Resumen

Stained glass has attracted the attention of art critics and scientists for centuries. Stained glass art plays a special artistic role in decorating windows, doors, and ceilings. In addition to the traditional use of stained glass windows, they are used in the design of modern interiors. Although stained-glass windows are not a common design solution in interior design, they are increasingly used for their individualization in modern decoration. In the process of researching decorative decoration of modern interiors with the use of stained glass, new techniques and technologies of their implementation, compositional solutions, their color range were considered, and the main features of artistic expression were revealed. In modern interiors of residential premises, you can find stylized decorative and ornamental stylized stained-glass compositions, which are characterized by a linear division of the glass canvas with the use of faceted glass elements. With the help of stained glass windows, the space of the living room is filled with warm or cold, monochrome or polychrome colors, which enhances the visual perception of certain interior elements. Stained glass compositions using traditional and modern production technologies were analyzed and their role in modern interior design was determined.

"Color is a quality of light" that the eyes see. Colors are closely related to human life. Every beautiful thing affects a man's heart and emotions. Colors have the same importance in decoration as salt in food. Just as the food fades without salt, similarly the imagination of the interior and exterior of the house without colors is meaningless. The effect of colors can enlarge, shrink, heat, and cool the room. Color can create a dull atmosphere, making simple decorations look gorgeous. ‘‘रंग प्रकाश का एक गुण है’’ जिन्हें आंखे देखती हैं। रंगों का मानव जीवन से घनिष्ठ सम्बंध है। प्रत्येक सुंदर वस्तु मनुष्य के ह्रदय और भावनाओं को प्रभावित करती है। सजावट में रंगों का वही महत्व है जो भोजन में नमक का। जिस तरह बगैर नमक के भोजन फीका हो जाता है उसी तरह बगैर रंगों के घर की आंतरिक एवं बाह्रय सज्जा की कल्पना ही व्यर्थ है। रंगों का प्रभाव कमरे को बड़ा कर सकता है, छोटा कर सकता है, गरम कर सकता है ठंडा कर सकता है। रंग नीरस वातावरण को उल्लासमय बना सकता है, साधारण सजावट को भव्य बना सकता है।

Color is an integral part of our life, as much as this colorful world of ours is beautiful, as much as it is a world of these colors. In childhood, we are taught only the names of three primary colors: yellow, blue and red, but the truth is, we cannot limit colors to any number. There is no count of colors, because there are innumerable colors in this world. The reason for this is that by combining any two colors, we can create a third color and by altering the amount of those two colors we can create many light and dark colors. In this way, we can create innumerable colors from different cohesion (Buipdanjapavade). Color is the peak of beauty, and beauty is directly related to the heart. These colors are used in different forms of art and are used in different forms of art on an ornamental, artistic and symbolic basis. Like "Baiga women tattoo on their body, which itself is a modified structure consisting of many signs". 2 It is mainly found in the use of green color, which does not just enhance the beauty of the body, but it has all kinds of colors in it. There is also a belief in Baigao that the ability to resist from enemies also increases, as they increase the power of hands and feet. Tattooing is considered to be the jewel of the tribals, especially women, in their body, embellishes a variety of shapes. These figures have their own religious, spiritual, cultural and social importance. रंग हमारे जीवन का एक अभिन्न हिस्सा है, जितनी खुबसुरत हमारी यह रंगीन दुनिया है, उतनी ही विलक्षण इन रंगो की दुनिया है। बचपन में हमे सिर्फ तीन प्राथमिक रंगो के नाम सिखाये जाते है:- पीला, नीला और लाल, परन्तु सच तो यह है कि, किसी संख्या में रंगो को सीमित नही कर सकते। रंगो की कोई गिनती नही होती, क्योंकि इस दुनिया में असंख्य रंग है। इसका कारण यह है कि किन्ही भी दो रंगो को मिलाकर हम एक तीसरे रंग का निर्माण कर सकते है और उन दो रंगो की मात्रा में फेरबदल करके हम अनेक हल्के और गहरे रंगो का निर्माण कर सकते है। इस तरह हम अलग अलग सामंजस्य (ब्वउइपदंजपवदे) से असंख्य रंगो का निर्माण कर सकते है। रंग सुन्दरता की चरम विघा है और सुन्दरता का सीधा संबंध हृदय से है। यही रंग कला के भिन्न भिन्न रूपो में प्रयुक्त किऐ जाते है और कला की विभिन्न विघाओ में अलंकारिक, कलात्मक व सांकेतिक आधार पर उपयोग में लाऐ जाते है। जैसे ‘‘ बैगा स्त्रीयाॅ अपने शरीर पर गोदना गुदवाती है, जो स्वयं कई चिन्हो से मिलकर बनी एक संश्रृष्ट संरचना होती है ’’ 2 इसमें मुख्यतः हरे रंग का प्रयोग पाया जाता है, जो महज शरीर का सौन्दर्य ही नही बढाते वरन् उसमें तमाम तरह की विपदाओ से प्रतिरोध करने की क्षमता को भी बढाते है, जैसे हाथो व पैरो की शक्ति को बढाते है, ऐसी बैगाओ में मान्यता है। गोदना आदिवासियों का आभूषण माना जाता है, विशेषकर महिलाऐ अपने शरीर में तरह तरह की आकृतियाॅ गुदवाती है। इन आकृतियों का अपना धार्मिक, आध्यात्मिक, सांस्कृतिक और सामाजिक महत्व होता है।

Since the twenty-first century, with the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength and cultural confidence, our country has paid more and more attention to the protection and development of Chinese traditional culture, and more and more attention to the protection and development of China’s traditional culture, traditional culture has no longer become a simple symbol in history books but has gradually entered people’s daily life with the characteristics of vitality and gradually evolved into various characteristics and forms and integrated into all walks of life. Under the background of the evolution of this culture, this paper discusses the application of Chinese decorative color for interior decoration design and puts forward an application model of Chinese decorative color for interior design based on the AlexNet network improved by Adam, BN, dropout, and data enhancement optimization algorithm. Through analysis, it is found that the AlexNet network improved based on the above optimization algorithm has a good application prospect for interior decoration design. For the traditional AlexNet network, the improved AlexNet network is obviously better than the traditional AlexNet network in color extraction and can greatly reduce the loss value in the process of color recognition, up to 70.77%. Finally, the application forms and decorative functions of Chinese decorative color elements based on the improved AlexNet network in interior decoration design are analyzed. Relevant research can not only promote the integration of new and new technologies into traditional art but also effectively carry forward Chinese traditional culture and promote the internationalization of Chinese color.

Abstrak_Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengkajifilosofi ornamen dan dekorasi interior yang terdapat pada Klenteng Xian Madi Kota Makassar. Pada dasarnya kebudayaan Tionghoa mewariskan heterogenitas ragam hias Arsitektural Klenteng yang unik dan filosofis, mulai dari pemilihan warna dan penerapan atribut pada dekorasi ruang Klenteng. Penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengemukakan makna filosofi dari ornamen dan dekorasi interior Klenteng Xian Madi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa interior Klenteng Xian Madi didominasi dengan warna merah dan gold. Bagi umat Tionghoa warna emas melambangkan keberuntungan, dan keceriaan. Warna gold melambangkan kebahagiaan dan kemakmuran. Disamping itu, terdapat beberapa patung yang terletak di segala sisi ruang Klenteng sebagai tempat sembahyang umat Tionghoa. Sehingga filosofi ornament dan dekorasi interior Klenteng Xian Madi dapat diketahui secara empiris, karena masing-masing ornament dan dekorasi interior mengandung makna sebagai bentuk komunikasi bagi pengamat yang datang.Kata kunci: Arsitektur Klenteng; Filosofi Ornament; Dekorasi Ruang,Metode Deskriptif Kualitatif. Abstract_ The purpose of this study is to identify and clarify the ornament and interior decoration philosophy found in the Xian Madi Temple, Makassar City. Chinese culture inherits the heterogeneity of the unique and philosophical architectural decoration of the pagoda, starting from the selection of colors and the application of attributes to the pagoda's room decoration. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method that aims to describe and express the philosophical meaning of the ornamentation and interior decoration of the Xian Madi Temple. Based on research results that the interior of the Xian Madi Temple is dominated by red and gold. For Chinese people, the golden color symbolizes luck and cheerfulness. The gold color symbolizes happiness and prosperity. Also, there are several statues located on all sides of the temple room as a place of prayer for Chinese people. So that the philosophy of ornament and interior decoration of Xian Madi Temple can be known empirically because each ornament and interior decoration contains meaning as a form of communication for observers who come.Keywords: Temple Architecture; Ornament Philosophy; Room Decoration; Qualitative Descriptive Method.

Nowadays, the monochrome interior is gaining great popularity due to its simplicity and conciseness, which is a sign of new artistic approaches to designing interiors and equipment in the postmodern era. Light and shadow in the artistic design of residential interiors, namely in their monochrome solution, forms an artistic image that has a pronounced emotional character. The basic principles of using light and shadow in creating a modern monochrome residential interior were researched and formulated. Light shade is one of the most important factors in the formation of an interior space, especially a monochromatic one. It is he who complements, unites, changes all aspects that form such an interior, thanks to which the space acquires different scenarios and sounds and ceases to be boring and monotonous. From the results of the study, it follows that in the design of a modern monochrome interior it is worth: 1. Use and combine materials with different texture and texture, which when illuminated, thanks to nuanced shades, set the appropriate emotional mood of the space (calm, coziness, concentration, etc.). 2. Apply bright accents. A monochrome solution serves as a background that allows you to form active color accents on its background, which, when interacting with the environment, enhance the formation of individual interior elements. 3. Combine shades of the same color to achieve contrast and nuance. 4. Combine different types of lighting – natural and artificial: general, local, accent and decorative. 5. Traditional interior decoration is replaced by the use of various types of lighting, which saves materials and forms a stylized artistic image characterized by laconicism and aesthetic sophistication.

This paper takes Nanchang Fenghuang Tea House as an example to study the soft decoration design of rural country house under the background of regional culture. By deeply exploring the background and regional cultural characteristics of Phoenix Tea House in Nanchang city, combined with the principles and elements of soft decoration design, this paper analyzes the role of soft decoration design in rural country house. This paper introduces in detail the outline of soft decoration design of Phoenix Tea House in Nanchang city, including design concept and style selection, soft decoration design elements and principles, as well as the integration of soft decoration design and regional culture. The paper further expounds the soft decoration design practice of Phoenix Tea House in Nanchang City, including space layout and functional zoning, the use of color and material, the selection of interior furniture and decorations, and the use of tea culture elements. Through the investigation of user experience and evaluation, this paper probes into the influence of soft outfit design on user experience, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement of soft outfit design in rural residential accommodation. This study provides practical experience and theoretical reference for the soft decoration design of rural country house under the background of regional culture.

With the gradual advancement of globalization, cultural values and traditional decorative practices as well as people’s lifestyles have changed through digital awareness. This has seriously affected the interior decoration industry and brought challenges to the local handicraft industry. Pakistan’s traditional handicraft is famous in the world, but the flow of imported machine-made products in Pakistan has led to a decline of Pakistan’s handicraft industry. This research investigated which factors are involved in home decoration and to see if these factors are advantageous for the handicraft industry or not. The use of handicraft decoration objects varies among people when they design their houses. Thus, study conducted a survey, which found several factors that Pakistani people emphasize in relation to home decoration. Currently, these factors do not benefit the handicraft industry as people pursue a modern lifestyle and they consider handicraft objects without innovation and design outdated. Interior decoration is seen as a major aspect of traditional Pakistani life and culture, with distinct cultural characteristics. Inspired by the latest way of thinking, an interior design first exists as a concept and is then realized through careful planning. It is meant to evoke a specific mood through the strategic use of color, space, and style. In Pakistan, home accessories are generally and strongly influenced by the current fashion in the end market, with many changes brought about by consumers’ purchasing patterns, designers’ and decorators’ styles, and economic conditions. Keeping up with constantly changing trends is the main challenge faced by the traditional handicraft industry sector. In many cases, craftspeople are disconnected from the end market, which is a challenge for them to be able to profit from their work.

Colours are, perhaps, as old as the universe is; might be older than that. But, for sure, colours are older than arts and are related to every aspect of human life. A colour gets its identity from the rays it generates. In other words, colours are composed of radiations. Thus, when it is about colours, it is more about science than it is about arts. And science cannot be regional or time-bound; it is always universally and timelessly applicable. This character of colours inspired me to write ‘The Ever-Contemporary Character of Colours and Interior Decoration’ and helped me in taking examples from different periods of history, thus making the research paper interesting.In interior decoration, undoubtedly, line and proportion are the most important elements but it falls to the lot of few to be able to dictate what they desire in these spheres. Most of the people are content to limit their interior decoration activities to colour only, as this can be cheaply applied to the walls and choice of small accessories etc. Moreover, changing the colour also changes the look and ambience of an interior instantly and intensely. It also helps in expressing one’s personality in their interior and these can be easily done with colour. Colour, therefore, plays the major part in decorative schemes.

Solid wood flooring has good esthetic properties and is an excellent material for interior decoration. To meet the artistic effects of specific interior decoration requirements, the color of solid wood flooring needs to be coordinated. Thus, the color of the produced solid wood flooring needs to be sorted to meet the individual needs of customers. In this work, machine vision, deep learning methods, and ensemble learning methods are introduced to reduce the cost of manual sorting and improve production efficiency. The color CCD camera was used to collect 108 solid wood floors of three color grades provided by the company and obtained 108 18,000 × 2048 pixel wood images. A total of 432 images were obtained after data expansion. Deep learning methods, such as VGG16, DenseNet121, and XGBoost, were compared. After using XGBoost to filter the features, the accuracy of solid wood flooring color classification was 97.22%, the training model time was 5.27 s, the average test time for each picture was 51 ms, and a good result was achieved.

Interactive virtual technology’s deployment in the field of art has a wide range of possibilities due to its interaction, immersion, and real-time capabilities. The advantages of this technology, extremely in interiors and design, are unrivalled by other technologies. Virtual reality interior design can help designers and consumers understand the influence of “what you see is what you get,” while also expecting people to feel the visual concept in the 3D content of this model. The research and studies of interior decoration are conducted in this paper using visually stunning virtual reality technology, with the viewing public housing developments as the research object, creating a conceptual framework for successful research and innovation of interior design assisted by visually stunning Virtual reality (VR) technology. In this paper we applied the reliability to check the accuracy of questionnaire and descriptive statistics which summarises all the data.

Not only do the decorative compositions in the entrance spaces mural paintings serve as a stylistic feature of decoration, but also are a component of owner's self-identification, testify to their aesthetic preferences and cultural level, demonstrate their material capacities. Practically all wealthy residential buildings and villas of the late XIXth – early XXth centuries contained murals as a necessary element of decoration. They were guided by the principle of uniqueness of each art piece. Preserved mural paintings are characterized by the high quality of execution, variety of scenes and color decisions. Many foreign and Ukrainian scholars look into the aesthetics of architecture and the interaction of the synthesis of arts in it: Y. Biryulov, T. Kazantseva, L. Polischuk, O. Silnyk, I. Zhuk, M. Studnytska and others. However, the authors do not analyze mural paintings of the residential buildings interior in Eastern Galicia, especially of the entrance spaces, which are a buffer zone between outside and inside of the building. Thus, at present, numerous design elements that are in the entrance spaces of residential buildings are at risk of extinction. That is why we need to stress the problem of preservation of the authentic artistic paintings within the program of lobbies and stairwells decoration in the residential buildings of Eastern Galicia at the end of the XIXth – first third of the XXth century. For this reason, our research is relevant and topical. The objectives of this article are to typologize artistic mural paintings in the decoration of the entrance spaces of residential buildings in Eastern Galicia at the end of the XIXth – first third of the XXth century according to the stylistic forms (neo-gothic, neo-renaissance, neo-baroque, neo-baroque, neo-rococo, in the empire style and modern) and to classify them into thematic (mythological and allegorical images) and ornamental compositions. Methods. The article uses a complex method of architectural-stylistic and art-study analysis, which covers traditional general scientific approaches to the solution of the tasks. Additionally, the method of field studies has been applied, through which we can obtain reliable information on the status of entrance spaces of living buildings in modern conditions. According to the results of the field studies, the mural paintings in the decoration of the entrance spaces of residential buildings in East Galicia of the late XIXth – first third of the XXth century have been analyzed. Types of paintings were typologies (neo-gothic, neo-renaissance, neo-baroque, neo-rococo, in the empire style and modern). The mural paintings are classified according to the motives (mythological and allegorical images) and ornamental compositions. The correlation between the adornment of ceilings and walls and other arts in the decoration of the entrance spaces of the Eastern Galician residential buildings at the end of the XIXth – first third of the XXth century has been traced. Conclusions. The architecture of each historical period is characterized by a certain color scheme. In the palette of paintings of the late XIXth – early XX centuries the pastel shades are dominant. They create a particularly elevated atmosphere in the interior of the entrance spaces due to the nuance of tone and color. The architectural and artistic themes on the facades of a building are often supported in the interior – entrance spaces. The stylish total ability of decoration does not interfere with their complex texture and color, which is used, all the elements highlight each other, transferring in the tonal emotionality of the system set by the paintings. Unfortunately, the number of mural paintings in the entrance spaces of residential buildings are often being fixed or non-professionally restored (like the mural paintings on 14 Kravchuk St. in Lviv). Because of these factors, the authentic colors fade away and their value significantly decreases. Moreover, mural paintings often crumble as time passes.

In the present contribution, we report the results from a study on the ancient technology used to create decorative color plasters in the Thracian tomb near the village of Alexandrovo, Bulgaria. A series of fragments of red, black, grey, white and brown colored lime plasters from the dromos and funeral chamber were investigated by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, infrared spectroscopy, paramagnetic electron resonance spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. Based on the combined analytical data, it was possible to identify the pigments, fillers and other materials in the composition of the decorative plasters in the interior, as well as to clarify the technological features related to the plaster creation. The results demonstrated that the murals were implemented on two layers in the case of white, black, grey and brown decoration—first coarse mortar, followed by a white, fine mortar, which usually was made of calcite. In the case of red decoration, a pigment was added to the fine mortar to achieve a colored surface. The pigments were identified as mostly traditional mineral pigments—calcite, kaolinite, red natural ochres (colored earth), brown colored earth and black pigment (amorphous C). The use of the fresco technique is implied by the major participation of calcite and the absence of organic binder in all of the painting layers.

The objective of this research is to (1) evaluate the differences of physical factors and (2) evaluate the level of Building users' perception of the physical factors in the office which convey the meaning of Corporate Identity between the automotive business and the real estate business. The samples chosen for this research include 10 automotive business offices and real estate offices located in Bangkok area with a total number of 324 persons, using questionnaire to collect relevant data; using Likert Scale to evaluate the internal environment in the office; using t-test / ANOVA to analyze perceptual level data and differences in 8 physical factors which reflect the corporate identity under this research, i.e. (1) Colors in decoration; (2) Lighting in decoration; (3) Furniture style; (4) Decorative style; (5) The shape of space; (6) Continuity of space; (7) Wall decoration and graphic works and (8) Material in decoration. Based on the results of the research, it was found that there were physical factors which reflected the corporate identity of the organization and affected the perception level of those who were building users at a high level. The said 4 physical factors consisted of (1) Colors in decoration; (2) Interior decorative style; (3) Lighting in decoration, and lastly (4) Material in decoration. However, the individual characteristics of building users such as gender, age, and duration of work also affected the recognition of corporate identity significantly.

Three dimensional virtual vision technologies improves the realistic effect of interior design, improves the rationality of interior design, and guides interior decoration and graphic design. In this paper, MultiGen Creator 3D modeling technology is used to reconstruct the indoor landscape and form the plane image of interior design. At the same time, the edge matching method is used to divide and decompose the features of the interior design image, and the 3D vision of the interior design is reconstructed with the key points of the interior design. In addition, through the adaptive tracking and rendering technology, the fidelity and space utilization efficiency of the room plane design are improved. The simulation results show that 3D virtual vision technology has better guidance for interior design, visual effect and landscape color fusion.

With the rapid development of economic and social productivity, the living standards of our people have been continuously improved. As human society enters industrialization and urbanization, in order to meet the increasing needs of life, people have higher and higher requirements for the environmental quality of their lives. People spend nearly 90% of their time indoors. Therefore, the environmental quality of indoor spaces has become an issue that cannot be ignored. The interior space environment of the building is closely related to everyone’s life. However, when people decorate their rooms luxuriously and warmly, the subsequent interior decoration sequelae are also seriously affecting people’s health. The pollution caused by indoor decoration is serious, whether it is the use of decoration materials or improper indoor design that will cause indoor air pollution. Based on building materials and interior design, this paper systematically analyzes the pollutants in the fully decorated interior space and proposes that from the perspective of low-carbon economy, interior space design should be based on the ecological environment, and the focus of the design is on the rational use of nature. Resources and decoration methods should start from the application of natural colors and natural materials and organically combine green materials and green decoration designs to create a more comfortable, healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly indoor space environment.

En un principio, el diseño de interiores estudió el color como un elemento de carácter puramente decorativo y distintivo de las diferentes corrientes estilísticas; su principal función era embellecer el espacio y resaltar la estética de los objetos decorativos. Hoy en día el diseño de interiores estudia el color desde una perspectiva de funcionalidad con el fin de conocer los efectos espaciales que puede generar en el ambiente. El color tiene la capacidad de resaltar las características tridimensionales del espacio y hasta cambiar la percepción de éste, añadiéndoles proporciones visuales ajenas a su área física.El estudio del color en el diseño de interiores actual tiene como fin principal la identificación de sensaciones que éste elemento puede generar en el usuario y cómo el buen empleo de la selección cromática favorece la vida de las personas al ocupar ese espacio. Por otra parte, es necesario señalar que el color como parte del contexto tiene la cualidad de transformar el ambiente y en consecuencia el comportamiento de las personas, generando sentimientos, valores y actitudes positivas entre los usuarios. De igual manera, es conveniente añadir que el color puede ser considerado un lenguaje y parte de una cultura; el color mismo puede ser tan personal como universal, éste puede modificar la percepción de un solo individuo, pero también el de toda una comunidad.

With the constant availability of new designs at extremely low prices, the production and disposal of clothing have increased significantly, leading to the need for the sustainable management of processes. The implementation of established craft practices in modern sustainable mass production requires the development and application of software and hardware computer tools as well as production machinery. Although the management of textile waste for interior design articles is addressed in the scientific literature by various techniques, there is still limited data and strategies based on the use of specific algorithms. Therefore, in this research, an algorithm is proposed, with the help of which textile waste resulting from upholstery production can be reused in the creation of interior decoration parts. The algorithm is implemented in the GNU Octave 6.4 programming environment, which makes it easily redistributable and accessible. The algorithm consists of a total of six stages, offering an option for arranging the textile elements and analyzing their color characteristics. The arrangement is performed with a Voronoi diagram, and the colors are represented by a four-color circle. Moreover, data on waste textile fabrics are presented, as well as their application in the conception of interior design elements. The proposed algorithm allows designers to focus on the visual design rather than compatibility checks and constraints. The present paper provides an algorithm for reusing textile wastes, which come in a variety of shapes and colors and are produced throughout the fabric cutting phase of upholstery manufacturing, in order to identify the most optimal combinations in matching irregular waste shapes and combinations of colors, create a suitable pattern for new interior design items, and contribute to improving the sustainable management of textile waste that is produced in considerable amounts.

The interior design of Minshuku has its own characteristics and the living room space is the best place to show the design style. This paper mainly analyzed the living room design style of the Minshuku. As many factors can affect the overall interior design style, in this paper, the architectural elements of space were set similar, the effects of colors, materials, lightings and other factors were excluded. Only the effects of the form and layout of furniture and decoration elements on the overall design style were analyzed. Through randomly picking relevant pictures of the living room from the pictures which displayed on the Minshuku reservation website for sketch analysis, this paper explored the rules of furniture and decorations of different styles of Minshuku design, and the rules of formal beauty that were used.

Solid wood floors are very common in interior decoration, and their color is an important indicator of product quality, selected in order to achieve the overall aesthetic needed to ensure color consistency. In order to realize the sorting of solid wood floors based on color depth, so that the colors of solid wood floors could be freely graded, one image acquisition system was built to collect 108 solid wood floor images and a set of fast sorting methods for solid wood floor color depth was developed. Among these, 10 solid wood floor images were used as the test set and therefore not sorted, and 98 solid wood floor images were sorted by color depth. Among these, 80 original images were expanded 13 times to 1040, for use as a training set, and 18 were used as a validation set. The color characteristics of solid wood floors in RGB, HSV and Lab color space were extracted, and LightGBM was used to realize the color depth sorting of the solid wood floors. At the same time, two deep learning algorithms, the Vision Transformer as well as Densenet121, improved by means of an adaptive pooling layer, were used to realize the color depth sorting of solid wood floor images of different sizes. The final ranking results showed that the color ranking method using LightGBM to regress the color features exhibited the most harmonious final results.

Changes in the engineering technologies of concert halls and the choice of finishing materials are discussed in this article. The latest developments and technologies help to enhance the acoustic properties and create a creative, contemporary interior. The acoustics of the hall need to be regulated by the degree of diffuse reflection. Finishing materials are one of the main aspects of the formation of the interior space of a concert hall. In order to ensure optimal sound conditions, special attention should be paid to the decoration of the ceiling space and sidewalls of the room. Various types of mid-to-high frequency, low frequency and wide frequency absorbers are used for this purpose. This paper deals with the physical, mechanical and aesthetic characteristics of sound-absorbing materials and trademark designs that are presented in the Ukrainian market. The quality of sound and light equipment and its correct placement will ensure the maximum service life of the concert hall. Depending on the three-dimensional planning solution, as well as the technical and economic characteristics of the room, you can choose the scheme of air distribution: "bottom-up", "top-down" or multi-zone scheme. It is determined that it is advisable to use infrared heaters to heat the auditoriums. When choosing the furniture of concert halls, it is necessary to take into account the general style of the building and the color scheme of the selected finishing materials. For concert halls, it is advisable to select seats made using modern technologies: triplexing, fire barrier, options, mobility systems, sound absorption and more. The main artistic and aesthetic means of shaping the environment of the concert halls are soft and hard decorations, as well as small stuff. The use of innovative technologies and the use of modern finishing materials increases the attendance rate of these objects and provides comfort to the viewers. The use of the products of the well-known German brand – DERUFA DecoDer series in decorative wall decoration in a modern interior gives unlimited opportunities for one’s creativity and unique design. The range of products presented on the domestic market is distinguished by a wide range of colors, various environmental, operational, and technological characteristics, etc. Water-dispersed acrylic paints, decorative coatings, primers, and other DERUFA products of the DecoDer series offer unique innovative solutions with high-quality characteristics, focused on each client, following current market trends in the field of interior design and design. The available information about the finishing materials intended for wall decoration in modern interiors and represented by the DERUFA DecoDer series of products is insufficient and needs more clarification. The work presents the results of research related to the identification of the features of DERUFA products of the DecoDer series. The use of DERUFA water-dispersed acrylic paints of the DecoDer series has the following advantages: no smell when applying the paint to the wall, quick drying of the paint, and resistance to abrasion and moisture. Such paints are environmentally friendly and aesthetically attractive. DERUFA water-dispersed acrylic wall paints of the professional DecoDer series can be used together with decorative coatings, which are produced separately and can be applied to the painted surface to obtain a decorative relief coating on the wall surface in a modern interior. Such a coating is produced with various fillers imitating the effects of polished marble, velvet, suede, etc. To enhance the decorative effect, special primers of the DecoDer DERUFA series are used, the application of which, if a certain technology is followed, enhances the decorative effect. STUCCO PENELLO and STUCCO RILEVATO primers can be applied without restrictions on any mineral bases: plaster, brick, or plasterboard. However, it is not allowed to apply a primer on surfaces made with lime plaster, as well as on surfaces previously painted with oil, alkyd, or silicate paints. The primer is applied to the surface of the wall with a roller, and then the necessary relief of the surface is provided with a brush. To create relief, it is recommended to use chaotic cross-shaped or semicircular movements and special techniques. To add special decorative effects, it is possible to apply the material with a spatula or trowel. If you want to get a deeper relief, it is recommended to apply the material in two stages. POLICROMO BRILLIANTE primer can be applied with a brush, roller, sponge, or spatula on previously painted surfaces, except those painted with oil, alkyd, and silicate paints. When applying to the surface using a roller, the primer is first evenly distributed over the surface, and later the necessary effects are created using a spatula or brush. In addition, it is recommended to apply the material in limited areas to avoid its drying before the decoration begins. Thus, the considered studies presented in this work allow us to identify features related to the technological and operational capabilities of DERUFA products of the DecoDer series. The considered information is important for organizing the informative market.

The purpose of this study is to explore the occupants’ subjective evaluation of the indoor environmental quality (IEQ) of hotels with the same physical environment and different decoration styles, and to reveal the influence of different decoration styles on the subjective evaluation of the indoor environmental quality. The study found a hotel with three mainstream styles of modern simple style, British pastoral style, and modern Japanese style, and adopted standard rooms with the same area, pattern, lighting, orientation, and decoration cost. The only variable controlled was the decoration style, and the subjective feelings of customers on the physical environment were investigated. Based on the literature and 604 online comments, the researchers designed a questionnaire and collected 710 effective questionnaires for empirical analysis. The analysis results of KH coder and SPSS software (Chicago, IL, USA) show that the light environment in the indoor environment (including indoor natural lighting, lighting and other influencing factors) and non-light visual factors (including indoor color matching, plant layout, closeness to nature, decoration texture, space materials, decoration atmosphere and other factors) has the greatest impact on the subjective evaluation of decoration style, especially on the subjective evaluation of modern simple indoor environment. Light environment, air quality and non-light visual factors play a key role in the subjective evaluation of the indoor environment of the British pastoral-style hotels. The light environment, thermal environment and non-light visual factors are the most sensitive to the subjective evaluation of the indoor environment of modern Japanese-style hotels. Thermal environment, light environment, acoustic environment, air quality environment and non-light visual factors have the greatest impact on the subjective evaluation of the hotel indoor environment. Based on the findings, this study puts forward some suggestions to improve the interior environment of the hotel with different decoration styles to improve the quality and attractiveness of the hotel.

Wood dyeing is an effective way to alleviate the supply-demand imbalance of valuable wood and improve the surface decoration of fast-growing wood. However, applications of dyed wood are limited due to the susceptibility of dyes and wood to photo-discolor and degrade under light irradiation. Thus, the improved weather resistance of dyed wood is crucial. To prevent photochromic discoloration of dyed wood, an anti-photochromic coating structure was constructed via layer-by-layer self-assembly (LbL) using chitosan and zinc oxide (ZnO). The results showed that the surface color difference of treated dyed wood was reduced by approximately 84.6% after the first 2 h of irradiation under the following conditions °C: temperature (50 °C), relative humidity (55%), and irradiation intensity (550 W/m2). However, the color of untreated dyed wood drastically changed at this stage. The reason for the decrease was that the redness and yellowness of treated dye wood were significantly reduced. The deposition of ZnO onto treated dyed wood helped to protect the wood from UV light irradiation. Chitosan bridged the dyes and complexed ZnO to enhance UV resistance. This study provides valuable information for the protection of dyed wood against light discoloration that can be used as an interior and exterior decorative material.

The architecture and interior of the Church of the Sacred Heart of the Lord Jesus Ganjuran (HKTY) Bantul Yogyakarta in the form of joglo with supporting elements in the form of interior furniture, statues, decoration, domes, glass paintings. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study at the Church of HKTY Ganjuran research focus on finding the meaning of interior supporting elements. Retrieval of data through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of the study that the supporting elements of the interior have meaning to support people praying or worshiping. On some furniture there are ornaments about pelicans that have the meaning of the Sacred Heart, the Most Holy, who is willing to give life, for his children to stay alive. Sculptures in Javanese outfit so that people near are easy to pray with God because they come with Javanese faces. The decoration on the dome above the priest's sanctuary contained symbol images of the four gospels and The Most Holy Trinity. That is, when the Imam consecrated and looked up always always permeated the four holy Gospels and The Most Holy Trinity. This kind Samaritan glass painting is located on the east side of the Ganjuran church priest's home so that Catholics after attending the Eucharist are ready to do for anyone in need, because faith without works is dead. The colors used are green which means fertility, growth and indicates hope. The yellow color of gold means the glory of God, the red color means martyrdom, sacrifice and black has a meaning of origin and harmony. The people when praying are increasingly directed towards God because they are helped by the architecture and interior of the church which is a condition for meaning.Keywords: HKTY Ganjuran Church; interior supporting elements. Pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian bahwa elemen pendukung interior mempunyai makna untuk mendukung umat berdoa atau beribadat. Pada beberapa perabot terdapat ornamen tentang burung pelikan yang mempunyai makna Hati KudusYang Maha Kudus, yang bersedia memberikan hidup, bagi anak-anaknya agar tetap hidup. Patung - patung dengan busana Jawa agar umat dekat mudah untuk berdoa dengan Tuhan karena hadir dengan wajah Jawa. Ragam hias pada kubah yang berada di atas panti imam ini terdapat gambar simbol ke empat Injil dan Tritunggal Maha Kudus. Maksudnya ketika Imam melakukan konsekrasi dan menengadah keatas selalu meresapi tentang ke empat Injil suci dan Tritunggal Maha Kudus. Lukisan kaca orang Samaria yang baik hati ini terletak di sisi timur panti imam gereja Ganjuran agar umat Katolik seusai mengikuti perayaan ekaristi siap sedia berbuat bagi siapapun yang membutuhkan, sebab iman tanpa perbuatan adalah mati. Warna – warna yang dipergunakan yaitu warna hijau mempunyai makna kesuburan, pertumbuhan dan menandakan pengharapan. Warna kuning emas bermakna kemuliaan Allah, warna merah menunjukkan kemartiran, pengorbanan dan warna hitam mepunyai makna asal mula dan kesejatihan. Umat ketika berdoa semakin terarah kepada Tuhan karena terbantu oleh arsitektur dan interior gereja yang syarat akan makna.

Bamboo culms or bamboo plywood possessing a native green surface color are highly valuable for use in interior decoration. However, the green surface color of bamboo can easily become discolored in ambient environments without any protection. In order to maintain the green surface color of Neosinocalamus affinis bamboo, this study used copper sulfate (CuSO4), phosphoric acid (H3PO4), and acetic acid (CH3COOH) solutions as protectors. The changes in surface color and characteristics of the bamboo samples before and after the treatment were evaluated. The results showed that the N. affinis bamboo samples treated with 2% CuSO4 solution at 80 °C for 3 h exhibited an attractive green color, with a* and b* values of -7.61 and 5.13, respectively. The indoor durability test result indicated that bamboo samples treated with CuSO4, CuSO4/H3PO4, and CuSO4/CH3COOH solutions all had excellent color durability. After the treatment, the relative copper content on the bamboo surface slightly increased, while the magnesium content decreased. The chlorophyll structure was changed, and reactions between chlorophyll and copper ions may have occurred. The silicon was almost completely removed, and the surface structure of the treated bamboo changed, resulting in good permeability for the treatment.

We explore some new variants of the Julia set by developing the escape criteria for a function sin(zn)+az+c, where a,c∈C, n≥2, and z is a complex variable, utilizing four distinct fixed point iterative methods. Furthermore, we examine the impact of parameters on the deviation of dynamics, color, and appearance of fractals. Some of these fractals represent the stunning art on glass, and Rangoli (made in different parts of India, especially during the festive season) which are useful in interior decoration. Some fractals are similar to beautiful objects found in our surroundings like flowers (to be specific Hibiscus and Catharanthus Roseus), and ants.

Solid wood floors are widely used as an interior decoration material, and the color of solid wood surfaces plays a decisive role in the final decoration effect. Therefore, the color classification of solid wood floors is the final and most important step before laying. However, research on floor classification usually focuses on recognizing complex and diverse features but ignores execution speed, which causes common methods to not meet the requirements of online classification in practical production. In this paper, a new online classification method of solid wood floors was proposed by combining probability theory and machine learning. Firstly, a probability-based feature extraction method (stochastic sampling feature extractor) was developed to obtain rapid key features regardless of the disturbance of wood grain. The stochastic features were determined by a genetic algorithm. Then, an extreme learning machine—as a fast classification neural network—was selected and trained with the selected stochastic features to classify solid wood floors. Several experiments were carried out to evaluate the performance of the proposed method, and the results showed that the proposed method achieved a classification accuracy of 97.78% and less than 1 ms for each solid wood floor. The proposed method has advantages including a high execution speed, great accuracy, and flexible adaptability. Overall, it is suitable for online industry production.

Colour is much more than decoration. This medium definitely influences human beings –consciously and unconsciously. The IACC Chapter Europe, was invited in 2017 to create a new colour pallet for a City in Sothern Italy, maintaining the character and identity of the town. Eleven buildings of the centre were selected to be worked on. The collected 53 old colour samples were the base for the very careful analysis and the strong reduction to 21 nuances of the new pallet. Finally various colour collages were produced to show the community and the public of the city the change of impression - using just colour. Colour is definitely an absolute necessity for a balanced environment, indoors as well as outdoors. A medical statement says that more than 75% of all illnesses derive from stress: In this connection the stress diminishing property of colour is THE MOST EFFECTIVE one to take care of. El color es mucho más que decoración. Este medio influye definitivamente en los seres humanos -consciente e inconscientemente. El capítulo europeo de la IACC, fue invitado en 2017 a crear una nueva paleta de colores para una ciudad del sur de Italia, manteniendo el carácter y la identidad de la ciudad. Se seleccionaron once edificios del centro para trabajar en ellos. Las 53 muestras de color antiguas recogidas fueron la base para el análisis muy cuidadoso y la fuerte reducción a 21 matices de la nueva paleta. Por último, se elaboraron varios collages de colores para mostrar a la comunidad y al público de la ciudad el cambio de impresión, utilizando sólo el color. Objective: Environmental factors can affect the brain and affect other organs through the brain. Color and light are among the environmental factors that are considered the main features of architecture and they are more in our control. According to traditional medicine theories, the Temperament of a person and his health is affected by various factors. Color is one of the factors affecting health that has not been investigated by researchers so far, so the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the color of the environment as an external factor and the Temperament of individuals. Methods: This research is an applied study in term of aims and it has done by a descriptive-survey method. In this article, we examine the relationship between Temperament and color of environmental elements. To investigate the hypothesis, a survey was conducted on 144 housewives in one of the settlements of Kerman. In this study, data were collected through a medical questionnaire of Temperament and field observation of residential units and recording the colors of elements such as walls, ceilings. Data analyszed using the Chi-square test in SPSS v. 22 software. Results: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the Temperaments of individuals and the colors of walls, In terms of Warmth and coldness (P<0.001). Also, the results of the test show that there is no significant relationship between the ceilings color with the Temperament of the test subjects. (P=0.517, 0.124, 0.115 & 0.137, respectively) Conclusion: It seems that there is a significant relationship between the Temperament and the colors used in the environment and the Temperaments of the individuals affected by the color of the surrounding environment. Therefore, architects as the main designers of the building, in collaboration with traditional medicine practitioners with color Temperament knowledge can design interior design and home decoration that enhance the health of users.

The article presents the features of bioaesthetic characteristics of decorative elements of phytodesign of the closed environment. The analysis of groups of plants by functional and aesthetic purpose in the room is carried out and on their basis project offers on improvement of features of an interior of the House of the Government of Ukraine were developed. When decorating the premises with the help of ornamental plants, the specifics of the interior design of the building and the carefully selected range of plants were taken into account, taking into account the optimal options for their placement. Aesthetic design of free space in the premises is created in order to achieve maximum comfort and coziness and the phytodesign of the closed environment copes with it best. It actively influences the nature of comfort and perception of the interior and is an important component in the design of the environment, and with its help you can increase the artistic expressiveness of the interior, improve its functional organization and, importantly, improve sanitation. The interior design of modern public office buildings is characterized by the predominance of ideas of rationalism and functionality over the aesthetic appearance of the premises. The Government House of Ukraine is the administrative building of our capital, so phytodecoration of its interiors requires careful selection of the range of plants of future phytocompositions. Today, the use of plants in the formation of interiors of various premises is due to the need of man to be closer to nature due to large-scale urbanization of cities and local man-made pollution. An important, still unresolved problem in this case is the creation of a full-fledged market of building materials, the creation of a comprehensive database of materials, comparative statistics in online format on quality, aesthetic, and cost indicators of these materials, recommendations on their applications. Materialsand methods. The presented research use methods of analysis, describing, and generalization of available advertising information about covering materials for interior of hotels-restaurants buildings, for their future data base for practical design. Results. The analysis of features of building and finishing materials which are widely used in design and furnish of rooms of hotels and restaurants are resulted. Summarizing the above information that takes place on the websites of manufacturers and suppliers, it should be noted that the urgent task is the need to structure and systematize such commercial information, advertising about certain materials, in particular for floor coverings. The best solution may be to create an online system, which will present a complete set of building materials for interior decoration. Such an information file can be quickly and efficiently created online with the work of a group of architects-designers, graphic designers and programmers and uploaded to a web space, such as a modular environment such as MOODLE. Conclusion. Its hould be noted that there is such an insane amount of different format and cost of building materials for interior decoration on the market. All this urgently requires a comprehensive systematization and creation of an informative data base of these materials. This will allow the designer to facilitate the preparatory work in creating exclusive and innovative design environments, as it is more than tens of thousands of textures, color patterns of textures of materials. The aim of this research was to evaluate how the quality interior design aspects of the staff office spaces at the Girls’ College of Science and Arts, King Khalid University, Saudi Arabia, affect their happiness, comfort and performance of their duties, and also proposes a solution based on the sciences of the relationship between happiness and interior design. The aim was achieved by carrying out a survey on staff of the college. The participants were selected using a combination of probabilistic and random sampling. The research found that a good number of staff at the college are not happy with their work environments. Further analysis indicated that interior design deficiency is a major cause of unhappiness of staff at the college. The results showed that this may be attributed to three important aspects of quality interior space furniture: insufficiency of furniture and other workspace items; lack of aesthetics, functionality, comfort, color and materials (low quality materials) of furniture and other workspace items; and a lack of sufficient natural lighting being another major issue affecting the quality of natural and artificial lighting in some offices at the college. Participants were also not comfortable with some materials used in the interior space. The study recommends that office spaces should be redesigned to meet the following interior design criteria: appropriateness for the workplace (size, lighting and materials); color and decorations (non-dark colors); and appropriate accessories and tools of work.

This study was conducted to determine the interior design at Mencusuar Cafe &; Resto Dago, the influence of restaurant interior design on guest experience and satisfaction at Mencusuar Cafe &; Resto Dago. Some of the analysis methods used are descriptive methods. The problem in this study is in changing priorities to design and promote various types of café spaces, from those that were originally oriented to the physical and physiological comfort of users, now starting to prioritize the beauty and visual uniqueness of the space in order to become an 'instagrammable' selfie tourist destination. Therefore, this study aims to see in detail the role of interior design on Mencusuar Café &; resto Dago and also on people's consumption patterns. The theory used is the theory of interior design, a design of building space to accommodate and the needs of tourists to feel comfortable and safe. The results of this study can conclude that Mencusuar café & resto Dago in addition to attracting the building, instagrammable photo spots, many facilities exist and can be used by tourists. That the elements of Mencusuar café & resto Dago that have an influence on the level of consumer satisfaction are physical environmental factors such as furniture, lighting, color combinations, interior decoration, sound, temperature, good coffee quality affect the pleasant aroma of the coffee shop. Researchers hope this study can provide inspiration for tourists who want to visit to get information first. Make the experience valuable for visitors.

It's ideal for residential projects, hotel projects, offices giving to the any interior a unique look and feel. In addition, veneer is also processed to create a variety of products such as veneer parquet, flexible veneer sheets, wood veneer boards, wood veneer wallpaper, etc. From the other side, veneered surfaces will always to a greater or lesser degree could change color, particular upon exposure to natural and artificial light. The degree of color change will depend on such factors as the species chosen, the coating type used and intensity and period of the exposure to light. In addition, conventional finishes have a tendency to yellow with age which can have quite dramatic effects on the original color of the selected timber. To minimize these effects new finishes have to be developed. In the paper new, unvisible nanolevel coating for veneer finish based on the sol-gel process is offered. It is known that the sol–gel technique is an established industrial process for the generation of colloidal nanoparticles from liquid phase, which has been further developed in last years for the production of advanced coatings. It is well adapted for oxide nanoparticles and composites synthesis. The main advantages of sol-gel techniques are comparable low processing temperatures offering unique opportunities for access to organic and inorganic materials. The sol synthesis and application technology as well protective properties of coating will be discussed. </span></p>

Resumen

The mortuary roll of John Islip (1464–1532), Abbot of Westminster, is the finest example of its kind to survive in England. The drawings, possibly by Gerard Horenbout, afford the only views of the interior of Westminster Abbey before the Dissolution. The discovery of eighteenth-century copies of an unknown, coloured version of the roll provides important new evidence for both the circumstances of the production and the later history of both rolls. It also provides, for the first time, an authentic colour view of the interior of Westminster Abbey in the late medieval period, and new information on its decoration.

Abstract: Interior Design is a vast and necessary field in today's day and age. People, these days, tend to look after the overall designing and planning of their own homes. They like to select colour themes, furniture items and decorative items of different varieties as per their liking. But most of the selection process is very tiring and time consuming as it involves visiting multiple different stores and showrooms. Also, with an increase in the variety in products and styles, it has become difficult for the consumer to make decisions. The existing models that try to deal with these problems are mainly AR based, exist only on IOS devices and their prime intent is e-commerce . The proposed model is a cross-platform mobile application that aims to become the one stop solution for all interior designing hurdles. The features will include replication of a room with accurate dimensions in the form of a 3D model. It will also give full creative freedom to the users to decorate the room as they see fit and bring forth an intelligent platform to purchase different items at their leisure.
