Islamic Microeconomics is an economic study that discusses the behavior of individuals in carrying out their economic transactions with the norms applied with the limitations of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The understanding of the market is a place or condition that brings together demand with the bidder (buyer and seller) for each type of goods, services or resources. While the function is the relationship between variables one with other variables, with the change of a certain variable can be assessed and known in knowing and analyzing other variables. Equilibrium is a balance that occurs in a relatively long period of time and under certain conditions as a result of the intersection of demand and demand. Resumen

Kelurahan Sei Enam, Kecamatan Bintan Timur merupakan salah satu daerah pertambangan bauksit di Kabupaten Bintan. Salah satu dampak dari kegiatan pertambangan bauksit adalah penurunan kualitas air di badan air penerima karena adanya limbah tailing (khususnya apabila tailing tidak dikelola dengan baik). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas fitoplankton dan zooplankton di Muara Sungai Enam, yang meliputi jumlah taxa, komposisi jenis, keanekaragaman jenis, keseragaman jenis, dan dominansi jenis. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan informasi bermanfaat untuk mengambarkan kondisi lingkungan perairan di Muara Sungai Enam Kabupaten Bintan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keanekaragaman jenis plankton di Muara Sungai Enam tergolong rendah. Hal ini karena muara sungai merupakan daerah peralihan (ekoton) antara ekosistem darat dengan ekosistem laut. Salinitas di perairan ekosistem ekoton ini diprediksi sangat bervariasi, kondisi ini membuat hanya spesies-spesies dengan daya toleransi cukup tinggi saja yang dapat hidup daerah ini. Walaupun demikian produktivitasnya cukup baik karena fitoplankton yang mendominasi adalah Nannochloropsis oculata. Nannochloropsis oculata pada perairan berperan sebagai pakan alami larva-larva ikan. Sejalan dengan fitoplankton, zooplankton yang merupakan herbivora primer juga memiliki keanekaragaman jenis yang rendah.

Resumen

U radu je istražena raspodjela i brojnost dva ekotipa roda Synechococcus, tzv. stanice bogate fikocijaninom (PC-SYN) i stanice bogate fikoeritrinom (PE-SYN) u površinskom sloju vodenog stupca, tijekom 2015. i 2016. godine. Područje istraživanja obuhvaćalo je nekoliko estuarijskih područja te područje trofičkog gradijenta od obale prema otvorenom moru, širokog raspona temperature mora \((11.82 - 20.75 ^oC)\), saliniteta (4.47-38.84) i koncentracije hranjiva. Brojnost PC-SYN bila je u rasponu od \( 0 to 79.79 x 10^ 3 cell mL^-1\), a PE-SYN od \(5.01 x 10^3 to 76.74 x 10^3 cell mL^-1\). Utvrđeno je istovremeno obitavanje oba ekotipa na istraživanom području, s prevladavanjem PC-SYN tijekom proljeća te PE-SYN tijekom zime i jeseni. Pokazana je statistički značajna povezanost između PC-SYN i temperature te njegova jaka pozitivna povezanost s dušikovim spojevima, dok su PE-SYN stanice pozitivno odgovorile na dostupnost fosfata. Relativni omjer dostupnosti fosfora i ukupnih hranjiva dušika (N/P omjer) utjecao je na prostornu raspodjelu oba ekotipa roda Synechococcus.

Resumen

Carbon fiber(CF) and Kevlar fiber(KF) were used as reinforcing agents to fill Ekonol(EK) respectively. Mechanical and tribological properties of composite systems were tested. When CF was used as the EK reinforced filler, the mechanical properties of EK composites couldn’t be enhanced obviously, and the tribological properties were reduced. When KF was filled in EK matrix, it could greatly improve the impact strength of EK composite by reducing crack formation and inhibiting crack propagation. The KF/EK composite has good tribological properties. It keeps the high friction low wear performance advantage of EK, and solves its problem of forming difficulty. In EK composite, KF plays the role of reinforcing agents and friction modifier at the same time, and then it is a kind of excellent EK reinforced filler.

Resumen

This paper is a study of a Japanese illustrated handscroll produced in the late Kamakura period (1185-1333), the Mōko Shūrai Ekotoba, that provides an invaluable pictorial account of the two attempted Mongol invasions of Japan in the years 1274 and 1281. It was copied and restored, with some images significantly altered, during the Edo period (1615-1868). While in the original handscroll the appearances of the foreign Mongols were depicted as accurately as possible, the figures added later show exaggerated features and distortions that correspond to new modes of imagining and representing peoples reflecting a new language and the shifting cosmologies brought about by the Japanese encounter with more “different” Others (Europeans).

Resumen

Genji monogatari emaki and Ban-dainagon ekotoba are Japanese national treasures. Although the periods in which they were painted have not been accurately determined, radiocarbon dating cannot be applied to these priceless artifacts because of the destructive nature of 14C dating. In this study, the periods of their origin were determined by 14C dating the kohitsugire calligraphy. Kohitsugire are ancient paper sheets containing graceful calligraphy. They originally were part of ancient manuscripts. Two kohitsugire named Imaki-gire and Kingin-kirihaku-wakanroeishu-gire are written in the same style as Genji monogatari emaki and Ban-dainagon ekotoba. Although Imaki-gire and Kingin-kirihaku-wakanroeishu-gire had been attributed to Asukai Masatsune (AD 1170–1221) on the basis of the kiwamefuda certificates, recent calligraphical and paleographical studies suggest that they are genuine handwritings of Fujiwara no Norinaga (AD 1109–1180?). We applied 14C dating by accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) to Imaki-gire and Kingin-kirihaku-wakanroeishu-gire. The calibrated 14C ages of both the kohitsugire indicated timing close to the peak of Fujiwara no Norinaga's career as a calligraphist. Based on the associations between the dated texts and the 14C results, it is concluded that the Genji monogatari emaki and Ban-dainagon ekotoba paintings could have been created in the middle of 12th century.

Resumen

Padi ratun adalah tanaman padi yang tumbuh dari tunas yang terdapat di buku tunggul atau batang padi tersisa setelah panen. Proses budidaya padi ratun hemat biaya dan waktu dengan memberikan tambahan hasil terhadap tanaman utama. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji pertumbuhan dan hasil ratun dari tiga ekotipe padi (sawah, gogo, dan rawa) dari tinggi pemotongan batang berbeda. Percobaan dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Sawah Baru, Institut Pertanian Bogor pada September-Desember 2019 menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dua faktor dengan tiga ulangan. Tiga ekotipe padi yaitu padi sawah (IPB 3S, Inpari 30), padi gogo (Inpago 9, Inpago 10) dan padi rawa (Inpara 8, Inpara 9) ditanam dengan budidaya padi sawah kemudian diratun pada empat ketinggian (10, 20, 30, dan 40 cm) dari permukaan tanah untuk menstimulir ratun. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa anakan ratun terbanyak dari IPB 3S dan Inpago 9 dihasilkan dengan tinggi potongan 20 cm. Anakan produktif berkorelasi secara signifikan terhadap hasil ratun dalam GKG. Hasil tertinggi ratun dapat diperoleh dari padi sawah (IPB 3S) dengan ketinggian 30 cm dan padi rawa (Inpara 8) dengan ketinggian 20 cm. Sidik lintas menunjukkan jumlah gabah per malai adalah karakter yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap hasil ratun. Kata kunci: buku tunas, sidik lintas, tinggi tunggul padi

Resumen

Forest land conversion into oil palm plantation causes drastic ecological changes which influence various species in the ecosystem. Arthropoda, as one of the components of biodiversity, has important roles as herbivore, predator and parasitoid, and detritivore. This research was conducted in village of Runtu, Subdistrict of Arut Selatan, District of Kotawaringin Barat, the province of Central Kalimantan. Techniques of Arthropoda sample collection were pitfall trap, malaise trap, and sweep net conducted in two ecosystems. The two ecosystems were ecotone (transition between forest and oil palm plantation) and oil palm plantation. Research results showed that forest existence could increase the abundance of arthropoda. Abundance of Arthropoda in ecotone ecosystem was higher as compared to that in oil palm plantation. Resumen

Permasalahan fluktuatif nilai tukar mata uang menyebabkan tergeraknya para ekonom keuangan konvensional melaksanakan hedging dalam bentuk kontrak-kontrak derivatif untuk menghindari risiko yang diakibatkan dari fluktuasi mata uang. Para ekonom Muslim, dalam menawarkan reformasi hedging mainstream dengan menghilangkan unsur-unsur pelanggaran syari’ah dan memasukkan akad-akad syari’ah ke dalamnya. Namun demikian, apakah unsur-unsur penyebab dilarangnya hedging sudah dieliminasi secara menyeluruh. Tulisan ini mencoba mendiskusikan permasalahan Islamic hedging, untuk dapat menawarkan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian literatur, metode analisis kritik pemikiran dengan menggunakan metode induktif dalam menemukan konsep Islamic hedging secara umum. Kemudian, dijelaskan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan analisis kritik sebagai kritikan terhadap Islamic hedging. Kesimpulan akhir dari tulisan ini adalah Islamic investment funds dan cadangan risiko nilai tukar sebagai alternatif dari Islamic hedging yang ternyata belum sepenuhnya mengeliminasi unsur-unsur gharar, riba dan maysir dan dapat dikatakan bahwa Islamic hedging adalah bentuk spekulasi.

Resumen

Traveling wave ultrasonic motor (TWUSM) is driven by friction force between stator and rotor. As the friction materials of contact layer in traveling wave ultrasonic motor(TWUSM), tribological properties of Ekonol composites(EK2) have important effects on motor driving characteristics and service life. Then EK2 was stuck on the stator tooth of 40 type disc-shape TWUSM. Under different driven mode and friction combination, tribological properties of EK2 was tested，and the wear morphologies of EK2 surfaces are observed by SEM. Results show that there are ultrasonic antifriction phenomenon in stator/rotor contact interface under ultrasonic drive. Ultrasonic fatigue is the main wear mechanism of contact layer. When Ek2 combine with Cu rotor， contact layer can obtain bigger friction coefficient, higher output torque and better wear properties. Then Ek2 and Cu rotor is a good friction combination which can satisfy the actual running needs of TWUSM.

Resumen

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the training program in improving the technical competence of family planning instructors using the EKO2P evaluation model. Research methodology: This study uses quantitative methods. Population and sample are all training participants, amounting to 30 people. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire method and document analysis. Data analysis using descriptive statistics. Results: The results showed that the components of the average training quality were satisfactory or good, while the training output was frequent or good. Thus, it can be concluded that the training to improve the technical competence of family planning extension workers has been going well / effectively. Limitations: In this study, the EKO2P evaluation model was incomplete. Therefore, it is hoped that further research can be carried out to see the results of the training. Contribution: The results of this study are expected to be used as recommendation material for agencies, policy makers and interested parties, so that improvements can be made to the implementation of the training and training for representatives of BKKBN Lampung Province in the future. Pendidikan adalah agen perubahan sosial, budaya, ekonomi dan nalar pikir serta karakter manusia. Pendidikan Islam sebagai atmosfir modernisasi dan globalisasi dituntut mampu berperan dinamis, elastis dan proaktif secara berkala. Keberadaanya diharapkan bisa membawa nilai-nilai perubahan dan berkontribusi bagi kemaslahatan umat. Namun saat ini pendidikan sering diperalat untuk sarana mobilisasi sosial, politik dan ekonomi sehingga melahirkan intelektual yang materialistis ekonomis. Adapun metode Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep deskriptif kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian library Risert (kepustakaan), metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dan teknis analisis datanya memakai metode konten analisis. Dari kajian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa pendidikan Islam perspektif ekonom mengajarkan pentingnya kesejahteraan dalam hidup, yang mana hal tersebut diperoleh dengan cara mempersiapkan ilmu pengetahuan dalam pendidikan. Sedangkan pendidikan Islam perspektif filosof mengajarkan pentingnya nilainilai akhlak dan moral dengan tujuan untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah, sehingga pendidikan Islam mempersiapkan ilmuan-ilmuan yang religi cerdas ilmu, iman dan hati.

The results showed that (1) the quality of the learning process of mathematics teachers in the name of AMRN measured using Model EKOP is Good. (2) The quality of the learning process of mathematics teachers in the name JMT measured using Model EKOP is Good. (3) The output quality of learning mathematics teacher on behalf AMRN measured using Model EKOP is Good. (4) The output quality of learning mathematics teacher on behalf of JMT measured using Model EKOP is Moderate. (5) The quality of mathematics teacher learning program on behalf AMRN measured using Model EKOP are Good. Resumen

The perforation plates and vessel-ray pitting of tropical hardwoods are typical features that make it possible to mark species within a botanical family. This study aims to bring out a consistent and robust framework for a clear distinction through anatomical features among various Ekop woods based on usual nomenclature on trade. Perforations plates and vessel-ray pitting are determining components for the classification of the species. Indeed, several species exploited under the trade name Ekop because of their grain, color, and wooden decoration patterns do not belong to the same taxonomic class. With the natural structure of cells and their intervessel pits observed in xylem and phloem, it appears that the perforation plates and the vessel-ray pitting are decisive components for the classification of Ekop species. Forty-three wood specimens of Ekop were collected from forests in Ebolowa, Mbalmayo, and Abong Mbang. In addition, 155 microscopic sections of Ekop slides with at least 3 representatives of identified species were observed. Thus, macroscopic observations through a hand magnifying glass were performed on wood carrots. Then, the microscopic sections of slides in the first 63 features of the International Association of Wood Anatomists list were analyzed. Correlations were observed between vessels elements and other main features through component analysis. Four groups of Ekop were differentiated by gathering in each genus a matrix of similar features across their vessels groupings, perforation plates, and vessel-ray pittings. A tabular key was used to further define the identity of the Ekop species. This study makes it possible to recognize Ekop wood beyond the dendrological aspects of vegetative and reproductive organs. Finally, a few typical features used for a precise demarcation were identified, for a taxonomic classification within the Ekop group.

<p>The present study was conducted based on a field experiment established on very acidic medium soil (silt loam). The experimental design included 4 soil fertilization treatments: O, NPK, NPK + MgSO<sub>4</sub>. 7H<sub>2</sub>O, NPK + CaO + MgO, and 3 foliar feeding treatments: O<sub>(H2O)</sub>, Insol PK + 5% urea solution, Ekosol U. The test plant was the oat cultivar ‘Kwant’. The aim of this study was to characterize in detail the response of oats to foliar feeding under the conditions of different soil fertilization with calcium and magnesium compounds. The experimental factors applied increased the yield parameters and differentiated the nutrient content in oat grain and straw. Soil fertilization had a greater effect on the quality parameters of primary yield than the foliar fertilizers used in the study. The best production and quality effects in growing oats were obtained after the application of MgSO<sub>4</sub> and magnesium lime. Foliar feeding also affected beneficially the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the yield. Among the fertilizers used, Insol PK showed a better effect than Ekosol U, in particular on the yield structure and the amino acid composition of proteins.</p>

Resumen

Abstract Competitiveness as a factor of a company selling its services in the market is becoming more relevant in the healthcare sector. The number of institutions that offer their services to international patients is growing. Research shows that the development of medical tourism is country-specific. The main objective of this publication is to discover positive and negative factors for engagement in the provision of services to non-residents. The data was obtained from a cross-sectional study in which 86 managers of health care institutions in Latvia completed a questionnaire. A total of 80.2% of health care institutions had provided services to non-resident patients in the previous year while 19.8% did so regularly. Institutions mainly used websites to advertise their services. Only a small number of institutions employed a marketing specialist or had a strategy to attract non-resident patients. Heads of institutions pointed to a number of internal and external barriers in this connection, including lack of staff, low motivation, limited language skills, inadequate infrastructure, insufficient state-level support to promote the export of services, the social environment, and problems in the health system itself. The study revealed areas that need to be improved regarding future policies to attract non-resident patients and to increase global competitiveness.

The World Bank assistance in the education sector in Indonesia as a developing country faced with an interest in the fulfillment of the right to education in the perspective of Economy, Social, and Culture (ESC) rights for the society. For Indonesia, World Bank assitance must be in line with the national regulation, therefore harmonization into national law is necessary. The World Bank assistance is aimed at accelerating free trade, and the achievement of global education standards for the recipient countries. Thus, the alignment of the education sector with the interests of the economy and the free market may threaten the education rights of Indonesian citizen. This article will focus on the fulfillment of education right in Indonesia. Seeing the facts from the background, the formulation of the problems raised in this legal research are: (1). characteristics of educational assistance by the World Bank for developing countries. (2). Compatibility between World Bank assistance standards with the fulfillment of ESC rights in education in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of educational assistance by the World Bank for the third world countries and the suitability of the World Bank assistance to the fulfillment of ESC rights in education in Indonesia. This article based on the normative legal research method, and employs the statute and conceptual approach. It is found two results. First, the World Bank assistance to the education sector has been implemented in several countries, including Indonesia. The fulfillment of the right to education in developing countries have been experiencing an intervention and support from the World Bank. The World Bank asisstence is aim at achieving the goal of education, and to ensure the aid has been allocated for education projects, and to provide students with global education standards. Second, by employing the SABER standard with 4-a method to measure the suitability of the World Bank assistance in the fulfillment of the right to education in Indonesia, it is found that there remain a problem in the ‘acceptability’ standard. The World Bank should give more weights to the local wisdoms when providing asisstence in the recipient country.
