This leads to soft errors such as single-event upsets (SEU), double-event upsets (DEU) and single-event transients (SET). The memory circuits are the most susceptible to these soft errors resulting in severe data loss. This paper proposes the design for an SRAM cell that is radiation hardened by design (RHBD). A comparative study of the standard SRAM cell and the RHBD SRAM cell indicates that the proposed design is resilient to SEUs and DEUs. The proposed design is an improvement on the 8T SRA

Effective billbug monitoring and management programs rely on a clear understanding of their seasonal biology. Nurse practitioners and physician assistants have been providing direct care for patients with the oversight of licensed physicians for many years. As a result of their assistance, physicians can focus on complex cases and oversee a larger patient base. This, in turn, creates a more accessible healthcare system. Although many gaps remain between medicine and dentistry, mid-level providers may be the answer to expanding access to dental healthcare needs. Recently, mid-level provid

By most accounts, “resilience” is a pretty resilient concept. Or policy instrument. Or heuristic tool. It’s this last that really concerns us here: resilience not as a politics, but rather as a descriptive device for attempts in the humanities—particularly in rhetoric and cultural studies—to adequately describe a discursive event. Or rather, to adequately describe a class of discursive events: those that involve rhetorical resistance by victimised subjects. I’ve argued elsewhere (Munro, Descriptive; Reading) that Peircean semiosis, inflected by a rhetorical postulate of genre, equips us well t
