Resumen

The article discusses the properties of color in prose. Unlike a lyric work, prose comments on the use of color when expressing creative ideas. In the prose context, the static and dynamic manifestations of colors are given. The dynamic manifestation of colors in context is evidenced by examples of the repetition of the same color and the emergence of the primary color through its counterparts. It is also shown that the ratio of color to words and paragraphs in the context determines its importance in the expression of an artistic idea.

<p>Em contraste com a poesia de Mario de Andrade e Carlos Drummond de Andrade, a experiência da vida urbana na obra de Mário Quintana é menos um motivo de euforia e desalento que de ambigüidade: neste artigo, relaciona-se essa ambigüidade com o caráter ambíguo da própria poesia de Quintana, entre o erudito e o popular, o moderno e o convencional, a prosa e o verso.</p> <p>The experience of urban life assumes, in Mário Quintana’ poetry, a different character in comparison to the works of other brazilian modernist poets, such as Mario de Andrade and Carlos Drummond de Andrade. Not an expression of enthusiasm or hindrance, Quintana’s verses reveal an ambiguity that can be related to the author’s own oscillation between prose and poetry, modernism and conventionalism, sophistication and directness.</p>

Introduction. There are various means of expressing emotional expressiveness in language, one of which is onomatopoeia. Onomatopoeia refers to the sound or phonetic imitation of what is being described. In onomatopoeia, words express natural sounds and have different connotative meanings. Main part. Sound production in speech acquires the character of artistic expression and performs a certain methodological function. One or another element of the sound system of the language used in prose or poetic text (vowels and consonants, stressed and unstressed syllables, pauses, different intonations, syntactic techniques, repetition of words). Background:IgG4-Related Disease (IgG4-RD) is characterized by fibrotic lesions, serum IgG4 elevation, and prompt response to glucocorticoids. B and T lymphocytes are considered the initiators of tissue inflammation in IgG4-RD, but the prominent stromal reaction observed at disease sites suggest that a dysregulation of processes involved in the resolution of inflammation could be pathologically relevant as well. Mer receptor tyrosine kinase (MerTK) and its ligands protein S (Pros1) have a pivotal role in the resolution of inflammation through the activation of a well-characterized signaling pathway that ultimately dampens the immune response and promotes the recovery of tissue function. MerTK and the processes involved in the resolution of inflammation have never been addressed in IgG4-RD.Objectives:To investigate MerTK involvement in the pathogenesis of IgG4-RD by evaluating (a) the expression of MerTK and of its endogenous ligands in IgG4-RD tissues; (b) the presence of circulating precursors of MerTK+ cells infiltrating IgG4-RD lesions in the peripheral blood of IgG4-RD patients; (c) the effects of immunosuppressive therapies on MerTK expression in IgG4-RD tissues.Methods:Three distinct cohorts of IgG4-RD patients were included in this study. 8 active patients were used for immunohistochemistry studies for MerTK expression. 16 IgG4-RD and 14 Sjögren syndrome patients, together with 6 control tonsils, were used for multicolor immunofluorescence studies and TissueQuest software quantification of the expression of MerTK, CD68, CD163, Pros1, Gas6, CD4, SLAMF7, CD19, IgG4, cleaved caspase-3. 10 untreated IgG4-RD patients were used to evaluate MerTK expression in circulating monocytes subsets and fibrocytes by flow cytometry.Results:MerTK was highly expressed in IgG4-RD affected organs. MerTK+ cells accounted on average for 16% (range 5-35%) of all cells in the tissue, and the majority of them expressed CD68,reflecting a monocyte-macrophage origin. 33.5 % (interquartile range (IQR) 26-41%) of MerTK+ cells co-expressed CD68 and CD163, while 30.5% (IQR 19-41.5%) expressed CD68 but not CD163. CD68+MerTK+ cells displayed two main morphological appearances, compatible with those of macrophages and of myofibroblasts. In addition, MerTK+ cell number was significantly increased in salivary glands from IgG4-RD patients compared to Sjögren syndrome (p < 0.0001). Circulating precursors of CD68+MerTK+ cells infiltrating IgG4-RD lesions were identified by flow cytometery in the peripheral blood of patients with active IgG4-RD as MerTK+ populations of intermediate monocytes, nonclassical monocytes and collagen expressing fibrocytes. MerTK ligand Pros1 was exposed on 52% (IQR 42-57%) of infiltrating B lymphocytes, 74% (IQR 54-89%) of infiltrating T lymphocytes, and, likely, on apoptotic cells that were detected in IgG4-RD tissues. CD68+MerTK+ cells were found in physical contact with Pros1+ cells in IgG4-RD lesions and their number decreased by 56% after successful treatment with rituximab.Conclusion:MerTK is abundant in IgG4-RD affected organs and is preferentially expressed on CD68+ macrophages and myofibroblasts that infiltrate IgG4-RD lesions. MerTK+ cells might interact with apoptotic cells and Pros1 expressing T and B lymphocytes in IgG4-RD tissues, leading to the persistent activation of processes involved in the resolution of inflammation and promoting the development of tissue fibrosis.Disclosure of Interests:None declared

Resumen

The article considers “female prose” as a phenomenon. Of particular interest is the work of the bright Russian writer Victoria Tokareva. Tokareva is interested in such moral categories as mental uneasiness, the need for self-expression, the fear of loneliness. These categories are never addressed by low-quality, purely entertaining writers, where the reader becomes an “imaginer” or “dreamer,” a passive consumer and observer. Resumen

Background Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is the most common type of thyroid cancer (TC). Considering the important association between cellular immunity and PTC progression, it is worth exploring the biological significance of immune-related signaling in PTC. Methods Several bioinformatics tools, such as R software, WEB-based Gene SeT AnaLysis Toolkit (WebGestalt), Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery (DAVID), Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes (STRING) and Cytoscape were used to identify the immune-related hub genes in PTC. Furthermore, in vitro experiments were adopted to identify the proliferation and migration ability of PROS1 knockdown groups and control groups in PTC cells. Results The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) of five datasets from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) contained 154 upregulated genes and 193 downregulated genes, with Protein S (PROS1) being the only immune-related hub gene. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) have been conducted to prove the high expression of PROS1 in PTC. Moreover, PROS1 expression was significantly correlated with lymph nodes classification. Furthermore, knockdown of PROS1 by shRNAs inhibited the cell proliferation and cell migration in PTC cells. Conclusions The findings unveiled the clinical relevance and significance of PROS1 in PTC and provided potential immune-related biomarkers for PTC development and prognosis.

Resumen

The article considers the main ways of expressing speech acts of advice in the system of modern Udmurt language. An empiric material collected from the literary sources of Udmurt prose of the 1920s-90s shows that imperative speech acts of advice can be expressed explicitly and implicitly. To express advice explicitly, the Udmurt language use specific forms, such as imperative sentences, participial forms and causative verbs. For implicit expression of advice, non-specific forms are used, mainly interrogative and declarative sentences, the imperative function of which is secondary.

The TAM subfamily (Tyro3, Axl, MerTK) of receptor tyrosine kinases are implicated in several cancers, where they have been shown to support primary tumorigenesis as well as secondary resistance to cancer therapies. Relatively little is known about the oncogenic role of Tyro3, including its ligand selectivity and signalling in cancer cells. Tyro3 showed widespread protein and mRNA expression in a variety of human cancer cell lines. In SCC-25 head and neck cancer cells expressing both Tyro3 and Axl, Western blotting showed that both natural TAM ligands ProS1 and Gas6 rapidly stimulated Tyro3 and Erk kinase phosphorylation, with ProS1 eliciting a greater effect. In contrast, Gas6 was the sole stimulator of Axl and Akt kinase phosphorylation. In MGH-U3 bladder cancer cells, which express Tyro3 alone, ProS1 was again the stronger stimulator of Tyro3 and Erk stimulation but additionally stimulated Akt phosphorylation. Conditioned medium from ProS1-secreting 786-0 kidney cancer cells replicated the kinase activation effects of recombinant ProS1 in SCC-25 cells, with specificity confirmed by ProS1 ligand traps and warfarin. In addition, ProS1 protected cancer cells from acute apoptosis induced by staurosporine, as well as additionally, long-term serum starvation-induced apoptosis in MGH-U3 cells (Tyro3 only), which reflects its additional coupling to Akt signalling in these cells. In conclusion, we have shown that ProS1 is a tumour-derived functional ligand for Tyro3 that supports cancer cell survival. Furthermore, the ProS1-Tyro3 interaction is primarily coupled to Erk signalling although it displays signalling diversity dependent upon its representative expression as a TAM receptor in tumour cells.

Computer Assisted Translation tools continue to become more ubiquitous, but translation students do not necessarily receive much training in using them, and may therefore find translating when using them very different to translating freehand. An experiment was conducted where a three Master’s students were each asked to translate two texts; one in a CAT tool and the other freehand, and the resulting target texts were inspected to determine whether they may have been affected by the segmentation performed by the CAT tool compared to freehand translations of the same text, and if so, how. There were indications that in certain cases, such as very long sentences, the CAT tool may act as a visual aid, and also indications that certain students may be more prone to follow the segmentation provided by the CAT tool than others. However, the influence of personal translator style and translator’s habitus cannot be disregarded and as such the differences that are apparent cannot be entirely attributed to the CAT tool.

O presente trabalho objetiva oferecer uma leitura da articulação entre natureza e cultura na filosofia de Merleau-Ponty. Em primeiro lugar, mediante o estudo das obras dos anos 1940, mostramos o caráter problemático da manutenção de uma perspectiva da consciência que impede o filósofo de dar conta da não separação entre fato e essência. Em linhas gerais, mostramos, por um lado, que a Structure du comportement e a Phénoménologie de la perception comportam uma concepção de natureza entendida como plenitude e atualidade; por outro lado, a aparição do cogito tácito responsável por unificar as operações expressivas deixa claro que o simbólico só pode ter lugar na ordem humana. Em segundo lugar, investigamos como a reabilitação do conceito de natureza (atrelada à discussão sobre a historicidade do sentido, iniciada nos anos 1950) permite a Merleau-Ponty conceber o Ser natural como vida e como avanço criador. Este movimento permite alastrar a expressão a todas as dimensões da experiência desde as naturais até as culturais de modo que a cultura possa ser engrenada à produtividade da natureza. Por fim, mediante a análise do problema da intersubjetividade em Merleau-Ponty, discutimos como a compreensão de um Ser relacional pode ensejar uma teoria da individuação e do reconhecimento. Para tanto, centramos nossa leitura na apropriação merleau-pontiana de alguns elementos da psicanálise. Trata-se de mostrar que o corpo humano carrega matrizes simbólicas opacas ou um sistema de equivalências carnais que guiam o desejo do sujeito e sua conseqüente formação, de modo que a experiência humana assim como o Ser no qual ela se desenrola guarda sempre um avesso de latência cujo desvelamento exige um discurso interrogativo que encontra seu modelo na experiência psicanalítica.
This thesis proposes a lecture on articulation between nature and culture by Merleau- Ponty´s philosophy. At first, through the study of his work in the 1940s, we show the problematic character of the maintenance of the perspective of consciousness, that impede the philosopher to do then the binding between fact and essence. On the one hand we show that the Structure du comportement and the Phénoménologie de la perception contains a conception of nature as plenitude and actuality; on the other hand the arising of the tacit cogito responsible for unifying expressive operations quite clear that the symbolic have place only at human order. At second we investigate how the rehabilitation of the concept of nature (that is linked with the discussion on the historicity of meaning in the 1950s) makes Merleau-Ponty to conceive the nature being as life and as moving-on. This movement make possible to spread the expression to all dimensions of the experience from the nature to cultural one so that culture can to be in gear to productivity of the nature. At last, through the analysis of the intersubjectivity by Merleau-Ponty, we discuss how the comprehension of relational being can to offer a particular theory of the individuation and of the acknowledgment. For this we focus our lecture on merleaupontian appropriation of some elements of the psychoanalysis. It show that the human body load opaque symbolic matrix or a system of flesh equivalences that guide the desire of the subject and your following building, so that the human experience as the Being into that which it to unroll itself keep always a imminent meaning, which designation require a interrogative discuss, which model is founded into the psychoanalytic experience.

The starting point for this research is orality as it is found in the work by Marcelino Freire, and it aims at demonstrating how orality is dealt with in his writing. His short stories books Angu de sangue (2000), Balé ralé (2003), Contos negreiros (2005), and Rasif: mar que arrebenta (2008) constitute our corpus. The problematics brought forward by his short stories raises the need for understanding the relation between the writing and oral aspects of his texts. We have chosen to delve into this relation by observing his texts and their structure as it reveals a plural work in which the characters' voices carry with themselves the daily life's oral aspects, manifesting their outcry against social inequalities, prejudice and discrimination. Our next step is to look into the relation between the oral and writing aspects of Freire's work through the eyes of researchers who dedicated their studies to this theme, among them Paul Zumthor, Roger Chartier, Jaques Derrida, and Jean Derive. Our discussion goes on by demonstrating how Freire‟s writing develops a dialogue with orality, as he discusses the main themes present in the daily life in the biggest Brazilian cities, individualising crying voices historically silenced, bringing closer the different ways of speaking in Brazil and the genres of oral poetry in popular tradition. We understand that the use of such procedures in his writing suggests that his texts have been created with the aim of being spoken.
Esta tese, partindo da hipótese de que os gêneros textuais orais e ecos de vozes silenciadas no cotidiano da cidade influenciam estruturalmente a configuração dos contos do autor, apresenta uma discussão em torno dos efeitos de texto criados por meio da oralização da literatura, deixando entrever que a escrita dos contos de Marcelino Freire tem em vista despertar o ouvinte no leitor para uma situação de performance. O corpus é constituído dos seguintes livros de contos: Angu de Sangue (2000), Balé Ralé (2003), Contos negreiros (2005) e Rasif: mar que arrebenta (2008). A problemática apresentada por sua contística nos coloca diante da necessidade de compreender a relação entre escritura e oralidade em seus textos. Para tanto, optamos por discutir essa relação, observando o percurso de suas publicações, e neste se revela a construção de uma obra plural, na qual as vozes das personagens carregam os gêneros textuais orais do cotidiano, manifestando seus gritos contra a desigualdade social, o preconceito e a discriminação. Em seguida, cotejamos nosso olhar sobre a relação escrituraoralidade na obra de Marcelino Freire com teóricos que dedicaram suas pesquisas a essa temática. Dentre eles, Paul Zumthor, Roger Chartier, Jaques Derrida e Jean Derive. Continuamos a discussão fazendo o esforço de demonstrar que a escrita de Freire dialoga com a voz, discutindo os principais temas do cotidiano das grandes cidades brasileiras, particularizando os gritos de vozes silenciadas historicamente, promovendo uma aproximação dos falares da população brasileira com os gêneros da poesia oral de tradição popular. Entendemos que tais procedimentos na escrita sugerem que seus textos são construídos visando à possibilidade de ser vocalizados.

O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar ao leitor brasileiro a tradução do romance Mémoires de porc-épic (2006), de Alain Mabanckou. Para chegarmos à tradução, fez-se necessário entender alguns elementos centrais de sua poética e da estrutura narrativa do romance, assim como sua trajetória de vida e obra. Para tanto, discorremos, num primeiro momento, sobre sua visão de mundo e sobre as principais dimensões de sua poética, relacionando-os, sobretudo, ao pensamento rizomático proposto por Édouard Glissant. Em seguida, analisamos o romance em questão atentando para elementos macroestruturais, relacionados à literatura oral tradicional de algumas sociedades africanas de expressão francesa, nos baseando, majoritariamente, nos estudos feitos por Jacques Chevrier, e em elementos microestruturais, concernentes ao uso de repetições, paralelismos, interjeições, léxico africano, provérbios, responsáveis por criar o que Mabanckou chama de ritmo congolês da narrativa. Por fim, destinamos o terceiro capítulo à discussão tradutória, no qual apresentamos nosso projeto de tradução, baseado na abordagem de viés não etnocêntrico proposta, entre outros, por Antoine Berman; e nossa concepção sobre as notas de tradução, levando em consideração, primordialmente, o pensamento de Ana Cristina Cesar em relação ao ritmo na prosa. Apresentamos as notas de tradução divididas em dois blocos, o semântico e o sintático, ambos em diálogo com o que entendemos ser o ritmo da narrativa. A tradução completa é vista no anexo.
The aim of this work is to present to the Brazilian public the translation of Mémoires de porc-épic (2006), a novel by Alain Mabanckou. In order to arrive at the translation, it seemed necessary to have a more in-depth understanding of some of the central elements of the poetic and narrative structure of the novel, as well as the authors life and work. Therefore, we at first discuss his worldview and the main dimensions of his poetics; relating them, especially, to the concept of rhizome proposed by philosopher Édouard Glissant. Then, we analyze the novel in question, with attention to the macrostructural elements related to traditional oral literature in some African societies of French expression, drawing mainly on studies by Jacques Chevrier, as well as microstructural elements concerning the use of repetitions, parallelisms, interjections, African vocabulary and proverbs, responsible for creating the Congolese rhythm of the narrative. Finally, the third chapter discusses the translation and presents the translation project, drawing upon the non-ethnocentric approach proposed, among others, by Antoine Berman, and our conception of the translation notes, taking into account primarily the thoughts of Ana Cristina Cesar regarding rhythm in prose. The translation notes are divided into two blocks, semantic and syntactic, which are both in dialogue with what we understand to be the rhythm of the narrative. Since the term “Food writing” was established in Taiwan from 1990s, the creative capacity of food writing has continued developing. Both the number of works and literary performance in writing food have possessed abundant and various achievements. This study takes “food prose” as object and proposes two points in Chapter 2 after observing and thinking about prose of Taiwan food writing: First, I finds that “professionalizing” writing of food demonstrates an identifiable writing style, in which writers take any kinds of food and related behaviors as writing objects and go deep into them. Meanwhile, they concentrate on professional knowledge and aesthetic aspect, conducting literary writing of food consciously and engaging in personal food language style. Therefore, I will dissert the elements and characteristics that make food writing as “essay-writing” and discuss the aesthetic criteria of literature value and interests. Second, applying my thoughts on development of food writing to my observation on social trends nowadays, I points out that local-writing of food literature could serve as one kind of “literary practice”—by reproducing the “locality”, the possibility of knowing, preserving and promoting “locality” could be found. I observe food writing that concerns indigenous Taiwan food base on my interests and concerns in Taiwan food culture, food life, and relevant written works. The creative figurations of these food prose are various, possessing different writing aspects. There could be different writing figurations for the same themes, and the works of same figurations can still lead to different characteristics, sense of beauty, interests due to differences of contents, strategies and styles, bringing about different feelings and thoughts for the readers. I would like to explore the writing achievements of every kind of relationship between “literature connotation” and “writing figuration”; therefore, in Chapter 3, writing figurations for food prose are inducted and categories are constructed based on their abstract connotation. In Chapter 4, the literature connotation of several representative Taiwanese food writers and texts of their works are discussed under the established structure of categories. The representation of contemporary food prose in Taiwan will be organized and clarified.

Resumen

Abstract Research into plant genetics often requires the suppression or complete knockout of gene expression to scientifically validate gene function. In addition, the phenotypes obtained from gene suppression can occasionally have commercial value for plant breeders. Until recently, the methodological choices to achieve these goals fell into two broad types: either some form of RNA-based gene silencing; or the screening of large numbers of natural or induced random genomic mutations. The more recent invention of gene editing as a tool for targeted mutation potentially gives researchers and plant breeders another route to block gene function. RNAi is widely used in animal and plant research and functions to silence gene expression by degrading the target gene transcript. Although RNAi offers unique advantages over genomic mutations, it often leads to the formation of a genetically modified organism (GMO), which for commercial activities has major regulatory and acceptance issues in some regions of the world. Traditional methods of generating genomic mutations are more laborious and uncertain to achieve the desired goals but possess a distinct advantage of not being governed by GMO regulations. Gene editing (GE) technologies have some of the advantages of both RNAi and classical mutation breeding in that they can be designed to give simple knockouts or to modulate gene expression more subtly. GE also has a more complex regulatory position, with some countries treating it as another conventional breeding method whilst the EU defines GE as a technique of genetic modification and applies the normal GMO authorization procedures. This chapter explores the pros and cons of RNAi alongside other methods of modulating gene function.

This essay deals with an aspect of the formation process of the image of the Spanish Baroque theatre in France as an irregular and chaotic aesthetic form, which was also considered inferior with respect to the French classical model. In this theoretical construction, Lope de Vega embodies all of the Spanish theatre's flaws and, more generally, Hispanic literature's ones, in turn conceived as an expression of the Spanish nation’s spirit. This process of elaborating an image of an author at the service of the invention of a national stereotype is possible thanks to the early reception of some prose works by Lope (La Arcadia, El peregrino en su patria) which are enjoying a widespread diffusion in their translations. In a context marked by controversy surrounding the tragi-comédie, assimilated by his detractors to a simple theatrical deformation of novelistic material, Lope de Vega assumes the function of representative of a literature considered extraneous to any rule and to the separation between literary genres.

In the writing of Nelida Milani different linguistic registers coexist: the Istro-Venetian dialect, the cultured citations, the Croatian. The outcome is that of an expressive vitality sometimes characterised by rhythmic cadences close to the prose of art and it expresses the potential of the Italian language on which Milani also reflects in her theoretical contributions. This paper intends to highlight how it is precisely the capacity to welcome ‘the other’ to find a writing capable of indicating new expressive paths to the language of Italian fiction.

This paper is the first complex research of lexical synonyms as components of the artistic discourse of modern Ukrainian female prose introduced into the field of semantic, linguistic and stylistic analysis. The scientific novelty of the paper is that for the first time in linguistic and Ukrainian studies the lexical synonymy in modern Ukrainian female prose is comprehensively explored, as a result of which the semantic, linguistic and stylistic features of synonyms are clarified. The study proves that in the analyzed works lexical synonyms, which express the idiolects of modern Ukrainian female prose writers and constitute a set of expressive and imaging marking means of their language creation, represent a number of semantic, linguistic-stylistic, categories. Which allows interpreting them not only in the functional-semantic context but also within linguostylistics. Modern Ukrainian female prose in Ukrainian literature is the latest holistic socio-cultural phenomenon is represented by the works of such authors as Emma Andiievska, Sophiia Andrukhovych, Nina Bichui, Liuko Dashvar, Oksana Zabuzhko, Kateryna Kalytko, Irena Karpa, Yevhenii Kononenko, Maria Matios and others. In the paper it is proved that word convergences appear in the literary text because of the special purpose, the purpose set by the authors, therefore they become striking representatives of idiolects of separate masters of prose. In the paper a detailed analysis of lexical synonyms is carried out, which in the artistic discourse of modern Ukrainian female prose perform a number of basic and additional functions, among which are: functions of differentiation, substitution, aesthetics, synonymic opposition, etc. Using lexical synonyms in different contexts, prose female writers always carefully weigh the semantic nuances of each word, thus achieving the expressiveness, sophistication and high aesthetic value of their literature.

This chapter traces prose poetry's development in nineteenth-century France and its early reception and subsequent critical views about the form. The prose poem in English is now established as an important literary form in many countries at a time when the composition and publication of poetry is thriving. However, while poetry generally continues to be recognized as a literary genre highly suited to expressing intense emotion, grappling with the ineffable and the intimate, and while lineated lyric poetry is widely admired for its rhythms and musicality, the main scholarship written about English-language prose poetry to date defines the form as problematic, paradoxical, ambiguous, unresolved, or contradictory. The common observation that the term “prose poetry” appears to contain a contradiction is not surprising given that poetry and prose are often understood to be fundamentally different kinds of writing. The chapter then defines the prose poem's main features and discusses the challenge prose poetry presents to established ideas of literary genre.

The chapter examines the rhythms of prose poetry, which are different from those found in metered verse, and vary, too, from the rhythms of free verse. The main differences relate to what has sometimes been understood as a deficiency in prose poetry — namely, that prose poets do not have meter or the poetic line when they try to achieve effects of cadence or musicality. But because of the English language's grammatical flexibility, these resources allow for an almost infinite rhythmic variety in prose poems. Such variety is a crucial part of the prose poetry tradition, notwithstanding the deliberately fractured rhythms or flat tonality of some works. William Wordsworth wrote lineated poetry, but in expressing a view that prose and poetry ought to be written in the same kind of language, and in repudiating what he understood to be “poetic diction,” Wordsworth opened the way for English-language poets to explicitly recognize the connections between poetry and prose. In other words, he helped to lay the ground not only for English-language free verse but for English-language prose poetry, too.

Studying the conclusion of an oral transaction, as well as the requirements for it, will help identify the «pros» and «cons» of this transaction.
