碩士<br>國防大學理工學院<br>兵器系統工程碩士班<br>98<br>In this thesis, several industrial heat treatments were employed on electron beam processed Ti-6-4 weldment to investigate their effect on following creep properties as well as the microstructure evolution. It was found that when creep test at both T=450℃, σ=416MPa and T=500℃, σ=520MPa, solution treatment ( 954℃/15min/ Water Quenching) on Ti-6-4 weldment presents the lowest steady state strain rate of creep, i.e. exhibits the best creep resistance of the tested heat treatments. The observed microstructure and possible mechanism are discussed.
