<p> Contract chemical manufacturers spend resources on development trials that have errors due to incomplete knowledge transfer from the customer. These errors waste engineering resources and can result in lost business. A technology transfer program was proposed as a solution to reduce the number of errors. The purpose of this research is to find out the best competitive strategies for CMOs, and these can be inferred by analyzing the structure, traits and trends of the industry, then comparing the strategies of two CMOs, Samsung BioLogics and Asymchem（凱萊英）which have great chances to success to the outstanding OEM model TSMC.
