Resumen

“Asatru”, the modern worship of the Heathen deities of Scandinavia and Northern Europe, is a relatively young, internationally developing religious phenomenon. Since the 1990’s researchers have gradually built a body of academic literature seeking to chronicle and contextualize Asatru’s multifaceted histories, beliefs, practices and social developments within the larger arena of Western societies. This critical historiography provides an over-view of the most influential extant research of Asatru and frames the developing academic discourse. The article shows that Asatru is a dynamic, heterogenous web of intersected movements which are both rapidly developing, and prone to the influences of overarching societal discourses, and that this is especially true of popular and academic discourses aimed at Asatru itself. This historiography serves as a landmark demonstrating where we have come so far as researchers with our study of and relationship with Asatru, and what steps we might consider taking in the future.

In 2015, the Asatru Folk Assembly (AFA), the flag-carrier of folkish Heathenry around the world, purchased a property in California to establish its first temple, Odinshof. Since that time, it has purchased additional properties across the United States and established hofs on those properties. As a result, there has arisen some controversy and opposition to the AFA’s presence, even making international news. Critics fear the spread of hate and racism under the guise of religion, while the AFA sees property ownership as protecting its religious freedom. This raises questions about the role of property in Pagan and Heathen religion and for minority religions more broadly. Who belongs? Who gets marginalized? And to whom does religious freedom extend? In the American context, property ownership is fundamental to social belonging. By purchasing property, the AFA is making a claim to belonging and establishing itself as part of the American society.

Resumen

State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) is one of the contributors to the State Budget in terms of non-tax state revenue. BUMN dividends as a share of the government, the performance of BUMN has partially contributed to the realization of state revenues. This study seeks to evaluate the service performance measurement in PT. ASABRI (Persero) Balikpapan Branch Office, Indonesia. This study uses Important Performance Analysis (IPA) on 70 personnel of ASABRI. The result indicates that expectations and reality, the satisfaction level of respondents (ASABRI participants/heirs) was 95.23 percent, indicating that ASABRI participants/heirs were very satisfied with the services provided by the PT. ASABRI (Persero) Balikpapan Branch Office. The overall gap value is calculated based on the difference between the actual level of performance with the expected level. All show a positive value (+), meaning that the management of PT ASABRI (Persero) Balikpapan Branch has provided services according to the needs of ASABRI participants and management has provided satisfactory service to the participants.

Resumen

This article draws on qualitative fieldwork to analyze the relation between symbolical discourses and ritual practice in the Norwegian new religious movement Asatru. Drawing on the work of Seligman and others a distinction is made between an indicative as-is and a subjunctive as-if mode of relating to religious matters. Adherents of Asatru can be shown to maintain a large set of theological explanations on the gods and goddesses, many of them incommensurable. This symbolical as-is discourse is consistently subverted in preference for an as-if approach able to include the ambiguity and limits of human experience. The data reveals that the ritual sacrifice, the blót, is what keeps the community together: it is its reason for existence. With its nondiscursive openendedness this ritual creates an alternative community. Not only that, this form of ritual, not propositional discourse, is what enables autonomy and personal development.

Asabri (Persero) dengan meneliti pokok permasalahan terkait akibat penempatan investasi yang mengalami kegagalan pada PT. Asabri (Persero) dan bentuk perlindungan hukum serta tanggung jawab PT. Asabri (Persero) terhadap pemegang polis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan analisis data secara kualitatif dan dalam menjawab permasalahan peneliti menggunakan teori kausalitas (sebab akibat) yang akan mengkaji secara teori dan analisa hukum berkaitan dengan permasalahan. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan analisis hukum mengenai akibat dan faktor terjadinya kegagalan investasi pada PT. Asabri (Persero) yaitu terdapatnya kerugian diportofolio saham milik PT. Asabri sehingga mengakibatkan negara mengalami kerugian. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menemukan saran untuk mengurangi permasalahan yang sama dimasa yang akan datang yaitu agar pemerintah/lembaga terkait lebih tegas dan bijak lagi dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap Perusahaan Asuransi Badan Usaha Milik Negara agar selaras dengan peraturan yang ada.

The transformation becomes an important vocabulary since last seven years in Indonesia, precisely since the enactment of the National Social Security System (Social Security Act) on October 19, 2004. Persero four state-owned social security program organizers PT Askes, PT Asabri, PT Jamsostek and PT Taspen will be transformed into BPJS . Asabri program is part of the rights of soldiers and police members on a decent income. Asabri programs and programs pension payments transferred by Asabri PT and old age savings program and programs pension payments transferred from TASPEN PT is part of the program in accordance with that law. Resumen

The prevalence of asthma in the South Fore region of Papua New Guinea was found to be 7.3%, which is thought exceptionally high for highland areas in this country. To investigate the prevalence of asthma and of chronic airflow limitation in a different highland region with similar living conditions, adults and children from 7 villages in the Asaro Valley were interviewed. Questions were asked about smoking history and about past and present symptoms of cough, of shortness of breath, of chest tightness and of asthma. Of 743 adults interviewed, 206 underwent a clinical study with measurements of lung function, bronchial responsiveness and skin prick tests. Dust was collected from the floors and blankets of 36 houses for counts of house dust mites. We did not find any children with symptoms of asthma. Only 2 adults (0.3%) had symptoms consistent with asthma, and a further 6.2% had symptoms and/or lung function consistent with chronic airflow limitation. Most bronchial hyperresponsiveness was associated with asthma or with chronic airflow limitation. The prevalence of atopy was similar in the Asaro and South Fore populations, but the South Fore had higher house dust mite counts in blanket dust. The low prevalence of asthma in the Asaro Valley is unexplained in terms of factors normally associated with asthma. Because asthma in this area does not appear in childhood and only develops in a small proportion of adults, it may be of different aetiology to asthma in Caucasian populations.

This study aims to examine the financial health condition and whether there is an indication of fraudulent financial statements or not at PT ASABRI (Social Insurance for the Armed Forces of the Republic) in 2010-2018 by using the Altman Z-Score, Springate S-Score, Grover G-Score, Beneish M-Score, and Dechow F-Score methods. PT ASABRI became the object of the study due to the result of an audit conducted by the BPK (The Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia) in 2021 that found fraud in financial management and investment funds at PT ASABRI. To measure financial distress, the researchers used the Altman, Springate, and Grover models. While to examine financial statement fraud, the researchers used the Beneish and Dechow models. The results revealed that each model showed varied results. In the financial distress model, the Altman Z-Score could show financial distress 4 times while the Springate S-Score showed financial distress 5 times in 9 years of observation. Moreover, the other models showed different results. The Grover G-Score model did not indicate any financial distress at PT ASABRI. While in the fraud model, the Beneish M-Score could detect indications of fraudulent statements at PT ASABRI 5 times in 8 years of observation. Different conditions occurred in the Dechow F-Score model that did not show fraudulent financial statements at PT ASABRI in 9 years of observation, from 2010 to 2018.

Resumen

Marshalling scientific arguments and methods for religious ends is certainly not a new trend in religious expressions, but new modes of writing scientifically legitimated myths has developed online. Computer-mediated communication provides new tools for such a fusing of religion and science, and the present article asks what this entails for categories of religious authority and authenticity. Taking online expressions of the Neo-Pagan faith called Asatrú, a 9,500 year-old skeleton and an associated modern North American conspiracy theory as the starting points, a configuration of religious authenticity derived from scientific sources is analysed. The case is made that through hyperlinks, YouTube videos and discussion forums, religious communities such as the online Asatrú groups strategically assemble religious authority on a foundation of science, tapping into non-religious ecologies of knowledge available online. This puts into question theoretical premises such as notions of the secular and differentiation of rationalities. Research in CMC and religion, it is argued, must take into consideration the specific hybrid knowledges facilitated by online structures and technologies.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT ASABRI (Persero).Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Kantor Pusat PT ASABRI (Persero), populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Kantor Pusat PT ASABRI (Persero), dengan diambil sampel 75 orang.Untuk menganalisis data digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi sederhana, koefisien determinasi dengan uji hipotesis adalah uji t.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pelatihan (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil analisis uji t sebesar 3,655 pelatihan (X). Kata Kunci : Pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan.

Manajemen pelaksanaan perjalanan dinas yang baik akan memberikan dampak positif bagi pegawai yang mengikuti perjalanan dinas dan juga kelancaran bisnis suatu perusahaan. Banyak sekali tujuan perjalanan dinas diantaranya kunjungan kerja, acara seremonial, rapat umum pemegang saham, kegiatan pendidikan dan latihan maupun sosialisasi yang dibiayai langsung oleh perusahaan. Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan prosedur perjalanan dinas bagi pegawai pada PT ASABRI (Persero), tujuan dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan perjalanan dinas maka digunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara pengumpulan data melelui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pada PT ASABRI (Persero) sebelum melakukan perjalanan dinas banyak sekali yang harus dipersiapkan seperti mendapat persetujuan Nota Dinas dari Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia, surat perintah perjalanan dinas, transportasi dan akomodasi. Perjalanan dinas pada PT ASABRI (Persero) memiliki tujuan kunjungan kerja ke kantor cabang, sosialisasi dan menghadiri undangan serta pendidikan dan latihan. Di dalam PT ASABRI (Persero) terdapat kendala atau hambatan berupa manajemen waktu pelaksanaan perjalanan dinas.

Resumen

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai pemurnian minyak asaron hasil distilasi Stahl menggunakan distilasi pengurang tekanan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan distilasi akar, batang dan daun genoak, kemudian minyak yang diperoleh dimurnikan dengan distilasi pengurangan tekanan. Rendemen hasil pemurnian distilasi pengurangan tekanan yang diperoleh yaitu 19,8%. Hasil analisis FTIR, NMR dan GC-MS menunjukkan bahwa minyak genoak mengandung kemurnian senyawa asaron sebesar 90,49%.

Resumen

Neoentomelas asatoi Hasegawa, 1989 is a parasitic nematode that infests only the scincid lizard Ateuchosaurus pellopleurus (Hallowell, 1861) that inhabits the forest floor in the Northern and Central Ryukyu Archipelago, Japan. As a member of Rhabdiasidae, the reproductive mode of N. asatoi is characterised by the alternation of the protandrous hermaphroditic mode and gonochoristic mode throughout the life cycle. The intrafamily phylogenetic position and intraspecific diversity of this nematode species were inferred by molecular phylogenetic analyses. The results revealed the phylogenetic distinctiveness of Neoentomelas Hasegawa, 1989 in Rhabdiasidae that supports the unique generic status of Neoentomelas within the family. The intraspecific phylogenetic analyses of N. asatoi revealed a minor concordant phylogenetic pattern with the host and mosaic geographic arrangement of the major clades that was discordant with the host. The analyses and distribution pattern of subclades suggested that this geographic arrangement can be explained by at least three dispersal events and subsequent switching to indigenous host populations. Colonisation events might be promoted by the high establishment rate of new populations stemming from the parthenogenesis-like reproduction mode of N. asatoi. This study demonstrated that reproductive modes can affect the intraspecific genetic diversity of parasites.

Resumen

Classification of dark coniferous forests of the Eastern part of Europe, Southern Urals and Western Siberia was performed using data set of 55 low-rank syntaxa (association, subassociation and variant), results of cluster analysis (Ward method, Euclidian distance) and DCA ordination (Fig. 1, 2). The synoptic table of dark coniferous forests syntaxa (Table) was developed and clarification of their diagnostic features was made. In accordance with the “Vegetation of Europe ….” (Mucina et al., 2016), the entire diversity of the higher units of the dark coniferous forests was classified into two classes, two orders and eight alliances. At the highest hierarchical level, two classes were clearly distinguished — the Asaro europaei–Abietetea sibiricae Ermakov et al. in Willner et al. 2016 and Vaccinio-Piceetea Br.-Bl. in Br. Bl. et al. 1939. The class Asaro europaei–Abietetea sibiricae includes subnemoral dark coniferous forests occurring in southern part of forest zone in the Southern Urals and Western Siberia. These forests combine some important features of boreal and nemoral vegetation in the phytocoenotic structure (physiognomy) and floristic composition. Therefore, the diagnosis of the class Asaro europaei–Abietetea sibiricae is based on a combination of the following criteria. 1. The absolute predominance of cold-resistant boreal tree species (Picea obovata, Pinus sibirica, Abies sibirica) in the higher layer makes it impossible to assign them to the higher units of nemoral vegetation and fundamentally distinguishes them from the class Carpino–Fagetea sylvaticae Jakucs ex Passarge 1968. 2. The high constancy values of widespread Eurasian shade-tolerant species associated dominantly with dark coniferous forests: Dryopteris expansa, D. carthusiana, D. assimilis, D. dilatata, Phegopteris connectilis, Diplazium sibiricum, Gymnocarpium dryopteris, G. robertianum, Athyrium filix-femina, Oxalis acetosella, widespread European-Siberian nemoral species: Daphne mezereum, Dryopteris filix-mas, Viburnum opulus, Stachys sylvatica, Galium odoratum, Geranium robertianum, Festuca altissima, Asarum europaeum, Actaea spicata, Brachypodium sylvaticum, Aegopodium podagraria, Viola mirabilis, Sanicula europaea, Festuca gigantea, as well as nemoral species with narrower ranges located in southern Siberia: Osmorhiza aristata, Anemonoides altaica, Corydalis bracteata, Erythronium sibiricum, Anemonoides caerulea, Myosotis krylovii, Euphorbia Pilosa and European species with eastern boundaries of ranges running in the southern Urals: Ulmus glabra, Pulmonaria obscura, Polygonatum multiflorum, Cicerbita uralensis, Geum urbanum, Carex pilosa, Euonymus verrucose. All these species were included in diagnostic combination of the Asaro europaei–Abietetea sibiricae. 4. Absence or rare occurrence of typical boreal species (characteristic of the class Vaccinio-Piceetea) in the shrub and ground layers. Currently, the class Asaro europaei–Abietetea sibiricae is represented by one order Abietetalia sibiricae Ermakov 2006, since the analysis of the possibility of including the Central European sub-nemoral dark coniferous forests of the order Athyrio–Piceetalia abietis, close to them dark coniferous forests of Eastern Europe and Euxinian forests of the Abieti nordmannianae–Piceetalia orientalis Coban et Willner 2019 has not yet been analyzed. In accordance with the concept proposed in the “Vegetation of Europe …” (Mucina et al., 2016), all boreal dark coniferous forests of the eastern part of Europe, Southern Urals and Western Siberia were assigned to the class Vaccinio-Piceetea and order Piceo obovatae–Pinetalia sibiricae Ermakov 2013. Diagnostic species of the order are Abies sibirica, Picea obovata, Pinus sibirica, Sorbus sibirica, Calamagrostis obtusata, Cerastium pauciflorum, Stellaria bungeana. The results of quantitative classification, ordination (Fig. 1, 2) and comparative syntaxonomic analysis of dark coniferous forests made it possible to correct the system of alliances. The growth of increasingly resulted in intense competition in the business. The insurance industry has grown significantly in recent years. Company need to improve and focus more on customer satisfaction since they deserve the greatest service. This research aims to determine the effect of service facilities and service performance on customers satisfaction of PT ASABRI (Persero) Regional Office of Semarang. The population in this study was all insurance participants of PT ASABRI (Persero) Semarang Branch Office, amounting to 39.005 as of June 2022. The number of samples used as respondents in this study amounted to 100 participants or insurance heirs of PT ASABRI (Persero) Semarang Regional Office with predetermined requirements. Sampling technique used was the Non Probability Sampling with accicental sampling method and purposive sampling method. Data analysis is performed using validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, linear regression and significance test with t test and F test. This analysis used SPSS 25.0 software for windows. The tests result showed that variables that service facilities and service performance simultaneously had a positive effect on costumer satisfaction, with a score of 11.245 (F Value) > 3.09 (F table). Pertumbuhan yang semakin meningkat mengakibatkan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Industri asuransi telah tumbuh secara signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Perusahaan perlu meningkatkan dan lebih fokus pada kepuasan pelanggan karena mereka layak mendapatkan layanan terbaik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas pelayanan dan Service Performance terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT ASABRI (Persero) Kantor Wilayah Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta asuransi PT ASABRI (Persero) Kantor Cabang Semarang yang berjumlah 39.005 per Juni 2022. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 peserta atau ahli waris asuransi PT ASABRI (Persero) Kantor Wilayah Semarang dengan persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Non Probability Sampling dengan metode accicental sampling dan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier dan uji signifikansi dengan uji t dan uji F. Analisis ini menggunakan software SPSS 25.0 for windows. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel fasilitas pelayanan dan service performance secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan skor sebesar 11,245 (F Value) > 3,09 (F tabel).

Abstract: The Board of Directors is an organ of the company responsible for the performance of the company, which in its duties must adhere to fiduciary duties, duties of skill and statutory duties. The purpose of this research is First, to review the responsibility of the board of directors of PT. Asabri against high-risk investments based on the laws and principles of Sharia economic law, Second, to review sanctions against violations of the principle of responsibility committed by the board of directors of PT. Asabri for high-risk investments. The method used in this research is normative juridical, analytical descriptive research specification with systematic interpretation data analysis method. The results of this study concluded. First, the responsibility of the board of directors of PT. Asabri is a personal responsibility, and responsibility in a rented way with members of the board of directors of PT. Asabri because of his negligence and indiction violated the principle of responsibility and violated the principle of Sharia economic law, thereby harming the company and having to reimburse a certain amount of losses. Second, sanctions against violations of the principle of responsibility, namely civil sanctions based on articles 1365 and 1366 of the Criminal Code, and criminal sanctions if the actions of the directors do not comply with the principle of responsibility can be ensnared with articles 398 and 399 of the Criminal Code.
