Resumen
This study investigated the relationship between the guidance/counseling burden and job satisfaction of elementary school teachers, focusing on the role of guidance efficacy and school management participation to suggest ways to increase job satisfaction for elementary school teachers. To this end, first-year data from 905 elementary school teachers in the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study (SELS 2020) and structural equation modeling were used. The main results were as follows. First, the guidance/counseling burden had a direct negative impact on job satisfaction. Second, the guidance/counseling burden had a negative impact on job satisfaction through guidance efficacy and school management participation. Third, the guidance/counseling burden lowered guidance efficacy, which reduced school management participation and subsequently reduced job satisfaction. Based on these results, this study suggests the following. First, efforts to reduce the guidance/counseling burden are needed to restore job satisfaction. Second, since the guidance/counseling burden can have negative impacts on both individual teachers and school organizations, continuous attention is required. Third, efforts should be made to increase guidance efficacy and school management participation along with lowering the guidance/counseling burden.

Resumen
Elementary education or elementary school is the initial momentum for children to improve their abilities, from elementary school they get immunity to learning which then becomes a habit they do in the future. It has been realized that the younger generation is the next generation that needs to be nurtured from an early age, so that early development is the responsibility of the family, environment and society. This period is a golden period for children's development to the educational process. This period is valuable years for a child to recognize various facts in the environment as a stimulus for personality, psychomotor, cognitive and social development. For this reason, early childhood education in the form of stimulation (stimulation) from the closest environment is needed to optimize children's abilities. Do not forget also the importance of religious education. One of the things that must be given at an early age is religious education. With mature religious education from an early age, it can help children's development, especially in terms of attitudes and behavior.

Resumen
West Java experienced 522 earthquake events, of which 93 occurred in Tasikmalaya City and Regency. This has made a lot of noise in the community and created excessive concern, so the community needs to be educated, especially in terms of preparedness in dealing with earthquake disasters in order to prevent more severe impacts. Elementary school education is the first door to introduce students to disaster preparedness and mitigation. One of the elementary schools that does not have non-structural mitigation efforts is Cihideungbalong Islamic Elementary School. The location, which is in a densely populated area, is also vulnerable to the effects of earthquake disasters, so it is necessary to have an earthquake anticipation evacuation route and counseling in the Cihideungbalong Islamic Elementary School environment. The method used is socialization about earthquake anticipation and simulation assistance after an earthquake by following the evacuation route. Increasing students' knowledge of the earthquake, which consists of knowledge about the dangers of the earthquake, making support tools and evacuation routes for earthquake anticipation. The results of this activity have increased student preparedness, from an increase of 17 percent for student knowledge of how the earthquake occurs, 33 percent regarding student calmness in facing the earthquake, 56 percent for self-rescue during an earthquake, and 78 percent for accuracy/skill of students in simulating self-rescue through the earthquake evacuation route.

This promising practice describes an innovative collaboration between West Virginia University, a land grant institution situated in the middle of rural Appalachia, and Kanawha County Schools, located in Charleston, WV. The partnership aimed to assist the rural school district by supporting children in three elementary schools and by providing the university’s school counseling students an immersion experience in rural schools, with the hope of retaining them in the school district following graduation. The collaboration fulfilled the original mission of the program in two ways; first, the school district retained one-third of the school counseling students who participated. Secondly, the collaboration was met with overwhelming support by district leadership, resulting in an increase in school counseling students entering the program in the next academic year.

Resumen
This study evaluated the implementation of integrated character education in elementary schools in the city of Palembang and measure the achievement of the results. The implementation of integrated character education in several cities in Indonesia has not shown encouraging results. This study is a survey method, conducted at 20 elementary schools in Palembang with descriptive statistics, frequency distribution, and histogram. Data collection techniques were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, checklists, and questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of integrated character education in elementary schools has not been encouraging. Empirical evaluative findings show that in the fifth grade the highest percentage is 36.33% and in the sixth grade, 30.33% of the 600 elementary school students in the city of Palembang studied still in the Good enough category. The presence and role of classroom teachers who are specifically entrusted with the role of the transmitter of character education or heart education are sometimes overwhelmed and the role of guidance and counseling teachers at the elementary school level is not very visible or even not involved at all, as seen in most elementary schools in Indonesia. Resumen
Findings from this phenomenological study of 11 school counselors’ perceptions of and work with students adopted transracially (SATr) were amplified through eight themes reflecting their shared storyline as a “continuum of comfort and confidence.” These school counselors relied on their understanding of human development, using counseling skills, applying multicultural competence, and being sensitive to adoption-related practices to understand and meet the needs of SATr and their families. The authors provide recommendations to promote equity and inclusion of SATr in the school setting and for counselor education training.

Resumen
Sex education is very important to give to teenagers, even from childhood. Children and adolescents are vulnerable to misinformation about sex. People's views in general are still taboo when talking about sex and sexuality issues. If sex education is not taught as early as possible to children, it is likely that there will be violations of moral values such as free sex, rape, etc. Some efforts that can be made to overcome reproductive health problems in adolescents include sexual education. Sexual education is an effort to increase knowledge and change individual attitudes and behaviors to better understand their reproductive health needs. The purpose of this community service is to increase students' knowledge related to sex education. At the beginning of this activity, it began with an approach with partners, namely to see how many students and female students participated, for effectiveness in counseling. The participants who participated in this counseling were fourth grade students at Ricci Elementary School, Jalan Kemenangan III N0 47 Glodok, Taman Sari, West Jakarta, consisting of 48 male students and 33 female students. The total number of participants who participated in this counseling was 81. This counseling activity was declared successful because there was an increase in knowledge in students and schoolgirls after being given counseling.

Systemic inequity in education compels school counselors to widen their scope of advocacy beyond their local school environment. Fortunately, the tools of evidence-based, data-driven school counseling can be scaled up to influence change in larger systems. We present an advocacy project undertaken by an elementary school counselor who was alarmed by a significant increase in children’s mental health concerns. She initiated a state-wide survey of school counselors that revealed a dire need for mental health support at the elementary level. Using an ecological framework, we report on the data-driven advocacy actions she pursued to raise awareness of the serious concerns of young students across her state.

The purpose of this research was to assess the success of character education programs in Pidie's primary schools. There has been little success with integrated character education in numerous Indonesian cities. Twenty Pidie elementary schools participated in this survey-based study, which included descriptive statistics, frequency distribution, and histogram. Methods of data gathering included in-depth discussions with participants, casual observations, written records, check lists, and questionnaires. Findings indicated that integrated character education programs in primary schools had not proven successful. Data from 600 elementary school kids in Pidie's city shows that 36.33 percent of fifth graders and 30.33 percent of sixth graders are rated as Good enough students. In most elementary schools in Indonesia, the role of guidance and counseling teachers is not very visible or even nonexistent, while the presence and role of classroom teachers who are specifically entrusted with the role of the transmitter of character education or heart education are sometimes overwhelmed. This report suggests allocating time for classical tutoring.

Resumen
Inclusive education is an educational approach that treats all students equally, regardless of whether they have typical abilities or unique needs in areas such as language, socialization, intellect, emotions, or physical abilities. Furthermore, it extends support to students facing challenges in attending regular schools due to financial constraints, natural disasters, or belonging to indigenous communities, spanning from elementary to senior high school levels. To cater to the diverse needs of students, primary schools implementing inclusive education must adapt their curricula, facilities, infrastructure, and teaching methodologies accordingly. Additionally, personalized guidance and counseling programs tailored to individual requirements play a pivotal role in optimizing inclusive education. This study employs a qualitative methodology, incorporating techniques from literature reviews. The findings underscore the objective of guidance and counseling services in inclusive schools: to nurture life skills and personal development, enabling children to actively engage in their communities without imposing burdens on their families or the wider society. Typically, these programs follow four main stages: planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of outcomes.
