Texto completoResponsabilidad social corporativa (RSC), responsabilidad social universitaria (RSU), valor compartico (VC), comportamiento sustentable (VS), son solo una muestra de conceptos y definiciones e ideas que resaltan un tema en general, el desempeño de las empresas con el medio. Al respecto cabe pregunarse: ¿Es la responsabilidad social un tema de moda o algo más?. A partir de lo anterior, ¿Es posible actualizar y humanizar el concepto de RSC?. Es así como esta tesis pretende entregar las bases fundamentacionales que permitan a partir reconceptualizar la RSC, tomando los elementos claves de una corriente de pensamiento, en la que el hombre, su felicidad y libertad pasan a ser el centro de la misma, nos referimos a la Teoría Crítica desarrollada por Max Horkheimer. La reconceptualización propuesta en esta tesis busca entregar un concepto "humanizado" de la RSC, por lo que la estructura de la investigación se ha diseñado de manera tal que cubra rigurosamente los pasos necesarios, que impliquen presentar un medelo teórico del concepto generado, una validación teórica de la propuesta y finalmente una validación empírica del mismo. Todo lo anterior, con el sustento cuantitativo que entregue datos duros y permita apoyándose de las métricas correspondientes, que transformen a esta investigación en un aporte al conocimiento.
Corporate social responsibility (CSR), university social responsibility (RSU), shared value (VC), sustainable behavior (VS), are only a sample of concepts and definitions and ideas that high light a general theme, the performance of companies with medium. The reconceptualization proposed in this thesis seeks to provide a "humanized" concept of CSR, so the structure of the research has been designed in such a way as rigorously to cover the necessary steps, which involve presenting a theoretical model of the generated concept, a validation And finally an empirical validation of the proposal. It is of great importance for organizations to maintain an adequate level of liquidity, this to meet their payment obligations, as well as to evaluate investment projects. Various sources of information were used, taking into account the most relevant topics that could help answer the question proposed. We consider it important to delve into the characteristics of companies to understand our main case. The first was the purpose of cash: buy of assets, corruption, business turnover and crisis. On the other hand, cash sources were analyzed, as they are: own resources, financial instruments, financial institutions and external financing. Finally, we mention the policies that companies employ; corporate policy, payment and collection policies, level of experience, CEO and female directors. As can be demonstrated, there are a number of reasons why a company must have a certain amount of cash and many reasons to justify it. Cash flow is an important pillar for the management of any company and this research will help us understand it better.

The innovation is related with the conception and application of the knowledge, encouraging an interaction between University and companies. Accordingly, the knowledge flow between educational and research institutions and business sectors is determined by the stimulus of the actor responsible for proposing the transference of the knowledge flow ? either the University, based on scientific knowledge, or the company, based on applied knowledge. Recent studies debate about the role of the actors and channels of knowledge transference, however, they do not argue about the content of the transferred knowledge, or debate about the types of knowledge but do not discuss about the actors and channels of knowledge transference. Therewith, the present study has the objective to analyze the knowledge flow in joint projects between Universities and companies located at a technological park ? propitious environment for this type of interaction. The concept of knowledge flow is mainly presented by Triple Helix, in addition to other models. The flow between University-Companies describes the role of the actors and channels of knowledge transference, verifying also the content of the transferred knowledge: basic research, strategic research, applied research or the current technology. It was also studied the technological maturity level, the TRL (Technology Readness Level), for a further analysis of the studied cases and their technological levels. Seven semi-structured Interviews were conducted with University professors (researchers) responsible for the joint projects and afterwards, interviews were conducted with R&D (research and development) managers of the companies installed at TECNOPUC. The study case method was used in these interviews by studying seven joint projects. The results of this study demonstrate that the benefit of having the technological park near to the University has favored this interaction and has encouraged the communication between the actors. However, it is observed that, mainly, are the companies, in the figure of their managers, who stimulate the knowledge flow, either by their own demand to develop new technologies, or to resolve problems encountered in their R&D processes. It was also analyzed and understood that companies have internal R&D, and they do not always interact with the University to seek for partnerships. Furthermore, researchers (University professors) have many projects together with firms outside the technological park. The government has encouraged the interaction between the actors. This stimulus is perceived by development scholarships, or by Informatics Law, which provides substantial benefits to the companies who seek for it.

Neste sentido, o fluxo de conhecimento entre institui??es de ensino e pesquisa e o setor empresarial ? determinado pelo est?mulo do ator respons?vel por propor a transfer?ncia no fluxo - seja a universidade, baseado no conhecimento cient?fico, seja a empresa, baseado em conhecimento aplicado. Estudos atuais discutem o papel dos atores e dos canais de transfer?ncia de conhecimento, por?m n?o falam do conte?do do conhecimento transferido, ou falam dos tipos de conhecimento, mas n?o tratam dos atores e nem dos canais de transfer?ncia de conhecimento. Com isso, o presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar o fluxo de conhecimento em projetos conjuntos entre universidade e as empresas instaladas em um parque tecnol?gico ? ambiente prop?cio para este tipo de intera??o. O conceito de fluxo de conhecimento ? apresentado principalmente pela H?lice Tripla somado a outros modelos de fluxo. O fluxo entre universidadeempresa descreve o papel dos atores e canais de transfer?ncia de conhecimento, verificando ainda o conte?do de conhecimento transferido: pesquisa b?sica, pesquisa estrat?gica, pesquisa aplicada ou a tecnologia corrente. Al?m disso, foi estudado os n?veis de maturidade tecnol?gica o TRL (Technology Readiness Level), para uma posterior an?lise dos casos estudados e o seus n?veis de tecnologia. Foram feitas entrevistas semiestruturadas com professores (pesquisadores) da universidade respons?veis pelos projetos conjuntos e posteriormente entrevistas com os gestores de P&D (pesquisa e desenvolvimento) das empresas instaladas no TECNOPUC. Para essas entrevistas foi utilizado o m?todo de estudo de caso, estudando sete projetos conjuntos. Os resultados demonstram que o benef?cio do parque tecnol?gico estar t?o pr?ximo da universidade tem favorecido essa intera??o, e estimulado a comunica??o entre os atores. Por?m, observou-se que na maioria dos casos s?o as empresas, na figura dos seus gestores, que estimulam o fluxo de conhecimento, atrav?s de demandas pr?prias para desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias, ou por solu??es para problemas encontrados nos seus processos de P&D. Foi analisado e percebido, tamb?m, que as empresas possuem P&D interno, e nem sempre interagem com a universidade em busca de parcerias. Al?m disso, os pesquisadores (professores da universidade) possuem muitos projetos em conjunto com empresas de fora do parque. O governo tem estimulado a intera??o entre os atores. Esse est?mulo ? percebido por bolsas de fomento, ou pela Lei de Inform?tica, que garante benef?cios substanciais as empresas que a buscam.

Texto completoThe medium-sized business sector in Peru is an important part of the GDP, its proper management is based on the capacities that each of these companies has developed, especially that of their managers, their financial statements are the reflection of this management. The Banking sector is one of the supports that these Medium-sized Companies have to develop their operational activities since they provide them with the necessary financial resources. The criteria that the Bank has to give said resources depend on the analysis of risks that its specialists make about the Company. The companies that are part of this investigation are: a company of the heading of collection or Call Center in Peru, in which it is proposed to develop the new advisory service; a Bank that is currently a customer of the Call Center and a sample of Medium Companies that are part of the Bank's portfolio and will be called End Users. The methodological process was based on the positive opinion of the experts: Executives from the Banking and Call Center sectors, followed by surveys open to medium-sized companies who provided their financial information in exchange for receiving advice that will benefit them. Based on the results obtained in these tests, the benefit for the Bank was estimated and, therefore, the benefit that the Call Center will achieve when executing the services. This work presents the logical support to build the Business Idea, especially the value proposal, the support structure required to satisfy the customer and the validation that this new service is profitable.

This study proposes a verification of the relationship between CoBIT framework and the GRI sustainability indicators, and the identification of sustainable practices measured in technology companies that adopt CoBIT model in its management and control. In check the activities of software companies, without further analysis has perception that these are sustainable, since the production chain is electronic, distribution recently adopted is cybernetics and disposal also occurs electronically, not generating waste materials. For the study was used the methodology of study of multiple cases with the application of semi-structured interviews, analysis of documents obtained from the companies analyzed, as well as theoretical research in journals, books and CoBIT guidelines and GRI. As a result, identified a strong relationship between economic and environmental aspects proposed by the GRI indicators with the requirements of CoBIT model and a weak relationship of the social aspects of the GRI with CoBIT model. Regarding the adoption of the model CoBIT observed that companies that using the CoBIT model in its management and control, also practice and manage their sustainable actions, while promoting the dissemination of indicators through the GRI report. It was identified that even technology companies with adhere to other models of management and control, measuring their sustainable practices, do not publish their sustainability reports. The study found that organizations that do not employ models of management and control, and it does not measure its sustainable practices consequently do not publish sustainability reports. This discovery led to the development of a tool that seeks to help Brazilian software companies in the implementation of sustainable practices, and the adoption of management and control models.
Este estudo se propõe entender a relação entre o modelo CoBIT e os indicadores de sustentabilidade GRI, identificando as práticas sustentáveis mensuradas nas empresas de tecnologia que adotam o modelo CoBIT em sua gestão e controle. Ao verificar as atividades das empresas de software, sem uma análise mais aprofundada, poderá ter-se a percepção que estas são sustentáveis, uma vez que sua cadeia produtiva é eletrônica, sua distribuição recentemente adotada é a cibernética e seu descarte também ocorre eletronicamente, não gerando resíduos materiais. Para realizar o estudo foi empregado a metodologia de estudo de casos múltiplos, com a aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas, análise dos documentos obtidos junto às empresas analisadas, além da pesquisa teórica em periódicos, livros e nos guidelines CoBIT e GRI. Como resultado identificou-se uma forte relação dos aspectos econômicos e categorias análise e estratégia, engajamento dos stakeholders e governança propostos pelos indicadores do GRI com os requisitos do modelo CoBIT e uma fraca relação dos aspectos sociais e ambientais do GRI com o modelo CoBIT. No que tange a adoção do modelo CoBIT observou-se que as empresas que adotam este modelo em sua gestão e controle, praticam e gerenciam suas ações sustentáveis e promovem a divulgação de seus indicadores por meio do relatório GRI. Identificou-se ainda que as empresas de tecnologia que aderem a outros modelos de gestão e controle, executam e mensuram suas práticas sustentáveis, mas não realizam a publicação de relatórios de sustentabilidade. O estudo também revelou que as organizações que não empregam modelos de gestão e controle, também não mensuram suas práticas sustentáveis e por consequência não publicam relatórios de sustentabilidade. Esta descoberta propiciou como contribuição para a prática a elaboração de uma cartilha modelo que busca auxiliar as empresas de software brasileiras na implantação de práticas sustentáveis, e na adoção de modelos de gestão e controle.

This project aimed to analyze the relevance of the existence of a curricular component of Business Games at the headquarters of the management courses, as supposedly effective methodology, the process of assimilation of concepts of strategy, finance, marketing, logistics, production, human resources, simulating savings and accounting application in a close environment of reality and, therefore, the decision-making process in organizations. This study aimed to contribute to this validation taking into account the perception of the student and the teacher of an educational institution in the city of Anapolis, Goias, which applies the discipline of game companies like closing their MBAs. field research, exploratory and descriptive supported by primary sources of evidence was conducted. To analyze the students' perception of the value added by the use of the tools of game companies in the teaching-learning process and as a management tool were developed two forms of data collection: questionnaires and conducting focus group. And to analyze the perception of teachers an interview was developed in depth with the subject teacher and founder of the Software Business. The material content analysis resulted evidence and evidence that experiential activities in the gaming companies help the assimilation of knowledge oportunizados the course, through active participation. In the perception of the student, the company's game is recognized as good and / or very good methodology. Already as a management tool, the students realize that the benefits achieved through the knowledge, skills and behaviors developed in the game are very high. In the perception of the teacher the business game allows the student a more active role, providing greater learning because knowledge is seen applied and contextualized way, besides from knowledge to relate to various other knowledge in an interdisciplinary way. The study showed that the game, in addition to working with many interdisciplinary content requires skills and behaviors using the computer, make decisions, open discussion, negotiate, persuade, analyze data and reports, among others.
Este projeto se propôs a analisar a pertinência da existência de um componente curricular de Jogos de Empresas nas matrizes dos cursos de gestão, como metodologia supostamente eficaz, no processo de assimilação de conceitos de estratégia, finanças, marketing, logística, produção, recursos humanos, economia e contabilidade, simulando sua aplicação em um ambiente próximo da realidade e, consequentemente, no processo de tomada de decisão nas organizações. Este estudo pretendeu contribuir para esta validação, levando em conta a percepção do aluno e do professor de uma instituição de ensino na cidade de Anápolis-Goiás, que aplica a disciplina de jogos de empresas como encerramento de seus MBAs. Foi conduzida uma pesquisa de campo, exploratório-descritiva apoiada em fontes primárias de evidências. Para analisar a percepção dos estudantes sobre o valor agregado pelo uso das ferramentas de jogos de empresas no processo de ensinoaprendizagem e como ferramenta de gestão foram idealizadas duas formas de coleta de dados: aplicação de questionários e realização de grupo focal. E para analisar a percepção dos professores foi desenvolvida uma entrevista em profundidade com o professor da disciplina e idealizador do Software Business Game. A análise de conteúdo dos materiais resultou indícios e evidências de que as atividades vivenciais nos jogos de empresas auxiliam a assimilação de conhecimentos oportunizados no curso, através de uma participação ativa. Na percepção do aluno, o jogo de empresa é reconhecido como boa e/ou muito boa metodologia. Já como ferramenta de gestão, os alunos percebem que os benefícios alcançados através dos conhecimentos, habilidades e comportamentos desenvolvidos no jogo são bem altos. Na percepção do professor o jogo de empresa permite ao aluno uma participação mais ativa, proporcionando um aprendizado maior, pois o conhecimento é visto de forma aplicada e contextualizado, além deste conhecimento se relacionar com vários outros conhecimentos de forma interdisciplinar. O estudo possibilitou demonstrar que o jogo, além de trabalhar com muitos conteúdos interdisciplinarmente, exige habilidades e comportamentos como: utilizar a informática, tomar decisões, discutir em grupo, negociar, persuadir, analisar dados e relatórios, entre outros

El presente trabajo de tesis aborda un tema que en la actualidad adquiere una enorme relevancia y que dice relación con la gestión del conocimiento de las personas al interior de las empresas y cómo se traduce en valor para la compañía, como actor relevante en la nueva economía (Castells, 2000). Esta necesidad creciente de poder identificar, estimar y calcular el valor económico de aquellas personas que crean valor, constituye uno de los más grandes desafíos que deben afrontar los directivos de las empresas, debiendo administrar eficientemente los recursos con los que cuentan, de manera de hacer frente a una competencia agresiva, a un mercado cada vez más exigente y a un entorno siempre cambiante. El objetivo del presente trabajo aborda la problemática de por qué los indicadores de capital humano, no están directa o explícitamente representados en los informes de situación o de resultados de las compañías, los que en su mayoría son funcionales a la dimensión financiera, y por lo tanto no incorporan mediciones que demuestren la forma como se creo el valor. Actualmente es posible observar que los objetivos estratégicos del área de RR.HH no están integrados fuertemente con los objetivos del área de Finanzas (Kaplan y Norton, 2000). En materia de resultados, la atención de la alta dirección se centra en lo financiero, con claras expresiones de los resultados alcanzados en el corto o mediano plazo (Becker, 2002). Sin embargo, en estos indicadores, no es posible apreciar cómo la agregación de valor, atribuido al aporte de las personas por su conocimiento, contribuye para alcanzar un determinado rendimiento económico

Texto completoThe research work, refers to NSE A, B and C1, which encloses all singles or people living alone, young couples or roommates who are between 31 to 35 years old and enjoy a good job, With which, they are well positioned in their jobs, with good salaries between S /. 4,000.00 And S /. 14,205.00 soles (according to their stratum), for the qualification they have in their education and academic preparation. Likewise, it has been seen that due to their economic capacity, they have another level of living becoming independent and living alone, buying or renting their apartments. We also see that they have many needs, one of them is "Who cleans their apartment?", We as a team, have seen this need as a business opportunity, since they only dedicate themselves to producing and living life in a different way , with which they do not want to deal with cleaning their apartment. The business idea was to build a small household cleaning company, where we would provide the full security and efficiency that every Peruvian citizen wants in cleaning their apartment. To corroborate this idea, we use the methodology of depth interviews (quantitative method, dichotomous or closed option questions). This tool helped us to validate our business idea, with which we developed an entire project. The Hinterland of Pernambuco (PE) is a region characterized by presenting a series of adversities, such as weather, social and economic problems. In this context, local businesses play an important role, assisting in the development of the regions where they are installed, as public policy, today, are not yet sufficient to remedy all these problems. Among the main benefits of these companies highlight: employment and income generation, increased revenues of municipalities and social responsibility actions. However, on the one hand, companies are so necessary for the development of regions, such as the backlands of PE, on the other hand, these regions offer several difficulties with regard to the maintenance of these companies, such as: methodical and theoretical knowledge that are insufficient on business management on the part of managers and lack of skilled labor. Despite these obstacles, there are companies that have grown increasingly expanding, not only for other regions of Pernambuco, as for other Northeastern states, occupying today, prominent position. From this background, this document studied the competitive strategies, the influence of external factors and internal organization as well as the approach used in developing strategies of these companies, seeking to demonstrate how some businesses in the Hinterland of PE have been able to developing within the State and other regions of the Northeast. The study was based on elements of the Strategic Management and Behavior Theory. The qualitative data analysis revealed that the main competitive strategies used by the undertaking are: focus on quality of services, vertical integration, horizontal strategy, strategic alliances (creation of partnerships), creating a brand of the company of its own, geographic expansion and related diversification that generate competitive advantages essential to business success. Furthermore, it was found that on the approach used by the company, the choice of these strategies, it is considered that the management was based on factors external to it, since it does not perform pre-planning to set goals and future actions, based on their internal resources, but rather acts on the basis of appearance and / or identification of market opportunities. It is worth noting that the company has only managed to run, effectively, the chosen strategies, because of high level of commitment, knowledge about the company, confidence and esteem by all their managers and also the vast majority of employees who operate at the operational level.
O Sertão de Pernambuco (PE) é uma região caracterizada por apresentar uma série de adversidades, tais como: problemas climáticos, sociais e econômicos. Nesse contexto, as empresas locais desempenham importante papel, auxiliando no desenvolvimento das regiões onde estão instaladas, já que as políticas públicas, atualmente, existentes ainda não são suficientes para sanar todos esses problemas. Dentre os principais benefícios gerados por essas empresas, destacam-se: geração de emprego e renda, aumento de arrecadação dos Municípios e ações de responsabilidade social. No entanto, se por um lado, as empresas são tão necessárias ao fomento de regiões, a exemplo do Sertão de PE, por outro lado, essas regiões oferecem diversas dificuldades no que se refere à manutenção dessas empresas, como por exemplo: conhecimentos metódicos e teóricos insuficientes sobre gestão empresarial, por parte de gestores e carência de mão-de-obra qualificada. Apesar desses obstáculos, existem empresas que têm crescido, cada vez mais, se expandindo, não só para outras regiões de Pernambuco, como para outros Estados do Nordeste, ocupando, nos dias de hoje, posição de destaque. A partir desse panorama, o presente trabalho estudou as estratégias competitivas, influências de elementos externos e internos à organização, bem como o enfoque utilizado na elaboração de estratégias de uma dessas empresas, buscando demonstrar de que forma determinadas empresas do Sertão de PE têm conseguido se desenvolver no âmbito do Estado e outras Regiões do Nordeste. O estudo foi baseado em elementos da Administração Estratégica e da Teoria Comportamental. A análise qualitativa dos dados revelou que as principais estratégias competitivas utilizadas pela referida empresa são: foco na qualidade dos serviços prestados, parcerias, marca própria da empresa, expansão geográfica e diversificação relacionada e que estas geram vantagens competitivas essenciais ao sucesso da empresa. Além disso, foi identificado que, quanto ao enfoque utilizado pela empresa, na escolha dessas estratégias, considera-se que a gestão se baseou nos fatores externos a ela, já que, ela não realiza um planejamento prévio para definir suas metas e ações futuras, com base nos seus recursos internos, mas, sim, age com base no surgimento e/ou identificação de oportunidades de mercado. Vale salientar, que a empresa só tem conseguido executar, de forma eficaz, as estratégias escolhidas, devido alto nível de comprometimento, conhecimento sobre a empresa, confiança e estima por parte de todos os seus gestores e, também, da grande maioria dos funcionários que atuam em nível operacional.

Texto completoThe great reception of these aircraft has turned the piloting of drones into an outlet to diversify photo and filming activities. Drones can be defined as a remotely commanded vehicle, in other words, unmanned capable of performing various tasks. The word drone is born from the need to accomplish tasks without risking the life of a human being. The drones have replaced the human being in high risk operations doing them in an effective way. The first drone, was created by the Israeli engineer, Abraham E. Karem. It was called Predator, initially it was a fully functional armed drone, and was used by the CIA. These Drones are of different types, and different functions such as cleaning machines, cranes, airplanes, helicopters, cars, boats that work remotely. Although they are relatively new, they evolve faster than you think. Every day more things are being dogmatized and new technology is implemented creating new Drones with different functions. The growing development of drones solutions in the civil field is causing many companies to incorporate these aircraft into their activity, with the consequent need to attract qualified professionals who have the necessary training to handle them. Whether for recreational or professional use, the use of these aircraft has multiplied in recent years which makes the drone pilot a work outlet to consider in the future. The present work consists of presenting our business idea where we generate innovative strategies to carry out our idea having as objective to develop all the knowledge reached by satisfactorily carrying the previous courses and developing skills that we have acquired during the race. Through a brainstorming we have discussed discussed and with the help of our adviser we have chosen the best idea to carry out the analysis and development during the course.

Texto completoThere are five garbage islands in the oceans around the world and the biggest ones are located in the Pacific Ocean, with dimensions of 1´400,000 km2 bigger than the surface of the Peruvian territory and most of these islands are due to a bad disposition of plastic waste. In Peru, 23,000 tons of plastic waste are generated per day, and this is only recycled by 15% in contrast with countries in Europe which have a higher percentage, such as Germany 62%, Switzerland 51%, Spain 35% among others. For this reason, we propose to ECOPOINTS; a company that promotes the culture of recycling in Peruvian society, taking care of the environment through an innovative system of correct collection of PET plastic bottles (Polyethylene Terephthalate). This new business model is the first in our country, consists of collecting plastic bottles through our collection machines (Reverse Vending Machines) that are located in strategic places and with greater affluence such as: shopping centers (Real Plaza) and universities (Universidad del Pacifico), which will offer to citizens to deposit PET plastic bottles in return for receive discount coupons in stores, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets and among other companies that are commitment to support this promoting of culture of recycling in Peru. Our model has as a first group of clients, the Peruvian companies of the PET packaging production and PET transformation sector; our objective is become its main suppliers of raw material, among them San Miguel Industrial, Gexin, ReciclaPet and Provesur. As a second group of clients, are our Strategic Partners who will invest in advertisements and give us the discounts at their establishments, including Gloria, Tottus Hypermarket, Ripley and AJE Group. Finally, our venture seeks to revolutionize a new market and establish a culture of recycling that represents for shareholders and investors the participation in a profitable company in order to raise the general welfare of the community, recover the investment and create a positive flow of funds in the medium-term through a policy of green community and a healthy environment.

La empresa propuesta busca ser reconocida por sus clientes como un socio estratégico que permita mejorar la productividad de sus negocios, incrementando la rentabilidad a largo plazo mediante el análisis de los procesos que impactan directamente en el negocio y así establecer las herramientas permitan a las Pymes un crecimiento de manera sólida y sostenida. Para la preparación de este trabajo, en el primer capítulo definiremos que es una Pyme y sus características, así mismo mostraremos la evolución de las empresas en el Perú y sus principales problemas. Luego realizaremos un análisis a la situación del país y del sector, identificando a nuestros competidores. Con la informacion recopilada elaboraremos el plan estratégico definiendo nuestra visión, misión y objetivos; asimismo, presentaremos el plan de comercialización y ventas, con los objetivos, las estrategias de segmentación, posicionamiento y las cuatro P del marketing. Posteriormente se presenta el plan de operaciones, el flujo de procesos de cada producto, el plan de recursos humanos, el cual contempla el organigrama y las estrategias de administración de la gestión humana. Finalmente en el último capítulo se expone el plan financiero, en el cual se consolida los supuestos anteriores y se muestra la viabilidad y proyección del plan de negocio
The objective of this paper is to develop a business model to evaluate the commercial and financial feasibility of implementing a process management consultancy company whose segment is applied to the business sector of PYMES in Lima Norte, District of Los Olivos. The proposed company seeks to be recognized by its clients as a strategic agent that allows improving the productivity of its businesses, increasing long-term profitability by analyzing the processes that directly impact the business and thus establishing the tools that allow PYMES to growth in a solid and sustained manner. For the preparation of this work, in the first chapter we will define what is a PYME and its characteristics, likewise we will show the evolution of the companies in Peru and their main problems. Then we will analyze the situation of the country and the sector, identifying our competitors. With the collected information we will elaborate the strategic plan defining our vision, mission and objectives; also, we will present the marketing and sales plan, with the objectives, segmentation strategies, positioning and the four P's of marketing. Later we present the operations plan, the flow process of each product, the human resources plan, which includes the organization chart and the management strategies of human resources. Finally in the last chapter the financial plan is exposed, in which the previous assumptions are consolidated and the viability and projection of the business plan is demonstrated

Texto completoOur Deluxe car business is located on 13 de Enero Ave s/n in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. We will provide a car wash service (car/truck) using recognizable name brand supplies such as 3M. Our clients will be able to schedule their appointments through our APP. This download is simple and immediate. We also provide a delivery service that includes the pick-up and return of the vehicle. The only condition is that the location needs to be close to our washing center. In addition, those customers that wait in our premise will have at their disposal a waiting room with the comfort of a television and magazines. Our source of income will be the washing which will consist of three types: Express, Executive and salon service. This will be for both cars and trucks. The investment to be made will be s/.83,500.80 of which 50% will be financed with our own resources and the remaining 50% will be financed with external investors or financed from banking entities. Finally we consider that our project is profitable and viable because we have a positive NPV. In different scenarios, calculated with different probabilities, our project still shows profitability, it show that it has the ability to function and succeed and it shows the potential to attract new investors in our project.

Texto completoThis present research work was done to validate the viability of creating a company dedicated to the thematic bedroom decoration for couples in the city of Lima who want to avoid infidelity; that is how DECO-LOVE is created as a company that allows to experience a romantic and imaginative moment. Relevant parts of the research work will be mentioned as follows: The Strategic Planning served just to have a clear vision of the opportunities that exists in the surroundings. It was noticed that a high growth tendency exists related to sexual issues. The Market Research helped to know which the target audience’s necessities were and with that, it was decided to persist in the project because there is no company within the market that can satisfy such necessity. It can be seen that the project is profitable within the economic and financial plan because the VPN is greater than zero and has a 20% IRR (Internal Rate of Return) for this project and 23% for the investor. On the basis of the relevant parts, it can be thought how attractive the project would be in the market due to the non-existing competition. This opportunity would make the company lead the way in its area. Finally, it is recommended to implement the project because the obtained results are favorable for its execution and investor.

Fourth chapter, Investigation and validation of the market the hypothesis was raised, we use the Canvas model in order to know our segment and highlight our value proposition. Fifth chapter, we will approach our Marketing Plan which will allow us to analyze our target market with the support of the marketing mix strategy, sales plan and demand projection. Sixth chapter, plan of operations we will know quality, processes, planning and inventories in addition to the design of the facilities, technical specifications of the product and the planning of the production. Seventh chapter, Organizational structure and human resources, consisting of organizational policies, human management and human resources expenditure structure. Eighth chapter, we will mention the Economic - Financial Plan, point where we will know the indices of profitability as well as the projection of sales and calculations of working capital. Finally, the ninth chapter, we will provide the conclusions of the team about the research developed.

PUZZLEMOTION was born focused on a new way of offering our segment the solution to the difficulty of finding personalized gifts that are totally different and that symbolize something new and with a special and emotional concept. To do this, we have validated our target market by having women between 18 and 34 years old, from NSE B and C who reside in Lima. Our value proposition will focus on the Post Sale service, since we have identified that our competition has not put more interest in this service, with this we will seek to build loyalty to our clients, generating them new needs in all kinds of occasions to express themselves through our custom puzzles To set up the Puzzlemotion business, we will need an initial investment of S /. 36,551.07 including working capital. This study examined the characteristics of a Performance Measurement System applied to a business organization since the model developed by Ferreira and Otley (2009), aiming to empirically research its adherence and identify how this model can be used to improve a measurement system in an existent enterprise. This study aimed to reduce the existing gap between theory and practice of management accounting by empirically testing the adherence of a framework. Construction Company Tecnisa was the case investigated and, to answer the research question, a questionnaire based in the authors of the model was used. Nine focused interviews with senior executives and managers of the company were obtained. For data evaluation, the Content Analysis was adopted as well as On-site Observation and Documental Analysis. Although the results have allowed to infer that Tecnisa s current Performance Measurement System serves the needs of the company, it was possible to identify some elements such as measurement of learning and growth perspective, increasing of in time reports, share liquidity, speed of achieving of the goals and use of the corporative TV for disclosure of critical success factors that deserve attention, with which agreement of company s management was obtained. Findings indicate that the model of Ferreira and Otley (2009) is applicable to business reality and useful for evaluating the suitability of a current Performance Measurement System and also to identify points for improvement. Findings suggest that one possible cause for non adherence of the system to the current reality of the company is due to the absence of including performance indicators closely aligned with the goals of investors, which have become an important group of stakeholders after the company's entry on capital market.
Este trabalho estudou as características de um Sistema de Medição de Desempenho aplicado a uma organização empresarial a partir do modelo desenvolvido por Ferreira e Otley (2009), com os objetivos de averiguar empiricamente a sua aderência e identificar como este modelo pode ser utilizado para melhorar um sistema de medição já existente em uma empresa. Este estudo visou diminuir o gap existente entre as teorias e as práticas de Contabilidade Gerencial, testando empiricamente a aderência de um framework. O caso estudado foi a Incorporadora Tecnisa e para responder a questão de pesquisa utilizou-se um questionário adaptado do utilizado pelos autores do modelo, sendo obtidas nove entrevistas focadas com os principais executivos e gerentes da companhia. Para análise dos dados foi empregada a Análise de Conteúdo, além de observação in loco e análise documental da companhia. Muito embora os resultados tenham permitido inferir que o atual Sistema de Medição de Desempenho da companhia atende as necessidades da companhia, foi possível identificar que alguns pontos como a medição da perspectiva de aprendizado e crescimento, aumento da tempestividade dos relatórios, liquidez da ação, velocidade de atingimento das metas e utilização da TV corporativa para divulgação dos fatores críticos de sucesso merecem atenção, com os quais se obteve concordância da direção da empresa. Os resultados evidenciados neste trabalho permitiram concluir que o modelo de Ferreira e Otley (2009) é aplicável à realidade empresarial e útil para avaliar a adequação de um Sistema de Medição de Desempenho já implementado e também para identificar pontos de melhoria. Os resultados sugerem que uma das possíveis causas do sistema não estar aderente à realidade atual da empresa, decorre da não inclusão de indicadores de desempenho mais alinhados com os objetivos de investidores, os quais passaram a ser um grupo importante de stakeholders após a entrada da empresa no mercado de capitais.

However, it isn’t so simple since they devote most of their time life to work and studies, for that reason they sacrifice their free time that could spend with the family and friends carrying out the house activities which are very important and can’t be left aside. In response to this unfulfilled need Clean Flash has been created. Clean Flash is a virtual plataform which is offering a special service of cleaning the home. This cleaning service presents high standards in the quality of service and security, designed for customers and users considering that there are many people who perform these activities in full day neglected to the family and the personal hobbies of each one. This proposal will help these people to decide their working hours, to have better remunerations and welfare of professional support. Our project is aiming at an existing market (Maintenance / Cleaning) but not fully exploited, since today people don’t trust at 100% to accept this type of service through a virtual platform because they prioritize a lot their personal and hours security. What differentiates us from our current competitors is the importance and the concern we give to the security of each client. Clean Flash offers a plus from the other cleaning companies which provides for each service an easy and convenience view and monitoring our working collaborators during their shift in each house with a single click in addition to use our own cleaning supplies.

Texto completoThe main objective of this research work is to analyze female emotional leadership and its influence on the sustainability of Mype family businesses with more than ten years of experience in the commerce sector in Lima-Peru. In chapter 1 the theoretical framework is developed that includes basic definitions of the subject that we are investigating. In chapter 2, the contextualization is carried out through the research methodology establishing the purpose and type of research, the description of the context in which the interviews are conducted, the sample that we have used are certain segments through which the gathering information. In Chapter 3 the analysis of the results is developed from the information we have gathered from our in-depth interviews. In chapter 4, the discussion of the analysis that leads us to identify the conclusions of the research carried out is developed. Finally, chapter 5 shows the conclusions we have reached after having done our research, as well as the recommendations and suggestions.

That is why, through the use of technology, we want to give our clients the confidence to take care of their little infants and thus mitigate the latent risk of childcare. Our business requires a total investment of S /. 144 735 soles which will be recovered in approximately 2 years with a minimum return on investment of S /. 484 205.

Texto completoThe present research work is based on the creation of a day care center for elderly care, which consists of hourly care; due to the lack of time that family members have to their charge. The statistics clearly show a growth in the population of the elderly with 10.4%. The research was carried out based on the qualitative study methodology; obtaining from these interviews that were collected in the district of San Miguel and its surroundings, identifying a problem where 80% reflects that the relatives in charge of the older adult stigmatize the fact of leaving them in permanent places such as asylums or homes; that is why, there is a great need to design this project, which will provide a high quality service, security and trust, both for the client and for the user, for a determined time that the client considers. Also, your stay will be cozy during the time of your stay, where different activities and entertainment will be offered to make the user feel at home, and with it their loyalty. The project estimates an investment of S / 151,426.89 where 80% corresponds to the shareholders and 20% will be financed with the Banco de Credito del Peru with a rate of 30% for being a small company, said investment will be recovered in the first year of execution. It should be noted that the shareholders will reinvest the profits obtained in the first five years.

Currently no laundries offer sneaker cleaning service. This has let us to take the advantage of this opportunity to develop a business that, properly managed, will generate a significant return for investors. Sneak Wash through an online platform will offer various shoe cleaning services, quotes, purchase of service with various means of payment, booking of claims, etc. The service will be aimed at men and women from NSE A and B from 18 to 35 years old, from the districts of Santiago de Surco, La Molina y San Borja, there will be a workshop located in Santiago de Surco for customer service and strategic point of pick up and delivery of the sneakers. According to the projected financial analysis at 5 years, the company will start with a financial capital of S/ S/92,835 with a NPV of S/49,376 and a IRR of 25.13%. Sales are expected in the 1st year to reach S/332,950. It has been projected that sales will increase 5% in the 2nd year, 7% in the 3rd and 4th year and 10% in the 5th year. These numbers demonstrate the profitability and attractiveness of investing in this service.

Texto completoIn Peru, specifically in Lima, there are several companies that are part of the pet industry, such as veterinarians, hotels, spas and pet insurance; however, the market is not yet fully attended and the dog lover trend is still developing. Therefore, the idea of opening a place for dogs and their owners comes up, where they can find different services and canine products. That place is La Aldea Canina, a recreational center where people can have fun together with their beloved dogs on weekends, making use of different agility equipment, games and services such as grooming. During the next days, they can leave their dogs for a few hours in the nursery. Also, people can buy products such as natural food, clothing, toys and accessories for their pets. On the other hand, the center will be located in the district of Lurín and will be aimed to the upper class and upper middle class, in which there are approximately 189 000 families with dogs. However, due to the operational capacity of the project, during the first year, it will focus on serving 12% of the available market. Finally, the purpose of this project is to show the growth of the sector and how interesting it is, economically, the creation of the project. La Aldea Canina aims to grow over time to become a franchise to serve everyone in Lima city and, in the long term, to certain areas of the interior of the country.

Our proyect is focused in showing these bands to the audience, and combine them with urban artists to create a new environment in which people can not only find the music that they like, but explore other musical styles. According to our predictions, it is possible to get profits because there is low física, since we do not depend on a small market; we are in a bigger market who has a lot of future. To be part of this festival, which is one or a kind, it only requires a small investment of 107,236 soles from the investors, who will recover his investment in two years and five months. Tributazo fest has a team from several workfields, with a lot of experience in catering, this alongside the upcoming concerts will make this new idea a succesful one.

Many farmers are interested in new ways to improve the process of agricultural production through this alternative. There is a niche market potential which is being treated, however,most of the service offered existing, focuses on providing only rental drones service(usually working with large producers) not covering other needs that may pose a threat for farmer´s production and viability of the project presented here. Agro-Drone, has decided to meet the need of all our farmers, you are committed to working under the approach of Corporate Social Responsibility, as the service will offer benefit by providing free and permanent advice to farmers in charge of specialized professionals. Agro-Drone, will consist of a multidisciplinary team, which will allow us to have a support and reliability to our customers. That is why our business idea will increase over time, because of the niche market that we have found at a national level.
