Objectives: Intact cell peptidome profiling (ICPP) with MALDI-ToF Mass-Spectrometry holds promise as a non invasive method to detect head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) objectively, which may improve the early diagnosis of oral cancer tremendously.
