Resumen
Several binary metal diphosphinate compounds (ML) have been reported for diphosphinate bonded by a single methylene fragment. In case of longer bridges, binary products are difficult to isolate in crystalline form. Here, using a solvent assisted mechano-chemistry synthesis, we report two new ML crystalline phases, one hydrated and one anhydrous. The hydrated phase is a 2D coordination polymer with an open framework structure. Its network displays a new topology for coordination polymers and metal organic frameworks. The thermal behavior of the two phases has been studied. Finally, the importance of the bridge length is discussed in view of known metal diphosphinate compounds.

Resumen
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the obstacles and challenges faced by managers and coordination professionals in their practices in municipal coordinating centers. METHODS: An exploratory descriptive study with a qualitative focus, applied in 40 managers and coordination professionals, from September 2017 to November 2018, with semi-structured interviews, resulting in two categories of analysis: limiting factors and factors that facilitate the management and operationalization of the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS) coordinating sector. RESULTS: Analyzing the statements, we found evidence of the following limiting factors: failure in the criteria of referral, unavailability of beds, high demand, systemic difficulties in relation to the coordinating system, procedures of difficult scheduling and execution, increased repressed demand for elective procedures and difficulties in the flow of information between primary care and coordination. In the category of facilitating factors, the most significant possibilities were: expansion of the capability to know the user’s reality, improvement in primary care and increase in health financial resources, health training and education and restructuring, in addition to reorganizing internal coordinating procedures. CONCLUSION: The limiting factors of coordination show the need to promote actions that offer all SUS users full access to health services.

Resumen
Cloud computing is a revolutionary computing technique, by which computing resources are provided dynamically via Internet is widely popular. Since the most attractive part of cloud computing is computation outsourcing, it is far beyond enough to just conduct access control. Unfortunately, the data in the cloud is out of user’s control in most cases, privacy risks would rise dramatically due to the access of unauthorized users. The security of the data is the major concern. Coordinating mobile devices into cloud computing is a rising but encouraging illustration. The coordination happens in a cloud based multi-layered client information sharing condition. With the coordination of cloud computing with mobile devices may result in security issues such as information privacy and client rights. The proposed work makes use of a technology using Advanced Hierarchical Attribute Based Encryption (A-HABE) architecture, in which the data storage will be in hierarchical structure and the retrieval of data will also be in the form of access level. Data confidentiality should be guaranteed and the system should be resilient. The secure storage and sharing of data without the fear of an unauthorized access in the cloud can result in growth in many sectors.

Resumen
Introduction To explore Norwegian general practitioners’ experiences with care coordination in primary health care. Methods Qualitative study using data from five focus groups with 32 general practitioners in Norway. We analysed the data using systematic text condensation, a descriptive and explorative method for thematic cross-case analysis of qualitative data. Results The general practitioners had different notions of care pathways. They expressed a wish and an obligation to be involved in planning and coordination of primary health-care services, but they experienced organisational and financial barriers that limited their involvement and contribution. General practitioners reported lack of information about and few opportunities for involvement in formal coordination initiatives, and they missed informal arenas for dialogue with other primary health-care professionals. They argued that the general practitioner’s role as coordinator should be recognised by other parties and that they needed financial compensation for contributions and attendance in meetings with the municipality. Discussion General practitioners need informal arenas for dialogue with other primary health-care professionals and access to relevant information to promote coordinated care. There might be an untapped potential for improving patient care involving general practitioners more in planning and coordinating services at the system level. Financial compensation of general practitioners contribution may promote increased involvement by general practitioners.

Resumen
Purpose To identify opportunities for improving care, we evaluated patients' perceptions of the quality of their cancer care by race, ethnicity, and language. Patients and Methods We surveyed a population-based cohort of 1,067 patients with colorectal cancer in northern California approximately 9 months after diagnosis. Adjusting for clinical and demographic factors, mean problem scores were analyzed on a 100-point scale for six domains of care. Results Mean problem scores were highest for health information (47.8), followed by treatment information (32.3), psychosocial care (31.7), coordination of care (21.3), confidence in providers (13.1), and access to cancer care (12.7). In adjusted comparisons with white patients, African American patients reported more problems with coordination of care (difference, 9.8; P < .001), psychosocial care (difference, 7.2; P = .03), access to care (difference, 6.6; P = .03), and health information (difference, 12.5; P < .001). Asian/Pacific Islander patients reported more problems than did white patients with coordination of care (difference, 13.2; P < .001), access to care (difference, 15.5; P < .001), and health information (difference, 12.6; P = .004). Hispanic patients tended to report more problems with coordination of care (difference, 4.4; P = .06), access to care (difference, 5.8; P = .08), and treatment information (difference, 7.0; P = .06). Non–English-speaking white patients reported more problems than other white patients with coordination of care (difference, 21.9; P < .001), psychosocial care (difference, 16.1; P = .009), access to care (difference, 19.8; P = .003), and treatment information (difference, 17.8; P = .002). Non–English-speaking Hispanic patients reported more problems than other Hispanic patients with confidence in providers (difference, 16.9; P = .01). Conclusion Efforts to improve patients' experiences with cancer care should address disparities by race, ethnicity, and language, particularly in coordination of care, access to care, and the provision of relevant information.

Resumen
PURPOSE: Little is known about the provision of oncologic services by Project Access safety net care coordination programs. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Information on safety net care coordination program locations, health services, and patient eligibility was obtained via program Web sites and calls. For programs not offering oncologic care, program directors were interviewed to identify oncologic care barriers. RESULTS: Web sites of 29 safety net care coordination programs in 22 states were identified; 62% (n = 18) offered oncologic services. Programs were in 65% (n = 11) of states that did not expand Medicaid. Of those offering oncologic services, 83% (n = 15) offered free chemotherapy, and 93% (n = 27) of all programs offered oncologic imaging. Program director interviews revealed costs, longitudinal care, and multiple-physician buy-in as barriers limiting oncologic care. CONCLUSION: Third-party care coordination centers provide a novel and potentially unrecognized approach to increasing oncology service access. Further research should identify strategies to overcome the relative lack of oncologic care offerings.

Resumen
Our health care system uses sophisticated cancer therapies, treatment technologies and facilities, and has dedicated and talented cancer specialists. Effective use of these innovations requires coordination of many diffuse components. For example, transitions between steps of care involve multiple actors and institutions, with distinct sets of information, procedures, policies, practices and knowledge. As Taplin and Rodgers note (2010:108), “[i]t takes the entire care process to achieve optimal cancer care. Screening is of no value without a diagnosis, and diagnosis does not improve outcome without access to comprehensive and effective treatment. This seems obvious but the care process is not studied that way.” In cancer care, coordinating across the many providers and with the patient and family members, is challenging. A human factors and systems-based approach to improving that coordination has potential to improve patient outcomes.
