This thesis focuses on analysis of jobs in private company MAVEL a.s. Objective of this thesis is to update current jobs descriptions, which are supplemented by specification, and to create the missing description of the selected jobs. The first part of the work is theoretical base, which is elaborated by the literature and relevant web sources. The practical part discribes the company and basic characteristics of the respondents, who were all workers of studied jobs. Next part is analysis of work, which was carried out by questionnaires. The analysis result is to create jobs descriptions, whose final version is fleshed out by interview with senior staff. Updated descriptions should facilitace the selection procedure to the given positions. At the end of the work are introduced some recommendations which should lead to more effictive HR activities in the investigate company.

This thesis focuses on determine analysis of the job requirements in the enterprise VK VACOVSKÝ GROUP s.r.o. As a part of this company have been prepared the individual job descriptions and the job specifications. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is characterized by the object and the purposes of the work, outlines the hypothesis and the methodology solutions. The informations needed to the job analysis were obtained through the method of the questionnaire, the personal interviews and the analysis of the corporate documentation. The second part deals with the explanation of basic concepts relating to the job analysis. The third section focuses on the characteristics of the company, describes the result of the empirical investigation and conclusions, which outlines the individual job descriptions, the job specifications and the new organizational structure.

The thesis deals with the active labour market policy in the Frýdek-Místek district, where is the problem of higher rates of unemployment and long-term unemployment. Active labour policy has an important role in solving the problem of unemployment in the region. The thesis describes the nature of the local labour market and assesses the active employment policy programs used in the years 2006 - 2010 in terms of their impact on employment and employability of participants. In particular, the thesis focuses on retraining, which is one of the most used tools of active employment policy, and monitors the creation of new jobs that directly affect the situation of individuals in the labour market. The thesis evaluates the targeting of retraining, which significantly affects their results. Using statistical data analysis methods are examined gross effects of retraining and monitored the effects of active employment policy to selected target groups of unemployed people.

This graduation theses is about creation and implementing the system of employees evaluation in the company ELTODO EG, a.s. At first the analysis of working stations was done. The results of the analysis were job descriptions and role specifications. And then the competence model of the company was done. Further we had to specify the aims, areas and criteria of evaluation. We also had to choose available methods and create the evaluation form. The substance of this system is the evaluation interview. This interview serves for appreciation of the job performance and the competence of employees and for determination of their performance and developing aims. At the end of this theses the methodology of evaluation was created. This methodology contains the important information about persons and term of evaluation.

The subject of this thesis is one of the key personnel processes - the job analysis and job description design, the importance of this personnel process and its connections to other personnel processes. The job analysis and job description is followed with the job redesign need diagnostics. The job analysis and job description are described from a small organisations point of view, the thesis concentrates primarilly on methods and approaches that are usable for a small organisation. The job analysis process is applied step by step in a factual small organisation and customized to fit its needs. The thesis confirms that human resources management in a small organisation is as important as in a bigger one and that with the selection of appropriate methods and approaches it does not have to be time consuming and costly activity. At the same time it emphasizes the need of conceptual human resources management in a small organisation.

Zuzana Thürlová. The filling of vacancies in nonprofit organizations (case studies). Prague, Faculty of Humanities, Charles University, 2015. 87 p. Thesis. This thesis examines the process of filling vacancies in nonprofit organizations. The topic is dealt with by a case study of two specific benevolent societies providing social services. First I create a theoretical framework for the topic of filling vacancies, using scientific literature. Specifically, I focus on the analysis and description of jobs, methods of recruitment and selection of staff and adaptation of new employees. Subsequently, using methods of qualitative research strategy, I analyze my own data obtained for setting up a more efficient process of filling vacancies in the organization, which should contribute to the stabilization and development of the team. Simultaneously the outputs of my work are not just recommendations. Also specific documents were developed for the Personnel books (listed in Appendix), set a new system of adaptation process and part of the proposed changes have already been implemented and evaluated as fruitful. Presented thesis deals with theme of protected employment of people with disabilities as one of the posssible ways of their integration into mainstream society. Unemployment, potential negative impacts of work in protected conditions and the risk of social exclusion are in this thesis presented as a social problem, in the solution of which are to some extent involved participants of all three sectors - the state as well as organizations of private profit- and non-profit sector. The theoretical part describes the current system of employment support for people with disabilities in our country and its effectiveness, and analyses the potential impact on lives of this group of citizens. The thesis also includes research conducted within protected workrooms, operated by the civic sector organizations and business companies. Its main objective is to determine whether and how the examined employers contribute to development of skills, vocational qualification and motivation of the disabled citizens for a possible moving into the open labor market and the mainstream society.
