"Fraktalai" is a program for creating and editing IFS and Flame Fractal parameters. Once a nice fractal has been found the parameters can be exported to IFS for use with my Iterated Function Systems coloring algorithm. The IFS files that it creates can also be viewed in other fractal programs. Iterated Function Systems is used in image compression. It also becomes very popular as a way of producing fractal images. We study anomalous diffusion on fractals with a static external field applied. We utilise the master equation to calculate particle distributions and from that important quantities as for example the mean square displacement . Applying different bias amplitudes on several regular Sierpinski carpets we obtain maximal drift velocities for weak field strengths. This work contributes to the structure investigation on the basis of small-angle neutron scattering (SANS). A new analytical scattering function for polydispers precipitates with diffusion zones is presented and used in SANS experiments. For diluted and dense packed systems structure describing parameter values were obtained. These results lead to a deeper understanding of the process of nanocristallization of amorphous alloys. Porous media are modelled by random Sierpinski carpets, each carpet is constructed by mixing two different generators with the same linear size. I detta arbete undersöks vilken grad av inomartskonkurrens som ger upphov till ett observerat utbredningsmönster av maskrosor (Taraxacum sect. Ruderalia). Maskrosor har både fröspridning och vegetativ förökning. Studien hypotiserar att utbredningen kan beskrivas utifrån enkla regler för spridning och konkurrens. Dessa används i simuleringar med en binär cellulär automat där utveckling sker i deterministiska tidssteg.
