Texto completoThere are many ramverk for optimizing the development of a web application. Angular, React and Vue are three of the largest JavaS-cript based front-end ramverk for webpage development. As these are among the most popular JavaScript ramverk, this study wants to help expand your knowledge of JavaScript ramverk. This is to make it easier to choose a JavaScript framework that suits the devel-oper's needs. The purpose of this study is to use three different web applications created in Vue, Angular and React. A comparison was made to measure the performance of images and video. With this comparison, it is possible to see which framework performs best and facilitates the choice of framework.A literature study was conducted to acquire knowledge of how the various ramverk are implemented and how previous studies in this area have proceeded. Three web applications were created in Vue, React and Angular. These applications were kept as equal as possible to minimize factors. They were then tested by doing three separate tests with the tool Lighthouse where 20, 40, 100 and 200 images and videos were tested in these quantities. The results were presented in tables and analysed between the different ramverk. The result was that Angular got a total score of 737, Vue had 745 and React had 747. The conclusion is that React performs best in rendering videos. Vue performed best on pictures. Angular was the worst performing framework on the majority of the criteria. React performed best if all results are added together. For web applications that handle images, Vue is recommended to be used in other cases, React is recommended.

SharePoint is a platform for intranet with interactive features, it makes the job easier for staff and even the company. The framework Omnia is a solution designed for Microsoft SharePoint 2013.This essay evaluates how Omnia acts as a framework and what the product is suitable for. Omnia framework evaluates carefully and is an independent assessment carried during this essay. The evaluation is based on scientific studies which are based on the qualitative and quantitative research methodology. The evaluator's main areas are based on system performance, scalability, architecture and functionality. A test prototype develops during the process in the form of an employee vacation request application by the development framework Omnia.The framework Omnia is considered to be suitable for the development of interactive web-based applications for SharePoint. The architecture for the system meets the requirements for scalable systems because it is based on the tier architecture. The system also has good performance but it needs to be improved if the number of users exceeds one thousand. The functionality of this product is quite suitable for the system's usage.

Texto completoDue to market demand and technical progresses, a new generation of optical components requires much more sophisticated structures with a great number of layers. These complex structures enable to achieve severe optical performances but, at the same time, enhance light scattering processes. For these reasons, it is essential to develop a metrological tool which provides an accurate quantification of the spectral and angular behavior of scattering losses, with sufficient angular and spectral resolution. In order to face this issue, new investigations were performed during this PhD thesis and led to the development of the new scatterometer SALSA (Spectral and Angular Light Scattering characterization Apparatus). The use of both a broad-band source and a tunable filter allows to accurately select the illumination wavelength and the spectral bandwidth on the whole spectral range of CCD detectivity. Set-up SALSA allows us to perform the measurements of scattering losses on a wide spectral range (400-1000 nm), with high dynamics (>8 decades), high accuracy and low detectivity (a few 10-8 sr-1). Moreover, with set-up SALSA we are able to measure the transmission of interferential filters on the same spectral range, with high accuracy (1%) and a high dynamic (>10 decades, which is a unique performance)

Texto completoNew generation of imaging spectrometers are emerging in the field of space exploration by adding an additional view of measurement, the angular dimension. Multi-angle imaging spectroscopy is conceived to provide a more accurate characterization of planetary materials and a higher success in separating the signals coming from the atmosphere and the surface. The Compact Reconnaissance Imaging Spectrometer for Mars (CRISM) aboard the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter is a hyperspectral camera that operates systematically in multi-angle mode from space. Nonetheless, multi-angle hyperspectral images are related to problems of manipulation, visualization and analysis because of their size and complexity. In this framework, this PhD thesis proposes robust statistical and physical algorithms to analyze images acquired by the CRISM instrument in an efficient manner. First, I propose a tailor-made data pipeline aimed at improving the radiometric quality of CRISM data and generating advanced products, the latter data being devised to perform fine analysis of the planet Mars. Second, I address the atmospheric correction of CRISM imagery by exploiting the multi-angle capabilities of this instrument. An innovative physically-based algorithm compensating for atmospheric effects is put forward in order to retrieve surface reflectance. This approach is particularly used in this thesis to infer the photometric properties of the materials coexisting in a specific site of Mars, the Gusev crater. Third, I perform an intercomparison of a selection of state-of-the-art techniques aimed at performing spectral unmixing of hyperspectral data acquired by the CRISM instrument. These statistical techniques are proved to be useful when analyzing hyperspectral images in an unsupervised manner, that is, without any a priori on the scene. Texto completoOver the last two and a half decades, the discovery of more than 1800 exoplanets has been a major breakthrough in our understanding of planetary systems. To shed light on the formation and evolution processes of such systems, I have chosen an observational approach based on the study of debris discs. These circumstellar discs are composed of dust particles constantly generated by collisions of small rocky bodies called planetesimals, orbiting a main-sequence star. The stellar light they scatter can be studied from the Earth and reveal a wealth of information on the architecture of the system. These observations are challenging because of the high contrast and the small angular separation between the disc and the star. The recent developments of new high-contrast instruments with extreme adaptive optic systems are therefore bringing new expectations for the study of these systems and set the framework of this PhD thesis. My work aims at characterising debris discs thanks to two instruments installed on the Very Large Telescope: NaCo and SPHERE (Spectro Polarimetric High contrast Exoplanet REsearch). NaCo has been in operation for more than a decade and has undergone many improvements. SPHERE has been designed and assembled in the same period, was intensively tested in laboratory in 2013, and is currently being commissioned on the telescope. The innovative approach of this PhD work is to combine the study of debris discs with strong instrumental expertise to get the best science results from the observations. The first part of the study aims at developing innovative data reduction techniques adapted to the observations of discs in scattered light and to the behaviour of the instrument. I quantify in particular the performances, advantages, and biases of the angular, polarimetric and reference-star differential imaging technique. In a next step, I apply those techniques to characterise two prototypes of debris discs, around the stars beta Pictoris and HR 4796A. A detailed analysis of the morphology is carried out, which reveals new asymmetries interpreted in terms of gravitational perturbers or of dust scattering properties. Lastly, I detail the expected and measured performances of SPHERE, from simulations, laboratory and on-sky measurements. A comparison with NaCo reveals the assets of SPHERE and I conclude with the scientific questions SPHERE will be able to answer with new debris disc observations

Amplamente utilizado no tratamento de vários tipos de câncer e na psoríase, o metotrexato (MTX) é um quimioterápico, estruturalmente análogo do ácido fólico, que apesar de sua eficácia apresenta uma série de efeitos adversos, sendo a hepatotoxicidade o mais grave. Atualmente os sistemas nanoestruturados líquido-cristalinos de fase lamelar estão sendo utilizados como dispositivos para liberação modificada de fármacos, sendo vantajosos na liberação tópica de várias substâncias, conforme suas características de interação com o estrato córneo e as outras camadas da pele, evitando assim efeitos adversos sistêmicos. Os objetivos deste trabalho foram desenvolver sistemas nanoestruturados líquido-cristalinos de fase lamelar, acrescidos de MTX, caracteriza-los do ponto de vista físico, realizar a análise estrutural das formulações, através de microscopia de luz polarizada (MLP), espalhamento de raios-X a baixo ângulo (SAXS) e suas propriedades reológicas, executar os testes de estabilidade preliminar (TEP) das formulações, validar o método analítico para a quantificação de MTX por CLAE e executar ensaios de liberação, permeação e retenção in vitro. As formulações preparadas a partir da mistura do poliéter funcional siloxano (Dow Corning® 5329) como tensoativo, com silicone fluido de co-polímero glicol (Dow Corning® 193C) como fase oleosa titulados em fase aquosa, composta por tampão fosfato de potássio monobásico 0,01M pH 7,4, apresentaram fases líquido-cristalinas do tipo lamelar, confirmados pelos ensaios de MLP e SAXS. Os TEPs evidenciaram que as formulações A, B e C mantiveram-se estáveis durante o período do estudo. Widely used in the treatment of some types of cancer, the methotrexate (MTX) is a chemotherapeutic, structurally analog of the folic acid, although its effectiveness, presents a series of adverse effect, being the most serious hepatotoxicity. Currently, the liquid crystal lamellar phase is being used of devices for modified release of drug demonstrated to be advantageous in the release topic of some substances, given to the characteristics of interaction with the stratum corneun and other layers of the skin, avoiding systemic adverse effects. The aims of this research had been to develop and to characterize liquid crystalline nanostructure systems of lamellar phase, increased of MTX of the physical point of view, also carry through the structural analysis of the formulations through by polarized light microscopy (PLM), small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and rheological properties. Perform stability studies of the chosen formulations, validate the analytical method of quantification of MTX for High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and carry through release assay, cutaneous permeation and skin retention in vitro for the chosen formulations. The formulations prepared by the mixture of polyether functional siloxane as surfactant, with silicone polyether copolymer as oily phase and phosphate buffer 0,01M pH 7,4 as aqueous phase demonstrating lamellar liquid-crystalline phases, confirmed by assays of PLM and SAXS. The stability studies showed that formulations A, B and C remained stable throughout the period of the study. [ABSTRACT] The quick development of Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) in recent years is mainly attributed to the wireless technological stability, high speed, and cost down. Besides, WLAN gets rid of wired inconvenience. Hence, it makes wireless market of products grow up rapidly. The current omni directional antenna is widely used; however, it is easily influenced by multi-patch fading, which will reduce the communication quality. In order to improve the drawback of traditional AP, the antenna of the wireless network is studied in this thesis. It combines the Angular Diversity technology and multi-beam patterns with narrower beam width. Some circuits inside the traditional AP will be Modified. Furthermore, we adopt the 90 degrees corner reflector antenna in the system to increase the gain and control the pattern. It not only reduces the effects of multi-path but also increases the distance of transmission. According to the measurement results, the improved AP had shown better performance than the traditional one.

In this thesis, we demonstrated a fiber ring laser gyroscope which combined with fiber Bragg grating sensor (FBG) and fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) in a system. By using the fiber ring laser structure, it can increase the strength of the source signal and enhance the stability of angular speed measurement. We compare two configuration of the fiber ring laser gyroscope with its signal characteristics and measurement stability. In addition, we also discuss the factors of modulation frequency, minimum angular velocity, and the variation of wavelength displacement of the fiber Bragg grating to the measurements of the fiber ring laser gyroscope. It shows that fiber ring laser gyroscope has effective sensing technique of angular speed measurement and is potential to apply it in environmental sensing and civil engineering structure monitoring.
