The aim of recearch is study the effect of MSG in coagulation basin on cellulose acetat membranes properties. It was preparated by phase inversion technique. As the result showed that the higher the concentration of MSG in coagulation basin, which is character of membrane permeability coefficients and lower water flux. Dextran rejection of 11, 40, 100-200, and 500 kDa increased. The morphology analysis has shown that sub layer membranes structure with 2% MSG addition more uniform than 0,5% MSG addition. Keywords: cellulose acetat, phase inversion, MSG, coagulation basin

The uniform ZnO microsphere particles with a diameter of 390nm were synthesized by two-step method (also named seed solution method) projected by Eric W. Seelig. The chemical reaction details in the container were analyzed and the generation mechanism of ZnO microsphere particles was studied. ZnO films were prepared by vertical deposition. Coagulation phenomena occurred during the reaction process. The reaction conditions of coagulation phenomena were summarized and given reasonably explanations.

Abstract:
Liver is the primary source of numerous proteins that are critical for normal function of the blood coagulation cascade. Because of this, diseases of the liver, particularly when affiliated with severe complications like cirrhosis, are associated with abnormalities of blood clotting. Although conventional interpretation has inferred cirrhosis as a disorder of uniform bleeding risk, it is now increasingly appreciated as a disease wherein the coagulation cascade is precariously rebalanced. Moreover, prothrombotic risk factors are also associated with a more rapid progression of fibrosis in human

This paper deals with the convergence of finite volume scheme (FVS) for solving coagulation and multiple fragmentation equations having locally bounded coagulation kernel but singularity near the origin due to fragmentation rates. Thanks to the Dunford–Pettis and De La Vall[Formula: see text]e-Poussin theorems, we establish that numerical solution is converging to the weak solution of the continuous model using a weak [Formula: see text] compactness argument. A suitable stable condition on time step is taken to achieve the result. Furthermore, when kernels are in [Formula: see text] space, fir

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to study nanoparticles diffusion and coagulation processes in a twin-jet. Design/methodology/approach – Large eddy simulation (LES) and Taylor-series expansion moment method (TEMOM) are employed to deal with a nanoparticle-laden twin-jet flow. Findings – The numerical results show that the interaction of the two jets and turbulence eddy structures rolling-up, paring and shedding in flow sharply affects particles number concentration. Particle diameter grows quickly at the interfaces of jets. Coagulation shows more obvious effect at initial stage than that

The paper is devoted to the study of the effect of the intensity of aerosol fluctuations on the dis-tribution of fractions of the dispersed component of the coagulating aerosol. Oscillations of aerosol in closed channel are numerically modeled in operation. To describe the dynamics of the carrier medium, a two-dimensional non-stationary system of Navier-Stokes equations for compressed gas is used. They are written taking into account interfacial power interaction and interfacial heat ex-change. To describe the dynamics of the dispersed phase, a system of equations is solved for each of its fra

The gas dynamics of multiphase mixtures of high-pressure fuels in turboimpat separators with coagulation structural elements at a flow rate of the working medium G = 500-2200 kg/h were investigated. The geometry of the turboimpat separator with a radial guide jet element consists of a first stage and a separator, consists of a plate with a diameter of 250 mm, on a diameter of 97 mm of which there is a corrugated separation element, the dimensions of which vary from 10 to 40 mm, depending on the working geometry. Body contouring with liposuction has evolved significantly from the early approach of simply debulking excess fatty tissue, to affecting the mechanical properties of different tissue types and layers. Operative paradigms have been expanded to apply energy-based technologies intraoperatively to provide more uniform aspiration, selective fatty tissue emulsification in soft and fibrous body areas, minimize trauma to nerves and vessels, expose the fibrous septal network, reduce operator fatigue and help deliver smooth shapes with less discomfort and bruising. Estimating effective thermal damage process coefficients for the first order kinetic model of damage processes is not difficult when the temperature is held constant for a substantial period. Laser coagulation experiments, however, are of short duration and, because of non uniform beam profiles, exhibit important heat transfer effects: the thermal histories are transient by nature and spatial temperature gradients are significant. An attempt is made to obtain useful estimates of activation energy, E, and collision frequency factor, A, directly from the transient history at the boundary of the

Heparin is an appropriate molecule to suppress the thrombus formation in the initial stages of blood contact with an artificial material. Therefore the covering of a synthetic material with heparin-like molecules is a great importance issue in biomaterial science and engineering. In order to reach this goal this paper deals with the plasma deposition of thin heparin-like films on microscope slides from RF-excited heparin/methane low pressure plasmas. Plasma were excited by a RF-power supply operating on 13.56 MHz at a fixed power of 50 W. Heparin was diluted in ethanol and fed into the plasma
