First, we deposit buffer layers of SiO2 and HfO2 on N-type Si substrate respectively. And then, BST film is deposited on Si substrate with buffer layers by RF sputtering. After thermal annealing, Al is deposited as gate electrodes by thermal evaporator to fabricate MIS capacitor. 碩士<br>國立成功大學<br>電機工程學系專班<br>101<br>In this study, F4-TCNQ containing a strong electron-withdrawing group as an inserted layer between the drain/source electrode and organic semiconductor and a highly dielectric barium zirconate titanate solution as insulator were applied to organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). OTFTs operating at a low gate voltage (〈 -5 V) were fabricated successfully. The optimum thickness of the inserted F4-TCNQ layer was 1 nm. In dieser Arbeit werden die Auswirkungen epitaktischer Dehnung auf die Eigenschaften ferromagnetischer und ferroelektrischer Perowskitschichten untersucht. Dazu wird der biaxiale Dehnungszustand einer Schicht reversibel verändert, indem einkristalline piezoelektrische Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)0.72Ti0.28O3 (001) Substrate (PMN-PT) verwendet werden. Ergänzt werden die Messungen mit dieser “dynamischen” Methode durch Untersuchungen an statisch gedehnten Schichten, gewachsen auf LaAlxSc1-xO3-Pufferschichten mit gezielt abgestimmter Gitterfehlpassung.
