Resumen
Any perturbation in politics and in economics affects the logistics of freight, from local to regional, national and even international. It creates weaving of the total volume of cargo and subsequently weaving of the market’s necessities regarding the transportation and warehousing. More, weaving of the volume of investments is specific effect. Such mechanism has been recorded in the last 7 years: increasing 2012-2015, decreasing 2015-2017, increasing 2017-2018. From 2017 it has been recorded a higher value of individual transactions, compared to 2016, when the transactions have dropped dramatically. In the end of the 2017, the mass center of the warehousing facilities were in the triangle Bucuresti-Pitesti-Ploiesti. The structure of the warehousing offer was at 31.12.2017: Green, energy efficient warehouses with available space for rent - Warehouse spaces: 197.440 m2, Warehouse rent: 45.540 m2, Average rental price: 2.73 €; A category warehouses with available warehouse space for rent - Warehouse spaces: 5.832.841 m2, Warehouse rent: 2.312.824 m2, Average rental price: 12.79 €; B category warehouses with available warehouse space for rent - Warehouse spaces: 487.388 m2, Warehouse rent: 222.248 m2 , Average rental price: 2.98 €; C category warehouses with available warehouse space for rent - Warehouse spaces: 109.432 m2, Warehouse rent: 60.582 m2 , Average rental price: 2.13 €; D category warehouses with available warehouse space for rent - Warehouse spaces: 1.950 m2, Warehouse rent: 1.950 m2 , Average rental price: 3.75 €; the rest to 100% was shared among Cold, Break-Bulk, Cross dock, Transload, Hazmat, and Food grade warehouse types. Resumen
In this paper, we consider a cross-border supply chain system that has an import e-commerce company and an overseas supplier. We first considered a pure bonded warehouse mode in which the e-commerce company makes bulk purchase from an overseas supplier to a bonded warehouse and will deliver goods to customers from the bonded warehouse when customers order online. We constructed a Stackelberg model to obtain the equilibrium solution by using backward induction, and then properties of equilibrium strategy and equilibrium profit is discussed. We then studied the combined bonded warehouse and direct mailing mode in which the e-commerce company will purchase a single piece and mail to the customer directly if the bonded warehouse is out of stock. Analytical results demonstrate that the combined bonded warehouse and direct mailing mode may increase the profit of suppliers and decrease the profit of e-commerce companies.

Resumen
NCMSL, incorporated in India in 2004 was a Mumbai-based Collateral Management (CM) services organisation that was facing a dilemma in expanding its operations. It was set up with the objective of empowering stakeholders mainly in agricultural commodities business to deal with various risks. Its major businesses were managing warehouses and providing collateral management services. It provided CM services to its clients that lent based on collaterals (warehoused non-perishable commodities). Competitors included National Bulk Handling Corporation among others, who provided similar offerings in the market. Banks were its major clients. The assets under NCMSL’s management and income varied considerably over the last four financial years (FY 2008–12). Mr Sanjay Kaul, NCMSL’s MD & CEO was wondering whether investing in an own-warehousing network would make business sense. He was exploring whether increasing the bank network for business expansion would bear any fruit. He anticipated answers to his questions from the data available.

Brazil is one of the largest agribusiness producers in the world, however, Brazilian competitiveness is impaired when the agricultural product, at lower costs, reaches its destination at higher costs than global competitors due to the deficiency of the grain storage system and transport infrastructure. A viable alternative is the construction of a storage silo on the rural property, with low-cost prefabricated parts that can be transferred to other locations, with easy demobilization and assembly, if necessary. This paper has the objective to design a precast concrete silo with low weight, modular, structurally analyzed by the SAP 2000 V20 software, and presented the cost estimated at 15.6% of the cost of a conventional precast bulk silo, with the same storage capacity.

Resumen
In this paper, a two-warehouse inventory model for items with imperfect quality and all-unit quantity discounts was developed. In practice, the supplier usually offers quantity discounts to encourage the retailer ordering larger lot sizes and thus, extra storage space is needed for the retailer. Two levels of storages, owned-warehouse and rented warehouse, are considered in this study to store bulk quantities. We develop two algorithms to determine the optimal lot size and purchasing cost: one is based on the work of Render et al. (2003) and the other is similar to the method proposed by Goyal (1995). Two numerical examples are provided for illustration, in which we show that our algorithms require fewer iterations than that of the modified procedures based on the work of Render et al. (2003).

Resumen
Product identification using barcodes has gained good astounding, especially at the point of sale, where different products are being scanned individually before making the payment receipt. These products when at the warehouse meets issues like individual scanning demands significant time and labor to be involved in the human error. Barcodes have been in a process of replacement by Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). RFID is a technology that enables data transfer wirelessly and provides several advantages over barcodes which mandatory requires line of sight. Much of the work has been done on RFID tag antenna design, but efficient reader antenna design has been a major need of the hour for big warehouses, that came across bulk data to manage on daily basis. RFID reader antennas are unable to focus their RF energy on a desired zone. This paper proposes a novel multi-linear polarized RFID reader antenna design that utilizes the RF energy efficiently to meet the bulk reading application that will help in managing the tagged stock for industrial application.

Large warehouse, being considered as the general type of storage granary in China, has proven to be the key post-harvest management in the fight against food security for long periods storage. Soybean (Glycine max) seeds bulk stored under ambient condition (the control) and mechanical ventilation (the test) for 12 month were analyzed for some physico-chemical characteristics to investigate the effect of storage condition on the quality of soybeans. The results indicated that the samples storied in texted storehouse had a lower level of the free fatty acid content. There was a notably higher water solute protein content compared with the samples in controlled storehouse, which effectively reduce the deterioration of water-soluble protein quality and respiration rates. These results provide convincing evidence that tested warehouse obviously superior to conventional storage, which can delay the quality deterioration of soybean seeds quality and has good prospects for application.

Resumen
Software development is a complex endeavor. While significant benefits can be achieved, the process is often laborious, time consuming and error prone requiring multiple iterations in order to achieve the desired result. Issues arise for numerous reasons – coding defects, unclear requirements, migration challenges, lack of convention, and inadequate testing to name a few. When convention and automation are introduced into the software development lifecycle there are significantly fewer opportunities for failure. Automation also allows for shorter development windows. Generally there are fewer errors throughout testing, with the bulk of those being found in unit and functional testing, far before the users get involved in systems acceptance testing. A data warehouse consists of multiple subject areas in which many tasks are common and should be automated for the sake of efficiency and enforcing convention. This article discusses a set of tools that can be used to automate writing data warehouse objects. The article also provides statistics of time saved using automation.

Resumen
On the basis of theory of stationary thermal explosion of A.D. Frank-Kamenetsky, depending on the temperature of the critical size of the ammonium nitrate embankment, the calculations were performed, which show that it can be stored in the large volumes at the temperatures up to 30 °C. On the contrary, at the temperatures above 100 °C (for example, at 200 °C), the decomposition of nitrate occurs with acceleration and can lead to an explosion. Based on the studies performed, it is shown that the changes and additions to the fire safety requirements for ammonium nitrate storage in the buildings and structures should be determined by the requirements for fire resistance of buildings (at least II degree of fire resistance), for the purity of the product and its packaging, for the exclusion of contacts with organic substances and materials, storage conditions. Additional fire safety requirements were developed for inclusion in the normative document regarding ammonium nitrate storage. Ammonium nitrate is allowed to be stored in one-story warehouse buildings of at least II degree of fire resistance, structural fire hazard class C0. The floor area within the fire compartment should not exceed 10 500 m2. Between the fire-fighting walls of the 1st type, it is allowed to store no more than 25 000 tons of nitrite in bulk or in the special bags, as well as in the soft specialized containers for bulk products in accordance with GOST 2—2013.The conditions for placing ammonium nitrate in the stacks should be accepted in accordance with the requirements of SP 92.13330.2012. Temperature in the storage room of ammonium nitrate should not exceed 30 °C with a relative humidity of not more than 60 %. Warehouses for storing ammonium nitrate should be equipped with general exchange supply and exhaust and (or) emergency ventilation, in order to exclude the formation of a fire and explosion hazardous environment in the room during the decomposition of ammonium nitrate. Warehouses for storing ammonium nitrate in an amount of not more than 5 thousand tons may be separated from other premises, including from the warehouses for fertilizers and pesticides, by solid (without openings) type 2 fire walls.

Resumen
It is well known that the shift of transporting bulk cargo from roads to railways is an important measure to reduce carbon emissions of the overall transportation systems. In order to increase the attractiveness of railway transport, companies usually provide some discounts to the customers with great transport demand so that entire trains can be operated. Since the operation of entire trains can reduce the reclassification times of shipments, the expenses of railway operations can be reduced. However, when the volume of shipment is not sufficient, the door-to-door direct transportation (in the railway industry specifically, “door-to-door” means running trains from supplier’s warehouse to customer’s warehouse) of the entire train often leads to a decrease in the frequency of delivery, which increases the average stock of users, thus increasing the inventory cost of users. Therefore, how to balance the pros and cons of the two is exactly the problem to be studied. In this paper, the optimal operation plan is obtained by minimizing the total cost of the stockholding of suppliers and customers, as well as the transportation costs of an entire train and non-direct train. Based on the classic economic order quantity (EOQ) model, a 0-1 integer programming model with the constraint of the maximum stock level is proposed to solve this problem. And an innovative approach is used to calculate the actual average stock of the customer. Finally, the model is validated and its effectiveness is confirmed using a real-world case, which is carried out using data from the China rail system.

Resumen
Abstract Wood pellets are increasingly used for space heating in the United States and globally. Prior work has shown that stored bulk wood pellets produce sufficient carbon monoxide (CO) to represent a health concern and exceed regulatory standards for occupational exposures. However, most of the pellets used for residential heating are sold in 40-pound (18.1 kg) plastic bags. This study measured CO emission factors from fresh, bagged-wood pellets as a function of temperature and relative humidity. CO concentrations increased with increasing temperature and moisture in the container. CO measurements in a pellet mill warehouse with stored pallets of bagged pellets had 8-h average CO concentrations up to 100 ppm exceeding occupational standards for worker exposure. Thus, manufacturers, distributors, and home owners should be aware of the potential for CO in storage areas and design facilities with appropriate ventilation and CO sensors.

Resumen
The article presents data on the population of dogs and cats in European countries for 2018, countries with a high number of animals per capita. On the basis of the conducted scientific research, the composition of compound pet food, the needs of domestic animals for nutrient and biologically active substances, their content in recipes and the calculation of compound feed recipes are analyzed. The features of technological processes for the production of extruded pet food are determined and their characteristics are given. A technology has been developed for the production of dry pet food, which makes it possible in private enterprises to ensure the production of domestic competitive in the market complete pet food, depending on their breed, age, and physiological condition. A line for the production of dry compound feeds for dogs with a productivity of 1...3 t/h with the possibility of producing up to 20 tons of finished compound feed per month has been developed. To organize production, a production manufacture, a raw material warehouse, a finished product warehouse, a utility room, and the ability to drive vehicles into the raw materials storage and unload them are necessary. To service the feed production line, two specialists are needed - a technologist and an operator for servicing the extruder and expander, as well as a worker who is responsible for the preparation of components and packaging of finished products. To implement the project, technological equipment is needed: a hammer mill, air conditioning, extruder, hopper scales, mixer, expander, dryer, cooler, device for spraying on the surface of the liquid components. The main stages of production include intake, unloading and refining of raw materials; grinding grain components in the same fraction; extruding and cooling grain components; grinding extruded grain components; weighting of feed components; mixing the components to a homogeneous mixture; conditioning; expansion of bulk feed; drying; size control of finished products; spraying on the surface of the liquid components; cooling; feed packaging

Resumen
Paper presents a concept of the mobile line for the production of granulated fertilizer from digestates and ash mixtures. The main assumption of the designed line is its mobility which allows line work in the place of production of digestate. The premise for developing such model of line was the fact that the transport of highly hydrated digestate, as well as its dried form, is not advisable for economic reasons. More advantageous solution is to collect the digestate at the place of its production and it is processed into a fertilizer. Loose components, characterized by high bulk density, can be delivered to the place of production and the same means of transport can be used to transport the produced fertilizer to warehouse. This production model allows to process the digestate produced in several biogas plants, using one production line and reducing the cost of production. of fertilizer granules and the mobile line is transported to the next post-fermentation production point. Based on an analysis of the raw material characteristics and preliminary research on the raw materials mixture granulation process it was assumed that the stage of 3 hrs mixture stabilization time is required in the line.

Objective:To determine the health care costs associated with pediatric multiple sclerosis (MS).Methods:We performed a retrospective analysis of all patients with MS 18 years of age or younger who were diagnosed or treated between 2002 and 2012 in a population-based cohort. Demographics and health care costs were extracted from the Intermountain Healthcare Enterprise Data Warehouse. Patients were divided into high-cost (>84th percentile) and low-cost groups and differences in health care utilization between the groups were analyzed.Results:Fifty-seven pediatric patients with MS were identified. Health care costs for the cohort totaled more than $1.5 million over the 10-year period, with the top 16th percentile of patients contributing nearly two-thirds. Outpatient visits represented the majority of health care encounters and expenditures, accounting for 83.1% of total costs. Costs per encounter were highest for inpatient stays, averaging $2,924 per stay. Conclusions:The burden of health care expenses for pediatric patients with MS is significant. Expenditures related to outpatient visits were the largest contributor to costs, but inpatient stays were the most costly per encounter. A small proportion of patients incurred the bulk of costs and spent significantly more time receiving care compared to the majority of patients. Avoidance of inpatient treatment and efficient outpatient management are potential areas for health care cost reduction and improvement in care.

Resumen
The problem faced is damage, especially to the screw conveyor from the Continuous Ship Unloader (CSU) as a dry bulk material transfer equipment (phosphate rock) which is taken from the ship's hold which is flowed by a screw conveyor followed by the belt conveyor to the material warehouse to be processed into a type of fertilizer. The purpose of planning is to obtain a schedule and estimated cost of maintenance and repair of CSU for the period 2022 to 2025, and to obtain the ratio of maintenance-repair costs to the profit of the machine. Planning methods uses the IRRO (Inspection, Replace, Repair, and Overhoul) method include data collection of machine maintenance history and component breakdowns, checking CSU specifications, making a list of component life predictions and component prices, predicting costs and duration of component dissasembly, screw conveyor repair, maintenance and repair scheduling, and maintenance and repair cost estimates. The real results of planning in the form of a maintenance and repair schedule for the period of 2022 to 2025; maintenance and repair costs respectively for the years 2022 to 2025 are IDR 136,873,000; IDR 335,986,000; IDR 160,687,000; and IDR 464,733,000; and the ratio between maintenance costs to profit for the years 2022 to 2025 is 0.51, 1.22, 0.57, and 1.63 which means the machine is still fit for use without the need for refurbishment because it is still prospective.

Resumen
The main trend in the development of domestic and global transport is the rapid growth of container traffic, which meets the requirements of a market economy. They become an integral part of the national or international commodity distribution and warehouse system, which ensures the uninterrupted delivery of various products to the trading network and goods of industrial and technical purpose to industrial production. According to experts from many countries, such transportation should embody the freight transport service of the XXI century. The growing demand for container transportation in Ukraine and in the world by manufacturers and consumers of various types of products and services requires the search for effective technical, technological and organizational solutions. A promising direction of container transportation is a unified system of container terminals (CT) created on the traffic routes of container-transportable cargoes. In addition, the problem of improving the quality of service due to the increased competition from other categories of transport is of particular importance. In a market economy and industry restructuring, there is a need for a new approach to address these issues, which would allow for reducing the cost of container ports and increasing their attractiveness for users. The importance of addressing these issues for the container transport industry determines the importance of this study. Topical problems of the current state and developments of the global market of container transportations are discussed. The largest container ports in the world are determined using the data on their throughput and the dynamics of the total capacity of container vessels in the maritime trade. The data on operation of the largest shipping companies in the world are analyzed. Index Baltic Dry is proposed for forecasting the global market of container transportations, which measures traffic volumes of bulk carriers; it is proposed to create support container terminals for the largest companies that would represent a single system of alliances rather than an isolated transport and logistics company.

The methodology for developing a flexible automated line simulation model, for example, for the production of macaroni products, is described in this work. Authors highlighted the stages of modelling a flexible automated packaging system. The criteria that influence the technological process of bulk products packing are determined. The parameters for constructing the simulation model are selected. A formal description of the packing line has been made for a more detailed understanding of the process and the adequate construction of the model. With the help of the software of The AnyLogic Company, students create an acting part of the model, simulate processing at workshops and the work of a warehouse. As a result, in the developed simulation model, the authors researched the load of the production elements, determined problematic structural elements and calculated the coefficient of the technological line readiness. The virtual model of the technological line allowed testing the future technological line for adequacy, process ability and reliability. As a result of studying the discipline "CAD of packaging production" and AnyLogic software, students develop holistic understanding of the automated process and acquire the skills of modeling, analysis and optimization of the technological line.

Table 1 of the case study highlights that TCS had taken up some unique and new initiatives. TCS handled four main clientele areas: Corporate, Consumer, International and E-commerce. For consumer wing, TCS oversaw bookings of documents and parcels at the express centres, door-to-door containerized shipments, domestic and international air ticketing, visa application drop box facility for various countries and financial services in the form of insurance plans. On the corporate side, TCS provided warehousing and distribution, digital printing and bulk mail solutions. International and e-commerce both catered consumer and corporate segments. Over the last decade, TCS had established a warehousing and distribution wing and a mail management and printing facility. Other ventures and services that TCS offered were Visatronix, Hazir, Home Movers, E-COM, TCS Aviation, Mail Management System, Warehouse and Distribution, Intiana, Sentiments express and Octra. The case focusses on the decision of whether or not to run an ambitious new logistics service, that is, Hazir SubKuch (HSK), meant to deliver anything non-prohibited that a customer wanted, on a crowdsourcing model. In the proposed crowdsourcing model, after training and evaluation, anyone could assume the role of a customer service provider by connecting to the system remotely. Similarly, pickup and delivery jobs could be performed under an Uber-like model by anyone who owned a ride and had smartphone connectivity. The service was a brainchild of the new CEO, hired by the founder and chairman as part of the new management team to bring a fresh dynamism in the company.

Resumen
The commercial transportation of crude oil and petroleum products by pipeline is receiving increased attention in South Africa. Transnet Pipeline Transport has recently obtained permission from the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (Nersa) to construct and operate a new petroleum products pipeline of 60 cm diameter from Durban to Gauteng. At an operating speed of 10 km/h the proposed 60 cm Transnet pipeline would be able to deliver 3,54 million litres of petroleum product per hour. This is equivalent to 89 deliveries per hour using road tank vehicles with an average carrying capacity of 40 000 litres of fuel per vehicle. This pipeline throughput is also equivalent to two trains departing per hour, each consisting of 42 petroleum tank wagons with an average carrying capacity of 42 500 litres of fuel per wagon. Considering that such road trucks and rail wagons return empty to the upstream refineries in Durban, it is clear that there is no tenable long-term alternative to pipeline transport:pipeline transport is substantially cheaper than road and rail transport;pipeline transport is much safer than rail and especially road transport; andpipeline transport frees up alternative road and rail transport capacity.Pipeline transport is a non-containerised bulk mode of transport for the carriage of suitable liquids (for example, petroleum commodities, which include crude oil, refined fuel products and liquid petro-chemicals), gas, slurrified coal and certain water-suspended ores and minerals. InSouth Africa, petroleum products account for the majority of commercial pipeline traffic, followed by crude oil and natural gas. There are three basic types of petroleum pipeline transport systems:Gathering pipeline systemsCrude oil trunk pipeline systemsRefined products pipeline systems Collectively, these systems provide a continuous link between extraction, processing, distribution, and wholesalers’ depots in areas of consumption. The following activities are involved in the flow of goods between place of origin and place of consumption or application:Demand forecasting, Facility site selection, Procurement,Materials handling, Packaging, Warehouse management, Inventory management,Order processing, Logistics communications, Transport, Reverse logistics. Because cost is incurred without adding value each time goods are handled (activity 4) at a terminal or storage facility, a primary logistics objective is to eliminate handling wherever possible. With the carriage of crude oil and petroleum products by pipeline this objective is fully met. Commodity intake, haulage, and discharge are combined in one process, usually a remote-controlled operation. Pipeline transport is a non-containerised bulk mode of transport thereby obviating the need for packaging (activity 5) and returning empty containers. Pipelines provide a direct and long-term link between these origins and destinations. If necessary a continuous service can be provided with no need for a return trip or a reverse pumping process (activity 11).The elimination of handling, packaging and reverse logistics activities contribute substantially to the high measure of economies of scale that pipeline transport enjoys. The article provides adscription of each of the eleven logistics activities in the context of pipeline transport. Effective logistics service is a prerequisite to help ensure that customers receive the required products at the desired quality and quantity, where and when needed. The most pertinent determinants of logistics service performance aresuitability, accessibility, goods security, transit time, reliability and flexibility. The article offers a discussion of the extent to which pipeline transport conforms to each of these measures of effectiveness.

Resumen
In this article, we propose a technique for automatic contactless measurements of threedimensional coordinates of surface points in a granary. The need for an automatic measurement and registration of surface points arises when conducting accurate measurements of the volume of bulk materials during stock-taking of raw materials and finished goods. A peculiarity of the technique consists in obtaining and recognizing the surface images in which the sought-for points are highlighted by laser light. The recognition process is closely related to camera specifications and a specific arrangement of laser diodes. The problems considered include the determination of parameters and location of the recording cameras, and the number and layout of the laser diodes, the implementation of 3D measurements from a set of images, and the selection of storage procedures for the measurement results. As a result of the experiments, it was proved that the proposed solution, which exploits the capabilities of photogrammetry and laser scanning methods, has a number of advantages over the existing methods in terms of efficiency, accuracy, the possibility of automation, the opportunity of monitoring the surface of the granary content at any time, and the possibility of remote tracking. Computerization of the described methods allows one not only to perform single volume measurements, but also to carry out a regular contactless monitoring of complex surfaces in locked warehouses for making managerial decisions.

Resumen
Several studies have shown that tree barks can absorb air contaminants, therefore, trees can be used as biomonitors to identify the distribution of atmospheric pollutants. The city of Paranaguá, located at the coast of the Paraná State in Brazil, hosts the largest bulk cargo port in Latin America and an elevated number of fertilizer processing industries. In this study we used tree barks coupled to X-ray fluorescence spectrometer analysis to biomonitor the distribution of air pollutants in the city of Paranaguá. We identified a visual correlation between the level of the elements K and Cl, with high levels detected near fertilizer warehouses. A relation between Fe levels and position of railways and train stations were also clear. The low levels of the elements Zn, Al, Ba and Mg detected in a traffic restricted zone confirm the use of these elements as markers of vehicles traffic and validate the approach of using tree barks for air pollution biomonitoring.

Resumen
The anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV) was investigated to determine total mercury in solid samples using a gold electrode. The mercury was deposited on the gold electrode in a preconcentration step. The oxidation peak of mercury was irreversible. The optimal conditions of the procedure were found to be as follows: 0.05 mol L−1 HCl solution, deposition potential −0.5 V vs. Ag/AgCl/KCls, deposition time 40 s, and sweep rate 0.04 V s−1. Under the optimal conditions, the peak current showed a linear dependence on Hg2+ concentration in the range from 0.01 to 0.1 mg l−1. The detection limit and quantification limit were 4.28 µg L−1 and 12.98 µg L−1, respectively. The mean recovery and relative standard deviation were 91.2% and 2.4% (n = 9). The procedure was successfully applied for determining total mercury in samples collected from Hanoi light bulb warehouse—The Rang Dong Light Source and Vacuum Flask JSC. The results were compared with cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry (CV-AAS).

Resumen
This work aims to present the current scenario of the Brazilian raw sugar export logistics, focusing on transportation, pointing out the benefits of intermodal road-rail in the flow of bulk sugar from mills to the Port of Santos. The study analyzes the evolution of modes of transportation and new investments focused on port infrastructure. It is possible to notice throughout the work that most of the investments in the area comes from private business groups seeking partnerships to improve competitiveness for the sector, such as Rumo Logística and America Latina Logística, which holds the largest concession and rail network in the state. The state of São Paulo currently offers transshipment options warehouses located in its territory and can meet the demand of the sugar mills to flow their product. It could be identified that the existence of a logistical planning well done using these two modes (road and rail) can guarantee competitive prices, load security and a transit time that does not compromise the receipt of the goods at the port, which historically suffer from the accumulation of vehicles, and is a great alternative for reducing air pollutants, with the reduction of vehicles circulating on the roads.

Resumen
A formal approach to estimating selectivity patterns that allows for variability additional to Poisson sampling variability is outlined. This approach, which involves assuming that the catch of fish by a particular size of gill-net in a given size-class is distributed according to a negative binomial distribution, is applied to data for five of the species caught by experimental gill-nets in Australia’s South East Fishery. The data for two of these species (blue warehou and dogfish) are not compatible with the conventional assumption that the size of fish corresponding to maximum selectivity is linearly proportional to mesh size. Selectivity and population size-structure are found to depend on depth and habitat type for some of the species. It is necessary therefore to target future experiments to depth zones/habitat types in which the bulk of the catch is taken to estimate selectivity patterns for use in stock assessments.

Resumen
Abstract The National Beef Quality Audit (NBQA) is conducted every 5 yr and was most recently again conducted in 2016. Face-to-face interviews gauged progress in quality associated with live cattle production using procedures first utilized in NBQA 2011. The 2016 NBQA was the first in which interviews concerning fed steers and heifers were combined with an audit of market cow and bull beef. Face-to-face interviews were designed to illicit definitions for beef quality, estimate willingness to pay (WTP) for quality attributes, establish relative importance rankings for important quality factors, and assess images, strengths, weaknesses, potential threats, and shifting trends in the beef industry since the 2011 audit. Individuals making purchasing decisions in 5 market sectors of the steer/heifer and cow/bull beef supply chain were interviewed, including packers (n = 36), retailers (including large and small supermarket companies and warehouse food sales companies; n = 35), food service operators (including quick-serve, full-service, and institutional establishments; n = 29), further processors (n = 64), and peripherally-related government and trade organizations (GTO; n = 30). Face-to-face interviews were conducted between January and November of 2016 using a designed dynamic routing system. Definitions (as described by interviewees) for 7 pre-determined quality factors, including: (1) How and where the cattle were raised, (2) Lean, fat, and bone, (3) Weight and size, (4) Visual characteristics, (5) Food safety, (6) Eating satisfaction, and (7) Cattle genetics were recorded verbatim and categorized into similar responses for analysis. Compared to NBQA-2011, a higher percentage of companies were willing to pay premiums for guaranteed quality attributes, but overall were willing to pay lower average premiums than the companies interviewed in 2011. Food safety had the highest share of preference among all interviewees, generating a double-digit advantage over any other quality factor. The 2 beef industries have an overall positive image among interviewees, and despite lingering weaknesses, product quality continued to be at the forefront of the strengths category for both steer and heifer beef and market cow and bull beef.

Resumen
North America and Europe have been struggling with increasing elderly populations needing medical and personal care. Japan also has suddenly found itself faced with a rapidly expanding population of sick and disabled old people. Japan, however, has witnessed this dramatic increase in its aged population proceed at a rate almost twice that of any other industrialized nation. The very suddenness of the emergence of such a top-heavy population and the equally sudden changes in the family structure have placed great stresses on both the medical and social welfare systems of Japan. This study is, then, of the present state of facilities for the care of the elderly in Japan. As the United States is now grappling with the sheer bulk of its own Social Security and Medicare plans, this article casts a light for comparison on the care of the elderly in Japan. In Japan, as in the United States, major concerns focus on the short supply of trained personnel and the mushrooming costs of care. Moreover, the dependence of the Japanese medical system on the hospital has made some hospitals into warehouses for sick or disabled elderly, while not providing enough support for the elderly to remain active at home. Japan should carefully consider, therefore, diverting some funds from medical and hospital care to social welfare facilities and home care services.

The quality of work environment, temperature changes and humidity must be controlled in every production process and in the locations where employees are present. The aim of this paper is to objectively assess the exposure of employees to microclimatic factors of the workplace environment: the warehouse, changing rooms, office and cold room refrigerator. Data were obtained in real working conditions. The heat stress due to cold and heat exposure in the individual locations was evaluated using the WBGT (wet bulb globe temperature) indicator. The parameters of the hygrothermal microclimate (HTM) were objectified by a QUES Temp 44/46 T spherical thermometer. The measurements were performed both in cold and hot periods of the year. The measurements confirmed standard temperatures for individual types of interiors in the winter period, but in the summer period there was a variability of results, leading to the thermal discomfort of employees. The assessment of the WBGT index revealed that nearly 80% of employees are susceptible to hypothermia as a result of thermal stress conditions. It was proven that the temperatures measured by a spherical thermometer in the hottest room were 8.62% higher than the calculated operating temperature, while the difference in the cold room refrigerator was only 1.28% higher.

Resumen
Insect movement inside and outside grain bulks and processed products influences pest management decisions. Movement allows insects to find essential food resources, shelters (refuges), warmer and/or humid locations, mating and egg-laying sites, even when they are rare in fields, buildings, mills, warehouses, and inside grain masses. This review discussed the advantages and disadvantages of stored product insect movements, and the influence of insect mobility on some integrated pest management practices. Insect movement (1) results in clumped insect spatial distributions and thus makes large sample sizes necessary for monitoring; (2) makes trapping more efficient, but is influenced by many factors; (3) allows control methods to be effective, but requires pest management programs to be area-wide; (4) makes eradication of quarantine pests difficult and commodities are quickly re-infested; and (5) results in a diverse genetic pool and speeds the development of resistance to pesticides. Any element of an IPM approach should use the knowledge of insect movement. Reasons for the difficult interpretation of cryptic movement behaviours of insects were provided and future research areas were suggested.

Resumen
ABSTRACT In the mid 1990'S, Alaska Clean Seas transformed from a typical oil spill response organization into an organization more involved with day to day operations in member company fields. A typical oil spill response organization is a fire house type organization with a warehouse and personnel which maintain equipment and provide spill response training. Today, ACS personnel are assigned to member company fields and provide other services such as hazardous waste handling, air opacity readings, small spill response services, environmental field sampling, environmental management program maintenance, and environmental inspections. This is combined with the spill response equipment maintenance and spill response team training. The services provided are outline in a Customer Service Agreement which is signed with each operating area. It outlines the services the ACS technicians will provide, which training is provided by ACS, and which training is provided by the member company. The financial obligations are outlined in the Cost Sharing Principles. These principles indicate which services are considered allocated in the normal ACS budget and which services are direct billed back to the member company operating areas. In general, response equipment maintenance and spill response training are allocated services with the remaining being direct billed. The benefits to this type of arrangement are many. The member companies obtain services for every day type activities and build up a better working relationship with the response organization. The spill organization members become acquainted with member company personnel and resources. They also become familiar with the area and with other contract services in the area. During a spill event, this knowledge increases the efficiency of the response and increases the trust between the member company and spill response organization. Also, on day to day spill responses, the spill response organization personnel work hand and hand with regulatory agencies which builds up the trust and familiarization for bigger events. With this arrangement, ACS is also able to sustain a higher number of qualified personnel. This improves ACS'S capability during a spill event and assists the member companies with a higher quality of spill response services. This paper provides information on methods that an Oil Spill Removal Organization (OSRO) can become more involved in member company daily activities for the benefit of both the member company and the OSRO.

Resumen
The total size of the edible oils market in India was estimated to be 13 million tons (mt) out of which imports amounted to about 4 mt. This made India the largest importer of edible oils in the world. Various edible oils are consumed in the India depending on the regional tastes and preferences. A differential in the duties on oil seed and oils made it favorable to import edible oils instead of oilseeds. Similarly, a differential duty between the refined oil and the raw oil encouraged the import of raw oil in order to support the domestic refineries. Adani Wilmar Limited (AWL) was a part of the Adani group, which started as a trading company mainly into exports of commodities. The group had recently entered into the infrastructure sector with the building of the Mundra port. The group had formed a joint venture with Wilmar Trading of Singapore to enter into the edible oil business. The company was setting up a re.nery with capacity of 600 tons per day. It planned to sell half of the production as bulk oil and the rest as packed oil. The company viewed supply chain management as one of the important means to get a competitive edge. Approximately 70% of the total logistics cost was accounted for by transportation cost. Some of the key decisions the company faced was the location of the warehouses, mode choice and routing.

Post-harvest handling in shallot such as drying of bulbs can influence its quality during and after storage. The objective of this study was to determine the impact of drying and storage treatment on the quality of shallot bulbs during 12 weeks of storage . The study was carried out in Samiran hamlet, Parangtritis village, Bantul district, Special Region of Yogyakarta and Crop Science Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Gadjah Mada, from June until November 2016. It was arranged in factorial randomized complete block design (RCBD) and consisted of two factors. The first was the drying treatments: drying the bulbs on the field and on woven bamboo nets both plastic covered and uncovered. The second was the storage treatments: storing the bulbs in the farmer’s warehouse (31,030C±0,04 and RH of 60,50%±0,28), in air-conditioned room (22,40oC± 0,02 and RH of 61,60%±0,09), and at room temperature (30,47oC±0,03 and RH of 60,50%±0,12). Each treatment combination was replicated three times as blocks. The results showed that water content of all treatments were changing followed by fluctuating of the total soluble solid throughout the storage period while bulb firmness tended to decrease. Bulbs which were stored in air-conditioned rooms showed the highest percentage of sprouted bulbs, vigor index and germination rate than other treatments. Meanwhile, drying treatment did not give significant influence.

Resumen
Introduction: Work-related fatigue is a common problem in the workplace that must be solved because it has an impact on the occurrence of workplace accidents, reduces productivity and affects workers’ health. A survey conducted by the National Safety Council on 2010 workers in 2017 stated that 69% of them experienced work-related fatigue and 13% of them could be attributed to workplace accidents. Other studies conducted by O'Neill and Panuwatwanich in 2013 stated the loss that could arise due to work-related fatigue is averaged around $ 1,000/week. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work climate and physical workload with work-related fatigue on workers in the 5th warehouse of fabrication area of Bangun Sarana Baja Company. Metods: This study is an observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach with 30 respondents who were randomly selected using the simple random sampling method. Measurements of the work climate used heat stress apparatus by calculating the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature, and measurement of physical workload is carried out by observations referring to Indonesian national standard No. 7269 in 2009. Meanwhile, work-related fatigue is measured objectively by using reaction timer. Results: This study indicates the average work climate is exceeding TLV (28.4° C), and the majority of workers got a moderate physical workload (53.3%) and experience mild work-related fatigue (50%). Conclusion: There was no relation between work climate and work-related fatigue (p-value = 0.192) and there was a significant relationship between physical workload and work-related fatigue (p-value = 0.028, r = 0.400). Keywords: physcal workload, work climate, work-related fatigue

Resumen
Topicality. Having carefully considered the Port Consumption Calculation Methodology presented for public discussion, Seaports Development Strategy Committee of Ukrainian Port Association's(“Ukrport”) notes some positive aspects related to the preparation of this important document, which is intended to streamline the pricing process in the area of charging port fees and to bring them up to necessary and sufficient level to ensure the normal operation of port facilities and navigational facilities, and, accordingly, the safety of navigation in the Ukrainian state responsibility zone. It should also be emphasized that the return to gross tonnage charging, rather than unit modulus, as is now the case, is a significant positive step and will contribute to greater acceptance and transparency of the Development Port Consumption Calculation Techniques. The same applies to the applied approach, which divides the port dues rate into two components: operating and investment. This is all the more important that the global approach, which uses most ports, considers port charges as a means of covering current costs for the maintenance of relevant facilities and facilities for which no commercial gain is foreseen. The commercial purpose of port facilities is to provide efficient and safe service at the port of vehicles and overload of goods, which is what creates the commercial benefit that is being generated by all participants in the transport process at the port. This is precisely because ships that use the port only as a harbor-warehouse are largely exempt from paying port duties in world practice. That is, the only source of formation of the investment component of port dues may be only depreciation of the relevant facilities.Aim and tasks. A critical assessment of the construction of a methodology for calculating port fees. As a rule, in the world for port facilities, a linear method is used to calculate depreciation charges, but there is also the possibility to use certain methods of accelerated depreciation, which, however, operate simultaneously with the appropriate methods of transfer of losses caused by accelerated depreciation on the former or subsequent time periods, and simply to levy from the shipowner funds for future development is economically insolvent and does not correspond to good maritime practice. Unfortunately, this circumstance, besides the berthing fee, has not been taken into account at all when developing the Port Taxation Calculation Method, which is presented on the website of the Ministry of Infrastructure for public discussion. Thus, in the second paragraph of item 1.1. Section II of the general provisions reads as follows: "The investment component of the berthing rates is charged to port operators and other business entities engaged in economic activities using berths for handling, handling and storage of goods, servicing ships, and other facilities. with these types of economic activity. "Research results. Next, it should also be noted that in the presented method: the base rate of the ship's fee includes: coverage of planned operating costs in accordance with the intended purpose of the ship's fee, planned operating and investment costs associated with the implementation of activities for the operation and development of the search and rescue system in the marine search and rescue region of Ukraine, marine research enterprises and river transport belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. The base rate of the ship's fee is determined depending on the ship's specialization, taking into account the coefficients of K bulk carrier, K tanker, K container, K ro-ro, K passenger, other, reflecting the effect of the design features of the vessels on the ability to provide transportation of goods and / or passengers, while gross tonnage of these properties itself by itself already takes into account through the appropriate calculation methodology.Base rate for lighthouse - coverage of planned operating and investment costs for the provision and development of navigational and hydrographic navigation support;the base rate of the administrative fee includes: covering the costs of fulfilling Ukraine's obligations to comply with the legislation and regulations of navigation, international agreements of Ukraine with regard to navigation, the consent to be bound by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, fulfillment of other tasks, in accordance with the international obligations imposed on the enterprises of the maritime industry, as well as merchant shipping, navigation on inland waterways, navigational and hydrographic provision of navigation, as well as in the field of maritime safety and river transport (except for the navigation safety of vessels of the fleet of the fishing industry); That is, the base rate of the administrative fee also includes the costs, which are already somehow foreseen in the ship and beacon fees.Conclusion. Having analyzed the rules of law, we can conclude that port dues are a fee for specific services to the shipowner who pays these fees. In the provision of these services, fixed assets and other non-current assets are very worn out, both physically and morally, in connection with which there is a need to direct port charges, first of all, this is the main source of renovation, repair, reconstruction and construction of hydro-technical constructions, dredging works to maintain the necessary depths in the water areas and approach channels of sea ports of Ukraine. In addition, the basis of the system of formation of tariffs for port dues is the cost of specific services received by shipowners. Control of the cost of these services with the help of a list of costs (covered by port fees), which are included in the cost, makes it possible to establish reasonable, competitive tariffs for port dues. At the same time, tariffs are kept at the market level, and if necessary, they may be justified (based on the analysis of cost of services) for the purpose, on the one hand, to ensure sufficient funds to cover costs included in cost, and on the other hand to ensure the attractiveness of port dues for shipowners, cargo owners in order to attract more cargo to seaports, primarily transit.

Resumen
Research of the Moscow cultural trade practiсes gives a concentrated picture of Russian trade, shows almost the entire range of national and foreign goods, reveals vivid types of entrepreneurs. Moscow was the largest logistics center and consumer of various goods, industrial raw material, and food. The bulk of the regional supplies were textiles, cereals, iron, milk, meat, leather, timber, etc. The Moscow merchants performed the functions of intermediaries in allRussian and foreign trade, linking distant markets. In the second half of the 19th century the traditional land and river trade routes were supplemented by railway roads. The top of the Moscow merchants was formed from the «nonresident» merchants, commoners and peasants who were able to achieve success at the expense of their abilities in the face of intense competition. The types of Moscow merchants are revealed by the example of the Eliseevs, Blandovs, Buryshkins, Filippovs. The study of the localization of urban trade made it possible to find out exactly where foreign goods were stored and sold. National goods entered the Kitay-gorod wholesale warehouses, from where the goods dispersed to the industrial enterprises, Moscow markets and shops. The city’s business and financial life was concentrated in Nikolskaya Street, Ilyinka and Varvarka. The trading opportunities of Moscow was supplemented by the Upper Trading Rows (now GUM), and shop-passages became one of the most popular types of retail space. The article describes the retail space of Moscow – Okhotny Ryad, Sukharevsky market, Smolensky market, Khitrovsky market, Boloto, as well as local markets and fairs. It is shown that in Moscow it was possible to see and to buy practically everything what Russia is rich in. Various types of old-fashioned shopping places and modern European shops coexisted in the urban space. Consideration of the Moscow trade as a holistic cultural phenomenon based on the historical cultural and civilizational approaches made it possible to reveal the main trends and features of the historical period.

AbstractGarlic (Allium sativum L.) has so many benefits, which should be followed by an increase in productivity. But in the field of garlic cultivation has not been able to meet the demand of the market, so do import to fulfill. Many factors cause low productivity of garlic, starting from low quality seeds, to pest and disease disorders. Proper pest control will also help increase the productivity of garlic, where control can be done by identifying the pest first. Then the technical culture is controlled and the use of biological agents. Therefore, socialization was carried out regarding the introduction and control of garlic pests (both on land and in the post harvest warehouse) which was followed by members of the Ngudi Rahayu Farmer Group, Cepit, Pagergunung, Bulu, Temanggung, Central Java. Based on the results of extension activities, knowledge and farmers will be the introduction of the pest control increased by 39% compared to before their extension activities. From the activities that have been carried out it can be concluded that farmers carry out control in a way that has been carried down for generations, farmers' understanding of pest control has increased after socialization activities, therefore it is necessary to provide periodic assistance to farmers, so that the results of counseling can have a real impact on increasing garlic production.Key Word: Farmers, garlic, pest, socialization

Resumen
The article reveals the circumstances under which the Ukrainian SSR established trade relations with the Republic of Poland in the early 1920s. The contractual legal framework and organizational forms of the Ukrainian SSR's trade activity in Poland have been clarified. The Poles have a greater interest in trade with neighboring Soviet Ukraine than Russia. Persons of sales representatives were established (I. Khurgin, I. Ruzhytsky). The role of the Ukrainian SSR Trade Representation in Warsaw in the foreign trade activities of the Ukrainian SSR is revealed. The place of the Polish market in export-import operations of the Soviet Ukraine has been determined. It is found that, in accordance with the Protocol of the Additional Protocol to the Riga Peace Treaty, concluded on March 18, 1921, the Polish Government reserved the right to «normalize» the transit of German and Austrian goods passing through the Polish territory. Instead, during the negotiations in June 1921 on the conclusion of a trade agreement, the Polish government insisted that the Ukrainian SSR should be bound by the obligation of «the greatest facilitation of Poland’s trade in Ukraine». They planned to implement this by introducing customs tariffs favorable to Poles. Because of this, the trade agreement was not concluded. It is stated that in Warsaw the Ukrainian SSR Trade Representative Office started operating in October 1921. Then the Soviet traders established the interest of the Polish metallurgical plants in Silesia in the Ukrainian iron ore (due to the small amount of iron in the Polish ore). They investigated the interest of these plants to Ukrainian scrap (due to lack of Polish) and anthracite coal. At the same time, they determined that Poles were competitors in the timber trade. Due to the importance of the Free City of Danzig as a center for international trade, the bulk of the export goods of the Ukrainian SSR was directed to this city (market and port), not Warsaw. The Danzig Division and the Danzig Warehouses of the sales office operated in Danzig. It has been investigated that during the 1921–1921 years, the Polish market of the Ukrainian Soviet Union bought both Polish and foreign goods. Imports from Poland at that time consisted of cereals (until 1922), agricultural and agricultural machinery and tools, clothing and footwear, haberdashery, electrical goods, stationery. Ukrainian exports consisted of metals, coal, wood, minerals, livestock waste, medicinal plants. Participation of the Soviet Ukraine representatives in the Eastern Fair in Lviv in the autumn of 1922 is covered. It was established that the Ukrainian SSR Trade Representative Office in Warsaw operated until the end of 1922, when the Ukrainian SSR Trade Representative Office was formed.

Resumen
In the article, the author continues to investigate questions about the structural and functional features of the defence structures of the city of Kyiv in the IX-XIII centuries. He believes that when studying the fortifications of the times of Kievan Rus, it is necessary to consider them in unity with the tactics of siege and defence of that time. A proper understanding of the development of defence structures, their various types and constructions, cannot be achieved without considering these structures in terms of tactical principles and tactical requirements imposed on them in combat use.Based on the analysis of scientific literature, elaboration of chronicle and archaeological sources, the author concludes that the city defensive fortifications in the period under study were wooden bunk structures. The first tier consisted of hollow three- or four-walled gardens that formed the basis of the defensive wall. If the gardens were not clogged, they were used for various purposes (such as warehouses). The first tier of four-walled gardens could have several floors. The second tier of fortifications is a battlefield (forbidden) - a particular lightweight structure that allowed to shoot at the enemy from above and served to protect the soldiers who defended the walls. As the bans are not archaeologically presented, the author relies on written sources for their reconstruction. It identifies three main types of prohibitions. The first, the simplest type, consisted of a combat course (site) and a palisade or "shields" filled with vertically chipped boards, with a vertical archery gun cut through the field. The second, most common, type consisted of covered fighting. On the side of the field, it was protected by vertically mounted chipped boards with arrows and "doors", which opened stones, spears or poured boiling water. It was a light beam-pillar structure, covered with a sloping roof (with a steep slope on the side of the field). The third type of prohibitions consisted of a combat course, a solid gallery running from the side of the settlement, and structures made of four-walled cages and walls between them from horizontally laid logs - from the side of the field. A gable roof covered all this with a cantilever overhang over the gallery by the settlement.

Resumen
A forensic engineering analyses of a chemical incident is presented that was classified as a self-sustaining decomposition (SSD) event, which occurred in a load of 10,000 tons of NK 21-00-21 fertilizer bulk stored inside a warehouse in the city of São Francisco do Sul in Brazil. The chemical reaction developed within the fertilizer mass and took several days to be controlled, resulting in the evacuation of thousands of residents. The water used to fight against the reaction, after having contact with the load of fertilizer material, promoted changes in adjacent water bodies, causing the death of animals (fish, crustaceans, and amphibians). The smoke from the chemical reaction products damaged the incident’s surrounding vegetation. Large SSD events are rare, with an average worldwide frequency of one every three years. Therefore, in addition to presenting a case study of this type of phenomenon, the main objective of this work is to discuss the causes that led to SSD reaction at this event, evaluate its consequences, and motivate future studies.

Resumen
AbstractReal-time execution of machine learning (ML) pipelines on radiology images is difficult due to limited computing resources in clinical environments, whereas running them in research clusters requires efficient data transfer capabilities. We developed Niffler, an open-source Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) framework that enables ML and processing pipelines in research clusters by efficiently retrieving images from the hospitals’ PACS and extracting the metadata from the images. We deployed Niffler at our institution (Emory Healthcare, the largest healthcare network in the state of Georgia) and retrieved data from 715 scanners spanning 12 sites, up to 350 GB/day continuously in real-time as a DICOM data stream over the past 2 years. We also used Niffler to retrieve images bulk on-demand based on user-provided filters to facilitate several research projects. This paper presents the architecture and three such use cases of Niffler. First, we executed an IVC filter detection and segmentation pipeline on abdominal radiographs in real-time, which was able to classify 989 test images with an accuracy of 96.0%. Second, we applied the Niffler Metadata Extractor to understand the operational efficiency of individual MRI systems based on calculated metrics. We benchmarked the accuracy of the calculated exam time windows by comparing Niffler against the Clinical Data Warehouse (CDW). Niffler accurately identified the scanners’ examination timeframes and idling times, whereas CDW falsely depicted several exam overlaps due to human errors. Third, with metadata extracted from the images by Niffler, we identified scanners with misconfigured time and reconfigured five scanners. Our evaluations highlight how Niffler enables real-time ML and processing pipelines in a research cluster.

Resumen
Cold-room or Refrigerating Chamber is a post-harvest warehouse in which a specific temperature is artificially generated, maintained and purposely designed for storing products in an environment below the outside temperature. An ideal fish cold-room is a category of cold storage system usually design for frozen fish or kinds of seafood since the spoilage of post-harvest fish due to protein denaturation, fat changes and dehydration are experimentally slowed down by reducing the storage temperature. Fish is one of easily perishable protein foods that need careful handling but most traditional fish farmer in the study area always prefer to sell their fish in bulk at either profitable or unprofitable price during harvest time due to lack of adequate post-harvest fish preservative and processing techniques. Hence, the study aimed at developing GIS based approach for the available post-harvest fish cold-rooms in the study area to ensure effective control and management of revenue from this informal business. The objectives include: to determine the available number of fish storage cold-rooms and identify likely problems associated with cold-rooms storage businesses in the study area, to identify necessary practical measures for solving the so identified problems. Also, the methodology adopted includes database design, data acquisition using GPS and Scanner respectively and as well as creation of spatial and attribute database for the acquired Cold-rooms Storage Facilities using ArcGIS 10.2.2. Various results were generated that pointed in the direction of uneven distribution of the fish storage facilities. It is therefore recommended that it is necessary for various concerned Local Government Authorities to align with “Sustainable Development Goal’s Fourteen (SDGs14th) [1] on Food Security from Life below Water” by encouraging the establishment of adequate Modern Post-Harvest Cold-rooms Storage Facilities within their territory and equally ensure that they are always in good condition for public use.
