Studien utgår från det sociokulturella perspektivet som tolkningsram. Materialet i studien bygger på semistrukturerade intervjuer av fyra lärare som undervisar på lågstadiet. Materialet analyserades med hjälp av en innehållsanalys och Rasmussons fem förmågor och kompetenser som krävs vid digital läsning (Rasmusson, 2014). Do Christian missionaries who exhibit good person-job fit, (‘aligned’ with host nation colleagues and ‘in harmony’ with expatriate colleagues), experience more positive work attitudes?
