In this cross-sectional study of 141 Aboriginal Australians aged ≥45 years living in the remote Kimberley region of Western Australia, we explored whether glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c) levels were associated with frailty. Sixty-four participants (45.4%) had a HbA1c level ≥6.5% and 84 participants (59.6%) were frail.
