Abstract: YouTube is currently one of the jobs that are in demand by many people. The income earned from the YouTuber profession reaches hundreds of millions of rupiah every month. In Islamic law it is explained that every wage or salary of a person's profession is obliged to pay zakat. but even though the law regarding zakat profession is still controversial and not well known by the Muslim ummah in general and Muslim professionals in the country in particular. From this phenomenon, researchers are interested in examining what kind of application of zakat on the Youtuber profession is included in the category of new types of professions. The method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The data collection technique was done by interviewing. This study aims to determine how the application of professional zakat for YouTubers. Analysis of the results of interviews with the head of the YouTuber Jombang (YTN) community and members that the actions in the application of professional zakat expenditure are in accordance with the Islamic law syari'ah that has been taught. That is the obligation to pay zakat for those who reach the nisab and one year is sufficient. Income from YouTube is one of the assets that must be zakat, including al-māl al-mustafād, which is assets that a Muslim can take advantage of with new ownership such as gifts, inheritance, labor costs, and so on. YouTubers are obliged to pay zakat if the video content uploaded is halal. If the opposite is true, that is, when it contains content that is haram, then the income is haram and does not have to be zakat

Today's advancements in social media have not only satiated people's needs for amusement and spiritual fulfillment, but video platforms like YouTube are also slowly evolving into tools for English teaching and learning, particularly in EFL classrooms. This research was conducted to examine whether the YouTube platform can be helpful for English learning and teaching, as well as students' perceptions and opinions about it. This research used the literature study in collecting the data, in which the researcher provided data support by collecting papers and essays on YouTube about the learning and teaching of English. The researcher then evaluated the data to arrive at the results. By comparing the results of students' tests taken before and after watching learning videos on YouTube, it can be said that these videos assist students in understanding English better. In addition, YouTube's variety of instructional and learning videos can help students become more engaged in learning English and draw more attention in class. Due to their ease of access to learning resources and their natural attraction to the video learning format, the majority of students felt that learning through YouTube was more efficient and effective in helping them enhance their proficiency in English. Thus, it is feasible to draw the conclusion that YouTube facilitates both the teaching of English to EFL (English as a Foreign Language) learners and their learning of it based on the outcomes of this research.

Abstract:
Vibration analysis can only identify about 60% of the defects that may occur in mechanical systems. However, the main drawbacks of vibration measurements are the difficult access to the transmission system in order to place the sensor as well as the consequent cost of implementation. This results in sensitivity problems relative to the position of the installation and the difficulty to distinguish the source of vibration because of the diversity of mechanical excitations that exist in the industrial environment.Hence, the Motor Current Signatures Analysis (M.C.S.A.) represents a promising alternative to the vibration analysis and has therefore been the subject of increasing attention in recent years. Indeed, the analysis of electrical signatures has the advantage of being a technically accessible method as well as inexpensive and non-intrusive to the system. Techniques based on currents and voltages only require the motor’s electrical measurements which are often already supervised for the purposes of the control and the protection of the electrical machines. This process was mainly used for the detection of motors faults such as rotor bars breakage and eccentricity faults as well as bearings defects. On the other hand, very little research has been focused on gear faults detection using the current analysis. In addition, three-phase electrical signals are characterized by specific geometric representations related to their waveforms and they can serve as different indicators providing additional information. Among these geometric indicators, the Park and Concordia transforms model the electrical components in a two-dimensional coordinate system and any deviation from the original representation indicates the apparition of a malfunction. Moreover, the differential equations of Frenet-Serret represent the trajectory of the signal in a three-dimensional euclidean space and thus indicate any changes in the state of the system. Although they have been previously used for bearing defects, these indicators have not been applied in the detection of gear defects using the analysis of electrical current signatures. Hence, the innovative idea of combining these indicators with signal processing techniques, as well as classification techniques for gears diagnosis using the three-phase motor’s electrical current signatures analysis is established.Hence, in this work, a new approach is proposed for gear faults diagnosis using the motor currents analysis, based on a set of geometric indicators (Park and Concordia transforms as well as the properties of the Frenet-Serret frame). These indicators are part of a specifically built fault signatures library and which also includes the classical indicators used for a wide range of faults. Thus, a proposed estimation algorithm combines experimental measurements of electrical signals with advanced signal processing methods (Empirical Mode Decomposition, ...). Next, it selects the most relevant indicators within the library based on feature selection algorithms (Sequential Backward Selection and Principal Component Analysis). Finally, this selection is combined with non-supervised classification (K-means) for the distinction between the healthy state and faulty states. It was finally validated with a an additional experimental configuration in different cases with gear faults, bearing faults and combined faults with various load levels

It has been a common practice to use multimedia to promote merchandise because netizens’ comments are the first response from the audience. From their comments, we can not only know the demand of customers, but find out their opinion on the products and services we offered and know the satisfaction of them for future improvement. The Chinese language has a complicated structure and diverse expressions, and consequently. it is very difficult for computer to process. In English language processing, the word-oriented approach has been effectively applied in great depth and satisfactory result has been reached. However, there are few successful analyses in Chinese. One of the biggest differences between the two languages is the unique Chinese text structure. To identify "word boundaries", most Chinese natural language processors rely on word-breaking. In addition, Chinese language processing tools are not so applicable as English. Therefore, this paper attempts to extract possible word-oriented terms by means of machine learning. Using Python to collect comments on YouTuber&apos;s marketing merchandise, we got 107,421 comments. After first filtering, there were 266,947 sentences left for machine learning. The filter and screening rules used in this study were applied to YouTuber&apos;s comments. The precision for judging term groups, FMBVAT, is 57.97%. The end-word feature of the phrase has a considerable influence on the YouTuber marketing films. In terms of words, the scorer without word frequency feature (F) predicts a larger number of word-oriented items, while the best combination of features is FBVA, which has a precision of 45.54%. From this research, the results can be effectively used to analyze the word-oriented terms in Chinese. It can effectively find the facets of the commentator&apos;s intention, and improve the product quality by the commentary&apos;s intention. This will effectively reduce the cost of marketing, and lower the possibility of negative comments.

Abstract:
The emergence of new Internet applications and technologies have resulted in an increased complexity as well as a need for lower latency, higher bandwidth, and increased reliability. This ultimately results in an increased complexity of network operation and management. Manual management is not sufficient to meet these new requirements. There is a need for data driven techniques to advance from manual management to autonomous management of network systems. One such technique, Machine Learning (ML), can use data to create models from hidden patterns in the data and make autonomous modifications. This approach has shown significant improvements in other domains (e.g., image recognition and natural language processing). The use of ML, along with advances in programmable control of Software- Defined Networks (SDNs), will alleviate manual network intervention and ultimately aid in autonomous network operations. However, realizing a data driven system that can not only understand what is happening in the network but also operate autonomously requires advances in the networking domain, as well as in ML algorithms. In this thesis, we focus on developing ML-based network architectures and data driven net- working algorithms whose objective is to improve the performance and management of future networks and network applications. We focus on problems spanning across the network protocol stack from the application layer to the physical layer. We design algorithms and architectures that are motivated by measurements and observations in real world or experimental testbeds. In Part I we focus on the challenge of monitoring and estimating user video quality of experience (QoE) of encrypted video traffic for network operators. We develop a system for REal-time QUality of experience metric detection for Encrypted Traffic, Requet. Requet uses a detection algorithm to identify video and audio chunks from the IP headers of encrypted traffic. Features extracted from the chunk statistics are used as input to a random forest ML model to predict QoE metrics. We evaluate Requet on a YouTube dataset we collected, consisting of diverse video assets delivered over various WiFi and LTE network conditions. We then extend Requet, and present a study on YouTube TV live streaming traffic behavior over WiFi and cellular networks covering a 9-month period. We observed pipelined chunk requests, a reduced buffer capacity, and a more stable chunk duration across various video resolutions compared to prior studies of on-demand streaming services. We develop a YouTube TV analysis tool using chunks statistics detected from the extracted data as input to a ML model to infer user QoE metrics. In Part II we consider allocating end-to-end resources in cellular networks. Future cellular networks will utilize SDN and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) to offer increased flexibility for network infrastructure operators to utilize network resources. Combining these technologies with real-time network load prediction will enable efficient use of network resources. Specifically, we leverage a type of recurrent neural network, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural networks, for (i) service specific traffic load prediction for network slicing, and (ii) Baseband Unit (BBU) pool traffic load prediction in a 5G cloud Radio Access Network (RAN). We show that leveraging a system with better accuracy to predict service requirements results in a reduction of operation costs. We focus on addressing the optical physical layer in Part III. Greater network flexibility through SDN and the growth of high bandwidth services are motivating faster service provisioning and capacity management in the optical layer. These functionalities require increased capacity along with rapid reconfiguration of network resources. Recent advances in optical hardware can enable a dramatic reduction in wavelength provisioning times in optical circuit switched networks. To support such operations, it is imperative to reconfigure the network without causing a drop in service quality to existing users. Therefore, we present a ML system that uses feedforward neural networks to predict the dynamic response of an optically circuit-switched 90-channel multi-hop Reconfigurable Optical Add-Drop Multiplexer (ROADM) network. We show that the trained deep neural network can recommend wavelength assignments for wavelength switching with minimal power excursions. We extend the performance of the ML system by implementing and testing a Hybrid Machine Learning (HML) model, which combines an analytical model with a neural network machine learning model to achieve higher prediction accuracy. In Part IV, we use a data-driven approach to address the challenge of wireless content delivery in crowded areas. We present the Adaptive Multicast Services (AMuSe) system, whose objective is to enable scalable and adaptive WiFi multicast. Specifically, we develop an algorithm for dynamic selection of a subset of the multicast receivers as feedback nodes. Further, we describe the Multicast Dynamic Rate Adaptation (MuDRA) algorithm that utilizes AMuSe’s feedback to optimally tune the physical layer multicast rate. Our experimental evaluation of MuDRA on the ORBIT testbed shows that MuDRA outperforms other schemes and supports high throughput multicast flows to hundreds of nodes while meeting quality requirements. We leverage the lessons learned from AMuSe for WiFi and use order statistics to address the performance issues with LTE evolved Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service (eMBMS). We present the Dynamic Monitoring (DyMo) system which provides low-overhead and real-time feedback about eMBMS performance to be used for network optimization. We focus on the Quality of Service (QoS) Evaluation module and develop a Two-step estimation algorithm which can efficiently identify the SNR Threshold as a one time estimation. DyMo significantly outperforms alternative schemes based on the Order-Statistics estimation method which relies on random or periodic sampling.

Abstract:
This volume highlights the ways in which recent developments in corpus linguistics and natural language processing can engage with topics across language studies, humanities and social science disciplines. New approaches have emerged in recent years that blur disciplinary boundaries, facilitated by factors such as the application of computational methods, access to large data sets, and the sharing of code, as well as continual advances in technologies related to data storage, retrieval, and processing. The “march of data” denotes an area at the border region of linguistics, humanities, and social science disciplines, but also the inevitable development of the underlying technologies that drive analysis in these subject areas. Organized into 3 sections, the chapters are connected by the underlying thread of linguistic corpora: how they can be created, how they can shed light on varieties or registers, and how their metadata can be utilized to better understand the internal structure of similar resources. While some chapters in the volume make use of well-established existing corpora, others analyze data from platforms such as YouTube, Twitter or Reddit. The volume provides insight into the diversity of methods, approaches, and corpora that inform our understanding of the “border regions” between the realms of data science, language/linguistics, and social or cultural studies

Abstract:
Every day, print and online trade magazines and news sources tout developments in online advertising, branding, and marketing. Seismic shifts in the industry―like major advertisers setting up shop in Second Life and other alternate realities―have forced marketers and advertisers, ready or not, to employ new advertising models. But the potholes for advertisers using Web 2.0 are many, and missteps by companies that don't understand the new rules of the game guarantee lost time and money ill spent. Advertising 2.0 ensures that readers understand the advertising options possible in the Web 2.0 environment, provides examples of companies using these options, and offers guidelines for their application. Advertising 2.0 goes way beyond running banner ads on Web sites and explores the rapidly burgeoning world of social media marketing. Among other things, expert Tracy L. Tuten covers viral marketing, doing online research, advertising within online games, and leveraging online opinions to increase sales or grow a brand. She also describes―way out on the leading edge and sure to turn conventional advertising on its head―how smart marketers let consumers generate ad content for products and brands. While the trade press frequently publishes news of companies using innovative communications techniques, there are hardly any books telling people how to take the plunge into the newest forms of advertising. Advertising 2.0 presents the current state of online advertising, and best practices for using techniques like consumer-generated advertising, social networking, online product reviews, viral video, Second Life, alternate reality games, and more. It also includes case studies and examples of successes and mistakes. Companies and brands featured include Nine Inch Nails, Audi, 42 Entertainment, MySpace, YouTube, Dogster, Vodaphone, Leo Burnett, and others. Best, each method described includes guidelines for getting the most out of the technique, thereby letting advertisers cut through the clutter to touch the hearts of customers worldwide.

Abstract:
Web 2.0 has taken on buzzword status. It's now shorthand for everything that is new, cutting-edge, and gaining momentum online. Web 2.0 can describe particular Web sites; cultural trends like social networking, blogging, or podcasting; or the underlying technology that makes today's coolest Web applications possible. Many Web 2.0 innovations were pioneered by behemoths like Google, Amazon, Apple, YouTube, and MySpace. But even the smallest, leanest companies can take advantage of the new trends, new and open-source programming tools, and new networks. This book presents a wealth of ideas that will enable any business to quickly and affordably deploy Web 2.0 best practices to gain customers and maximize profits. Web 2.0 is more a series of trends than a basket of things: —More and more, power is in the hands of individual users and their networks. —Web content is distributed, sorted, combined, and displayed across the Web in formats and places not anticipated by the content creators. —New technology now makes rich online experiences and complex software applications possible, and at a low cost. —Integration is breaking down walls between PCs and mobile devices. Web 2.0 is a landscape in which users control their online experience and influence the experiences of others. Business success on the Web, therefore, now comes from harnessing the power of social networks, computing networks, media and opinion networks, and advertising networks. Web 2.0 takes advantage of higher bandwidth and lighter-weight programming tools to create rich, engaging online experiences that compete with television and other offline activities. With examples and case studies from real businesses, this book demonstrates what makes a successful Web 2.0 company, regardless of its size or resources. A non-technical guide, it is aimed squarely at the marketer or business manager who wants to understand recent developments in the online world, and to turn them into practical, competitive advantages.

Abstract:
The Meta-Xenakis Japan Team held two UPISketch workshops in 2022. These contributed to disseminate Xenakis’s concept of the UPIC system to young Japanese musicians as well as to people who are not accustomed to contemporary music. Beforehand, in 2021, in collaboration with Rodolphe Bourotte (brainchild behind the UPISketch), one composition class, in which every student created a short piece using this application, had been realized at Nagoya City University. After the class, some students presented their pieces to the other students. Three of the students’ pieces were broadcast via YouTube in the online concert Nagoya Electronic Concerts 2021(NEMC2021). In the first workshop in 2022, twelve participants presented their pieces based on UPISketch. All the participants were university students studying media art and design. After the presentation of their pieces, they discussed how to manage a workshop for more general public having no experience in digital music. They made UPISketch user-manual texts in Japanese based on the UPISketch URL. This reportage presented here covers our second UPISketch workshop which was held on May 29, 2022, celebrating Xenakis’s 100th birthday. It was open to high school students and others interested in music as one type of contemporary media art. The workshop comprised an initiation to the application, free time for the participants’ creation, and evaluation of the pieces by some of the young composers. Participants were neither professional musicians nor sound designers, but all enjoyed drawing sound.

Abstract:
Youtuber is a new type of freelancer, whose economic profit and personal reputation are highly decided by their own popularity on the Internet, which can be reflected directly by the number of subscribers accumulated. In order to develop the management of YouTube channels and get more advertisement benefits, youtubers need to maintain the current subscriber group and appeal to more new followers by making attractive videos. But they lack efficient methods to analyze their video quality and their communication with subscribers so that they can predict their future development and adjust present strategies. In this paper, we applied several machine learning algorithm and models to study the prediction of short and long term future subscriber increase (we call them as growth and sustainability of youtubers) by analyzing youtuber-related information including video content(e.g. topic type, video tags, etc.) and subscriber interaction(e.g. views, likes, comments, etc.). One highest-scoring regression algorithm is proposed to make the out-performing prediction for certain youtubers, and we have proven its rationality and high accuracy in predicting the growth and sustainability of YouTube subscribers with suitable configuration. Apart from establishing algorithms, a relevant website, which offers services for future prediction and improvement suggestions, is created based on the established random forest regression algorithm. This application allows youtubers to completely analyze their current management situation and assists them to increase popularity for both social and economic benefits.

People now prefer to follow trends. Since the time is moving, people can only keep themselves from being left behind if they keep up with the pace of time. There are a lot of websites for people to explore the world, but websites for those who show the public something new are uncommon. This paper proposes an web application to help YouTuber with recommending trending video content because they sometimes have trouble in thinking of the video topic. Our method to solve the problem is basically in four steps: YouTube scraping, data processing, prediction by SVM and the webpage. Users input their thoughts on our web app and computer will scrap the trending page of YouTube and process the data to do prediction. We did some experiments by using different data, and got the accuracy evaluation of our method. The results show that our method is feasible so people can use it to get their own recommendation.

Integration of ICT significantly increases the possibilities of the educational process and extends the boundaries of the educational sphere as a whole. Publicly available resources, such as e-mail, blogs, forums, online applications, video hosting sites, can serve as the basis for building open learning and education. Informational educational technologies of learning foreign languages are in the focus of this study. The article represents the results of theoretical analysis of content on the subject of its personal- and didactic-definite orientation, as well as some aspects of the practical use of commonly used YouTube video materials in the process of teaching German as the first or second foreign language in higher education, namely at the pedagogical university. Taking into account the practical experience of using the materials of several relevant thematic YouTube channels with a fairly wide constant audience, a concise didactic analysis of their product is presented and recommendations on converting video content into methodological material in the framework of practical course of German language by future teachers are offered. Due to the suggested recommendations, the following tasks can be solved: enrichment of the vocabulary; semantization of phraseological units, constant figures of speech, cliché; development of pronunciation skills; expansion of linguistic competence; improving listening and speaking skills; increasing motivation to learn, etc.
