžavaju hospitalizaciju. Kod četvrtine pacijenata (25,9%) sa somatskim komplikacijama u akutnoj fazi moždanog udara registrovan je letalni ishod. Najveći procenat smrtnih ishoda kod pacijenata sa somatskim komplikacijama registrovan je kod pacijenata sa infarktom miokarda (63,2%), a najmanji kod pacijenata sa urinarnom infekcijom (18,3%).<br>Stroke is the second cause of death worldwide and neurological disease with the highest level of disability. For a favorable outcome of stroke, the prevention and treatment of somatic complications are of great importance, while their frequency and the importance of the recovery of patients are underestimated, and the influence on the outcome of stroke is neglected. The aims of the study were: to determine the frequency of patients with somatic complications in the acute phase of stroke; to determine the frequency of each somatic complication: pneumonia, urinary infections, deep venous thrombosis, lung thromboembolism, diarrheal syndrome, and acute coronary syndrome; to identify risk factors for the emergence of each somatic complication, as well as to determine the effect of those complications on the outcome of the disease - expressed through their association with the functional status, length of hospitalization and mortality of patients. The study was conducted as a prospective and included 403 patients hospitalized due to acute stroke at the Clinic for Neurology of the Clinical Center of Vojvodina for a period of one year. Patients were divided into two groups; the first group included patients with one or more somatic complications registered (n = 162), and the second group consisted of patients without any somatic complication (n = 241). Patient evaluation included registration of socio-demographic characteristics, personal and family history, stroke characteristics, neurological and functional status at the time of admission and discharge, laboratory analysis of blood and urine at admission, type and time of emergence of each somatic complication, all relevant diagnostic methods for setting diagnosis and defining potential risk factors. Somatic complications are more common in older people (the average age of 72.9 years) in females and in patients with hemorrhagic stroke. Somatic complications were reported in 40.2% of patients, 20.3% of patients had urinary infection, 16.3% pneumonia, 4.7% myocardial infarction, 3.4% pulmonary thromboembolism, deep venous thrombosis 2.4% and diarrheal syndrome 2.9% of patients. Independent predictors of pneumonia were dysphagia, impaired state of consciousness, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, mRS higher than 3. Predictors of urinary infections were: data on recurrent urinary tract infections, female sex, age over 70 years, mRS higher than 3 and NIHSS score higher than 16. As independent predictors of pulmonary thromboembolism, deep venous thrombosis, impaired state of consciousness and obesity were obtained, while the only independent predictor of diarrheal syndrome proved to be the age of the patient over 70 years. Predictors of acute coronary syndrome were: age over 70 years and haemorrhagic stroke. Patients with somatic complications at the end of hospital treatment had significantly worse functional status compared to patients without somatic complications. Somatic complications statistically significantly prolong hospitalization. A quarter of patients (25.9%) with somatic complications in the acute phase of the stroke had a lethal outcome. The highest percentage of deaths in patients with somatic complications was registered in patients with myocardial infarction (63.2%) and the lowest was registered in patients with urinary tract infections (18.3%).

<p>Vilket rättssystem har enligt folkrätten företräde vid konflikt mellan folkrätten från FN, Europakonventionen och gemen-skapsrätten, beträffande giltigheten av säkerhetsrådets resolutioner för bekämpande av den internationella terrorismen, i förhållande till mänskliga rättigheter?</p><p>Säkerhetsrådets resolutioner har ändrat karaktär när det gäller att bekämpa världens terrorism. Genom så kallade intelligenta sanktioner är säkerhetsrådets mål nu att frysa egendom för enskilda individer och företag, utan att de drabbade har någon rätt till rättvis rättegång, efter att dessa svartlistats som knutna till terroristorganisationer. Svartlistningen sker på mer eller mindre godtyckliga grunder som inte finner stöd inom folkrättens regler om jus cogens och säkerhetsrådet har förklarat att i kampen mot terrorismen är det nu tillåtet att med alla medel slå tillbaka hot mot fred och säkerhet.</p><p>Mänskliga rättigheter utvecklades inom FN och dess stadga tillkom före Europakonventionen och torde i princip ha företräde framför konventionen och Europadomstolens praxis, vid tillämpning av principen lex posterior derogat priori.</p><p>Dock har det tillskapats ett rättssystem av nytt slag (sui generis) inom gemenskaps-rätten, med ett starkare skydd för mänskliga rättigheter; i synnerhet egendomsrätten och rätten till rättvis domstolsprövning. Vid tillämpning av principen lex specialis legi generali derogat, torde dessa regler ha företräde framför de generella reglerna från FN.</p><p>EG-domstolens förstainstansrätt har i fallet Somaliasvenskarna (T-306/01) förklarat sig själv och unionen som bunden av FN:s stadga och säkerhetsrådets resolutioner och därmed åsidosatt egendomsskyddet och rätten till rättvis rättegång för unionsmedborgare.</p><p>I fallet går rätten emot tidigare praxis från EG-domstolen, genom att förklara unionen som bunden av FN-stadgan och genom att tilldela EU-rådet en kompetens som inte står att utläsa i fördragen.</p><p>En oroväckande fråga är vilka rättigheter som kommer att inskränkas framledes. För framtiden bör unionen sätta en tydlig gräns för när de mänskliga rättigheter som man under så lång tid byggt upp skall kunna inskränkas.</p><p>Medlemsstaterna bör anta en gemensam ståndpunkt där man deklarerar att gemenskapens grundläggande rättigheter och friheter inte kan inskränkas på godtyckliga grunder.</p>
